I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Roaches…Found one in my room; they sent maintenance up who just took it and left. The situation was dealt with horribly from the girl at the front desk Shelby, who refuse to contact the manager and left. I ended up contacting the police because Shelby refused to contact a manager and shut herself in the office There was also another customer at the desk complaining the manager ended up having to come in to deal with Customer concerns

Everything was good Had an issue with the sink and shower . Maintenance came right away and fixed the issue

This is very good value for the price. The rooms are super pristine! There was free breakfast but it had quite limited options. The staff are not bad but don’t seem to go all out to be friendly.

I stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed. Check in was great and prompt, my room that was cleaned by Norma all 5 days were great. Every staff member I came into contact with was amazing and friendly. The best part about it was momma in the kitchen. First, the breakfast every morning was different and it was a good one. She greeted every guest and went over and above with everyone she interacted with. I had a sinus cold and she heard me coughing and ask me was I okay, I told her yes. She came back with cough drops for me to take to work. I will definitely staying here when I have to come in for work. Great job to all the women who work there y’all made my experience 10 out of 10.

I didn’t have breakfast there. Room was clean. Balcony’s on the Gulf. Only one issue was coming in the lobby you can smell the cleaning products. It is very hard for people with allergies. Maybe use something with a lesser scent. Otherwise very pleased with my stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety foods waffles, oatmeal, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh apples, oranges and bananas. Well stocked and very clean. The only hiccup we had was at check in our room was not ready. Vianey had to do some creative rearranging but at 5pm we were able to check in. They were short staffed like most places these days and she was very kind and polite. Excellent Customer Service! We would stay here again.

From the welcome to check out- I felt at HOME. Clean smells all over, everything worked, and the personalized welcome in my room was the icing on top. This hotel does NOT miss!! Love it!

Everything they staff is very professional and cleaning crew.

The Staff Support was awful, the desk clerk refused to give me a key card after my digital key within the app was not working; she had an issue with me the prior week as well. The unprofessionalism was at the highest level and I have stayed here before with zero issues. It is likely a training opportunity or the hiring of desk clerks with people skills as this particular hotel will likely lose 10K in revenue in 2026 from this incident, not to mention that they told me to never book there again - ridiculous

It looks nice and is very clean but the bed was so flat and hard. It sounded like the olds with the springs inside.

Hotel is very nice and convenient to all major artery roads in The Woodlands area near Exxon campus. Clean, nice roomy rooms, and they try to make the experience great. A truck was broken into next to our vehicle (broken glass and they had time ransack the truck inside) next to our new vehicle and our mirror was bent back - obviously limited security and coverage. Felt bad for them since they were out of state and had to drive to Austin in 35 degree weather. Times are changing - be careful.

The only thing that needs some improvement is when you are watching TV there was no guide for the TV channels. I asked the front desk about it thinking maybe I wasn’t pressing the right buttons, but was informed that it did not exist.

Staff was great, breakfast was a zoo with some teen boy soccer conference but they did their best. Rooms are very clean, and nice bed but be aware there is only a shower, no tub. The lighting all around is too dim. Half of the USB chargers do not work, the one by the bed and the one by the desk did not work, the two you would use the most. The TV is sideways to the bed on the dresser, that seemed very odd and hard to watch. Not a good layout, it is the center focus of the room and takes up most of the horizontal space. We loved our stay at this hotel- the staff were friendly, everything was really well stocked and clean, the breakfast was THE BEST. My kids are picky and even they had a full breakfast plate each day. We unfortunately didn't get to experience the pool due to our daily plans but wanted to! Plenty of supplies in the room and parking worked out well too. Would definitely stay here again next time we return to see family!

The property was a perfect place for us.

I travelled with two young children and found the hotel and rooms to be comfortable. The breakfast selection is fantastic…well stocked with a variety of food options and kitchen staff are very friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself is a bit secluded and not within walking distance of restaurants/shops but there are decent microwave options in the lobby for late night and their sister hotel right across the parking lot has a restaurant on their site.

My wife and I contracted covid several days before our trip, and the property would not allow us to cancel any part of our trip. We stay here a few times a year to visit family, and have since it opened. I’m very disappointed that the property was so strict about its non-refundable policy.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. However, we did encounter an issue with the elevator, and when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, one staff member was noticeably unfriendly. Aside from that interaction, the rest of the staff was pleasant, and our experience at the hotel was positive.

This hotel was well taken care of, it looked new, but i dont thinknit was.

The location was convenient for our trip and the breakfast crew was awesome the next morning

We stayed for three nights in February 2025. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast was very tasty. We had a small dog and he was accommodated well. Finally there was very easy access to all the main roads. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was really nice and huge! The staff was great and the breakfast was fantastic! The only downside was that the power went off a couple of times, but management quickly handled the issue. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at this property because it was not far from where my film premiere was being held. Initially, I'd booked a double, but upon check-in, I asked the staff if they had a suite. They were quick to accommodate me. Breakfast was fresh and filling. The room was clean, with the amenities we needed. We were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

One of the cleanest and most accommodating hotels that I have stayed in. I requested a room at the top level on the end to avoid any noise as I am a light sleeper and they were able to provide that for me. Their breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. The spread that they served was above most. Pumpkin, vanilla and strawberry waffle mix, two different types of eggs, potatoes, refried beans, tortillas, a meat (chicken patties, or sausage), plus the normal things you would find including oatmeal, cereals, all juices and coffees. I will stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my place of business so they can recommend to others traveling in for work. The only area that needed improvement was that I was there for a week and only one elevator was working and sometimes was a rather long wait. And also some road work was being done behind the hotel and it left a thick layer of pink dust on my car. It was weird, but after washing it, I just parked in the front and it was fine. It's in an excellent location and easy in and out. Overall an excellent experience.

I booked a king bed but was placed in room with two queen beds.

The room environment was modern, clean and spacious. The surrounding area was quiet. The hotel is 5-10 minutes driving distance from shopping and great food. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

Hotel is in a convenient location and room is good. Breakfast very average and cannot understand that a hotel of this style uses plastic cutlery, throw away plates and does not even recycle anything. Should not happen in this day and age. Airconditioner noisy. Bed comfortable

Elevator was down

While checking in, the staff immediately told us the elevators were broken and there was no WiFi. They said we could stay at the Hilton Gardens next door, but those rooms were $30 more per night and no complimentary full breakfast. So we decided to stay with the Hampton and just walk up one flight of stairs to the second floor. I feel they should have offered us a discount for the inconvenience.

No issue with sit other that no working elevator. All computer systems down and to this day a week later still down.

When we arrived the hotel had no elevator service, no WiFi, and no phones. Our room was on the third floor. Requested refund but they said I would have to call hotels.com. They refused to give a refund because they couldn’t speak with the hotel….. no S*** they don’t have working phones. Will never use hotels.com again. Customer service did nothing to try and help me. Very disappointing experience.

THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. MY WIFE HAS A BAD LEFT KNEEE. THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT MAD E THIS TRIP DIFFICULT.
