Obviously at one time it was a fine hotel. All it takes is an owner that cares more about the money coming in than maintenance.

The only good thing I can say is that the sheets were seemingly clean. The bathroom, including the toilet seat, were visibly dirty, like they had not been cleaned at all. The corners of the room as well as the chairs in the room had crumbs from previous occupants. The tub and lavatory did not drain well. I would NOT stay there again under any circumstances.

Just spend an extra $20.00 and go anywhere else. This place was one of the most dirty, grungy hotels I have ever been in. Room was full of dust, floor felt like it had never once been clean and the shower was moldy. I only booked this place because I just needed a place to sleep after a long day of driving, but to be honest, I would have rather slept in my car.

Rooms were clean just blankets stained and shower wasn’t crazy clean !! Area is good lots of good felt safe … the fitness room was sad most machines broken …

It was good enough in a pinch. Rooms are out dated, bedding is stained, breakfast was just cereal and bagels. Bathroom in 2 of the 3 rooms smelled like urine. Literally only stay here if you have no other options

Worn look interior

First room had dog hair in the bed and I cleaned towels. We moved to another room per request. The room was cleaner but still towels had long brown hair wrapped in it. And housekeeper guy was a bit creepy. Front desk was kind and accommodated our family for breakfast. Price is good for what you experience.

The staff placed me on the first floor which was convenient since I was traveling with a dog. I was also near an exterior exit. The staff was friendly and accommodating for my needs. He told me of places I could safely walk my dog. He was also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. This hotel is located close to the highway and therefore has lots of outside noise that can be heard.

Breakfast was excellent! Biscuits and gravy and a really cool and delicious pancake maker. Staff was very nice and helpful! Room and property clean. Not the most updated and well maintained building. But over all well worth the stay and price!

Room wasn't finished being cleaned microwave was dirty, bed was very firm, toilet wasn't cleaned, some red (blood?) Dripped on wall. No tray for coffee pod. I asked to have the room cleaned the next day for another night but only made the bed added clean linen.

The first room they had us stay in was dirty, and the toliet was not working. There was a piece of floor was missing in the kitchen. They put us in a new room. It was slightly better but it was also not really clean. The tv didnt work. Stain on the beds, walls, baseboard heaters. Room was not well maintained. Ice machine was not working. The door the the building was also not working. Stairs are also very steep, no elevator.

They parking wasn’t bad but I would not recommend this place if you take cleanliness seriously. The bed sheets weren’t clean, the shower wasn’t clean, and there wasn’t any soap or body wash.

Bed was comfortable towels were soft and fluffy Very old dated furniture. Body wash in shower was empty. No hair dryer in room. One was brought when requested but was a wall mounted style just in a bag. Only 2 towels. Shower curtain was stained. Chair in room smelled. Key card when checked in was presented in a very used dog eared folder

The room I was given had urine on the toilet seat, multiple lights didn't work, plastic wrap over the smoke detector, exposed wiring, dirty mirrors, dirty microwave and fridge, no kleenex, no hand soap, no shampoo, no bosy wash. About 8 men were partying a few rooms away, into all hours of the night and the desk clerk was hanging out with them. I have photos. I requested a refund of the second night as I did not stay a second night. I don't know if it was refunded, I was not given a receipt.

The location was centrally located to all the good stores There was a big rip in my carpet and the bathtub was dirty and I think you've had both holes in the door I wouldn't recommend it but for a one-time just need some rest it's okay

Great Staff

Room was a mess, stains all over the bedding, walls and the lamps. Garbage was left in our room. We had an unexpected $50 charge that was not on the list when I booked the room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever.

The room was dirty!! The coffee machine still had the last travelers coffee grounds were still in the machine. The skirting on the bed was half torn off. We stayed a extra night and my friend paid for second night. I paid for first night. They are still trying to charge me for the second night even though my card keeps denying it. The clerk was still in training and couldn't figure out why they were still charging the first card. She barely spoke to us and in the end, we just walked away. They charged the first night $50 for a dog and charged $25 for a dog. They are inconsistent. We didn't even get fresh towels.

