Honestly, it's a pretty nice place. The patio needs some serious attention and I mean today.

2-Signs of mildew/mold in corners of tub and water damage above shower. Minor stuff. Sheets floor and furniture were cleaned from what I could see.

Place was clean but in need of repairs. The flooring in our room was coming up and uneven in spots. There was a hot breakfast served but the eggs were cold and rubbery.

Overall, everything was very good from check-in to departure. See floor comments below. Although everything looked very clean, I took off my shoes and just had on my white socks while in the room. They were dirty on the feet - not terrible, but clearly the floor could have used a mopping.

The staff. They went in my room when they weren’t supposed to and let my dog out and she was missing for 5 hours. They did nothing to assist in finding her and then were rude as hell after

The night worker was very polite I selected a non smoking room. The room stank. It smelled like cigarette smoke. When I went to the front desk, they told me that the room next door was a smoking room and that's why. I bought some air freshener but that didn't help. There was plaster missing from the ceiling.

The hotel is nice the room was nice we had a bit of an issue with tv but the staff was very nice and didn’t take long to get another tv. Clean room no roaches or bed bugs so I’m happy. I would recommend this to family and friends

Everything's was fine with our stay. And I must commend an honest maid who works there. My grandson picked my wallet up off of the bed and walked outside and dropped it 😳 The maid saw it laying on the walkway by her cleaning cart and pointed it out to my daughter. Thank God for her honestly!

We spent 2 nights there and the walls are thin. Breakfast is ok nothing special. If you want to sleep don’t stay here. Was woken up both nights at 4AM of solid planes flying over till about 530AM. So loud and the walls are so thin it’s so loud it keeps you awake. Didn’t sleep at all. Would not recommend at all!!!!

Front desk staff was awesome. HOWEVER, although my room was on the bottom floor; I had to park way over from my room because someone had taken the spot outside my room (didn’t feel very safe…just a Mom and a young child). The room wasn’t welcoming at all. Smelled like mildew (which makes sense because there’s black MOLD all over the ceiling) I have asthma and my child has medical issues. We have both been coughing since we settled in our room. I’m typing this at 12:30 am. If I wasn’t four hours from home; and it was safe for a woman and child to travel at night; I would be checking out and heading home. Definitely won’t make this mistake again

He asked completely invasive, inappropriate and illegal questions regarding my need for a service dog. I contacted Days Inn corporate, who sent me back to the owner. Will never stay at a Days Inn again.

Luggage when I asked staff to pull camera he told me he was unable to then said it would be hours there was a time I came to my room and door was partially open… manager said he didn’t see how it opened and refused to look at footage

Never stay here . They charged me a $250 smoking fee when I hadn't smoked in the room

This hotel don’t care for nobody in any situation. Long story short. I was traveling from Starkville Mississippi to Memphis for a school meeting and while I was driving I booked for the 25th instead of the 24th. I made it to the hotel at 9pm thinking I was going to checking just to find out I accidentally booked for the 25th and not the 24th. I couldn’t get a refund or change the date due ti their stupid rules. I had to drive 3 hours back home late at night after being out all day tired. I will never stay at a foreign owned hotel because they never have sympathy’s for anybody. I still feel like it was wrong I couldn’t get a refund or change the date for free in the system. That 77 dollars could have went towards grocery’s in my dorm or something.

I love this place there alway friendly place is always clean no pest or bugs the breakfast is amazing they had anything you could want for breakfast and they have a beautiful little garden with pound in the middle of the complex it’s great I love it my kids really love it I definitely will be coming back here soon

The hotel on your website stated that it had an elevator, however they do not have an elevator. They did not have any ground floor rooms, so they put us on the second floor. Somebody needs to update or make sure the information on the website on hotel amenities. Other than that, it was a nice motel.

It was sufficient to our needs. Close to airport. Bed was comfy with a variety of pillow choice. Room is a little worn. Curtains need attention. For the price and for the short time we were there it is worth the price. We will come again.

An excellent location for access to Interstate. Pool and Hot Tub separated out. Also, located towards the inside area of hotel for privacy. King Size Bed = Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was continental with biscuit, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, waffles, juice, coffee, etc.

I don’t usually leave reviews but after this stay, it needs it. We stayed for one night and chose this hotel because it had pretty decent reviews. Check in was pretty easy but from the moment we stepped foot into the room it went down hill. We opened the door and were instantly hit with a musty smell and water all over the floor. I called the front desk and someone came pretty quickly. They mopped the area and asked if we wanted a different room. My husband said yes and then they told us they couldn’t because they had no other available rooms. Their solution for the smell was spraying air freshener. The bathroom tub/shower was nasty. It had black marks all over it, there was a hole in the shelf under the shower and a hole in the ceiling above the shower. It smelled horrible and there was barely any water pressure. This morning we went to breakfast and the coffee was watered down, the sausage didn’t look cooked and there were no eggs. You definitely get less than what you pay for here.

Room was very basic. Bed was not great. The single ice machine for the entire hotel was filthy. The man at the desk for the day shift was rude, barely intelligible, and refused to extend my reservation over the phone, saying I had to come to the office with my card, or vacate the room by checkout. Very mediocre property with rude and incompetent staff.

Other than that, the room was all that I needed and was comfortable. It was clean and quiet and well air conditioned. My only other reason for not giving an excellent, would be the NO PETS option. On Expedia, it is stated that pets are allowed and I had considered bringing my small dog. It would have been a horrible surpise to have driven 600 miles and then not be able to check in had I done so. This needs to be corrected on the Expedia site.

This property is a great location for the airport and some last minute ammenities. The pool is nice but not as clean as it should be and they don’t tell you to go to the front desk for towels. The outside is run down and needs sone good TLC. The rooms are good, lots of upgrades but the bathtubs ads disgusting, AC works great. Staff are friendly!

The individual was very rude to me. Wouldn’t even consider anything I had booked through Expedia. There was nothing I could do and then she had the nerve to call me back and ask was I coming that night and I said no I’m going to Philadelphia. That’s where they routed me to.

Tried to double charge me for the stay then they attempted to charge my credit card for the $50 deposit after collecting a $50 cash deposit.

The place was decent. Our smoking room wasn't available the first night our room change wasn't completed till after 2p.m. the next day. Ice machine looked unsanitary and didn't work. Staff was friendly and very nice
