The room was dirty. Toilet was dirty. Air-conditioning barely worked. Pool was not open. Definitely will never go back.

The hotel itself was awesome. The staff was great got all my questions answered. The room was nice the bathroom was a little short. When taking a shower the water kept going from hot to cold. It was the full swing of freezing to burning hot. The bed was comfortable but my mattress cover came off and I felt uncomfortable.

The pictures are different then what is in the room with the Jet tub
- 5/5
Bar staff was great and the hot tub was good and hot, food was great also.

The building is just tired. Everything works, it was clean, and the staff was very friendly. the problem is the building itself. They lean in on the "Route 66" theme, but that doesn't mean the room should look like they haven't been redone since the glory days of the Mother Road. I still gave it three stars because, again, people were nice, and the place was clean, but definitely not a high-level stay.
- 3/5
It was close to everything The beds were uncomfortable. I ended up in the hospital the second day, gallstones, and my husband checked us out with only 1 of 2 nights used and they charged full price. It would have been nice for a discount but they didn’t.
- 2/5
The young woman at the desk was helpful so I won't give it a 1 star, but I wouldn't go back.

Our room was SO CLEAN. Loved the facility. Very old school and such a neat place to stay on Route 66. The hot tub was absolutely DIVINE!!! We will be returning.
- 3/5
To be honest, this hotel has some character to it, which was nice. The staff was nice and courteous, and tolerant of a traveler who was very tired, and just wanted things to be easy. When I arrive at 10:00 PM, there was literally no restaurants open except for Domino’s Pizza, who wanted to charge me $40 for a large pizza, and deliver it two hours later. In a room that had a jet tub, there were only two towels… The entire room was tile, and there was no TV in the bedroom. I liked the hotel, and the motif of route 66, and if I was in a better mood, I would’ve had a good time there. So part of this problem with me, and part of the problem with the actual property. I would actually stay there again!
- 2/5
Staff was helpful. Other than that, the place is falling apart. Lobby and main atrium smelled horrible.
- 3/5
Close to Route 66. Very nice staff. Loud at night after the bar was closed. You can hear easy thru the walls. Very cold floor. Need shoes on.

Trying to get a response back from Expedia on refund from stay at this hotel on 5/16/26 as we woke up to no hot water at sink or in shower. Additionally, hotel room door would not close properly. The upside is the attached diner and mini museum through halls of hotel. Front desk clerk mentioned if i could get a hold of Expedia, he would authorize the refund for the water issue in room, however, not able to reach Expedia, other than virtual chat that is walking me through the same circle, three times now. Requesting a refund that maybe will come through after this post. Wish me luck.

This place is SO AWESOME! The layout is a little strange: a divided hallway separates the rooms from a large collection of memorabilia, and it’s easy to make a wrong turn from the front desk and end up away from your room, but the place isn’t huge so it’s easy enough to turn yourself right. There’s an amazing collection of Route 66 stuff, including several entire cars, and the on-site diner is nostalgic, with good quality food. I was surprised and pleased by how wonderful everything was.

Trouble getting hot water. Towel bar and soap dispemcer fell off wall. Fridge did not work right. Stains on the walls and sheets. Holes in drapes. Guess you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Brilliant location for route 66. Reasonably priced! Friendly staff. Your getting what you expect. Didn't get to explore as we had car puncture to sort late at night. Only there for 1 night so hard to judge it.
- 5/5
Nice friendly staff convenient game room to go play slots all night long
- 1.5/5
The Route 66 decor in the lobby and main hall is very good. The entire hotel reeked, from the lobby to the rooms. This is an old beat up hotel that is desperately in need of renovation. Worst of all is the price: this was the worst value of any hotel during our entire Route 66 trip. We stayed at the Campbell Hotel in Tulsa (a superb stay) for roughly the same price, which is crazy! Horribly overpriced.

It is a worn down hotel. Rusting fixtures, ironing board leaning against the wall was all stained. As a party of 4, in 2 different rooms, we had numerous pillows that were stained, and we would not sleep on. It reeked of Marijuana. We only opened our bags to get our cloths out for next day. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Location was good and the Route 66 memorabilia was interesting My room was dirty, the towel rack was broken which I fixed but it didn’t matter as there were no towels of any kind in the room. The smoke detector was constantly beeping so I took it off the wall and turned it into the hotel desk staff, the refrigerator leaked on the floor and no towels to clean it up and the room smelled of stale cigarettes. One of the most unpleasant stays I have ever had.