The location was good it was by everything you would need Everything about that hotel was horrible. It’s disgusting, dead bugs all over, nothing has been dusted for a long tone, tv was broken, mold in the shower, broken furniture, room and hallway smelled like animal pee and fish, staff was rude, NO POOL! Advertisement for the hotel is a scam. The pictures they posted are nice and says they have a pool which they don’t and the hotel is nasty. ?

Breakfast needs more options. Scrambled eggs and waffles would be great and more fresh fruit options. Location is very busy and had some questionable noises and people. Smells like mildew. Need more than one set of towels.

Faucet leak in that room, drip that wouldn't stop

Hotel hall needs vacuumed, I don't want to go barefoot in the room the floor is old and gross. The window looks i to a trailer park. The lights have broken shades and old cords hanging out. Reception area has an awesome plant growing all over it but over all feels old and run down.

Not easy to enter from the east on Sullivan. We were checking in and the incidental fee upfront we were not expecting, normally motels ask for your card to pay for incidentals after your stay. The room amenties could use some TLC like the coffee maker was missing it's brewing basket, the dresser was missing a drawer, just little things that made the room and bathroom look like it wasn't taken care of well. Parking area was fine, Full Breakfast was good and I am glad the beds were not like sleeping on a soft rock and got two pillows per person. Convenient to food and shopping though.

Room was clean but dated. Some of neighbors were a little noisy but didn't last too late. The bed was good however the pillows were terrible. Hard and lumpy, also each one very small.

Total Dump - Don't even try. We had to cause it was the only place to stay below $1000 for 4 nights while my father was in ICU. Besides that, it's just filthy and barely functional. 100% worst I've even been in or seen. Sad I had to continue there.

This property was unkept. There was no elevator and the carpeted stairs had dog fur all over them. The room smelled like musty smoke and the mirrors and windows were dusty and dirty.

The front desk staff was friendly enough but he said my room number out loud which is a safety issue especially as I checked in as a solo female. The tub was dirty and gritty. The floor was so dirty, my feet turned black walking from the shower to the bed. The body wash bottle was empty. Breakfast was stale with limited options. Some fruit, yogurt, or other gluten-free options would have been appreciated. Apple juice and cream cheese were out. No staff was there to refill. The property is rundown and is in desperate need of renos. It’s not worth even close to what I paid. I’d never stay here again.

It is so hard to find a place to commute with Expedia and connect with the hotel staff about the issues.

The rooms were dirty. I ended up not staying. They charged me three times and only refunded 2 of the 3 charges they said they would give me a refund not once but twice and over a month later they still owe me 155.50 do not recommend these people they have no idea what they are doing and will over charge you and not properly refund you.

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. However the cleanliness of the room both times I have stayed here was unacceptable. I specialize in residential cleaning and I've worked as a housekeeper prior to that a always have a bag of cleaning supplies in my car just in case.

The room was beyond neglected it was dirty. The wall had holes and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. There were nail clippings on the bathroom floor and the bedding was stained. The television did not work .

The lobby person was so great

The room was not restocked, no soap shampoo. Front desk unwilling to help or change rooms or get a discount. He confirm the room wasnt swevice, he was tge one who checked us in. We had reserved the room 2 weeks out, so they knew we were comings. When i tried to check out and get a receipt he sain couldn't do since the charges wont go thru until till the next morning. He stated that we won't be charged, but we also wouldn't get a refund for that. He was very rude, no customer service.

While the hotel itself was pretty average, checkin was great, the room we wete given had just one light over the beds. Good enough but nearly one half of the room was totally dark. I couldn't do any work at the desk because of a lack of light over or on the desk.

This place was disgusting. We walked in the room and saw the condition it was in which included hair all over the bed, the mirrors were filthy, the toilet was dirty, and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. We ended up leaving and canceling our reservation.

