Special note - I LOVE the conditioner in the shower

One of the most lovely things after a day in the car was the walking trail around a pond just off their back deck. I did give them some suggestions concerning enjoying the geese but still reducing the mess on the walkway with the introduction of a plastic swan or two into the pond. I hope they decide to do that because that path is such an asset to the amenities.

The AC worked well and there was a dehumidifier in the room which was nice. The rooms weren’t well maintained and definitely needed updating, especially in the bathrooms. The bed linens were clean, the service was good, it just needs updating. Not sure I’d stay there again until changes were made.

This is a newer build hotel and is extremely nice for the price. Very clean. I wasn't expecting much of a breakfast selection but it had everything including eggs and sausage. The staff was very friendly too. 2 thumbs up.

The breakfast was fantastic and the lady who handles breakfast was super friendly. She gave my niece a little doll and a coloring book with crayons. Overall good place to stay on a road trip.

I couldn't regulate the heat in the room. We turned off the air, and the room warmed up. Otherwise, it was perfect.

I needed a night stay close to the hospital to visit my nephew, and this location did not disappoint. I've been to other hotels in the area, but I had too many problems. For this location, from fast friendly check in, to breakfast, the next day, everything was worth the stay! Clean facility, clean dining area, clean bathroom, white clean sheets, and clean towels. The gentleman that took care of the breakfast was so kind and caring. Every front desk staff member we came in contact with was fantastic and so helpful.

Staff was friendly, beds and bedding were very nice. Bathroom was extremely clean. Quiet accommodations. Morning breakfast was very good. Nice fresh fruit, scrambled eggs were hot and not runny and making your own waffle was a nice option. Overall, our stay was lovely.

Front Desk attendant was very helpful, and friendly. The jacuzzi suite room was clean, bed was comfortable, air purifier in room was definitely a plus, felt safe and relaxed. Breakfast was typical, yet fresh and hot. Breakfast area was clean and seating options were nicely setup. The air conditioning unit and air purifier were a bit loud(yet still appreciated), Didn’t like the knocking on door by 2 different people over an hour before checkout time waking me up in a panic, had me feeling a bit rushed

No - the perfect stay!

Our stay here was a pleasant one! We traveled with multiple kids and had a great stay! The pool was a big highlight for us. It was clean and well kept. The breakfast was also a big hit. Many options available for even picky eaters. Another well noted thing i want to mention is how sweet and accomodating all of the staff was! Very pleasant! I highly recommend staying here.

Room was very clean, we stayed in the Deluxe and the whirlpool was very spacious, fit 2 people easily! The breakfast wasn't the best, but everything else was great!

Hotel staff were very nice. Breakfast was solid. Hotel was clean. Building is a bit outdated and the jacuzzi in the room kept a leaking and getting the floor wet. Not a bad place to stay but better options in town for sure.

Someone had set the alarm, so we were forced to wake up at 5:30am. The person next to us was using their shower, and we could hear everything. Only stayed here to take a state test that is proctored in Springfield. Will stay elsewhere if we need to return.

It’s always nice to have a good variety breakfast option. Room was well appointed, and we were able to control both the room temperature and humidity. I prefer full sized pillows and the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

This hotel was very clean. The beds were super comfy. The location was super convenient. Walmart was just around the corner and plenty of restaurants were walking distance. The whole staff was so nice. Plenty of free parking. The pool was so nice and clean. Will be staying here every time now.

The place was nice! To the eye it looked clean just walking in. However the shower curtain has mold on it. & several other spots in the bathroom also had mold.. also the grout of the bathroom was rather dirty & I did have to remove some sheets from the bed because of staining..

Dehumidifier in room was moldy. Location is good. Room was a bit outdated compared to others in this chain. Outside of the dehumidifier the room was clean.

The staff were very friendly. The entire place was clean. The gentleman maintaining the breakfast was wonderful. I loved the air purifier in the room. I usually bring mi e when I travel and this was the one time I forgot it. It was such a blessing!

One of the nicest places we have stayed in our travels. Expecting as always an okay place, we were surprised by the service, size of rooms and condition.