We had asked for a room on the first floor with 2 double beds but we're going to be put upstairs with 1 bed when we checked in but did end up on the first floor ony issue was the refrigerator wasn't working also the price went up by about 45 dollars since we were there last year. We were there for our friends that were doing an Elvis tribute show in the diner that was fun.

Went to the on site diner only to discover it's actually a bar with live music. Not how we wanted to relax after a long day

Room was cute. They have a diner and bar

The place was an active construction zone. They were hammering and sawing well into the late evening. I could not get any rest there.

No coffee. How can a hotel not have any coffee?
- 3.5/5
Amazing collection of Route 66 memorabilia. Good value. No elevator to 2nd floor. Rather shabby room but all the essentials were provided.
- 2/5
Smelled like marijuana, no elevator and no first floor rooms available even though the parking lot wasn’t even half full, no coffee in the room, diner was closed on a Saturday morning.
- 5/5
My travel buddy and I love love love this place! Retro vibe, pet friendly and the jacuzzi is out of this world! Diner is perfect (our server Shelby was delightful) food delicious! Front desk staff and check in process seamless!already plan to revisit in May!

Fantastic venue in every way. Parking, staff, accomodation, museum, band excelled our expectations.

My biggest complaint is they dont tell you there's a time limit on your deposit. I have 6 kids and the babysitter needed us earlier than expected so I forgot my cash deposit. When I realized the error the manager REFUSED to give me the deposit back. What kind of hotel needs their guest's deposits so badly that they cant return them? Bad business. 👎 The hot tub stopped working during our stay too!

