We just needed a place to sleep for the night. Our rooms were clean, shower had plenty of hot water. the water pressure was good, and the AC worked great. The beds were comfortable. They only had a grab bag for breakfast. We opted for a Whataburger just down the road. Maverick is the place to go for fresh ground and brewed coffee. If I am in this area and need a room for the night, I would stay here again.

Easy to find. It was dirty on the outside. There were signs posted EVERYWHERE no smoking! Obviously the room was previously a smoking room and then smell will be there for life or longer. Gave me a terrible headache. Nothing will get that out. Burn marks all over the floor.

Nothing to write home about. Basic accommodations. Bed was fairly comfortable with attractive room. AC and Heating buttons were missing so impossible to adjust. Somewhat shabby outside physical appearance. Cold breakfast. Unhealthy Coffeemate creamer for coffee which itself was ok. Adequate and safe appearing parking right outside one’s door. The television and room phones were not working and staff indicated this was a common problem. Really? Was overpriced for such minimal offerings. Would not recommend.

Front desk was friendly enough. I liked how we got all clean towels for day 2. The room smelled very strong of sanitizer or something, was overwhelming for the 1st hour. There was a burn hole in the comforter, so we know at last one guest has smoked in the room. The bath floor was sticky and the carpet was more than a little dirty. Tv worked fine and had plenty of plugs. The breakfast was just bagged stuff, granola bar, yogurt, cinnamon roll, water. With graduation in town there weren't a lot of choices. 3 star means, ok to me, and this was ok, and pretty easy to improve

booked room for 4 adults. room was fresh and up to date. clean when we first got there. had no housekeeping at all. next day had to go ask for clean towels. old towels stacked up in floor, trash cans full and floor needed some TLC next day which did not happen. i thnk they comped the bill 10% for one night. property well lighted and felt safe. clean outside.

Breakfast was a grab N go (Muffin, yogurt, bottled water, granola bar, juice/coffee). Rooms all have outside doors. Our room was clean. It's an older hotel, but it served its purpose.

The room had an horrible smell and the underskert to the bed had dust on it I asked them to change my sheets and they just remade the bed. They didn't have breakfast like they said either and the front desk night lady was just a horrible person.

Room was very clean, my white socks stayed white! Staff was very pleasant and room was updated and quiet. Slept well. Sack breakfast was perfect to go breakfast.

I had a smoking room to begin with but it smelled so strong of tobacco, I switched to a non-smoking room and smoked outdoors. Breakfast is a to-go bag at the reception desk, which was a little insufficient for me but okay. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

This will definitely be our go to place when Fayetteville is crazy crowded! Maybe even when it isn’t!

Daytime desk clerk was rude to start off. Charged my card after I paid online . Stated I’ll get my money back withinn 10 business days. Such an inconvenience.

Being a traveler from out of town , it was easy to locate. By having an online check-in , may it easy. My only concern is that I didn’t get a receipt of my charges upon checking out

Always clean and smell good

I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room thru Expedia. I called the location and verified my room was downstairs. I explained I was on a walker and could not to stairs. They verified I had a downstairs room. When I checked in they said I was in 201. I told them I booked and paid for a downstairs room. I was told they gave my room to someone else. I told them that was not going to work. The front desk lady changed my room to 107 when I told her had already paid for my room. She was very polite and courteous. I was unhappy with the breakfast in a bag. Yogurt, mixed fruit cup, mini muffin and a breakfast bar. Overall I would stay at this location again. Room was very clean.

Hotel.com did not have a reservation for us . The lady at the desk really helped . She had nothing from hotel.com. She was able to get us a room anyway.

Very dirty room

Everything was broken. Plugs on the lamps, all popping out of sockets, sink head was loosing and coming off, AC unit switch was broken. Hotel would be fine if at all maintained.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered premade breakfast like yogurts, breakfast bars, muffins etc. The pool was clean and the room were decorated with some amazing photography. Mainly the staff was simply amazing. Our room key wasnt working, they fixed it immediately and even walked back up with us to make sure it worked.

The price was about $40 higher than every other super 8 I’ve stayed at and the room smelled like mildew almost .