Room was dirty, the key cards didn’t work on exterior door so they just propped it open. The entire building smelled like cat piss and pot. We checked out as soon as we looked at the room. Based on this experience I will never be staying at another Wyndham property.

We stayed here because we needed a last minute room just to sleep and it was $60. The lobby was updated and nice, and our room was mostly clean, but definitely an older rubdown room. The si k faucet wasn’t secure and moved when you turned it down, the shower was kind of sketch and the soap/shampoo bottles were either missing the top lid/pump or empty. There was no hand soap at the sink and tv didn’t work initially so had to go to front desk. He was very nice. The tv only works if you move the cord and push some buttons on the tv itself to change source. There was hardly anything to pick for breakfast so we went somewhere else. Overall, fine place to stay for one night but not a place we wanted to hang and relax. We were relieved to leave the next morning.

The staff was friendly but the lady admitted that she hadn't been in the rooms and didn't even know what they looked like. Breakfast was okay but made us have diarrhea later that day. Wasn't empressed especially it being a Ramada.

Broken bed but since we are handicapped they couldn't moved us to the second floor where rooms where available. No hand soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom ceiling has black mold, I took video, I was told that because I booked through Expedia that they couldn't and wouldn't partially refund me.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Terrible service. Do NOT stay here unless you need the cheapest, dirtiest and drug filled place you can stay at. Did not see one housekeeper the entire time I was there. I have videos and pics of my entire stay and the rude staff. Walls had brown stuff all over them, sheets/pillows had other peoples hair still all over them. Behind and under the bed were drug paraphernalia, q tips, condoms and etc. Bathrooms look as though they had never been cleaned. I asked for a refund and never received one. They did charge me extra for the pet fee which is fine if I stayed the whole time and was told of the pet fee upfront. That was not the case… it was $15 and they charged me $25. Really terrible place. I would never recommend staying here.

Really, just overall very bad experience. Housekeeping never went into my room in the four days. I was there to either clean switch out garbage towels, or change the sheets. I got excuse after excuse after excuse every day of why it wasn’t done. They finally let me switch rooms on the last night so I could sleep in a clean room for one night. Do not recommend this place is run very poorly. Things are broken. The heater smelled like wet dog, there was a urine smell in one of the rooms that I was in and just overall poor experience. The only plus is that the beds were comfortable

Room is disgusting, very dirty, broken glass pipe on the floor, bloody boogers on the wall in the bathroom. Mirrors are filthy can see hand prints on them. Bathtub hasn’t been cleaned in lord only knows how long.

The menu breakfast was amazing eggs fresh orange juice, toast, cereal coffee was amazing. The cleanliness was amazing. The staff was amazing. The cleanliness was amazing and they were very friendly. I will come back and visit again. Please take this serious all of the members that I come in contact with they all need a raise. They work very hard and go above and beyond the call of duty of their duties to keep the hotel, clean and efficient and professional. I take my head off to them Todd link

Expedia called & front desk he had a room to move us. Wheni went to ask for a different room they said they were full. Asked for a full or partial refund & neither expedia or Ramada would help

The rooms are kind of bare, not exactly the cleanest and the pool in the hot tub do not work there. Neither does that running machine selection for breakfast was extremely poor. The bread was hard like a rock for their biscuits and gravy.

This is the most rundown Ramada ever. Holes in the walls, holes on the floor in bathroom tryi g to be covered by random laminate. Musty and dirty smell. Locks that are not working right . No shower gel or shampoo in dispenser. NEVER stay here

Horrible experience the room was not what we expected. We walked into a bathroom that only had two towels, 1/2 used toiletry with no extra the room smelt like urine and there was only two pillows on the bed.

After awhile the guy was able to get ouy TV working but he had a few other things to take care of first. I have not received the $50 credit for the charge that was made immediately upon my checking in. If it charges that quickly it should credit that quickly also.