I arrived at 11:30 pm and needed to be up at 6 am. When I checked in the lobby/check in smelled so strongly of Marijuanna it made me nauseous and gave me a headache! I proceeded to my room, which also smelled musty, but I was so tired I just wanted to go to sleep. I went to the bathroom, to discover no toilet paper! Then checked the entire room- not one single tissue to be found. I sat on the bed to discover the thinnest mattress on top of a board. It was when I could hear the couple 2 rooms down shouting and throwing things that I decided to leave! My entire stay lasted 15 mins! I am demanding a refund and will never consider this location again!
- 4/5
Nice staff. Enjoyed the band and the locals dancing in the bar.
- 3/5
Very dated, needs many updates. Room was dirty at check-in. Dirt and dust all over the bathroom vent. The room smelled musty, the heat/air source was filthy. The on site diner/bar was decent, but was not open for breakfast. We were only there for one night so we tryed to make the best of it.
- 5/5
clean room very safe hotel
- 1/5
Dirty , stinky, nasty
- 2/5
Poor water pressure in the shower, and poor jet pressure and postion in the jetted tub.
- 1/5
This place was a joke. I walked in my room AFTER i walked through the wall of weed smoke and thought someone was in my room already. The T.V. was on BET and the bathroom light was on! I was afraid to lay my things down for fear of bed bugs or cockroaches! The bed was less than comfortable. There were bare foot prints on the floor (i NEVER walked around the room without shoes). I found a dead cockroach laying on the floor, the vent in the bathroom was full of mold, there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower, and i couldnt get the tv remote to work! This place was disgusting and should be shut down! I would not recommend ANYONE staying here!
- 2/5
Hotel look around was okay but beds were hard privacy was just for name sake and could improved washroom
- 4/5
They require a cash deposit at the door, so plan accordingly.
- 1/5
Called canceled the room in plenty of tine and they still charged me for the room
- 4.5/5
Jacuzzi suite was large, tub was super nice and clean. Overall room was great. Staff was polite and friendly, and the diner was decent. Parts of the property are definitely in need of updating. Hall area around rooms could use a cleaning.
- 3/5
However we did enjoy our stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, i would not recommend them, especially for over 150$ on a thursday night
- 5/5
Yes staff was very courteous and the room was very nice
- 2/5
The woman who checked us in had sores all over the lower half of her face, reminiscent of those of a crack addict. Also we had been on the road for nearly 13 hours and were awakened by guests yelling at each other right outside of our room between midnight and 1:00 am. Afterwards I wasn't able to get back to sleep. The only redeeming quality was the desk clerk when we checked out was very personable and recommended we grab breakfast at "Charlie Parkers" just a couple of minutes away. That was a BIG HIT, so thank you to the morning desk clerk.
- 0.5/5
It was dirty, mold in toilet, black mold by air conditioner, broken phone, couldn't get wifi password at front desk. There was an open wall shoot with black plastic liner with lid propped open, no signage which I took for trash. I dumped our room trash can in it. We left to go to our event but when we got downstairs we found trash all over the floor. I couldn't clean it up as we needed to be at our event at a certain time so I was going to clean up when we got back. It was gone when we returned so I looked for another trash receptacle. None anywhere but I found a sign, nowhere near that unmarked shoot, saying trash goes in dumpster but dumpster was 150 yards away across the parking lot. No maids were ever seen and we stayed 2 nights. We had to make our own do not disturb sign, had to go to desk for towels and when we got back from our event, the young man from the front desk came to the door and wanted to let me know how disrespectful I was for not cleaning up the trash from the shoot. He said he had watched the tapes to see who made the mess and watched to see when we got back so he could come tell me he had to clean it up and I was so disrespectful for not doing it myself. I apologized but he told me to take my trash to the dumpster. It was pouring down rain the whole time we were there.
- 1/5
It was load every night we stayed! I booked this room for a nice get away and it was horrible! We did not get any food or drinks that I paid for no one came in to change our bedding or to get us some new towels! I will not be returning sorry very unhappy customer!
- 0.5/5
The Route 66 decor and building was neat. It felt unsafe. There was obvious drug deals and prostitutes. I paid for a jacuzzi room and after what I saw I wouldn't step foot into thet tub. I couldn't wait for the night to be over. Luckily I was with a protective man, I would have NEVER stayed there alone or with a friend. It really needs looked into.
- 4/5
We ate at the restaurant onsite, and was pretty good. They were understaffed, so we had a wait. But it was worth waiting for. Overall, decent hotel for the money. We would stay there again.
- 2.5/5
Rooms were small and not so clean
- 5/5
It was all nice
- 3.5/5
there was no breakfast, but the bar man was very pleasant the check in clerk was very rude, he didn't answer any questions
- 4/5
I didn't like that they dont offer breakfast and I dont like the way the door beeps if it's not closed a certain way
- 5/5
Nothing at all
- 5/5
Some of the room was outdated but clean! The staff the amenities and the bar and grill were fantastic!
- 2/5
There was a breakfast? The rooms advertised were route 66 themed. Had we known that wasn't the case we would have stayed somewhere else. There was an odd smell to the room and it just seemed crusty over all. The water pressure and heat in the shower was basically non existent. I felt grosser after i showered. The door to the bathroom was so loud it woke everyone up when opened. Overall we left feeling dissapointed.
- 4.5/5
Diner was open and went above and beyond to assist with an order for family reunion. Great food and service.
- 4.5/5
The only thing I didn't like was that you could smell a little smoke. Other than that it was great!
