    There was a constant beeping sound in the lobby that fortunately we could not hear in our room. We also could not hear the loud and constant rumbling sound that came from the property next door. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bed side lamps had no light bulbs in them and everything on the night stand was unplugged. None of the 3 ice makers in the building were working. The shower curtain was literally hanging on by a thread. The hair dryer did not work because the plug casing was cracked, that could have been an electrocution or fire risk. Makes me wonder if the lamps were also unplugged because they were potentially faulty. We paid over the max. price for this room ($175, while $150 was listed on the room door) because of an event in town (one we were not even in town for) that limited the number of available rooms. The excessive cost made the terrible accommodations even more of a frustration. Do not stay here!

    The staff were very nice Definitely needs an update, the rooms are wore down and things like the smoke detector were broken off the wall. And the room phone wasn't even hooked up

    We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Nice to be between Fayetteville and Rogers.

    Location was great. Breakfast was good. The size of the room was good. Staff was great, very friendly. Sticky stain on carpet. Asked for someone to clean it and nobody came. Broken ice machine on our floor. One morning there was no hot water. But, it was fixed later that day. The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet was nasty. You had to press the up button on the elevator to go down and one of the lights by the bed didn't work. But, overall the hotel was clean.

    It was the worse experience ever. We checked and to our room amd it was a nightmare. The room smelled like smoke when there suppose to be no smoking in the hotel rooms, the sheets on the bed had cigarette burn holes in them, the bathroom floor had random hair on it like it hadnt been cleaned, the screen on the window had been cut with a big hole in it, the curtains were dirty and had blood stains on them. This hotel needs a total remodel. After we seen all of this plus more, we chekced out and went to another hotel. Do not stay here!!!!!!!

    The front desk gave us two keys (3 people) and one key didn’t work. Went downstairs to get another key, couldn’t find anyone at the desk or anywhere else. Liquid soap in the shower was empty. Staying here wasn’t worth the cost.

    The elevator needs to be upgraded. The elevator buttons on the second floor didnt work and you had to press the up button to call it to go down. The phone in the room was broken and wasnt even pugged in. The ice machine on the second floor wasnt working and had to go to the frist floor for ice.

    However, this hotel has a lot of wear to it. There were holes in the shades and several of the light fixtures did not have lightbulbs. Several of the amenities were out of order. The business center was not open nor was the hot tub accessible during our stay. The location is ideal if you are looking for something close.

    The only problem was during the day. The air conditioner was not as cold in the room as we would prefer it in the evenings it got cool and it was great for sleeping and the toilet either in our room or the room next door ran, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep

    The first room we were placed in was already being occupied by a different guest. The lady at the front desk confirmed that another party was in fact booked for that room we were originally in. She offered to place us in a different room. Upon entry I could tell that the room was not clean. The bed was poorly made and the desk area was covered with strange residue of shorts as if it had not been cleaned in between guest. In the end, we did not feel comfortable enough to stay there and opted for a cleaner & nicer hotel despite the no refund policy which sucked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

    I booked a non smoke room and when it came time to check in and got the key and went to the room walked in and the room smelled like cigarettes and weed bought a spray sent and sprayed the room got rid of some of the smell but in the bathroom had a strong smell and never went away and there were some stains on the towels and top cover of bed.

    In end they made it right, but the evening clerk assigned us 2 rooms that already had people in them. And before the night was over, 3 other families were assigned our room, which made us feel unsafe. When we checked out, i learned we were not even in the room that was actually originally assigned to us in the first place.

    Very dirty hotel room! We found mouse poop in the pull out couch along with trash and shot glasses under bed. The mattresses looked like they were stained with blood and possibly other fluids. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund. The clerk at the counter was nice and apologetic.

    There was visible hair and dirt on the top wrap that felt like a disposable sheet. There were crumbs in the couch. There was mold in the window. So seems that housekeeping is an issue. The front desk staff were all very polite and accommodating.

    Staff initially took an abnormally long time greeting us when we arrived (I had to tell several times before seeing someone) and gave us a room already occupied (we learned after trying our key card several times), hot tub advertised but out of order, clothes iron did not work, breakfast on Sunday was what little was leftover from Saturday (not pleasant) and pillows are half, instead of full- sized pillows. Definitely will not stay there next time.