I cleaned the OUTSIDE of the bath tub before I took a shower and left the black rag on the bathroom floor when I left. The walls in the room were gross. There was grass and other dirt stuck to the walls in the entrance. I wiped down the walls around the door and in the bathroom area. I used 2 bath towels. They were filthy. The floor in the room itself was filthy. I wore socks the whole time I was there and the bottoms are black. I don't care that this is the cheapest hotel in town. It is not fit to stay in. I don't think that they ever really clean these rooms. YUCK!

It was a good trip except the questionable people in the parking lot

Drug deals happening out of the first level windows and in cars in the parking lot. Prostitutes and drugs abound. Really nasty place, I left at midnight to get another room at a decent place. Do not book here unless you want drugs and prostitutes. Cost me two nights with no recourse.

Do not stay here. This is the dirtiest place we’ve ever been to. Stains all over walls. Stained sheets. Grayed and dirty white towels. The shower curtain was stained with a brown substance resembling feces. Floors haven’t been swept or mopped in ages with many areas of dried dirt. Toilet had dried pee that hadn’t been cleaned up. No battery in the smoke detector. Dried snot and blood on the walls. Broken chairs. Not one surface had been wiped clean in ages.

This hotel room had what looked to be feces, boogers and who knows what I’m various areas in the room the sheets had crumbs and hair in them when we arrived the floor was not vacuumed I found garbage under the sink and chair the ice machine had some sort of slug growing on it.. this hotel is so gross I had to find another hotel and ask for a refund as I had booked it for a week

2 floors and NO elevator, in which to get your baggage and body up to 2nd floor. Hair band found on carpet by end of window bed. Bath/shower tub unused because bottom of tub was too slippery with nothing to hold onto while trying to get in. not requiring handicapped just commin sense for elderly with some disabilities, and safety for guests. Refrigerator froze all items because it was left on high by cleaning staff.

The employees were nice, kind and helpful. The issue we had was the first room we were given had no lock on the door, a slug in the bathroom, and overall felt bad. We asked for, and were given a second room. It smelled horribly and I ended up sweeping and mopping all the floors for our entire stay! We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. No room service was provided while we were there. We made it work, but I have not had such a bad experience in a while.

Checked in & went to the room and there was hair in the bed, stains on the sheets, walls, and EVERYWHERE. A brown poop stain possibly on the wall in the bathroom? Idk it was gross. They put us in the rooms next to the actual hotel and they look NOTHING like the ones in the pictures. $400 for disgusting trash. Thank god we got a refund and went to a way better place 7 mins away

Disappointing. While the staff were nice, the experience was a little brutal. The bathroom sink backed up. We reported in the morning before we left with instructions to also make up the room. When we got back, the room was not made up. It appeared someone tried to repair the sink as they used the ice bucket to bail nasty water and used all the towels. There was no attempt to clean up after themselves and was not sanitary. The sink was not repaired and still clogged. I went to Walmart and purchased my own drain cleaning kit and took care of it.

The convenient location is a big plus, walkable to good mexican restaurant, and coffee place, grocery stores just a short distance away. This is definitely a budget hotel, not real great. Our room was mostly clean, and the staff we spoke to were nice, and helpful.

We checked in after driving 13 hours at 8 pm went to bed at 10 woke up wet at 1am in urine. The bed must have been made with a soiled mattress. We woke up wet disoriented and figured it out.. I immediately went to the front desk there wasn't another room to accommodate us. ( At this point we didn't want one) We drove home another 7 hours. Really disappointing and Gross.

Pictures are not what it is… not clean. Broken door lock to get into building had duck tape holding it together. Room was dirty walls, counters, chair in room broken. Did not stay there felt very unsafe…

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place was absolutely horrendous. Where do I begin? First upon checkin in the lady at the front desk spoke very little to no English. Made the check in process so long because with the communication barrier we couldn’t understand each other. We paid $10 for a rollaway bed, and was told by the front desk staff that it was $25. I had to pull up my email to prove to her it was indeed $10. Then when the bed finally came to us (5 hrs later at 11pm) it was broken! They also checked another guest into our room so we randomly had some stranger walk in! We paid extra for a full kitchen that had zero utensils, plates, cups or stuff to cook on. Absolutely nothing. The dishwasher, microwave and fridge had food splatter, and dark liquids stains dripping down them. The fridge looked like someone had played target practice on it because there were dents and holes throughout the entire front of the fridge. Food from the previous guests were still left in the fridge and freezer! The floors throughout the entire room looks like it had not been swept or mopped in years. Pieces of random crap and dirt were everywhere! Every single wall in the place had holes everywhere. Absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Not much to say, met the bare minimum