I had accidentally booked the wrong night through a third party website. The hotel policy was to charge extra to change the date. However, the hotel agreed to waive that fee for me. Very helpful and kind.

We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is a little dated, but clean. The room is cozy and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is typical (danishes, toast, bagel, waffles , scrambled eggs, pork sausage, yogurt, cereal, apples, juice, coffee and tea). I was looking forward to grits, potatoes or old fashioned oatmeal. However, they only had instant oatmeal. Parking was crowded, but we had no trouble finding a spot to park.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. There weren't much to do within walking distance in the area, but there is a small fitness room and pool in the hotel. The location of the hotel was near a few bus stops. Also, there were many food options nearby (mostly fast food though). The hotel had complimentary breakfast; I wished that they switched up the menu a bit. We stayed multiple nights, and they had scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, cereal (but no milk), a few pastries, bread, coffee, and a variety of tea bags every day. The room was big and generally clean. There is shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, no body wash, but housekeeping staff gives extra small bars of soap when they clean the room. It was nice that they had a dehumidifier in the room. And I liked that they had two sinks in the room and plenty of bathroom counter space! Overall, reasonable price for the quality of the room and service.

This hotel was perfect for a two night stay for three of us. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and there was even a small pond you could fish in out back.

We were last at this about 8 yrs ago. Decided to give it another try this trip after disapointing experience at the Crowne Plaza last week. We were overwhelmed by how exceptional our stay was, from the staff, the cleanliness, comfort of the bed and pillows. The pool was so clean and a good temperature. There is nothing that have could improve our stay!

The motel was clean and I am very particular about the meaning of the word clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. The ladies preparing it were constantly checking to be sure the warm food was fresh and warm, and they were continually cleaning the area. All staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we are in this area.

Overall, great stay. My kids LOVED the large suite. The pool was nice and relatively large compared to many hotel pools (a little cold) though there is no hot tub. The staff was mostly great, especially during the day and the breakfast staff person who was so friendly. The night staff made it seem like I was a bit of a bother when I asked for a cot since there were 5 of us. My 8 y/o daughter gave it 10 stars.

The best experience that I have had at a hotel in 19 years. Great staff top to bottom. Everything was clean, pool was clean, pool towels were stocked. The breakfast was very good. The lady that was taking care of it kept everything clean. She even greeted people upon entry to the area and when leaving. A desk employee even asked if I needed help moving our personal items.

The housekeepers need to look behind chairs etc , we found gummy bears all over, I also thought it was weird that a bed/ mattress ruffle is being used as a cover on the bed. Should not have to pay 10.00 for a rollaway when already paying almost 200.

I requested to cancel my booking and refund through Expedia services yesterday since I woke up not feeling good and had to cancel my trip. Expedia agent tried to call the property and couldn’t get hold of anyone. They suggested this matter will be handled by backend services on a priority for a refund. Never heard after. Not sure who can help now.

Nice place to stay over Christmas, while spending time with family. Breakfast was pretty good. Only issue was the toilet in the bathroom was a bit lopsided, the hotel room was great besides that.

After 2&1/2 week stay, we’ve decided to return here for our 1 year anniversary back here for a weekend!

For the most part, everything was great. The only issue is when we went down for breakfast, there was a lady with a seeing eye dog, She spilled her coffee and there was no one at the desk that I could get to clean it up. I cleaned up most of it, went upstairs and came down to check out and luckily a maintenance man came by and was able to get someone to check us out as well as clean up the remaining mess.

According to the lady at the desk the locals wreck the place and are required to pay a 150 dollar deposit. You will get it back. But, paying more for a deposit than a room isn't ideal for business. I'll just stay somewhere else next time. Seems more like policy to stop those with lower incomes from staying there.

Loved this overnight stay.. This hotel is older but it is CLEAN and well kept.. the staff is nice and inviting. and the room was Soo clean..There is one thing..I think they must use like a water softener or something as the soap would not wash off me in the shower the water seems very soft and I tried multiple soaps with the same effect..