    I love so much about this hotel! The staff are AMAZING! So friendly and helpful! The location is great. The breakfast is really good. The pool was nice. The only issues were the flickering lights in room 125. Other than that we loved our stay. This was our second time staying here and we will stay again.

    I gave this review extra stars because the staff was so nice. The room was quaint, but half of the lights didn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The tub was stained and the drain was partially clogged. The floors were pretty dirty, especially behind bathroom door. The breakfast was pretty good. Good variety and good food. Staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. It was a good stay for the price for a quick overnight.

    Staff were super nice. Housekeeping daily is not so common these days and much appreciated. They need to fix a tread on the stairs at the north end, and the 2nd floor icemaker. They should check on everything in the rooms being in working condition, and the hand-held shower mount was wonky. Also hot water at breakfast was not hot, but the nice lady offered to get me some from the back. If they could keep the coffee and tea service going past 9 and reopen the hot tub, this place would be my first choice to stay again in Springdale!

    When I checked in I realized I had an accessible room and it was a connecting room. Since all I needed was 2 beds to sleep in, I didn't complain to desk when I realized that the door was missing the striker plate on the doorframe as the door seemed to lock anyway. The room appeared clean as did the bed. The shower had considerable mildew in it. The AC was nowhere close to the temp it was set and did not keep room cool. Also the connecting room door seemed thin and did little to muffle the next room occupants discussion. If I wasn't so tired when I got there, I would have complained at the desk. As it was i left the next morning, so I wrote it off as a unpleasant experience and will not return.

    This hotel is super average. Not dirty, but not clean. Not old, but not fresh. Don't expect anything more. The front desk attendant was so sound asleep when we arrived (7pm) that I had to climb over the front desk and pound on it with my fist to wake him up. Verbal queries and the ringing phone did nothing to break his slumber. We all thought he might be dead. If you're passing through, Quality Suites will suffice for one night. Beyond that, pay a little more for a better spot.

    The front desk guy was rude, he was playing some game on his phone and was in a hurry to get back to it. We checked in around 9 pm and there was food on the elevator floor that was still there the following morning at check out 9am. The breakfast lady was really nice and attentive. She made fresh biscuits for my kids.

    The hotel was not terrible, but it also wasn't amazing. It was a decent stay with adequate accommodations. The lobby waiting area was a bit dirty (crumbs on the floor and seats). There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk, you had to wave them down from the back office. I had a good night's sleep both nights I was there so I can't complain. The price was a little high for what they offer but the area was safe, and the place was decently clean.

    Hotel is old. Carpets sticky in the hallways. When 1st checked in my room was cool & appeared clean but in daylight the next morning was showing its age. Hot tub closed with caution tape & no way would I let any kids in that pool. Staff was pleasant - breakfast descent just very disappointed for the $$$ will not go back!

    We had to leave the property last minute as we found bed bugs in our rooms. We had 12 rooms and last minute had to look for other lodging as this hotel was absolutely not habitable unless you wanted to carry bed bugs home with y ou. Do not stay here

    I booked this hotel for my daughter and in the middle of the night when she pulled her sheets back she discovered bed bugs. She would have left but is young and was traveling alone so she didn’t know what to do. The front desk gave her a new room but she slept on the floor because she was too worried about getting into bed again. When she asked the front desk if she could use a washing machine to ensure she wasn’t leaving with any bed bugs, they said it was broken (is that why they have bed bugs? They aren’t able to wash things? Yikes!) When asked if she could have a refund she was told “no” since we booked with a 3rd party. I’m very disappointed with this experience, but probably wouldn’t have written this review if they’d tried to even make this right by letting her wash her things and refunding us.

    There was a funky Oder as soon as soon we walked in, Like an old and musty smell. There were electrical outlets with no cover plates. Lights in the bathroom didn’t work. Broken towel racks. Holes in the sheets. Walls are very thin. It was okay for a one night stay. Just somewhere to lay our heads down. Would not recommend for an extended stay.

    This place was for a reward night for an office party, and boy I wasted my rewards! Management did nothing about the water people were leaving in and out of the elevators, even after we complained about it being a slipping hazard. There was empty fast food containers in the elevator. The room was not up to par. There was so much ice out front, it was a hazard! And nothing was being done about it. As a business, especially a hotel, they would have been putting salt out. It was so bad someone slid into a post out front. It was a waste of our rewards!

