Bed, bedding, towels, price, ease of booking, parking, shower were all good. There were two noticeably unclean areas on the underside of the toilet seat and a former tenant’s takeout garbage was in the fridge.

It was easy and simple

I don't understand why they would have a kitchen facility without any pots, pans, plates and utensils. Are you so worried that guests will steal them? You could have a fee for guests to rent what they need for their stay and wash them up before they leave. Having the large fridge and freezer was great seeing we had food with us in a cooler. But we couldn't fix anything.

Great for the price. Not too fancy, a little grungy, but cozy and quiet. Just how I like it. A+

This stay was not the experience I was hoping for. The extended stay served adults using the hotel as their home for a month at a time. It was not business professionals but more transient older adults. Some had cats living with them. Our room was not super clean (dirt and hair on the floor, purple marks in the cabinets, scratches on the floor from moving the beds). And the shower is not safe for a senior!!! It would have been better to stop at almost any place without a reservation compared to staying here. I thought I was saving a few bucks on a nice place (pictures looked great) but it was not a place I’d ever go back … unless I was homeless and needed a place to crash.

This is an OLD Red Roof Inns motel. The air conditioner’s heat exchanger fins were very dusty and made quite an odor on start up. The refrigerator condenser was no better. It appears some of the guests are “extended-stay” clientele. The phone does not work along with cold water in the bathroom sink.

Just be careful with the check-in times, because the staff don't care about leaving you locked out—not to mention that you end up losing your money.

The rooms are not clean and very, very basic. Outside the lobby was nonstop groups of smokers. This does not seem like a hotel, but long-term stay at a very cheap rate.

Staff was very helpful. Kitchen was okay, but no utensils, so it was limited. Room was clean. Door locking mechanism was not working well. There were a few questionable characters in the lot. No problems with security. Walking distance to a good grocery store.

The room is clean especially the beddings. The refrigerator is big enough to put your food. The kitchen is not supplied with any cooking equipment but I didn’t care. I already expected it and I brought my own stuff. Over all our stay was great. Especially my son is a champion in wrestling for both freestyle and Greco Roman tournament.

The door on the room was horrible. The key didn't work well at all. The staff told us about it but it was pretty bad. It made it dangerous for us when we arrived back to the hotel late that evening. They really need to have it fixed or don't give people these room.

The handle to the main door hung lazily, almost broken. The room was filthy, unprepared for my check-in. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. It wasn't hung correctly, so the door hit the frame. The television display is dark. The settings are in Spanish, so I wasn't able to make changes. The microwave is very small and auto-locks. I had to learn that there's an unlock button. The A/C, Heater works fine. This is my second stay at this location. Each stay has multiple people complaining about un-flushable toilets, unworkable card-keys, etc. Two pizzerias won't deliver onsite because of events that've occurred here. I choose this hotel, because of it being an inexpensive option to sleep.

Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Room had kitchenette, adequate appliances and space. Basic silverware and cups offered at reception. No plates, bowls, cookware in room. Flooring and fixtures dated.

None of the sheets were washed. Our toilets didn't flush. Cable cords were cut and had no ice or drinking water available

We were leary upon arrival….. but once checked in- we had a great experience - stafff was great- beds were comfortable- the convenience of a small kitchen was great for staying a week for work.

Room was clean and comfortable. The beds were good, nice pillows, good fresh towels. Let's be honest, you stay here because it's a good value. I would stay here again if I'm in Spokane because it's half the price of everything else I was looking at.

Tbe bathroom wasn't cleaned well really hair. But other than that it was good.

We were there for mt biking and it was perfect for bringing our bike in. The room was very clean, roomy fridge, table for breakfast etc. Need to bring dishware or cooking basics. The bedding was simple with sheets and light, fluffy comforterr that was warm and weightless. The staff was super helpful, friendly and professional. We wanted simple, budget lodging to sleep after busy days out and this worked. There is also a good coffee roaster cafe a few blocks east, and Top of India restaurant to the west. Very convenient! The staff were super nice! Me and the hubby felt very comfortable too, I’m not sure if this is with every hotel? But there wasn’t hand soap, utensils and the tv remote was not working. But other than that it was a great stay☺️

Maids meed to clean right. The room was filthy. Could not walk on floors without socks. Was so dirty not vacumed at all under or behind things. Not mopped. Walls need washing n blood on bread spread but was clean. Thankfully brought my own blankets n sheets.

We had two rooms. Room A: was dirty, missing a pillowcase, shower so gross we didn’t use, and way too hot despite using the heat/cool system. Room B stank strongly of cat urine and we couldn’t get it warm even though heater set to 80. Will not say here again.

Room is basic and appropriate to price point. Bed is firm and heating/ac are sufficient. Cleanliness varies greatly and most rooms are in need of basic cleaning when you check in. The staff varies greatly in responsiveness to concerns and problems. Parking is adequate and valuables should not be left in vehicles.