- 5/5
This was perfect for us. The owner was great and we almost forgot our pillows and stopped us before we left Their was really nothing that I would say that we didn't like
- 4/5
my wife is short and cannot see all of herself in the mirror over the sink. that was the only mirror in the room. it appears the one that was on the back of the bathroom door was taken/broken off
- 3/5
Could have more kitchen like items in the jacuzzi room
- 4/5
Plenty Parking
- 5/5
The staff was amazing.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, the room experience was very disappointing. Our first room was dirty, with smudged windows, handprints on the walls, and an unclean bathroom. More seriously, we found multiple adult bedbugs, including one on a towel and several in the bed. The room also had little to no hot water, even after following staff instructions and waiting 15 to 30 minutes. We were moved to a second room, but it was still not clean. The curtains were dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there was a roach or similar insect on the floor. This room also had water issues. Some front desk interactions felt dismissive and unhelpful. While we appreciated the flowers and the kindness of the restaurant staff, the cleanliness issues, insects, lack of hot water, and how concerns were handled made this stay unacceptable.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous, room was very clean, great amenities, and the restaurant had great fresh food not to mention the bloody marys
- 5/5
Loved having a decent place that allowed our dogs without charging an arm and a leg! The bed was comfy, too! Everything was great except the restaurant at the hotel no longer serves breakfast. There is a McDonald's right across the street, though.
- 1/5
My reservation was to be for Dec 27. After contacting both cash app and Expedia NOONE was able to get in contact with any management at Route 66 to verify that I was not at the property and offer me a refund(cash app pay in four with afterpay) so now not only am I stuck paying this establishment for nothing, I also don't have the reservations for December that I needed.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Room was very clean
- 1/5
The room was disusting. We had a cockroach crawling around on the floor in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Yes everyone was awesome
- 1/5
Front desk told us at check in that the hot water would be shut off for another two hours. Hours later the same guy then told us the water wouldn’t be fixed till the next day. Would not accommodate. I don’t recommend staying here.
- 2/5
Room was too small. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Restaurant service poor, food was ok. Cocktails way over priced. $12 for a small glass.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
We checked in around 10 PM and the staff on duty was extremely friendly very thorough with explaining Wi-Fi where our room was where the best place to park would be. The room was spotless smelled great and the Jacuzzi tub looked brand new. The only complaints that I have would be to add a step to get in as I am quite short and.
- 5/5
EXCELLENT value for the money. The hotel is also like a little museum about Route 66. The room was clean and it even had a walk-in shower. Very modern. Even had a Keurig coffee maker! In this price range you're not going to find anything better.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean nostalgic hotel with a little Rote 66 museum. Will definitely stay again
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Very pet friendly! Great staff!!
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Loved it.
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 3/5
Water pressure was horrible
- 1/5
The bed was comfortable. That's the only positive. The pictures are misleading, it is an OLD, outdated hotel. The room was filthy dirty, towel bar was broke, lots of people there talking, slamming doors, etc., until after 2:30am. Lots of brown swipes near on wall by toilet paper, something was spilled on bathroom door and not cleaned up, etc. Very gross. Floors were FREEZING cold, even after I turned on the heat. One packet (sugar, cream, napkin) was by tiny coffee pot was opened, no new packets were there for new guests. After I checked in, I was notified that their restaurant was closed (I planned to eat there). I went to front desk in the morning to turn in my keys. Nobody was working the front desk so I just left. I did not feel safe at this hotel (I was by myself), and would have left without checking in, but this was nonrefundable and I could not afford to go elsewhere.
- 5/5
Was a great stay. Rooms were beautiful. However the tub water smelled like dog water and had tiny hair in it. The curtain also appeared to had spots of dryed blood on it. Overall was a great 5 star stay and would stay again.
- 4/5
It is an alright hotel for convenience and price.
- 5/5
Disappointed that the lady on reception didn’t tell us about the live music so missed the first half .
- 4/5
The hotel was clean. Very neat to look around decor wise. I think they might have a lounge that local frequent because I went out to my car around the time bars would be closing and there were 8 or 10 people that sounded very happy in the parking lot. But I. Could not hear them in the room nor did they explore the hallways. Over all nice places a little dated but clean and not run down.
- 4/5
My only complaint would be their was no soap for shower or at sink. I only had shampoo to wash with.
- 4/5
Can’t beat it for the price would stay again. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Old hotel. I was there on a day the restaurant was closed, so I had to go out to eat. Bed was comfy. Nothing fancy about room, no carpet. Pool not used in long time. No coat rack.
- 3/5
We didn't like the smell in the entrance.
- 4/5
Really liked the nostalgic surroundings, place was good for the price. Man at desk very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
The hotel and my room was very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. My room was large. I believe the hotel was updated in the late1990s so the decor is a bit dated, but is in great shape. I had read a few reviews that said the hotel smelled, but this was definitely NOT the case. Next time I'm in Springfield, I'll stay here again
