The parking area was a little tight but we were able to park our automobile in front of our room.

The place was nice. The pool was crowded and we had front desk call and get on to us at 9 am while we were packing to check out.

Availability I stay here twice a month for 3-4 days . I put medicine on my back which makes my sheets dirty and they won’t change them they say they only change bedding every other day but yet I never get any changes and I have to go to the front desk for clean towels so after this past weekend I won’t be returning

This property is a shining example of what a mid tier hotel should be. Property and rooms impeccably clean. No crappy coffee maker, coffee is made to order machine in lobby. Breakfast top notch, multiple friendly staff smiling and hustling to make it all happen. Nice outside sitting area. Great work all and thanks.

Compliments: staff that I encountered, very friendly and courteous and helpful. Breakfast, good!!! Hit the spot each morning and plentiful!!! Area: very busy with lots of restaurants of all kinds, shopping, even Dollar Tree/Walmart!!! Close to highway and every now and then, you’d hear the airplanes flying over but never bothered my sleep.

Parking was good. Front desk staff could have been more accommodating. We had ants in our room, the ants got into our food and snacks, front desk did not offer accommodations, however, maintenance came right away to spray.

The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service. When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers and, when I asked reasonable follow-up questions, she reacted with clear irritation—rolling her eyes and frowning at my wife. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional under any circumstances. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and instead claimed she was the manager, stating no one else was available to assist. She then abruptly walked away mid-conversation and returned to the back office without offering any help or resolution. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years, and this was by far the worst level of service I have experienced. If this individual is truly a manager, that makes the situation even more concerning. This reflects a serious failure in customer service standards and accountability.

My trip was ended early due to complications with my room (shower leaking into the front door) and staff having poor customer service. Manger yelling at me, blaming me for them not communicating and failing to give me the room I paid for. Horrible experience. No meat at breakfast with a full hour left. Room smelled. We arrived earlier than expected so I was expecting for our room to not be ready however, they had a room available. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and I like that they switch the items up. The pool area was also nice and clean. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I really liked how this hotel made sure that everything was clean.

Clean and quiet place

We chose this hotel for its indoor pool for the kids. It was being painted and no notice was given. We could have saved over half by booking a hotel with no indoor pool and kids were disappointed on their spring break trip so this was a big letdown for us. There were ants on the upholstered chair. Otherwise everything was great

The room was clean. Parking was easy. My family and I felt safe. The clerk wasn’t friendly. She was very short when I had questions. Maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that the stay was fine.

Mold in the bathroom, tv didn’t work and there were no sheets or pillows for the pull-out sofa bed. When leaving, a note was left at the front desk for the manager, who never called or anything. Would not recommend.

Customer service was not good. Housekeeping did not clean my room once. Since I been there and I was there 4 days. When I spoke to the front desk, they assured that they will clean my room, when I came back it was still not clean. The next day I ask the same thing to one of the house lees on the floor they told me my room was not on their list. The next day I went to the front desk, the clerk said on the housekeeper checklist it stated she cleaned it. I been in the business 25+ years to know that my room was not cleaned, I was told they don’t make beds in the guest rooms? I understand not changing the sheets on the 3rd day or when requested. But instead of apologizing and getting it cleaned and follow up to check would have been great. I paid 600.00 plus some change to stay there.

Female at desk during night shift was unpleasant and usually not at the desk. The card in the room states room refresh will occur on your second night of stay. By night three we still hadn’t had our room cleaned. The lady at the desk said we needed to call to request it - I let her know that’s not what the card in the room said, otherwise I would have done so. I asked for additional towels and she told me she couldn’t give me any until I brought down my dirty ones. When I explained this should have been done by housekeeping, she told me housekeeping was not there at night (obviously). I went back to my room, grabbed all my dirty towels and brought them down to the front desk and she finally gave me new ones. The front desk male the next morning apologized for the misinformation and stated housekeeping is not available on Sundays and assured our room would be cleaned that day (Monday) and it was. Everything else was a pleasant experience!

I was pulling a car trailer and had to drive over curb to get turned around Receptionist indicated that Semi driver had special authorization to park there. Went to front desk and checked in. Room key did not work on assigned room. After returning to front desk and reprogramming key,I went back to the room. Room was not clean, bottles of beer sitting on floor. Bedding and bathroom not cleaned or serviced. Returned to front desk. Clerk apologized for messy room and assigned me a different room. Went to that room and keys would not work. Again returned to front desk and receptionist reprogrammed the keys for the new room. I have stayed at this location before. Never experienced this poor of service on previous visit. Definitely, will not return.

Friendly staff.

Couldn’t really sleep due to all of the banging. The beds were really comfortable the housekeepers and the lady that put out the breakfast were the best staff members. The floor was wet with no caution sign so I slipped.

Breakfast offerings were very good. Staff was friendly. The elevator had a sickening oily smell. The room above us had noisy creaking floor boards. The refrigerator in our room was turned off, I assume by the staff as instructed, and took a day to get cold. It also had no freezer compartment. The free coffee machines were an excellent idea.

Property was in a great location. Near shopping and dining options. Hotel was clean. My only disappointment was the breakfast. It was ok.

The property was nice but repairs are needed. My AC was leaking and the doors are unusually heavy. The faucet in the bathtub dripped and the toilet was not properly secured to the floor.

