We enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very helpful. It looked like they have a very cool pool, but we didn't have a chance to use it.

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was great. Couldn't use the laundry it was being remodeled. And the pool was nice and warm but the hot tub wasn't working and there was no bathroom in the pool area. Otherwise great experience

This hotel is rather run down. The bathroom tile grout is dirty and stained. The bathtub drain was blocked. It was cleared after I asked if it could be while I was out for the day, but there was dirt left in the bathtub and a dirty cloth left on the toilet. It is not located in the best area either, there are some sketchy people not too far away.

Ice machine didn't work, plug in didn't work. Breakfast started to late. We had to be at the tournament at 6:30am. Breakfast not til 7am

One elevator was working which was extremely slow

1. The mini-fridge was warm. The interior line was frosted over and wasn't warm at all. 2. No maid service. Unsure what the misunderstanding was, but when I went to my room after the day, it hadn't been touched. Bed still unmade, trash still in bag, etc. 3. Also funny, when I got to my room after check-in, the door was opened, not closed. Never seen that before.

Everything was great. We love how accommodating you are when it comes to our handicapped toddler The hot tub is not yet fixed . I am excited for the. This is the only complaint I have. My body needs the heat of these hot tubs.

Sketchy area - daughter and I felt a little creeped out. Hotel feels very dated and I was charged for using linens for an injury and soiling them! Good to know I am now paying to use linens. Highly do not recommend this location!

Hot tub is out of service. That wasn't even the worst part. After taking a shower I reached for a towel and to my surprise I found myself holding a dirty used towel that had been refolded and put back on the shelf. Front desk was more than helpful in replacing them.

The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The laundry facility does not work. The gym is not working. Did Jacuzzi does not work. The only thing that does work on an amenity level is a pool and the water is too cold. Get a tent and stay outside. It’s cleaner and better.

Always amazing stay here! Staff goes above and beyond their duties. Breakfast was amazing. Front desk Always on point and manager is just a Gem! Great place for the price and pet and kid friendly. Pool is always clean and families love it.

The rooms were clean and all of the staff were very helpful very polite and very willing to help when needed. The breakfast was wonderful. The facility itself is in a great location and I thoroughly enjoyed my day.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable but the freezer was iced over and I couldn't fit anything in it. Plus, the hallway spelt like smoke and on one of the nights, it spelt like marijuana.

The beds were good though and the breakfast spread was also good. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a good stay.

The lady at the front desk in the morning, couldn’t believe we were given a room on the first floor( there are only 4 rooms). She knew how bad it was. She gave us a 22.00 discount. Good thing we were only staying for one night. Make sure you don’t get any first floor rooms. If we do go back it will only be on floor 2 or above.

It was unique having the breakfast ding room on the 5th floor with a view. I also lived on each floor, an open area to sit and relax.

Room was kinda clean but outdated, had dried food splatter on our curtains and wall. No continental breakfast the two days we were there. The staff was friendly when we had encounters with them.

There were brown spots and holes on all cielings (our room and pool), the bathroom door was rough looking. Hairs were in our beds. Mold was in the shower. I think the bed closest to the bathroom had bed bugs. My daughter has multiple raised bumps, specically in a group of 3.

The bed was extremely comfortable and I needed a good night’s rest.

We have stayed at this specific location several times and never had issues previously. During our initial check-in there was not a room available that was accessible so we had to wait. Said room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We relocated to a non accessible room as that was all that was available. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Mildew and possibly mold in the bathroom. The hot tub wasn’t working and there was algae and mildew all over in the pool room. There was a room on the second floor “under construction” that had the window completely taken out and cold air coming through the makeshift door. Where you could see through into the room. Most of the staff seemed new, but were apologetic and helpful. After this experience I am not likely to book rooms here anymore. The price is good, but not low enough to warrant possible health concerns.

The breakfast was basic and thats all I need. the parking is tight but fine for our needs. If you have a trailer might be tight. The room was good and clean. The gym and sauna was under construction...bummer. but for the money it was good.

The property itself is in dire need of renovations. The staff does their absolute best with the resources available. The gentleman working the breakfast was so nice and kind, so were the front desk girls. Towels are limited on property, you must also request maid service. Our phone in our room didn’t work, and the shower leaked. The TV remote wasn’t programmed to the TV so we thought it was broken. The main tench worker on site came up to our room and programmed it for us. Caution, area not as safe. Druggies flooded the parking the first day. There was a hooker in the lobby on the second night. Not kid friendly.

