My son just came from a school w a basic cafeteria so we bought him a breakfast elsewhere.

The staff is always friendly when I stay here. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean and our room quiet with comfortable beds. It's nice that there is a sports bar right across the street after a long day of travel.

Of all my adult life staying on hotels occasionally this qas the most professional staff. Everyone knew what to do and when it needs done. Front desk was kind helpful polite and friendly. Would stay there again and again. Great value compared to the hotels around it

Proximity to Eugene was good. The staff were friendly. The beds were very hard and where we stayed the door had a gap that light shined through. The walls were also pretty thin and we could hear our neighbors. It was hard to sleep and we had an early morning meeting. The breakfast was very limited with eggs and a meat choice, waffle maker, pastries, and bagels and yogurt.

Breakfast was decent but the friendliness of the morning girl made it great! Room was spacious and had exactly what we needed. Pool and hot tub were fun. Gym hat enough for a quick workout. Could've had better breakfast selection and pool could've been cleaner.

Hop Valley Brewing company is right across the street. I recommend the chicken wings(mango habanero). Overall a good one nighter. We will come back.

The hotel was great but using Expedia was not. Expedia did a price swap I was quoted one price online then that disappeared when I arrived, very unhappy and will not use Expedia again

Our family of 6 had a great stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel ran out of pillows so we had to put pillowcases on the couch pillows to use for two of us. Also, the room only had four towels for the six of us. However, we were able to get some additional towels by the time we needed them the next morning.

I was very frustrated with Expedia not the property. It was very important to find a Jacuzzi tub Indian unit. I looked all over and I had many options. I paid extra for this hotel room to get a jacuzzi tub. Well, Expedia has not updated their pictures since the remodel of this property. I spent hours on the phone with Expedia and never got my money back. Not happy. Unfortunately there was nothing the property could do. They were more than happy to refund my money but I had to get it through Expedia... Sometimes it does not pay to Expedia....

The continental breakfast was great. The staff very friendly, corteous and professional. I accidentally forgot my sweater as I hauled my family out the door and when I called them an hour later, one of the managers had it safely secured and nothing was missing. When I picked it up, it was bagged up and ready at the front counter. Room was spacious. The pool is not heated, which could be a pro or a con, depending on your preferences. After the 1st night I couldn't trust the cleanliness of the rooms and the following is true to our stay with my kiddos. Found a receipt from a previous guest in one of the drawers, which I understand is not that big of a deal. I then found a toenail in the bathtub right before I showered. There was "unidentifiable" goop on the shower curtain and hair. When I tried to grab a towel from a cubby in the bathroom, there were used tissues next to them. Found an ant on a pillow as I was putting my 1 year old son down for a nap. Next to the bed closest to the window was a case for a smart watch, which indicated to me that it was an area that wasn't cleaned. I don't have any plans on booking a stay here again.

This was a very rare trip out of town for a relaxing mother-daughter weekend, and I was really looking forward to rest—especially as I’m recovering from shoulder surgery. Instead, the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from neighboring rooms throughout the night, including loud conversations, snoring, a barking dog, and intimate activity. Sleep was nearly impossible. There is also a large gap above the door, allowing bright hallway light to shine directly into the room all night. After a long day of travel, I didn’t call the front desk and instead kept trying to fall back asleep, but the noise and lighting made that unrealistic. The breakfast did not match what was advertised, and the pool area—despite being empty—had wet towels left around, which gave the impression of poor upkeep. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the condition of the room and overall experience fell far short—especially for what was meant to be a special and relaxing trip.

Great hotel for the price. Well maintained and excellent staff. I was surprised by the spacious and well kept rooms. I had not stayed in a Comfort brand hotel in years. Loved the 24 hr free coffee available in the lobby too.

Everything was really clean. Staff was friendly. We always stay here because it is so near to great restaurants and a straight shot to the airport.

Pool wasn’t heated so it made the hot tub busy and over crowded. Everything else at the hotel was great.

This facility was recently refurbished. I've stayed at this facility before and after the upgrade and I must say it competes against a 5-star facility. The bathroom has high quality fixtures including chrome grab bars, and a self closing toilet seat. The furnishings are all new with an eye for the details - adequate lighting, pillows with various firmness to suit just about everyone,

Perhaps the cleanest, nicest hotel we've stayed in, in quite some time. Staff were lovely, room- comfortable & spacious, & breakfast was terrific! Also easy on-off freeway to Junction City & family.