I then pay for another week and on my 6th day of that week he locked me out of my room flagged my account saying I owe 42$ on my account his employee rang me up wrong. I call your customer service line They say the week is 404$ we don’t know why he’s trying to charge you a extra 42$ and she even saw on her end him flagging me for payment. He gave me the option to move out the next day or pay the 42$. I have never paid for a room and then days later lock me out of my room and say sorry we under charged you and you can’t get back in until paying me a fee. Then can’t explain it and your customer service booking line can’t explain it either because I paid in full. (Won’t let me post a video of the leak. But it drips faster in the video.)

We love how every room has a full size fridge and little stove to cook on and a microwave the staff are phenomenal and the cost is by far worth it

Easy to get to, but that was it. Bedbugs, would not check us in because it was to close to midnight. Payed for a week but they canceled it on me and charged me for a night. Still waiting on refund after 2 weeks! Very disappointed with the staff. Absolutely rude.

The room smelled like weed, but look... it is a cheap cheap long term stay. The floors could use a better treatment, it was pretty dirty. What i liked the most was, they fixed things really fast, kudos to the team. The heating wasn't working... they went there and fixed right away, the stove was not working, they sent someone real fast. I was there for work, and everything went well, and because of the kitchen i would stay there again. Sorry for the confusion at the end about the second room, i really don’t understand what happened, but I am glad we figure out, the Manager was super nice!

This was a subpar stay. The door would not open the first night we stayed and security had to let us in. The door also would not shut when you were leaving the room unless you scanned the key. The second night we were able to obtain a key that would work occasionally on the door. In the room, we had no shower curtain and the floors were so dirty that if you walked around bare foot your feet turned black on the bottom. The staff were really nice and apologetic for the situation but really could not help.

A lot of men were hanging out drinking beer outside after 9 when i got home. It made me as a single woman feel slightly concerned. One fella wanted to come into my room. The venting must be interconnected because my non smoking room smelled like old smoke that evening when i arrived back from my meeting. It smelled fine when i first arrived. The bed was awesome!! Not enough blankets for me, but they were clean and all white. . The fridge was huge! They have a hot plate type set up built into the counter for cooking. A nice sized sink nearby the burners with a decent place to prepare simple foods. No tub, which i enjoy after a long drive. But the shower was nice. Athsetics were pretty rough older laminate flooring. The bedding was very plain and uninviting... needed some nice color. More wall art would be nice. Toiletries included a tiny bar of soap. They had no coffee pot in there. Shocking! I brought my own tea, but had to go buy a kettle to make my evening and morning hot drinks. I think this place is not really a motel. We have one like it back home. They rent out monthly to folk. The exterior building looked nice in the front. Grass was a bit long and uneven. Parking is tight. Room was clean. Smelled of disinfectent.

The property was fine the night staff that checked me was rude snappy and on her cell phone chatting with her boyfriend though the whole check in. When I asked about s near by pharmacy. All she said was on Sprague. Asked where that was she said we're on Sprague. Asked which direction got to upset and aggressively point to the left. I reminded her I wasn't from the area nor the state. She rolled her eyes walked away. Had to remind her I still needed my room key which she announced the room number. Huge no no. I worked in hospitalities for 25yrs. Managed properties all over the nation under all the big banners. This was ridiculous. This morning I ask for a late check out was told no, then gave me an extra 30min. Asked at 9am. Check out is at 11am. By 1030 had 3 different people come to my door asking if I was checking out. The last one who claimed to be the General manager was dressed like a las Vegas pump. Never again.

We stayed at this hotel because I saw they had a mini kitchen. Thought we could cook a couple meals as I was there having surgery. When we arrived, we realized the only thing they supplied was toilet paper and towels for bathroom. There are no dishes, no pans no shampoo. no Kleenex, nothing. The people who live in the hotel, I’m assuming All sat outside the rooms and smoked right by the rooms. Even though the sign was right there that said no smoking within 25 feet of the building. So while I was trying to recover from surgery, they were yelling and screaming outside until like two in the morning. The room could’ve been nice if it was cleaned properly and had supplies to use in it. I got into bed and my wife looked at my feet and they were completely black and the only time I ever take off my shoes is in the room. We are not bougie people and don’t expect to be catered when we stay places. But I don’t think a box of Kleenex and some shampoo is too much to ask for, we had to go buy a blow dryer because most hotels have one nowadays. As as well as shampoo and soap. It would’ve cost us less to stay at a hotel that charged twice as much and I could’ve gotten some sleep.