When we returned to our car shortly after checking in, there were people right next to it drinking and openly using drugs, which made us feel very unsafe — especially traveling with children. Because of the conditions and environment, we decided not to stay and checked out less than two hours after arrival. When I explained our concerns, the front desk clerk even told me she had considered warning us that it wasn’t a good place to stay with kids. That alone says a lot. I would not recommend this property.

I used to be a long haul semi truck driver. I have fairly basic expectations for hotel rooms. First, decent bed with clean linen. Second, a clean shower and towels. Third, garbage from the prior occupants removed. I will say that the reason it is a two star instead of a one star review is because while the front desk person ignored my concerns, she was friendly and personable. The lead housekeeper was very helpful as was the housekeeper on day two of my stay.

I was a little worried as the price was pretty cheap but the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. The place was super ran down not what it looked liked in pictures. The hot tub was broke and it was comming in the roof on lot of places. Our room smelled of chlorine bad too which was werid and it just had werid smells over all.

Front desk clerks were amazing! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety of food. Kitchen staff was rude. After refusing to let my grandson have his service dog while he ate, it caused major anxiety and was followed by a seizure.

People were fighting in lobby rooms were dirty people were really loud in the room by us. The phone in the room was missing all the buttons. Some of the doors looked like they were kicked in.

The hotel was kind of hard to find with the way the fence sits around the property. The lobby could use a good cleaning but other wise not bad. The Staff was awesome Could not have asked for better. The room was mostly clean, the bedding was fresh, and fairly comfortable. The shower could have used a little more attention. This is an older hotel that was once a very very nice place. The 5th floor view from all the windows was very nice. But the over all feeling is heavy and creepy. Its not the people or even the location, the whole hotel has a very heavy feeling. Like something bad has happened there. The lady that runs the breakfast place is the heart of the place. Its a whole different vibe. I didnt so much feel in danger, just that I should keep looking over my shoulder. Would I stay there again? Yes, but not by myself this time.

Hotel itself was clean but low budget. Nothing like the pictures portrayed however the staff was all above average. Friendly, helpful, welcoming, and much more. They were, probably some of the greatest overall team of hotel staff I've come across. They made the stay better than the disappointment of the quality of hotel was. They were superb.

This property is incredibly rundown. The staff is nice but the property is old and needs a face lift. The first room we got had the window open and was doused with air freshener. We left for a couple hours and came back and the room smelled like urine. We got a different room…not a king bed…one queen bed had so many stains on the mattress—no mattress protectors and the top sheet didn’t cover it—so disgusting. The carpet in the hallway is dirt colored—so filthy. There is a security gate around the parking lot. Huge homeless problem around the area. Do not recommend-would never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and doing their best but they are seriously understaffed. When we went to breakfast on Monday there was nobody there, they were out of coffee and several other things. Then when I went to check out the maintenance guy was covering the front desk.

The shopping options were ok but a better selection of ice cream would be better.

We were traveling with our son and daughter in law. We had reserved 2 king trims. When they checked I . 1st their key card didn’t work when the were able to enter the room it was 2 double beds not a king. They were told “sorry” we over booked there are no other rooms available. They were not happy but went back. Went to bed and my daughter in law woke up about 2:30am feeling like something was crawling on her. Using her cellphone flashlight she discovered her bed was infested with BEDBUGS!! They caught one took it to the front desk. All they said was dirty .. we ca. mice you to another room!! After telling them no other rooms were available earlier!! They asked for a refund which they were told would be possibly made later!!this ruined our weekend trip!!

My room was clean and the staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, not great but ok. The hall carpets need shampooing. Overall, good for the money.

Love the staff here. Front desk always sweet easy and helpful. House keeping very friendly and kind and very helpful. They treat me and my service animal wonderful and this is the reason I will keep getting rooms here. Great value and comfortable inviting environment. Will always recommend to anyone! Huge 5th floor used to be lounge wish it was reopened!!! Would attract people especially if it was open weekends! Love this place and the people

OK, so where do we start. When we first checked in the TV didn’t work. So they gave us another room and we had to move. When we got there, there was no soap. The ice machine didn’t even work on our floor both machines. Had to go to the second floor to get ice. Just a while ago someone walked at our room. They’ve given our key to someone else. And the sauna is not working. Which I was looking forward too. Breakfast is more like a first come first serve. Ran out of waffle mix. Half the time the key did not work on my door more than once or twice. The ironing board in our room needs to be repaired does not pull out correctly.I won’t be booking this hotel again in the future.