    Overall day was pretty good. It was for my birthday we stayed two nights. The pull out bed from the couch was super uncomfortable, and the regular bed was all right. It wasn’t as bad as the pullout, but it was still uncomfortable and like the elevator area was kinda dirty we had found cigarette butts in the elevator.

    This place is way past its prime, but you get what you pay for. Floors were dirty, everything looked worn out or damaged. There was a big group crackheads crammed in a room, throwing a loud party at night, could hear them outside and smell weed and cigarettes in the hallways outside their room, and nobody in management seemed to care. Don’t recommend unless you just need a cheap place to crash and don’t care about cleanliness

    Overpriced for what we got. The toilet seat was broken and we almost fell to the floor, on top of the cabinet drawers had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Sticky soda or something spilled on it with a old key car that wasn’t from when we rented the room. The dresser drawer was broke and wouldn’t close causing a hazard. When all these things were mentioned to the front desk staff we were told they would get ahold of the manager and let them know and we would bd receiving a discount for our stay because all those things were unacceptable. We never received a refund or a phone call or anything. We will NEVER go back and NEVER refer here either. Gross and classless.

    TV would not work and told me to call Guest Services but phone was also not working. They did come up and get the TV working. Next morning the shower was a hand held that came to my chest. Made it virtually impossible to do a good job washing my hair so I just wet it down.

    Do your self a favor if you love the smell of raw sewage constantly being tried to buy things from people working there. And none existing services, loud music being played all throughout the night -and random people trying to get into your room and half working ac this is the hotel for you. But if you want to have a clean experience FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL Avoid this place.

    This is an older facility, but it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was decent, and some of the staff quite helpful. The negative for us was the cracked tiles and fixtures. You need to get the room cleaned early or not at all. We were on vacation and didn't really want our room cleaned at 8:00 a.m.!

    The room was good. The swimming pool was good but the jacuzzi was not working. We booked the hotel for an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Our worst experience was cleaning crew. Check-out is at 11pm but the cleaning lady kept knocking door since 9am. And she was getting angry for not opening the door and kept knocking every 15 minutes. Kids were tired after playing games and so it was very annoying.

    Just off I-49 just ok for the $. TV hard to turn on, no vent in bath-turned bath into sauna after 1 shower. Offered room accross has but fan didnt work either. Trash under desk and behind TV cabinet. Mattress pad ill fitting, kept coming off. Drains around pool not working, hot tub dirty & crime taped off. Came back from rodeo Saturday to find Police in front and in lobby.

    The night staff wasn’t great. No towels in the pool area. No blanket for the pull out bed (they knew we needed it). I’ve spent a lot less and had way better experiences.

    All the info online and in the communications from Hotels.com shows check in at 1pm. The earlier check in was why i choose this hotel over others in the area. When i arrived just after 1pm the front desk told me check in was at 2pm. He said they were well aware of the errors online but i should have called the hotel to book and comfirm. After arguing with them for a few minutes i sent Hotels.com a message about not being able to check in. The online agent said he would be calling the hotel and i relayed that message to the desk attendant. The phone started to ring at the hotel but they did not answer the call but all of a sudden i could check in. When i got to the room it was like a sweatbox because the air condtioner was unplugged. I plugged it in turned it on and went to my appointments. When i returned about 9pm the lobby floor in front of the elevator had been mopped but the floor was still so sticky it pulled my shoe off. The next morning the floor was mopped correctly but no one mopped the elevator which was still disgusting. Other issues is there were burn marks in the carpet, the hair drier did not work and the security exit door was broken so anyone could just walk in. Would not recommend

    It was very clean. Even the breakfast area was very clean and good. It is literally in the middle of everywhere and I thought it would be noisy but we didn’t hear nothing from outside. This was a rather nice hotel. I was very impressed will definitely come and stay again.

    Room service arrives early just to “exchange” dirty towels for clean towels…not to clean the room. Front desk representative are usually nowhere to be found. Long wait for checking in, when there was no one in line. Bedding is worn and torn. The rooms didn’t even have Kleenex available.

    Good location and room for us all. Hotel needs a renovation! Who’s ever heard of a square pillow that barely fits under your head. Workout equipment had several issues. Only two options and the bike is broken and buttons on the treadmill are not functional. Treadmill was also not accurately giving me the speed.
