I -95 , the room so much comfortable, so clean clean…looks like new towels, Ohhh about the king size bed,it's so fantastic …the bed tucked you in so well, the sheet, the pillows so wonderful, we didn’t want to leave the bed in the morning…we’re going to stay at Residence Inn Brunswick GA tonight. The best part of Residence Inn is NO PETS POLICY…we have allergies to pets

I had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Fayetteville Fort Liberty/Spring Lake. The entire property was very clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. One of the highlights was the food — the breakfast options were fresh and delicious, and the presentation was impressive. The breakfast sandwich and flatbread were both excellent, and the service in the dining area was friendly and welcoming. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind, which made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a clean hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, great food, and outstanding customer service near Fort Bragg/Fort Liberty, I definitely recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff was especially kind and helpful. They were doing maintenence on the door locks but the process was so smooth and seamless. The staff explained everything perfectly. Definitely will return on my next visit to the area.

Very clean, good location right beside Walmart and close to my work site. Water kept getting cold in shower, bed is very uncomfortable and the tv only worked half the time.

Just be prepared they have a new system and there were some issues with check in. Otherwise this place is pretty nice.

The hotels best feature was it's closeness to my reason for coming to the area. Considering the cost of the room, everything about it was surprisingly uncomfortable. I've slept on a better mattress at discount motels. No continental breakfast at what is supposed to be a nice hotel was frankly pathetic. Zero chance of ever wanting to stay at their properties again.

A Courtyard Marriott is always reliable. The hotel was spotless. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean fresh smelling everything you need! Sheets were comfortable the air-conditioning was working perfectly A Courtyard Marriott is always reliable.

We had to change rooms because there was a large cockroach in our room. The breakfast was not free and we were unexpectedly charged $22.xx. We do not intend to stay there again. The staff was very nice.

Spacious, clean, quiet and updated room. I liked that they used glasses instead of disposable, wasteful plastic cups in their rooms. I felt comfortable and safe staying there by myself.

Felt unsafe at night in the parking lot. You could hear several arguments/fights taking place in restaurant parking lots nearby.

We traveled in a group with another couple and when they checked in the attendant offered to cancel their reservation and rebook it for $60 less a night than what we both initially paid for the room. I was not offered that so I paid $566 for my stay and the other party stayed for around $384. If you can offer this for one, it needs to be offered for everyone.

Lovely hotel. Check in was pleasant and quick. Our king room was modern, immaculate, and comfortable - a real treat to relax and sleep in. Shower was nice and hot, towels were plentiful. This was by far one of the cleanest Courtyards we have stayed in. We loved the bar, the coffee options and the lobby lounge areas. Very nice hotel.

The hotel is nice, very convenient to Fort Bragg. I was woken up by street noise multiple times over the weekend. The room was nice, bed was a little firmer then i like but not bad. Overall good place to stay.

A high-end 3-star hotel. Late night checking required ringing a bell but on the whole fully enjoyed the place. I bit far from I-95 but other thn that an excellent hotel.

Love everything about our stay except for the diner closing early cuz of no business. Didn't really want a door dash anything but ended up having to so we didn't have to get out after a 10 hour drive.

I thought the property was very clean and the front desk person was very nice. Only downfall was noise at about 11:30 pm.

Toilet was not working. Offered a plunger not another room. Toiletries previously used.

Upon checking in the front desk staff was not knowledgeable bout the check in process. I stayed 3 nights ands there was no housekeeping service. On the 3rd night I had to get sheets from the front desk to change the bedding.

The property was well maintained. The staff and service was exceptional. The only thing I did not like was the pool. It was very small. I’m a swimmer so I enjoy swimming for exercise. I couldn’t do that in their pool.

It was very disappointing we arrived after attending a funeral after driving five hours it appeared to be a very nice hotel. Once checked in I called the desk to have them transfer me to the restaurant I was going to make an order and go down and pick it up and was told they wouldn't take my order on the phone I had to come down and make the order and wait for it. Then my wife was preparing to take a shower and there was hair in the shower and the sink. So we went over to my Mothers house to shower. This morning at check out there were no carts available. At 7 am I had to make 6 trips back and forth to the room and to my car. I'm a photographer so I had quite a bit of equipment. We use your service a lot but this hotel will never be considered again. They really did not seem to care one way or the other about the traveler.

The staff here is excellent everyone was welcoming helpful and just great servi had left out at a fast pace to make it to my granddaughter's graduation when I return my room was clean I know I didn't leave the room in a very nice order but everything was picked up. Thank you staff

Friendly staff and clean location

A bullet went through the wall of my hotel room from the room next door. The police were call and the gun was removed. The person who shot the bullet was not arrested nor was he removed from the hotel. The hotel might consider not allowing guns on the premises. I felt very unsafe at this hotel after this experience.

I had to call several times tpale a complaint

The room was nice overall, even though it wasn’t what I reserved. I reserved a king with a sofa bed and got just the bed. I couldn’t change rooms because the entire building was booked. The tub had a ring that needed to be scrubbed and a couple of spots with some “pink mold” that needed scrubbing too. Bed was comfortable. Too easy to hear the people in the room next to me and traffic was loud. (Not much you can do about traffic) It was nice enough but, for me, it cost more than it was worth. Especially since I didn’t get what I reserved and paid for.

Well staffed and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a room on the back side of the property, where neighbors dogs barked 24 hours/day. We understand this is not controllable by the hotel, but was a big detractor.

The hotel was nice, air conditioning was actually a little too cold (it was very hot and humid when we visited Fayetteville). The room size was perfect for my family of 3 and the bathroom & shower was really nice. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It was quiet in the room even with a spirited family reunion happening in the hotel that evening. The elevator floors were a bit sticky on Saturday morning, but were cleaned up before we got back from breakfast.
