The room we checked into was not clean and had visible debris on the floor, unlined trash cans, a shower that spilled water out and flooded the whole bathroom with every shower, dirty walls and ceilings, and most concerning the room had a strong smell of must and mold.

Location Alan at the front desk was HORRIBLE. And there were not enough amenities for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

Easy check in, very nice place, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds. I had to check out at 6 and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t ready yet so I can’t taste that but the area where it’s served is very nice and inviting and clean. When in Reno on business again and I need a place to stay, I definitely will choose this hotel.

Only problem was the TV didn’t work, maybe a broken outlet as the lamp plugged into the same one also didn’t work. Didn’t bother calling the desk as we were settled in after a long day driving and didn’t want bother changing rooms or having someone in our room.

it was good. I could stay with my dog and they gave a room in the first floor, so it was easy for me to take my dog outside. The only issue the room was very noise.

These rooms were very small. We were traveling for sports and had 2 adults and 2 children. Super tight squeeze. I did not notice when booking they were not queen beds they were double beds which did not accomodate us well. We survived but wish i would have noticed because 3 nights was rough with 4 in a room.

It was clean and quiet. They advertise queen beds, but they are actually doubles. Since I have a queen at home, I know the difference between a queen and a full/double. My husband and I were a little cramped on the bed.

Mattress was horrible for side sleepers. I felt the coils poking my sides. Otherwise everything else was great.

Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels. Hot coffee every morning with generous breakfast buffet. Hotel was close to airport, mall and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

The bed was hard and I got stuck on the freeway side of the property. Not the best night’s sleep by any stretch. Would not recommend.

The flow set by the facility did not allow enought hot water to be out of the faucet of the sink or the shower. In my opinion if i can take a hot shower after a long car ride. I will never stay at the hotel again. Also the fruit was to under ripe to eat.

We took our parents who had dietary requirements therefore took home cooked meals but microwave was not available. Upon enquiry we were told that the microwaves were moved from our room to the suites for other guests. We had to go down to the first floor every time we wanted heat food. This facility was one of the major reasons for booking at this hotel.

Alan was great at check in and the gal cooking breakfast went above and beyond.

Hot food was eatable. Breads were not dry. Bathroom light fixture was flashing on its way from burning out. Terrible job in communication between housekeeping, maintenance, and management. We should have never been assigned to that room. We were moved to another room. It was never properly cleaned by housekeeping. There was finger/toenail on the carpet and hair on the bed sheet. They moved us to a third room.

I booked my room through the app as a King bed accessible room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the handicapped accessible rooms were booked but they put us on the first floor. My husband was having knee replacement surgery the next day so we just said ok. When we were heading to the room we realized it was at the very end of the hall. When we got into the room it was a very small QUEEN bed room. When we inquired about it we were told we had to handle it with Expedia! We will not return and not recommend this hotel.

The desk lamp was shorting out and wouldn't work. No cleanex in the room. Very low toilet for senior citizens. I will problably look elsewhere next time I come to Sparks.

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options. There was a line to use the one washer and dryer, but the cost was reasonable compared to other places we have stayed.

Our room smelled like it was cleaned with a old dirty rag and the shower curtain worse. They were very quick at replacing the shower curtain and it helped a lot. Our AC unit in the room seemed extra loud compared to other recent hotels I stayed in. Coffee was good and Breakfast not bad.

Enough space for parking, breakfast was ok. Room little small for 4 people evean was only 3 guess the rom is small.

Firstly, staff were very professional at all times and very courteous. However, first room we were placed in had a non-functional toilet. Second room we were placed in, someone had been smoking marijuana and it smelled terrible. Third round was fine terrible.placesatisfactory.

Even though we live down the street, my Wife loves coming here for staycations and this is our favorite hotel to stay locally. Anything you need, they will cater to you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The general manager even loaned me an iPhone charger (his personal charger) to use because I had left mine at home. 10/10 stay per usual

Place has a lot of ware. Poor condition

This hotel is showing some age, even though it’s rated high. The air conditioner was a little rickety and noisier than most, and did not read the temp correctly. Broken ice maker on the ground floor. For the price per night, these little issues should not exist.

Notified front desk that car in parking lot had door left wide open . Told her the license number but she was busy and blew it off . In morning hours alter car door still wide open . No security as far as I could tell .

Besides not having a safe bathtub, we thought everything else was very nice. A rubber bathmat would have been nice.

The property was clean. When we checked in, the front desk clerk didn’t seem too happy ( no smile, very serious and cold demeanor) it was late so maybe she was tired. There was a gentleman that we encountered on a daily and he was always happy, greeted us and made sure we were comfortable ( should have asked his name). On the day of check out, which check out was at noon; we received a knock on the door after 10 am asking if we were checking out soon from housekeeping, then again at 11 a.m. my husband asked what time was checkout she responded noon and he asked why was she knocking and asking if it was only 11 a.m, she said walked away. Unfortunately we were very unhappy about that but as we were leaving the gentleman I mentioned at the beginning was very cheerful and asked how our stay was but we were so upset we didn’t mention the incident instead we let him know his services and smile were appreciated.