The hotel was dirty, found dirty around the corners. Cracks in the bathroom walls. Drug dealers standing outside by the door. Watched Burlington clothing store get robbed. Retainer under the chair. Ranch dressing in a disposable container under the bed.

Bottom of my feet were filthy at the end of the night after walking around and the shower curtain was dirty and disgusting.

I liked the room, it was more like a two bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty.Towels, sheets, floor were dirty. The entry door to the building was busted with tape on it and anyone could come in.

We didn't even end up staying here. It was disgusting and had a strong cat urine odor in the bathroom that may or may not have actually been cat urine. Too numerous other issues to mention. We checked out and Hotels.com refunded us. The only good part was the front desk lady did try her best to make things right, and I appreciated that.

The staff is solid. I watched them handle some difficult customers prior to my check-in and they did so with kindness and patience. I appreciate their help and I understand the overall condition of our room is out of their control.

The floor in the room was really dirty. The bathroom door frame was either scratched or the paint was worn out. Breakfast was good but the cereal dispensers were empty except for one. Tv didn't play anything.

HORRIBLE. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair and stains in the drains and on the walls. Bed sheets were stained with… blood? poop? idk. Floors were beyond dirty, stained my socks and feet BLACK. Asked for room service multiple times throughout my 4 day stay, was always promised someone to come clean, let alone change the bed sheets.. never happened. Towels in the bathroom were stained black, like they scrubbed the floor with the towel and put it back on the rack… Stay somewhere else. Save your money!!!!

The shower stall had not been cleaned properly. There was dried hair on the shower wall and used soap on the top corner. Makes you wonder about how clean the room really was. The sheets were inside out, not an issue, but made me wonder if fresh sheets had been put on or used sheets turned over.

Good location with lots of amenities near by. I added a fold bed with my booking but they couldn't find info on it at check in so a little inconvenient but nothing compared to not having a remote or working tv I let the front desk know and no one ever came up or fixed anything there was also empty beer cans in my bathroom trash and a huge yellow stain on my pillowcase upon arrival I could have complained but it was cheaper then many other places I looked at so I figured you get way you pay for

This property was old and smelled bad, internet wouldn't connect, tub was stained and shower curtain had black fingerprints on it. Lamps in the room had no light bulbs in them and the whole place smelt strongly like pine sol so we had to open the windows and keep them open on a hot day. It is ok for folks on a very tight budget maybe but I would not stay here again.

This was not an experience we enjoyed, the tv didn't even work and nobody came to fix it until our last night of checkout and we were already heading to bed. My points were never added to my Wyndham account

Property and hotel needs updating and maintenance, bathroom repairs and we had towels with old makeup, neighbors in other rooms loud till early morning and you could make their conversation, walls not to sound proof. No security that we saw outside and where we had to park was dimly lit and people were walking around asking for money, my wife would not go out to the car by herself.

Room was chean and beds comfortable. Breakfast could have been better.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel. Grimy dirty Walls, bathrooom, shower had stuff on walls of it I didn’t see without my contacts in until I stepped in. Door moldings and light switches grimy. Refused to let kids shower. Sheets had stains. Even the ceilings had dirty spots vs The beds were comfortable.. upon leaving even the hallways had build up of dust on molding.

Staff and bed were good. The room smelled horrible and the floors/bathroom were very dirty! Not worth the money. Will not stay again.