- 3/5
Place was neat and cute. Rooms were spacious. Definitely not clean. Food in microwave, food under chair, coffee pod left in maker, yellow stain on sheet, stuff on mirror, floor not clean, shower wall smeared and nasty, hair in shower. Had to go buy disinfectant to clean before shower. It obviously was just quick put together before we arrived. Wont probably go back. But like i said the place was neat and the restaurant too.
- 3/5
Cozy bed! Bath and other amenities could be updated. Pool was shut down
- 5/5
good
- 1/5
I had to get moved to multiple different rooms during my stay. All were dirty and had a heavy musty smell. Really unprofessional and unhealthy.
- 5/5
Not the cleanest place, and the bed was not the most comfortable either
- 2/5
No elevator, no soap or shampoo in room, place was dingy/dirty
- 1/5
There was long black hair in what suppose to be clean. There was a bug on bathroom counter and tile in toilet area terrible shape.Cigarette burn on bathroom counter and none of soap dispenser had soap
- 3/5
Additionally, I can say that the staff this go round was terrible and not accommodating at all. The front desk man seemed bitter and hateful when I inquired about the meal cards that came with my suite last time for the in house restaurant. "JUST BECAUSE YOU GOT THEM LAST TIME DOES NOT MEAN YOU'LL GET THEM EVERY TIME! AND YOU GOT A CONSIDERABLE DISCOUNT ON THE ROOMS SO YOU DON'T QUALIFY!" I'M unsure how $300 A NIGHT is a discount!!?? Last visit I was given the option to order in to my room or to visit the diner. I have bad knees and cannot handle a bunch of stairs and stairs lead to the diner. I requested my order be delivered to my room..I was laughed at by the waitress and the manager"yeah no we don't do that ". I had to order door dash and pay the Dasher to pickup my order and bring it to my room. I was disappointed that I did not have the pleasure of interacting with the owner on this trip. He's kind, personable and endlessly accommodating to his guests and their requests.
- 5/5
Enjoyed it on a 1 night stop while driving Route 66 end to end
- 1/5
The hotel is cool with Route 66 memorabilia but the rooms stink with smoke even after giving us two “non-smoking
- 3/5
This was a cute hotel to stay as a layover-type one-night hotel, but it's definitely not somewhere I'd stay again. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. The lobby and memorabilia was pretty cool. As for the room, it was dilapidated. A very tiny round table, barely big enough for one plate, with the pleather chairs that were peeling and coming apart. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and short, and the pillows were small, like toddler-size small, and flat. The bathtub and shower curtain were dirty and stained. The carpet was stained. The walls were so thin and we could hear everything in the rooms around us. Also, we were unfortunate enough to have some very disruptive people partying right outside our room until past 3:00 am. My husband finally went to the front desk and complained about them. They did go take care of that issue immediately. The staff and memorabilia were the best parts of this hotel.
- 1/5
But the food and drinks were very good
- 5/5
Its an older motel, but for price its worth it. There is an amazing diner located inside the hotel with really great prices. The location is great I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very courteous staff
- 5/5
I like the whole Route 66 idea!
- 1/5
Staff could either be nicer or trained better on how to do things
- 5/5
The whole route 66 idea
- 5/5
Cute place and even has a diner just wish they had more amenities
- 3/5
There's some interesting memorabilia but it's a bit run down.
- 5/5
What a surprise the outside doesn't look like much but the room was great, they upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite for free, not sure why but it was awesome. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on it a while. Friendly staff, restaurant was great and friendly and great value for the money. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure
- 5/5
For a historic spot, it was really great. Lots of cool decor and history in the lobby and halls. Rooms were clean. There was some noise from the building in the room (electrical and plumbing probably) but I assume its just due to age. Very cool place, would stay again.
- 2/5
The room smelled like smoke, no shelves in the shower and no toilet paper holder.
- 4/5
I am warey however of certain plant-like smells that overwhelmed me when I was walking through the hall to my room. However, once I went inside of my room, the smell was clean and not stuffy. (Later in the evening when I went back out, I noticed they pulled out a purifier and the smell dissolved) Bathroom vanity and bathroom was impressive. Clean wooden floors. Comfortable bed. Massive room! In my room, there was a overstuffed chair that was horribly stained (did not want to sit in it) and the outlets by the bed literally did not hold the charger (kept falling out).
- 5/5
The memorabilia throughout the motel was incredible! You could tell it was an older motel, but it was updated with great air system, new tiling and fixtures. I loved this place and would stay again!
- 2/5
The room, and most of the hotel was permeated with an odor of cigarette smoke. My room reeked of curry and a coctail of mold and mildew. The price was good and the decor was fun and kitchy, but that smell haunts me yet.
- 4/5
The hotel was fine for what we needed. Nothing fancy, but a good night's sleep. Enjoyed the attached restaurant/bar. No carpet is a good idea, so thumbs up for that. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I had to stay another day for work and it was no problem to book there in a pinch. I did have a situation that needs to be discussed so I plan on handling that tomorrow with a phone call. The staff there is very nice and willing to go above and beyond for your comfort
- 3/5
Room was run down and not updated at all. Very loud from hallway and other rooms, no hot water in shower, sink drain stopped up
- 2/5
The kids upstairs running around until 2am both nights. Management said they would take care of it the first night, it happened again the 2nd night. We were given free meal tickets for Saturday, which was nice. Also refrigerator in room did not work