The front desk clerk was nice enough to let me do a early check-in. I arrived about 2:27 and she didn't giveme any hassle or anything. She kindly checked me in. I was so happy about that because I wasnt feeling the best and i just wanted to lay down. I got to my room and it was even better. I walk into this King suite that smells and looks very fresh. Now it doesnt matter how clean a room looks but when I travel I always wipe and lysol everything down. But I felt so great knowing how clean it was pryor to me wiping. Even my wipes werent filled with dirty residue from wiping. I love that I was able to take a nap in piece and knowing I was in a very clean space. The bathroom and its shower was even cleaned well. However, the only mishap was the toilet and the air. It was shakey for some reason. The air blew great but for some reason was leaking water but those are small fixes. However I would definitely stay here again and again if I know for sure my room would be in as great condition as the last one. Overall I would rate this hotel a 4.8 out of a 5. The breakfast was even good to say it was a continental breakfast. I loved my stay and the housekeeping were mui bien. VERY VERY NICE.

The hotel was in a good area, however, the beds were terrible and the breakfast area was not clean.

Although the hotel was in a good location, there were no services for cleaning the room or ability to get clean towels provided during the weekend. The trash bins at the front of the hotel were overflowing with trash at the front entry. The staff did not appear to take pride in their jobs, and were not welcoming or helpful when asked questions or even when registering.

The room was worn out, with a mystery clump under the pullout bed that looked like poo. The pool area was dirty with piles of trash, and we were largely able to wash the smell out of the swimming suites, but my wife’s suit might be a lost cause.

Smelled great when we walked into the lobby. Breakfast bar was constantly maintained, cleaned and restocked. The room was really nice. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat nearby.

I booked a suite with multiple beds and sofa bed and they didn’t have the one that was booked available. The lady at the front desk was really nice and moved me and my friends into a king suite with sofa bed.

I checked in, they refused to provide receipt. They charged me an extra $50 supposed to be only holding and yet it posted (above my price I booked). They wouldn’t take cash, we were there less than 12 hrs. The shower seat was broken off wall. Tried to call after dispute from cc wouldn’t go through prior to contacting. I’ve stayed here before but never again. Not sure I’ll continue to use Expedia if they charge more at hotel than price I booked. Very frustrated and mad about this.

I have no complaints other than the walls are too thin. The African-American lady at the front desk was very nice at check-in and check out. I wish I would've got her name because she was super nice. The rooms and property were very clean. The beds were super comfy. I loved the LED looking mirror in the bathroom. I also loved that the bathroom had hand soap and lotion dispensers and the shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

Very clean and modern. Polite guest services and comfy beds and pillows. Had a fold out couch that was a really comfortable place to sit during the day or extra sleep room at night. My personal favorite was the amount of plug in's and USB receptables.

The mattress on the pull out couch had a sheet on it from a previous guest. The sheet and the mattress were stained and dirty. The upholstery on the desk chair and couch were stained and dirty.

I’d love to give this hotel a 10, but I can’t! It’s facilities are clean, the room is comfortable and the breakfast is phenomenal…. but what was disappointing was we stayed three nights and not once did our room get refreshed. I ended up asking for clean towels after two days and although the desk clerk said our room should have been cleaned she offered nothing but give me some clean towels.

My Expedia experience was HORRIBLE!! The hotel was great. I contacted you to let you know that the hotel said we couldn’t swim and ask for a refund and EXPEDIA told me you couldn’t get in contact with another hotel but call this hotel and told them to cancel my stay but didn’t find me and my child no where else to stay so now I might have to repay

This property had an excellent workout room, and the staff members were very friendly. One thing missing was sanitary wipes to keep the equipment clean before and after workouts, but otherwise, everything else was very good. I would revisit this property in the future.

The facility and room are new-looking and very clean. The surrounding area has a lot of dining and shopping options. However, the walls and floors seem to be very thin as you could hear guests in other rooms talking at all hours. The smoke detector in my room blinked like a strobe light every few minutes all night and it was right over the bed and kept waking me up. There is also the sound of airplanes taking off and landing many times during the night. There are only 2 elevators for the whole hotel, but one was out of order for my whole stay. The water in the shower would not get hotter than lukewarm in the afternoon, but was better by the next morning. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was almost empty the night I arrived and the maids did not replace it when it was empty, nor replace the coffee packs I used. The hot breakfast is OK, eggs and biscuits but no meats.

Structure so poorly made that we heard every footstep of the people in the room beside us until 1:00 a.m. This hotel chain should not skimp on the subflooring next time.

The “hot” items for breakfast was room temp or cold and the coffee was terrible. For the amount we paid for the stay I was not impressed.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Upon check in , we waited 30-40 minutes for a front desk person to arrive . I went looking for said person and when I came upon her I stated “we have been waiting 30-40 minutes and just need to get checked in” she replied “no ma’am , you haven’t waited that long, it’s only me here and I had to step away but you sure didn’t wait that long ma’am no you sure didn’t.” Very unprofessional and argumentative. I replied and said okay, you’re right 30 minutes isn’t THAT LONG. Meanwhile there were 6 people in the lobby waiting for her. Very rude and unprofessional, instead of saying I’m sorry about the wait, she wanted to give the rudest look and argue. Mind you there are cameras so I hope their boss watches the time away from the desk.

When we arrived in our room there was a cockroach in it. We were told "when it rains, it happens", and they weren't going to do anything about it. Once we told them we needed a new room ,they did find us another room to stay in but there were no more suites so we had to downgrade and didn't get any money back.