The reason why I booked this room was because it offered 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. It was enough for my family and I. We tried to check in early and was told the rooms were not yet available. Later when I returned to check in, the process was easy. I had booked for 3 nights. We went to park close to our room, parking was completely full which was understandable since we checked in late. We unloaded our car, went into the room. When we arrived to the room we noticed how filthy the room was. The walls had dried up boogers on it, the couch was filthy, then noticed the kitchen was all dirty as well. We went to tell the front desk, and asked for cleaning supplies (I tried to not make a big deal) the receptionist did not apologize nor offered to get it cleaned. When we checked the beds, there were yellow stains and hair on the blankets and that's when I decided no more. We are not staying here. I returned to the front desk asked to cancel the next 2 night and asked for another room. The receptionist did not apologize nor offer another room. They must be used to people complaining. I had to ask if another room was available. He then said there's one next door. I asked to see it prior to agreeing with it. Upon inspection the room was just as dirty as the one assigned. Upset I told the receptionist I didn't want either of the rooms and wanted a refund. Instead I booked with the hotel across the street, much cleaner and great customer service, oh and pricing was cheaper too.

I will never stay in another Wyndam hotel. The lobby, room. and entire annex smelled like cigarette smoke. Graffiti on bathroom door. One lamp was unplugged and another lamp, the bulb was at a 90 degree angle, how it worked was a miracle. My son checked for bedbugs. Across the street was a former Ramada, which was 10 times better. Wyndam you lost another customer.

Just a regular hotel in a busy city. Good prices and a bit challenging to get to

The front desk staff was extremely rude. I stayed in a 2 queen bed room which normally has 4 towels but there were only 2 towels. The breakfast was horrible and there was barely anything there even though I got there at 630 and they started breakfast at 6

This was a last minute stay, we went up and stayed for an emergency so we just needed a place to sleep. First room we were put into was not clean at all, apparently it was a room they usually used for storage, both beds were unclean, no toiletries, microwave dirty and door was broken, dresser was missing ALL of the drawers, bathtub was gross looking, hair dryer was missing, not that we needed any of these but I have never stayed in a place like this and I’ve stayed at a pretty low run motel 6. I did go upfront and ask for a different room and the man on duty was extremely nice and understanding, he helped a lot. Next room was way better still not super but sleepable for the night. We grabbed breakfast before we left the next day, it was pretty standard, they had not very warm biscuits and gravy as a hot option and that was it, but they offered the usual bagels, cereals, muffins, some fruit and pancakes. So overall we just needed a place to sleep but I definitely will not be booking this place again.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had and I’ve always considered myself to be able to sleep anywhere. I have slept outside in just a sleeping bag in many occasions with no issues. The room smelled like death. The couch had dark brown stains all over it. The sheets in the beds were either stained or dirty and had hairs all over them. There were layers of dust on all appliances and blinds. There was an electrical outlet exposed with wires hanging out. There were several groups of people drinking in and doing who knows what else in the parking lot. We arrived at midnight dead tired but knew we could not stay (this was a first for me). I will say the one positive were the staff. They did not seem surprised at all with our reaction and were very helpful in explaining the process to cancel our reservation through Expedia. Staff get an A plus but the hotel gets an F minus.

Made sure the aur conditioning was on in my room on a hot day , room was clean , staff were nice and its right across from most restaurants and the right off the freeway

No batteries in the fire detectors. Wires exposed. So unsafe. TV wouldn’t work. Shower drain was clogged. We let them know ahead of time we would be checking in late. Front desk said that was fine. When we arrived they said they had canceled our reservation and needed to see if the room was empty. So room was not even ready at midnight. Front desk person was awful and not helpful. Acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. We would I never stay here again. If we had other options late last night we wouldn’t have stayed even then. I would highly recommend hotels.com take this joke of a hotel off their website. We felt misled with our expectations of this place.

We were vere tied when we got there. When we got to the room the toilet was up. The tub was dirty, microwave was dirty, so did not shower or use microwave, the be was comfortable. I do have pictures.

The first room we got smelled strongly of urine. We got a different room, which didn't have a urine smell but still didn't smell like it was cleaned. It smelled musty and like it needed to be aired out.