Cool hotel based on the historic Route 66. Service at the front desk was wonderful. Stayed in a basic two bed room. The mattresses were on the "well used side", which was the only ding I give the place (the room had a ductless heating/cooling unit installed, so the mattresses could've been a bit nicer.

Great for the smoker. Really not great for the non-smoker.

Friendly staff. Spacious room. It’s in a good location for shopping and food. Just a few miles from anything you might need. And the antiques are awesome to check out. Definitely will stay again!!

Really fun hotel with lots of old time Route 66 atmosphere. Nice room. Clean and comfortable. Only slight complaint was other guests making noise, including in the next room with a loud radio going most of the night.

This is an old motel that is getti g updated. I think the staff did a good job wirh cleaning, however, i don't think they could get it looking sparkling. We were fine with this

I booked my room through Hotels.com. Paid the total that I was supposed to pay. It was supposed to be fully paid upon arrival. I proceeded to the hotel to check in and I’m informed that there is a mandatory cash deposit required for anybody that’s paid with a card or cash. I travel every day for work and I stay in a different hotel every night of the week. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels possibly even thousands and have never been told some monkey crap like this. Come to find out they have people that live in this hotel, and it is known for its riff raff. The girl workin the front desk, who I’ve met through other hotel stays as she works at a couple different hotels, was able to lower my deposit, but she was not able to avoid the deposit all together. Don’t get me wrong if it’s advertised and I know about it then I don’t mind paying it. However, when it’s sprung on me after working a 14 hour day and it’s 11o’clock at night, I have to go to an ATM and get charged fees from my credit card as well as the atm owner to withdraw cash. All so I could give them for a cash deposit for a room that is supposed to be fully paid. One that I get back in 6 hours. All jus a huge inconvenience. They have tried to remodel and update their rooms, but whoever they had doing it did a very very poor job. Shawty tile work, uncomfortable beds, garbage for furniture. I will never stay there again and I will highly recommend anybody. I know not stay there either.

Everything was great!

Nasty dirty disgusting

Older property with memorabilia for Rt66. Room was clean but needs updating. Bathroom sink was unusually high. The Cafe on the property was excellent, prices were reasonable and it drew a large local crowd.

Nothing it was disgusting and no phones towels were dirty bed was stained. Worst place to stay. Never again. Staff was rude and asked me to leave at 10pm while they were doing drugs and being obnoxious.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Great food.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and the establishment was interesting. It was an average stay. The only issue was drunk people screaming for an hour around 3 am. The front desk handled the situation.

The trip was wonderful hotel staff was friendly and wonderful wen my girlfriend asked if the sold milk up front the worker told her now but offered her Sone of the unopened coffee milk for workers and the place was clean and nice the showers weren't hot and water pressure sucked and they need to replace the ac n heat in the room but it has lots of options with game room restaurant bar live music n the beds were the most comfortable in the world the suite looked nice but pricey but I'm getting one next time I would stay there again and definitely recommend it to everyone

The hotel was comfortable and the decor was memorable. If you’re looking for kitschy Americana, you can’t go wrong with this place. It offered nice amenities, while retaining a unique charm.

The friendly staff and beautiful scenery

I LOVE IT HERE!

Loved the hot tub.

The room was clean. There was a lot of memorabilia to see on site and the environment was awesome. We were disappointed as we were told the dinner/bar was open until at least 9:30. We opened the door and there were 4 people in there and they hollered they were closed. It was just a bit after 9:00. This was on a Friday night. Other than that, it was a great stay. We were told the dinner/bar was not owned by the hotel.

My husband and I got the jacuzzi suite so we could have a date night and relax. Staff was nice Everything was nice the room was clean. BUT we were placed right by the exit door and heard everyone going in and out alarm beeping ALL night and early morning. Then around 5 am people were standing right outside our door drunk. We could literally hear everyone’s convos around us. Also the air did not work so we were hot all night. We spent $250 for the jacuzzi suite just expected to actually get some sleep. Very noisy!

We just stopped for the night on our way back from TX. I loved all the memorabilia!!

Jacuzzi suite is amazing!
- 3/5
The presentation was phenomenal, but the rooms are a little on the dingy side, and now a day after checking out, my wife and I are starting to notice red rashes all over our bodies. We are worried it may be bed bugs.