Not so good. Rougher part of town than expected. Was looking forward to using the hot tub and was not advised during booking or check in that it was out of service. Breakfast was ok, but everything else seemed run down and lacking in quality considering the price and location.

The are is in the outskirts of the city but only a stone throw away from Gonzaga University. The hotel is located in an industrial area but it feel safe. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. One of the major pluses is that the hotel is dog friendly, and that made our stay the best.

Checked in at 9pm, 1st room that we were given had garbage on the floor and the beds unmade. The 2nd room we were given was fine except the shower had no shower curtain. For the price we paid we would not stay here again.

We’re traveling through from Clarkston and I have to admit the condition of the building on the outside doesn’t look great but the room was really nice. The people that operate this Ramada in Spokane are probably some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. It’s a bummer that the hot tub wasn’t working, but the swimming pool was nice And the beds are great.

Ramada hotel is one we will definitely come back to! Service and staff were very helpful and kind, only complaint is twice we had to get a new room key because it wouldnt unlock our door but staff was quick to fix it and were very attentive. Breakfast was quick and delicious and more then once we had the whole pool to ourselves!!! Thank you for making our stay a great one!

The hotel and property were definitely old and in need of updating. Furniture beat up, broken shower tiles, missing pictures on the walls, etc. We booked two rooms and one didn't have a shower curtain or operational shower, the other room had dirty towels. Our reservation was for two nights and we found a different hotel after the first night. Would not recommend.

It was extremely dirty, I don’t think they cleaned the bathroom from the previous guest. The coffee pot supplies were not replaced. The bedspread and some pillows had spots (blood) on them. Very disappointed.

Pool was nice but the hot tub was closed Homeless people were hanging out in the parking lot There was a VERY suspicious white creamy stain at about hip height on the curtain. I didn't like that they made a mistake and double booked my room while we were in the room in the middle of the night ! Not a safe feeling 😞

The desk was missing the drawer, the air unit looked like it was gonna fall out of the wall. The breakfast menu said it seved eggs and other hot food but only offered continental options. And the water from the shower made my skin dry and the hot tub was not in working order.

Cheap, but in a sketchy area. Our 2nd room wasn’t ready until after 5pm and the floor was sticky.

The hotel was average interior, the bed was average, the bathroom plain, the TV didn't work initially and was small. Bathroom floors are super slippery when wet, I slipped multiple times!

Property is obsolete and falling apart. Sheets and towels were stained. Front desk staff was really nice, but it can’t overcome the fact that there hasn’t been any investment in upkeep of this property for years!

I have been stalling on doing this review because the staff was amazing! So I feel bad that the room/property has gone downhill. The check in staff and manager was really great! They had a lot of new staff so I understood when our room had some cleanliness issues. That wasn’t the worst part. If that had been all I wouldn’t say anything else. But the room itself needs some renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was rusty. (The slats between the ceiling tiles) the curtain in the bedroom was torn in half. There were two mini fridges for some reason? One where it belonged and one on the floor. The beds were not at all comfortable. And honestly the worst part of all was at breakfast. They now have someone standing there telling you how much food you are allowed. What? I’ve never in any other hotel ever before and I’ve stayed there before and never had that happen before. We had a small issue with having no remote and the manager was amazing bringing us a new one and setting it all up. I told her about the messiness and she cleaned it up and took pictures and is going to train the staff better. Like I said, no complaints with the staff as they were wonderful and they can’t help the state of some things. That’s an owner thing and it needs fixed. But don’t have people hover over breakfast and tell us how much to eat. That one got me.

The TC didn't work. The clock dis not work. The outlet behind the coffee maker DId not have power. Only one waste basket in the room. Nothing in the bathroom. The AC was pointed directly at the beds. That was VERY cold and gave both ear aches and headaches. The staff was excellent, especially in the kitchen. (No microwave in the breakfast room, the pool was unopened. No swimming. Not a real great stay overall. It was nice to be out of the 100 degree heat. Thank God for that!!

The room was clean, and the staff was very nice. I was disappointed in not being able to use the pool, but they did list other pool options, it was too bad it was Sunday and they were closed. I recommend this hotel. Its on the older side i believe, but was clean and comfortable. I was having surgery so couldn't check out the breakfast options.

