Great staff and wonderful location. The breakfast was a win. No recommendations.

The location only. The room smelled so bad my husband was gagging! They gave us another room which smelled better, however, the air conditioner was really loud, the bed had body hair on the sheets and there were people doing drugs out in the outside common areas.

Location was perfect because it was close to family. Tried to check in early because we arrived an hour before check in time. I had made my reservation in March and it had been confirmed by Booking.com. The hotel could not pull up my reservation. We spent over 2 hours in the lobby coordinating with Booking.com trying to resolve the mix up. They were absolutely no help. The hotel never received my reservation Booking.com claimed they sent. Ended up having to pay for 2 new rooms. Booking.com only resolution was to cancel my reservation with them and they would issue a fefund. After the service we received from Booking.com during the 2 hours of being constantly left on hold and having one representative hang up on myself and the hotel staff, I don't trust anything they said. I guess I will have to wait and see.

It was clean, room was clean, very quiet and the best coffee is right across the street. Didn’t use the breakfast as I was visiting family and we went out for most of the day and had all meals out

Terrible stay, I changed hotels after the first night. I thought the location was going to be good, but really close to busy roads and I could hear the noise from the unsealed windows all night. Wouldn’t recommend.

The halls smell like tobacco

The reception staff was exceptional. The rest of the hotel was terrible. The room smelled liked curry, sheets were not clean, heater / ac unit was noisy. Door was loose and did not deadbolt. Happy to leave without something happening to my car. Someone told us they had a screw in their tire and a person said they had a tire repair shop close. It may have been accidental but too coincidental. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND! We only stayed one night.

On occasion I could smell the odor of Marijuana in the halls. The quality of television stations was poor. House cleaning was almost non-exist.nt during my 5 day stay. The lightning in Rm122 was poor. I won't be returning.

Kitchenette room had nothing to cook with i paid extra for a useless kitchen. No coffee the whole stay of 1 week! Mexican kitchen lady complained under her breath constantly about guests. I want a partial refund because i could have booked room without kitchenette for cheaper.

Ground floor, Breakfast great.. , enough food for my 40 blonds and 1 brunette. :)

Hotel front desk clerk was very nice

They advised a pool that was not open and it was 2 of the hottest days so far.

My stay was okay i was just upset because thay advertised a pool and been waiting for months to get it inspected which is crazy because it was 100° one day and 101 the next. But front desk was very nice.

The staff was amazing! The split hotel sucked going from one to the other and having to go outside in the blazing heat walking by the air conditioning units that were outputting heat was not fun! The pool was shut down and that is one reason we picked the hotel in the first place. The breakfast was good.

We only stayed for one night, however our room smelt like nothing but smoke, everything else was fine, kinda run down in some parts.

It just felt unsafe,people were yelling outside my door, like they were fighting at 8am in the morning, woke me up .

There was broken glass by side entry that was not cleaned up. I told front desk about it but not taken care of 36 hours later. Breakfast was sad, out of most items. Room was ok.

The carpet in my room was DAMP. Very humid in the room. I was concerned about mold, but I did not see any. The is a smell in the hotel that is not fresh. The room was clean beside the carpet. The mini fridge was unplugged and did not work.

Pictures from the website aren’t nothing close to the reality! We booked this hotel with the intentions of enjoying the pool for Father’s Day while we were waiting for my brothers ceremony since he was coming back home after 10 month’s deployment and the pool in the pictures was beautiful but the reality is that the pool was close and it wasn’t even clean or being maintained it was very disappointing. Staff was very friendly but the facilities were not clean, bathroom with mildew and the hallways had a very strong smell that wasn’t very pleasant.

When we got to the property, we had to wait 1 hour before.We could check in because the rooms were not ready. We decided to go to the pool while we had to wait and found out it was not ready either. When we did get a room, we had to kill roaches in the bathroom. Not a good stay.

There were multiple places to eat and shop

The floors and carpets in this hotel were very dirty and had trash scattered along them. Furthermore, the building has perpetual moisture problems which caused mold to form on the bathroom ceiling and shower curtains. This cause all my hair and cloths to smell musty and moldy after a sort time in the room. I also noticed that the moisture in the room would leave my cloths feeling damp and sticking when putting them on. Due to these conditions, I heavily advise against visiting this hotel. However, I will say the staff was wonderful and very courteous and the condition of the building is not their fault.

Property poorly maintained looks old and dated elevator doors closed too quickly stayed for two days bed was not made after we went out for a period of time and came back. Best part of breakfast was cold cereal and self serve waffles. Windows in room were filthy. Bathtub was dirty ring around tub!

First I have to say, the front desk staff is great! All the staff we encountered were super friendly. The hotel itself could use some updating but I have no complaints. I’d stay here again.

We couldn't stay in this hotel because the hall was showing signs of mold, and our room had a leak in the ceiling. My wife and I are allergic to mold so we had to leave ASAP. The building in general is in very poor condition.

Worst property ever! Old, broken down, filthy, smelled bad from the front door all the way throughout the property, no housekeeping service for 4 days and when they did come that one day, they did not even vacuum - the same large crumbs my children left were right where they left them. Clothes that I hung in my closet smelled like bug spray that they sprayed often. Bedding dingy and did not smell fresh. One night I went to ask for towels and wash cloths because housekeeping never came and they did not have any towels. Breakfast was the exact same lame sausage, eggs and waffles every day but once they ran out, they did not put anything else out. Several days there was no yogurt or bread and the water/juice machine was empty for 3 days. I was on a tight budget so went with an inexpensive property and definitely got what I paid for. I have never been so disgusted or disappointed. I could not leave fast enough and will not be back

My sheets had old blood stains, the whole place looked old and run down, the hot water wasn’t hot at all! I booked several rooms for my construction crew and each one had issues. We will not be staying there again. The price was ridiculous for what we had to go through.

Good place to stay for the night

I was assigned one room and the room was not clean. Went back to the desk to retrieve the key for another room and when I received the other key for the other room I went to the other room and the room very dusty and the sheets has stains on them and perfume with all in the pillowcases. Hotel management need to ensure that housekeeping is doing their job and cleaning the rooms and changing the linen after every individual leaves the hotel.

The hotel was very dated and not clean. The elevators were scary to use. The staff had put over 10 dryer sheets in every vent in the room to make the room smell good but it backfired and was too much. The TV did not have a guide or any info on what you were watching. Our room worked but was not enjoyable.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was not good, coffee was terrible. There seems to be a “newer” side of the hotel and had I known that I would’ve booked differently.

The Staff was Great! They were friendly and accommodating! The only issue was there were alot of fights in other rooms (seemed to be a couple) slamming doors and arguing for 2 nights in a row and we were unable to sleep properly. Then the last day they took the arguing out to the parking lot and you could still hear it in the rooms. Not sure if it was an isolated incident or if this usually happens in this facility.

Sheets and comforter had blood on them. Had to ask for sheets and blanket for pull out bed and night clerk was rude.

Staff is great! So sweet and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Was able to go in my room at 12pm when we arrived. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is like 4 minutes from Fort Bragg.

Forth time was the charm. After that ..all was good 👍 😌