I could smell marijuana around the walkways. People were just walking around randomly there were no cups. I could not open my door and I had to push it hard with my foot every time I was going in and out and so I requested a different room for the second night and it was a little bit better. The refrigerator ran nonstop and it was very loud. I had just moved out of my house and needed a place to stay for peace and quiet and to catch up on my sleep and I was not able too

It was older than the pictures and in somewhat disarray. One room was dirty. Toilet backed up and flooded my room. TV was malfunctioning. On the other hand, when i did report the problem, they got on it right away. Bed was comfortable and bed covers clean. The whole place needs upgraded.

Fantastic staff, clean rooms. You get a lot for what you pay for here. Always a pleasant experience.

Having stayed here a few times I got to say it is an amazing deal for the price. The rooms are very well maintained and they have a friendly cleaning staff. The front desk staff is also top notch. For a budget hotel they really do make you feel welcome. Highly recommended!

We had to ask forvtowels. The curtainscwere falling off the wall. It was NOT as photographed. That was very trocky.

It may not look it on the outside, but the rooms are well maintained and clean. The front desk is helpful and was able to help me with the questions I had. The cleaning crew is top-notch. Amazing deal for the price!

While the building may look old on the outside, the rooms are very clean and have been well maintained. I honestly was surprised how nice the rooms are here. The staff is great and was able to answer any questions I had. They do take a deposit of 100 dollars, and it was returned shortly after the stay. Good amount of nearby places to shop, especially if you are on a tight budget like I currently am. This is the best of the budget hotels in town.

The place is occupied mostly by tweakers. It smells like cigarettes and the beds are a level up from prison cots. The front desk staff was super nice but everything else about that place is a "no fly zone".

This room was disgusting the furniture was duct taped together there was cigarette burns in the blankets. There was finger prints everywhere. Hair on the bedding. The bathroom has soap and tooth paste all around it.

The card I used to get room and my deposit went on got hacked right after I checked it on a different agenda so I had to get a diff card so when they refunded my deposit it went to a canceled card they won't resend my deposit to my new card I offered to come in with my ID to prove and they refused

The property is generally quiet even if it's close to a main street in the city. The staff are great and friendly, they are always willing to help. The linens and the towels are clean, and the entire room as well. Just be careful of the some dog poop on the ground, as some guests probably let their dogs poop there. I will still give them an excellent review despite that.

Bed bugs

An okay looking property. The door to the bathroom was too tall there was constantly in contact with the floor and very hard to close. The bedding was stained or had cigarette burn marks. The people who stay over the long term were very loud and not clean. They threw cigarettes butts directly onto walkways. We saw some of their kids hanging off the walkway.

The bedspread had stains all over it. Not just one place. The sheets were grimy, had not been changed. The front door did not shut completely because you could see light around it. The security staff walked up and down the corridor at night, talking loudly. When I got up at 2am, one of them was standing by the elevator with an 8" knife in his hand. The unit smelled heavily of smoke. When I complained, I was told it was the resident downstairs. Overall worst place to stay ever.

It was not clean, nor did I feel safe. The accommodations were so deplorable that I left within minutes of arriving and had to rent at another Hotel in the area, as I live out of state. I would appreciate a refund, but doubt I am allowed to receive one.

The 1st room received was not serviced, so I had to get another room. There was a half-consumed pop in the fridge of the second room and the TV did not work due to not being hooked up to cable/internet service. This clerk was apologetic but not helpful stating he didn't know what to do about the TV. No Coffee or Snack center as advertised.

We never even ended up staying. Walked in and turned right back around to check out. Absolutely filthy

I love this place because it has spacious showers and a full size refrigerator! The new manager, Jennifer is fantastic and working endless hours to ensure everyone is happy!

Dirty sheets and comforter, nasty shower and sinks, unusable and highly unsafe stove top with a broken dial. Paper thin walls allowing you to hear every word said in surrounding rooms and outside. A car being towed had the alarms going off at 2 in the morning for almost 20 full minutes. The only good thing to come of this stay was engaging with Wesley, who has wonderful energy and is very upfront and honest. There are closed in corridors with the stairs and elevators, and walking through I was cat called. You are not close enough to any noteworthy destinations to ignore the lack of safety and disgusting environment. There are trash bags left in hallways, and cigarette smell seeping through every surface. The floors were sticky and even the curtains were stained. Do not stay here unless you can confidently defend yourself and bring your own sheets/whatnot.

Shady people staying at the hotel and the area around it.

This motel is an extended stay motel with little regard for the short term stay customers. We were given a 3rd floor room at the opposite end of the motel away from the stairs or elevator. There were homeless people in the parking lot laying on the grass and camped in their cars. There were unleashed dogs a couple of small ones that the owner was standing outside the room watching run around the grass area and 2 unleashed large dogs. The elevator was filthy and smelled like trash. The room was supposed to be a single queen with a kitchenette. We definitely got a kitchenette. The bed was a full (that extra few inches makes a difference) and had one very thing blanket with a huge cigarette hole in it. The side table was missing a center drawer. The floor was sticky and the room smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. So much so, we went and bought room spray. But even though the toilet and sink weren't very clean, and the door didn't close, the shower was one of the cleanest I've been in in a long time. Not even worth the price when I felt unsafe.