Its an ok motel nothing wrong with it. The lady who checked me in was nice she deserves a raise

I had paid through Expedia and when I got to the hotel the girl behind the counter just went oopsies I charged your card twice. You'll get it back within 3-5 days. Then when I went to check out in the morning they couldn't print me a receipt, saying I booked online. Not to mention the parking lot wasn't entirely clear and there was a mountain of snow pushed up against the sidewalk we had to wade through to even get to the sidewalk to get to the room. I get the weather was bad and we were all dealing with it, but I couldn't even access the side walk. Thank goodness it was clean, but for what I paid for the night it was not worth all the extra headaches.

Located close to the highway for easy on and off access. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Friendly staff.

The carpet in the room was dirty with several burn circles. The commode seat lid was broken and loose, sliding around as one moved.

Other than that, I have nothing good to say. I reserved (well in advance of stay) an accessible room with a king-size bed, but the desk clerk switched me to a partly accessible room with two full-size beds. She said it had bars around the tub and toilet, and that the toilet was tall. It had bars around the tub, no bars around the toilet, and a toilet that seemed about a foot from the floor. We thought we were in a foreign country! And the carpet in the room had many stains that looked a lot like pet “accidents.” Perhaps they were merely spills of some type, but that’s beside the point. And despite all their warnings about pets, we heard dogs and cats in nearby rooms. This property could be a solid mid-range motel option in Springdale, but it has a long way to go. A new manager is clearly needed/

The room itself was fine. It was supposed to be a handicap accessible room. There were all kinds of bars around the bathtub. The toliet was not a 16" toilet and there was not a bar on the wall by the toilet so that you had help to get up. Thats all it would take to make this room ACCESSIBLE is a 16" stool and a bar on the wall.

I would not recommend!!!! Felt super unsafe, bad weed smell, my daughter got bite multiple times by spiders. I’d stay anywhere but here. Don’t not book!!!

When I was checking in I told them I had a reservation. They didn't show the same reservation I had. i told her that I needed 2 queen beds she was telling me it was only one bed. She finally got my 2 beds. i asked about the cont. Breakfeast coffee and muffin not what i was expectiong. This is not a quality Wyndam property. The lady was rude and very nice. So much for customer service. They erased my resvervation and made a new one costing me $50.00 extra dollars.. Thanks for reading.

Great place.

I would had enjoyed myself there, but I was uncomfortable and scared because I had a baby lizard in my room and I almost ran into a spiderweb outside down the hall so I did not enjoy myself. I was very uncomfortable looking for another lizard in my room, so I was very tired, the days I was there

Stay was ok… but check in was difficult due to the fact that Hotels.com did not have my preferred card listed for this stay… Another card that I no longer have was listed so checkin was confusing.

Was very disappointed. Rooms were clean looking, but when you really looked they weren’t. Breakfast bag was okay, but we’ve had better. Staff on duty was new and not fully trained and couldn’t help with room amenities. Will think twice about staying at a Super 8 again.

The room was good, clean and quiet. The breakfast was damn poor, instead of food bar like the pictures on the website they handed you a paper bag with a bottle of water, yogurt cup, a granola bar, a fruit cup and a muffin. The statement that breakfast was included was very misleading.

The property is very busy with patrons who work in construction. Very loud at times. Ventilation is horrible, smells from adjacent rooms come through the vents. The room and bathroom are not very clean.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was spacious, the service was friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast was ample - a goodie bag with snacks that we could save for later. I have no complaints.

The room was filthy, there was an ozone machine plugged in because of the overwhelming odor. After stepping in the door we immediately went to talk to the manager for a refund. On a positive note, the manager did give us a refund. I would not recommend this particular property.

My room was directly under a metal staircase so i heard people going up and down all night. There was dirty sheets on one of the beds and a piece of toilet paper under a stool.

Such a comfy bed! So important while traveling.

We were booked in a smoking room with no other rooms available. Had to cancel at the last minute and try to find someplace else to stay.

Paid and requested for a non smoking room but was forced to stay in a smoking room, room was dirty with dirty linens, called for room service to come clean the room and was told they are having a hard time to keep cleaners and as such, there won’t be any room service but will be booked for a room service the next day.