The couch was very dirty, and there was a water drainage issue in the bathroom. Even after reporting the problem, it was not addressed.

2. Breakfast schedule is from 6am to 9am. We got there at 8am and they were already almost out of everything. I requested the staff for more milk and they said they did not have more milk. 5 minutes later another gusst asked for milk and they provided more milk after telling me they were out of milk.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not clean and the overall cleanliness of the property was poor.

No one answered the front desk phone when I called for help with the TV. I tried 10 times.

They did not provide any housekeeping, even asking twice to have them come. The front desk said they would send them over but for two days they never came. The room smelled, was dirty and the air conditioner made us sick. Disgusting place with very poor service. We ended up leaving early to get a different place for the last night even though they still charged us for the last night.

Do not recommend. Our room smelled like urine as soon as you walk in the door, many items didn’t work (a lamp and the telephone to name a couple), a bed was broken my feet were higher than my head and everything was filthy (soap scum and grime in the tub, dirt on the walls and ceiling but the worst was the floors with visible spots of stuff and our feet filthy after showering and walking to the bed. I asked for another room because of the bed and urine smell and they told me we could take our things and check in again at 4 pm. There was no place to store our things onsite. So they were to have maintenance fix the bed and have the cleaning crew clean the room. It never happened. They only gave us two towels and we were in a four person room. I could go on and on but you get the picture. The answer is never, never, never again!

Front desk manager replaced both. If had seen the room before paying, we would have left to another Hotel who values cleanliness for their guests. A refund is warranted for the poor experience we endured.

I cannot even begin to list all the horrible things about the condition of this room. We walked in to a musty smell and a visibly dirty floor. The couch was grimy and should have been thrown out on the street for free, only our party of 6 actually needed it to sleep on. There were no sheets or blankets for it, and the rollaway bed I requested never showed up. The toilet appeared to not have been flushed in weeks, much less cleaned. The shower head partially squirted upwards on the ceiling and the tub did not drain. The lights in the bathroom barely sputtered on (even turned off mid-shower on my son) and the fan was completely useless. A toilet paper roll holder barely hung on the wall and the door appeared to have been partially punched through. In the kitchen, which we didn’t use, the freezer looked like it had been shot with a shotgun and the microwave was spattered with melted “who knows what” all over its inside. At night, a nest of birds chirping in the air conditioner as well as someone apparently trying to shake our door open kept my boys wide awake. In one of the rooms the bed had been shoved off to one side of its headboard, revealing cigarette butts, hair and more grime on the floor. Most of us brought in sleeping bags to avoid getting in the sheets. Downstairs, the garbage was overflowing and breakfast looked nothing like the pictures with no fresh fruit to be found. There was no one when we checked out, just a box to leave our keys. Horrible and WAY overpriced!

When I arrive to check in, the manager had us booked in a non-handicap accessible room even though I had booked handicap accessible prior to arrival. He then told me we did not. Have the option to switch, but then suddenly found one after I complained. The room is dirty and horrible.

Security was poor at community. Someone tried to break in to my room with a screwdriver. Cleanliness needs improved. Room carpet very stained.

They need to get their wifi fixed. We had no wifi in our room both times we stayed.

The room was disgusting. Not cleaned prior to check in. Bathroom smelled like animal urine and scratch marks all over the door from an animal trying to get out. Dog hair on AND in the sheets. Don’t stay here!

They had the cheapest rate, the tv had 'stuff' splashed onto it and the floor was unswept. The freezer in the fridge was frozen over, the bathroom is very small. Beds are nice after 3 days on a metal ships deck... So I lived in kind and did not worry about any messes that I created

Won’t stay here again. The room had a strange smell, the walls were filthy, the freezer was full of stained frost that was bright red, the fridge was not clean. As a plus, the bedding did seem to be clean.

The ceiling of the room had stuff hanging from the ceiling and blowing about with the AC. The grounds had dead plants and weeds growing all over. Totally run down needing lots of fixing up. The room had a smoker at on time.