This hotel was disgusting. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. We wanted to leave the same night we got to our room but it was too late to go anywhere else. It seems like whoever was suppose to clean our room decided not to get the job done. They left the mop, broom and dust pan with a pile of dirt next to it, dirty pillows with stains all over and the room had a strong smoke smell that all of our clothes and luggage smelled like smoke after leaving. Not sure how they’re receiving 5 stars, must be fake. Lesson learned, I’m never skimping out on hotels ever again!

I didnt even stay. I left because it was so filthy. There was blood on the top comforter, the bathroom was full of mold, pizza box in the fridge, pizza sauce all over the table and chairs and hair all over the sheets and pillows. Was awful.

The room had not been cleaned. There was no towels and no toilet paper. There was someone else’s soap with hair in it. It was dirty - someone’s garbage was scattered in a stairwell and some of the hotel doors didn’t close or open properly. I would not recommend anyone stay here if it can be avoided using any measures.

Checked in and was given a room that was occupied, I walked right in and lucky nobody was in the room. Then I was moved to the third floor. Room was disgusting, floors were sticky and filthy. Bathroom wasn’t clean, mirror shower etc. The hallways, and surrounding area had garbage and filth all over. Obviously was used as a low income long stay facility. Over all it was a disgusting stay. I won’t be back, shouldn’t be associated with Expedia!!!!!!!!

Lost our resrvations

UNLAWFULL BACKGROUND CHECK. I got notice from Lifelock that somone was doing a background check on me within seconds after I heard the clerk slide my DL thru a machine after he had already entered all my info into another computer. I asked about it and he pointed to a sign saying they run checks on everyone that checks in. I did not authorize this and will be contacting an attorney.

They lost our reservations another family got the same response. The guy at the dest was not friendly at all. Nope can't help you

In speaking with various staffs(no name tags) I learned that the previous guest was removed by Spokane SWAT TEAM who used the battering ram since the guest barricaded themselves in the room. Before I made the reservation on June 25 2024, I called to verify that about service animals which include emotional service animals. Thank you for accommodation, but that is no reason to rent a room that still clearly has damages by the Spokane SWAT TEAM. I paid $877.37 for 13 days & my boyfriend has paid for another 15 days since I continue be on the waitlist for HUD apartment in Cheney. I understand the motel has 28 day policy except those that come from another state to work. The employee who work July 6, 2024 the 3 p.m. shift said, "We are the lowest price in Spokane area & get what you pay for."

This place was filthy and the bathroom was leaking water so bad it soaked all the bath towels and the toilet paper the tv only had 7 channels the clerk that checked us in wasnt bery friendly treated me like i was a burden all in all this was a horrible experience and ill neve stay here again

My room had no bedding had garbage in the room. I immediately checked out after seeing the room. I need a refund for the room.

I have never stayed at a place this filthy before. Apparently they clean the rooms once every two weeks but they don’t explain that there’s no cleaning in between guests. I contacted customer service about the feces on the walls, the trash, and terrible smell. I was offered a small credit and when I said that was unacceptable, I was told the hotel front desk couldn’t be reached and the issue would be escalated and to expect an email for resolution. Still waiting for that email. Never again!

I have never stayed at a place this filthy before. Apparently they clean the rooms once every two weeks but they don’t explain that there’s no cleaning in between guests. I contacted customer service about the feces on the walls, the trash, and terrible smell. I was offered $25 and when I said that was unacceptable, I was told the hotel front desk couldn’t be reached and the issue would be escalated and to expect an email for resolution. Still waiting for that email. Never again!

Room had bad smell

Everything is filthy from elevator, floors to hallways and walls. Am even afraid to touch any buttons and door handle. I tried to sleep and real or imagined (I'll check for welts on my skin later) that bed bugs bit me as I felt itchy. Never again!

Bunch of creakheads living here, dirty overall trash around the complex and smells like cigarettes horribly.

I would not recommend this property. Arrived and the person at the front was friendly but it took some time to check in. Went to the room and the elevator was fine but it took 10 to 15 times every time I entered for the key to work. Used the stairs to go down and part of the handrail was missing, stairs were dirty with graffiti on the wall. Plunger sitting next to the toilet had bits of paper on it which was gross. At 0115 I got cold and decided to look to see if there is an extra blanket in the room, the blanket on the bed is very thin. Opened the bottom drawer and there was old food boxes in the drawer with food in them. I couldn't wait to leave this property and couldn't believe all I got was a sorry for that when I reported it. I should have asked for a refund. The place is gross.