Love this hotel the memorabilia is awesome and the casino room is so much fun

Didn't like- the supposed breakfast at 6 am. No such thing available for the guests. The dining room is supposed to be open at 11-9, sorry its not.

The owner was very helpful and made our visit enjoyable

The stay was great. Was just a one night stay but had a great stay. The desk staff was very friendly. Our room was super nice and large. We walked around the building and enjoyed looking at alll the Route 66 signs and vintage stuff. It is a cute place.

Room was scratchy at best .Went to another place to stay.Room smelled like old wet towels.

We were woken up at 430 am with cops banging on the room next door to evict. This went on for an hour… screaming and yelling. Not good sleeping condition to be refreshed considering we paid over 100.00 for the night!!! Not good condition for repeat customers.
- 4/5
The TVs didn’t work in our room, so we had to move. Was prettt annoying at 1:00 in the morning when we got home from being out.
- 3/5
While our first non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the next one we were given, did not. The manager on duty, Snoop, made it right and further surprised us by covering dinner in their restaurant, which was much appreciated and a very generous gesture at Thanksgiving time.

Very nice

Everything looked clean but the stone floor could have used a good sweeping. Bring some flip flops or thick socks to make it more comfortable to walk on floor. Jacuzzi was great and comfortable. Love the restaurant and food. Great prices and value. Best cheeseburger in town. Staff are all friendly. Gaming room is nice and clean.
- 5/5
Very cool and a hidden gem. Very retro 90s childhood nostalgia. Kids will love it.
- 4/5
This is a return visit better then my first. I’m planning to return again.

The room was definitely unique. We rented a hot tub room. The hot tub never got hot. The bed wasnt the most uncomfortable bed weve ever slept on in a hotel, but it wasnt the best either. It did the job. For over 2 hours straight another guest was banging against something and slamming their doors. That finally stopped around midnight. The worst part of the room was the stale cigarette smoke smell. First walking into the room it didnt seem to bad just like a very old hotel smoke smell, by the time we got up in the morning our clothes, the room, even the toilet paper when we tried to blow our nose smelled like cigarettes so bad. My eyes swelled up from it.

The room 166 needs to be updated
- 4/5
The room was dusty around fixtures and there was no shampoo or conditioner for showering. There weren’t enough towels for 2 guests. The service was very nice. The food for breakfast was delicious.
- 3/5
It is very nice to still find a hotel these day with a jacuzzi in the room. The rooms are very nice & spacious. There was a constant smell of weed and it was very noisy. We were woke up early in the am to people being loud. We were also surprised with a $100 only cash deposit.
- 5/5
Very nice rooms and food is great

Pool was closed so that was disappointing other than that it was fine.

This is the 3rd time I have been here. Cool R66 idea but has deteriorated through the years. Nice memorbilia and R66 theme but may be the last time I stay here.
- 4/5
A very unique, interesting boutique hotel with attached modest diner, that offered live music during our stay. This hotel is a brand-new renovation celebrating the history of Rte 66. The neighborhood includes numerous dining options and is a five-minute drive south of downtown Springfield.

*Also, Management will not even offer a partial refund for blatantly lying about the amenities and will respond immediately with a generic no-refunds policy quote. So, this must happen often.

Hotel has went downhill. We always stay here during State Fair but this will be our last I reserved our room 8m ago with a note to have rooms close to each other, even called to make sure they had the note. We ended up in complete opposite sides from our boys. The rooms wall tile had hand prints all over it. Bugs flying and hitting you when you lay down. Tub porcelain all chipped looks like a pile of poop in tub! Hotel front desk was rude and unhelpful!
- 4/5
My wife thought the hotel was a dump. I thought it was unique. Our room was clean, it had a walk-in shower and the beds were comfortable. The laundry was easy to find and only $2.00 for the wash and the same for the drying cycle. The ice machine worked fine and the carpets throughout were clean. Probably wouldn't stay here again if a couples trip but would consider it for golf trip with buddies.

My feet were black after walking around in the room, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, ripped shower curtain and stains on the main bedroom curtains. The outdoor pool was out of action and my son was looking forward to using this facility. Generally quite run down and an overwhelming smell of smoke in our room. Extremely disappointing.
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly. But the property needs some work. It smells of smoke and damp. We also didn’t feel the most comfortable even in our room.