The parking lot was pretty dirty. My 2 year old almost picked up a condom while we were unloading the car. We booked months ago - excited for the pool. Sadly it was closed both trips. The breakfast was decent - otherwise we likely won’t book again.

First room we had, the refrigerator was in severe need of defrosting. They traded it to a brand new refridge which wasn't anywhere near cold by the next morning! We got moved to another room where the tv & remote had issues. At least we were able to keep food cold. All through this, the staff was par excellent!! Sadie & Scotty, desk clerks and the maintenence man, Jason were superb through all the phone calls/ requests I made to the desk. All staff were friendly & pleasant. The head housekeeper was awesome, but didn't get her name. I was sad that the pool wasn't available. I do plan on booking there for next years graduation.

I really liked the staff. Everyone was so friendly. Unfortunately, the area around this hotel is pretty bad. There is a rehab center across the street, so lots of folks experiencing homelessness and substance misuse issues are around. There’s a lot of trash and broken glass in the surrounding area. I booked this hotel because it is dog friendly, but there was no grass for the dogs to go to the bathroom. A lot of folks hadn’t cleaned up after their dogs too, so there was a lot of poop.

Heaters in rooms were slow to warm up room and then were too hot during the night.

The hotel was good for a weekend stay. Staff was really attentive and did a good job with what they had. The beds were comfortable, the shower had little water pressure and the drawers were dirty (food crumbs that has not been cleaned) but we enjoyed the stay. The pool was closed and the fitness center was closed. Super big bummers but didn't ruin the trip. The Continental breakfast was ok but more choices than sausage to go with eggs would've been nice (bacon, ham).

For starters our bed had hairs when we arrived. Also the pool was closed by the health department for not meeting health standards since April 8th. Carpets were staying and very dirty! The trash can outside caught on fire as we were arriving and the staff run outside to put the fire off so no one was in the reception and had to wait for them to come back in! This place was a mess and will never ever come back

Parking is horrible… pool shut down by the city health department. Definitely would pay more money to their competitors next time.

I really want to give a shout out to the amazing staff that work here. This review has nothing to do with them. The hotel is terrible. It’s old, the carpet is dirty, it doesn’t smell great. The towels are hard. There are very few amenities. My favorite part of the entire experience was the fact that the shower-head did not work. I will definitely never ever return to this hotel. They need to upgrade it.

Ample parking and safe

Pictures on website outdated. Found food in fridge from previous guests. Hair dryer and heat source very very dusty. Whole place very old, stained carpets, pool cold, hot tub didnt work. If you are going to advertise those make sure they are all working

The hallway carpets REALLY need some attention. For under a $100 it’s not that bad, but it would be so easy to put a little shine on this place.

The worst place ever! I didn’t even stay a min a in the room … I left to get another hotel !

The hotel staff was amazing, the room had everything we needed and was clean. I would stay there again.

Breakfast could of been better but otherwise better good

I asked for a few things too be addressed from the last stay, and at least the room I was given was what was expected. The heat was replaced so it was quite, pool and hot tub running the whole time as promised.

I have stayed here a few times and I was happy and felt safe. They used to have an indoor pool and hot tub, but it’s closed now. The hotel used to have breakfast, but they are not offering that anymore. The customer service was and still is great, everyone was nice and helpful. The front desk lady was knowledgeable and friendly. I had to take a shower at night and also in the morning to prepare for a surgery. I noticed the pull shower knob was missing the knob. I had to get assistance to help turn the shower on. I also saw some hair on the wall of shower. Other than those things, everything else was comfortable and safe. This is a fantastic location to get to the hospitals and cancer treatment centers.

False advertising!, no pool, no hot tub and no breakfast!!

Expedia promoted this property as having a pool, hot tub, complimentary breakfast, and work out room. None of those were offered. Guest laundry was closed as well. The pool and hot tub are closed indefinitely. We were notified by the staff when we arrived. They asked if we still wanted to stay. We had been travelling for six hours and it was late. I did not have the time or resources to find another hotel. When I went to use the hairdryer the whole housing unit came off the wall in my hand. The plug for the bathtub was laying in the corner which was odd. Once we ran the shower we understood why. Within seconds we were standing in water, up to our ankles. The water did finally drain but not until after we were finished showering. I rely on Expedia to present properties as they really are.

Pool and hot tub closed. No breakfast as promised. Very disappointing.

Place was pretty dirty, and run down. Definitely needs a face lift or modernization