Called before reservation to confirm pool would be open. Told pool was open, of course wasn’t when we arrived. Staff was nice but clueless. One employee seemed disgruntled, talked about walking off job (when they thought we were out of earshot).

The street noise was very bad

My wife and I enjoyed our stay because it was warm and inviting easy to get to and was safe!!!

They accept animals even large dogs like mine and no looks or snarky smiles were given they gave her a dog treat.

Room hadn't been properly cleaned, pool was closed...still since last visit.

The beds were very uncomfortable. I chose this hotel because it had a pool, but when we got there, the staff said the pool was under renovation. I didn’t like the breakfast.

We were there for the weekend to visit with family. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff at the front desk was amazing. We didn't get her name but she wore the holiday jackets and she made you feel so welcome and went out of her way to greet you and make sure you didn't need anything.

The best part was the desk clerk in the morning. She was delightful and the breakfast staff was also friendly. I have food allergies and was able to find things that were gluten and dairy free.

We r on a long haul across the country and needed a pool and exercise center due to rehab issues and on web page said there was a pool but only after going to pool did we hear that it was closed unknown reasons

I am a traveling photographer on a long road trip through the hot desert in my new camper van. When the van developed some issues, brought it to the shop in Sparks for a quick repair. Spent a couple of nights in this hotel just to rest up and sleep. It was clean, quiet, and in great condition. A great little oasis for this traveler.

Our room was on the freeway side so there was traffic noise. Room refresh after our 2nd night was very nice to have. I recommend replacing carpet and loud AC. I would stay here again.

Nice facility, comfortable room and beds. The TV remote control was weak not working well. I could hear the freeway traffic which was the only issue. Service at check in and out was excellent. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Ask for a room away from the freeway.

Well located for our use. The air conditioner needs to be addressed; way noisy. I am told all rooms with a jacuzzi face the highway 80 side of the property; not a bad thing, but should be stated. Early breakfast very convenient, large shower, pump soap/conditioner/shampoo ... great. Will recommend to friends but the AC needs to be fixed I think.

We have stayed here many times and it has always been perfect! This time it wasn’t as great. Since we were staying 4 nights I requested the room be cleaned every other day. The room, although quiet, smelled like fish-so I bought air fresheners. When the room didn’t get cleaned after the second night I went down and asked to make sure the room was going to be cleaned. I was told it was too late and our room wasn’t on the list. When we got back after the 3rd night, we found our room still hadn’t been cleaned. I went down again, and although she remembered talking to me about cleaning the room, I wasn’t on the list, and so my room wasn’t cleaned. But thankfully she still had a worker there and while we waited in the lobby our room was cleaned. Besides that, everything was great, especially breakfast!!!!

I will stay here again even though our room was dated and the noise from the freeway was noticeable. The noise was to be expected with the property being located next to a freeway, although it did not interfere with our sleep. The place appeared to be quite full based on the number of cars in the parking lot. Even with the place being quite full we did not hear others when in our room. The room was clean and felt save even being on the ground floor. The breakfast was typical for hotels but good with a nice selection to choose from. The staff were nice, polite, and I think were doing a good job. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. Only downside was being right next to the highway, you can hear the traffic all night.

The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The make your own waffles station was fantastic. Sharol, the property manager provided great customer service over the phone where she checked me in before we got to the property and provided extra tips for our stay. The pool was fun for the kids but not warm enough unfortunately (just my opinion). Beautiful hotel overall that exceeded my expectations.

Both queen mattresses didn’t stay on platforms and were not firm. Only given 2 towels and washcloths to start for 5 people. Hospitality was great facilities need some detailed attention.

Our family stayed in 3 separate rooms. We all busted our toes on the chair legs that are angled out from the desk. Get rid of them.

Breakfast was OK. No "Make you own waffle" station though, which I look forward to when traveling. A complete non-smoking facility, which was nice. Pool was OK (No hot tub). Gym was clean and tidy and 24/7.

The rooms were spacious. had a king with a pullout couch maybe full size? there was no extra pillows all they could provide was extra blankets for the kids. the next day we used the pool and the sprinklers were running since breakfast- such a waste of water during our dry season.

We stayed at this motel because of its location by the airport and easy exit from SLC. It is okay/good as a one night stay if you are passing thru. Dining selection is very limited especially on a Sunday evening. Breakfast buffet was okay but kind of basic.

The AC unit was too loud to sleep at night, no hand soap in bathroom, lights flickering, and bed very uncomfortable causing back pain.

Staff, pool, breakfast were all great. Room had a ton of dog hair on the floor! So did the hallway. Sink had mold growing on the rim. I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this room, hallway and elevator especially considering it’s a Marriott.
