Enjoyed the stay!

Stayed after our college visit and was pleasantly surprised! The suite was very clean, spacious enough for our family of five, and had way more amenities than we expected. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Beds were very comfortable and sheets were super soft!! Great breakfast too!! Would definitely stay again!!

Nice stay. Hotel is in decent shape. I do not like the trend of sliding doors on the bathrooms. Other than that no complaints. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Oh. And you could definitely use at least one more waffle iron. Waiting for three minutes for someone to make a waffle is totally fine. But when there’s ten people in front of you…not so good.

Breakfast was excellent and included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, hash browns, three kinds of juices, waffle maker, yoghurts, boiled eggs, big pot of oatmeal with a variety of toppings and coffee.

Proposes nice and clean. We stayed in an accessible room but the bathroom was small, hard to get the electric scooter in and out. The room was huge so we figured the bathrooms would be bigger. Nice big room and comfortable beds Small. Bathrooms for accessible room.

The staff when I got ready to check in the ladies was waiting on 2 more couples and when they finished with them they offer them some water and when they checked me in they didn't offer me anything and when I got ready to check out it was a man and woman that was checking out and the lady made sure she told him is 70.00 will be back on his card in 3 days and when I check out I had to asked was my 70.00 was going to be back on my card it's like they made difference with me but other than that the stay was nice

The parking felt safe and accessible. Luggage carriers were available and convenient to bring our items in easily. We traveled a long way, about five hours, so it was great to come in and get settled without trouble. My husband and I are very active in our children’s lives, but we are much older the simple things made it easy for us to get by and enjoy our stay. Thanks.

Always a nice place to stay! Clean and staff is friendly. Nice breakfast selection and the lobby area is great for groups.

Not sure why, but the room and linens had a scent that I couldn't determine if it was an unclean or cleaning solution scent. Strange. Also, if you want ANY kind of privacy in the bathroom, probably shouldn't stay here. Might as well have just had the door open - barn door slide style door - not a pocket door, so everything can be heard from room, and can walk by & see in from sides. Didn't like that at all. Pillows are down pillows but have seen better days - pratically laying your head directly on mattress. Coffee in the lobby was good though.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff. The entire process was super easy. The gym also was nicely equipped for a hotel gym, everything worked and in good condition. I'd go back for sure, also close to some food, gas stations and Walgreens/Walmart Market

The Hotel was perfect for us, bright, open spaces, was totally surprised by the , refrigerator, dishwasher etc, we didn’t use them but was something we didn’t expect. My only concern was the thermostat, it was difficult to set and the AC kept coming on

The stay was AMAZ

Staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. They had a wheelchair to help my mom get to the room. They were able to give us a ground floor room so we didn’t have to deal with any steps. Room was clean and well equipped. Love the living room area that can be separated from the sleeping area with the curtain. Bathroom was clean. Everything was great!

The room was clean. Everyone was nice. Laundry room was convenient and the exercise room was next to it. My only complaint really was that the do not disturb sign on the door wasn’t respected. It’s frustrating when someone walks in after telling them through the door that you haven’t checked out yet. I would still recommend this hotel.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly. When we called because there was no remote for tv and they brought one right away. Asked for another pillow, again, right away! Clean room, ac worked wonderfully!! Good breakfast! All in all, very nice Hotel!!

The beds were extremely comfortable. Towels being refreshed more often than they were would have been nice. We stayed for 5 days and only had new towels the night before our last day. There is no fan in the bathroom and the towels never dried, even when they were hanging up each day. In locations with high heat and humidity, a bathroom fan is a must. We had to use the blow dryer each day to get the moisture out of the bathroom and unfog the mirror. the daily breakfast was good and the coffee was always hot. We would stay here again, and hopefully the bathrooms will have fans next time. :)

We did not like the breakfast buffet. It was very limited for a Sunday morning after a busy holiday weekend. There wasn't a wide variety or selection for breakfast, and whatever food was put out was quickly devoured before you could get in line. I wouldn't call it a full free breakfast. It was more like a snack.