Room was disgusting, as soon as we entered we were met by about a dozen flights, there was dirt around the toilet as if it had been swept under, the coffee maker still had the empty filter from previous guess in it, both table lamps were covered with dust. I was told it was the last room when I checked in so there was no option to move to another room.

At checkout 2 of the workers were mad and having a loud uncomfortable confrontation. Price too high for these reasons, too.

Great time

I am a disabled person so having a room on the top floor was instantly a turn off but its all they had available due to everything going on up here this week. The room is clean and house keeping has done a great job. The a/c works well.The beds and pillows are comfy. HOWEVER the strong, overwhelming marijuana smell was quite powerful. So strong, in fact that we called the front desk and made sure they knew it wasn't us. When we left for supper there was a guy sitting in front of a lower level room smoking a joint. Just out in the open like it was legal or something. I don't have a problem with it except that it STINKS!

Room smelled like chlorine and air conditioner had to run day and night to keep the room cool. I did not feel safe.

And the AC was amazing

We had a great stay. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Air was cold. Water pressure was great. Nothing negative to say about our stay. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This was a last minute stay for us. We had a vacation planned and our flights were cancelled and it just so happened to be a holiday weekend so not a lot was available. Thankfully this place was. On the plus side, it has a newer/clean looking pool (it was stormy so we didn't swim, the front desk person was nice and helpful, and the room had areas that were updated. On the negative side, the carpet was really worn and dirty, a roach ran across the bathroom when I was in there and it was fairly loud in the area later at night.

Simple motel nothing fancy. Easy access to Fayetteville. Plenty of dinner options near by. Room was cleaned daily.

Very bad experience. When I had arrived to check in the owner was working the front desk. He had mentioned owning the motel next door which I had a traumatic event happen there with my daughter and he straight up called me a liar. Refused to listen. to me and simply refused my service. And then refused and still refuses to give. E my money back and a future refund knowing he banned me from the property

This hotel has cool, rebathed tubs and magnetic Do Not Disturb signs-why wasn't this done years ago in all hotels. The room was comfortable, had room for visitors, there was a cool photograph of Pea Ridge Civil War Battlefield with cannons. Everything worked and the paint was fresh. This was far better than what I expected.

We use this hotel occasionally and we love that it has been updated recently. Room as well as bath are clean with new decor and tile showers. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. No eat in breakfast, but a very tasty grab and go sack breakfast that we enjoyed. Great economy place to stay👍

I like their upgrade of rooms. I have stayed at this hotel for years cause of their clean and friendly atmosphere. Even though I have business in Fayetteville I stay here. It's worth it to me

It was so bad that I had to get another hotel the next night. My reservation was not refundable so I ended up paying for rooms at 2 separate hotels, but this room was so disgusting I did it. The one drink machine was out of service and their idea of a continental breakfast was a paper bag with a muffin and yogurt in it kept at the front desk to be handed out.

I had pretty low expectations as this is a Super 8, but it was not bad. Really expensive for a Super 8. Property was pretty run down and aging, but not in bad shape. Room was clean, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation going on next door.

This was a pleasant surprise! Even though this is a budget hotel, it doesn't feel like a budget hotel on the inside. The rooms were clean, updated, and very comfortable. The front desk staff was so friendly. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Springdale.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially the blonde woman who works many hours at the front desk. I am sorry, I am bad with names.

Very good stay. The only negative I could say is there was missing tiles on the bathroom wall, and the knobs in the shower were weird. Turned backwards.

Clean, friendly, has a pool. Great value stay. Has big rig parking for those that need it. Bit of a tight squeeze and it is on a 5 lane road which can make turning left out of the hotel difficult. Otherwise, supreme budget stay.

I have stayed at this super 8 for the last 4 years always felt safe and comfortable. Last year stayed at a super 8 where I didn't feel safe or comfortable. So I decided to drive the 20 miles back to this super 8 instead of going back to the one I stayed at last year in Fayetteville.

Small piece of wall missing in bathroom. No plug for bathtub. Everything else was good and decent. Service was above average. Not enough outdoor trash cans.

It was clean. Property was ok, not really much of a free breakfast, but it’s Super 8 after all. Problem was 3 small pillows on a double bed is not enough, and I’ve slept of softer floors than the bed I was on.