It was a pleasure staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Springdale. Check in was super easy and fast. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Everything was nice and clean. The room was nice and spacious. There was lots of storage and counter space. Bathroom and shower were very nice. The breakfast was pretty typical of hotel breakfast.

I reserved a room with two queen beds on 4/16 for a stay on 4/27. Upon my arrival I was informed that the hotel had an overbooking issue and that I would be getting a king bed and not the two queen beds I had requested. If I had wanted a king bed I would have requested a king bed. I asked why I hadn’t been informed of this issue prior to check in and was told “I don’t know”. In addition to not getting what I reserved I also paid more for the two queen beds and was not offered a refund for the difference. In addition to my frustration about the bed situation the toilet was also only working every three or four flushes. There are several other hotels within walking distance of this property. When visiting the area next time I will make sure to stay elsewhere.

No complaints absolutely a great stay when it town for baseball. Will book again!

Service desk staff were very friendly. Issue was while opening the blinds to my room, the metal cover at the top of the shades fell off and hit me in the head cutting me above my eye and causing me to start bleeding and my head is still sore today. I understand things happen and reported the issue to the front desk. I see it as more of an obligation to report since it is a safety issue. I am lucky it didn't cut me right in my eye. They are lucky it hit me and not a child or elderly person whom could have been hurt really bad. I hope the incident report is taken seriously so nobody else is put at risk and hopefully all the other rooms are checked for safety concerns. If it would have hit one of my children or spouse, I wouldn't be as nearly as kind as I am. Overall the staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable except for the incident.

Great breakfast options and very clean.

Check in was awful! I booked a 2 bed room with having me and my wife and our 2 boys for a baseball tournament and when we go to check in they tell us they switched our room to a 1 bed room because they overbooked the 2 bed rooms and there was nothing they could do about it and acted put out when i asked why and said that what they're putting us in doesn't work with having 4 people and said well it has a pull out bed. Worst customer service! No discount and wasn't offered anything for not getting what i booked and acted offended when I asked for a discount for not getting what I booked.

Wasn't the right place. Even though it was the same hotel chain, they wouldn't switch places. I ended up paying double. 2 rooms at the wrong place and 2 rooms where i stayed.

I love staying at this property! It is always clean, has great amenities, and friendly staff!

It's an alright place to stay... Sometimes they are on point, sometimes not...

It was great. It was nice and clean and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. My only issue is I arrived at 2:41 to check in and it took over and hour for the room to be ready.

I love home 2 suites... This is the first lemon of a room I've had. The bed nearest the heater was horrible and then then heater kept switching to air conditioning the second it hit the temp I wanted the room, which automatically gave us a chill... But that being said I am also going back this week... I know it will be better.

Manager was unresponsive.

Then they charged us on Friday for a one night stay because we were “a no show”!! We tried to check in. The hotel staff wouldn’t credit us back and were quite rude about it. We stayed at the Double Tree instead and paid cash!!! They were amazing!!

The property was in great condition, it seemed like a fairly new hotel. The room was a great size, it was nice to have real dishes in the room, the larger fridge was very useful, and the large sink was an unexpected surprise. The bathroom door being a barn door was quite unusual. It made it a little awkward traveling with a companion because it didn’t seal around the edges. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom which made visiting the facilities in the middle of the night rather loud. Other than that, we have a great time at the Home2 Suites.

We think improvement can be made in the front desk staff, only one man on the weekend made anyone feel welcome. The girls are efficient and meet guest needs but always staring at the computer they need customer relation training! The maintenance and maid service is super and friendly.

Overall very good, but just a couple of minor issues which we didn't report so we cannot complain. The night stand light had a short in the switch and the charger ports in the nightstand didn't work.

Rm. 305 Bathroom Floor Tile Grout in front of sink was badly discolored from normal wear. My stay was still comfortable though and everything else was clean.