This hotel was remodeled fairly recently. It is beautiful! The staff is very friendly and so helpful. The location is extremely convenient!

While the hotel looks great (did a remodel) the beds were horrible. I felt like I was sleeping on a 100 year old mattress! I let the front desk know on check out & they said ALL the beds had been replaced during the remodel. I told her I could see the springs in the mattress so I think they missed our room. Everything was great EXCEPT the bed was pretty terrible. I like firm mattresses but this was like sleeping on a plank wrapped in a sheet. Woke up with my arms falling asleep because the bed was so hard. Everything else was great… just need new beds or toppers.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. This time I was pleasantly surprised by an entirely redecorated and refurbished site - new carpeting, new bathroom fixtures, etc. The staff was friendly and the room spotless. It was a totally positive experience. I will stay there again and highly recommend it.

But in the one night I stayed, someone crawled under my truck and cut my fuel fill hose and siphoned my fuel out of my truck. And with my fuel hose cut I cannot refuel my truck to get home. I haven’t been able to get back to the hotel to see if they have cameras or if they would or could do anything about it.

The staff was very nice, however for two nights the toilet did not flush. It was fixed after the first night and shortly after we returned to our hotel late at night, the toilet again did not flush, making for an uncomfortable two nights.

The smoke detector in our room chirped all night which didn’t allow me to sleep. I brought the issue up to the front desk prior to trying to sleep. They told me that they could not do anything about it. The staff was extremely rude about this issue. They told me I could leave if the chirping bothered me. This was not an acceptable solution as we travelled 4 hours for a football game and all the other hotels were sold out. In addition it is also state code to have a working and fully functioning smoke detector in a hotel room.

The staff was amazing. The entire stay was not so great due to the fact I'm disabled , I had y daughter with me and my service dog. The deadbolt on door was broken, I wasn't told when booking that the hotel was under massive renovations. The elevator was broken for a bit. It just wasn't right. I'd love to come try again, but I'm on disability and can't afford t right now. My best friend had passed away so I needed this getaway. However it wasn't too relaxing. Again, the staff was amazing though. Sorry for the truthful review.

The shower curtain is too short in room 228, the bathroom floor got wet and slippery.

I had an amazing stay

There was remodeling happening that I think they should disclose on their website. They said they would stop working at 8 o’clock and there was hammering and sawing and wouldn’t start again until 8 o’clock this morning. While all the workers were very nice and courteous, they did start working about 7:20 with sawing that vibrated the walls in our room. We did get a refurbished room that was very nice and very clean.

We only stayed for an evening. I understood that there was construction, but the room did not have a sofa, it was on back order. Also, the fitness center was down and I was looking forward to getting a workout in. The bathroom is small, as the door almost hits the toilet. You would not be able to sit on it and close the door at the same time without swinging your legs to either side. Other than that it was comfortable and good for a night's rest before leaving back home the next morning.

I’ve stayed here a few times and when I stayed the other day I got put into a room FULL of stains. Me and my partner wore black socks on the first day so we didn’t realize until the next day, but the floors were filthy. We both wore white socks the next day and the bottoms of them were COMPLETELY black. I tried to call the front desk and let them know and she was very rude. First told me that it was because I had a do not disturb sign on the door and I let her know it’s definitely not from and from them not shampooing the floor. She then blamed the construction crew and said that they haven’t been able to clean the rooms but construction was on the floor above us… she then started asking if the floor was sticky? And I was like what… the carpets need shampooed. Anywhere we walked in there our feet got so dirty. We had a pillow fall off the bed and it was covered it black marks from the floor. I didn’t even ask her for a discount either I was just letting them know and she rudely was telling me she basically can’t help me because I waited to say something. The rooms shouldn’t be that way and I had no idea until the last day of my stay when I wore white socks.

The hotel was very nice, although they are experiences renovations in the third floor. The only thing that was a little difficult was the GPS routes to make a Uturn and we couldn't understand why but it's due to can not make a left turn into the hotels driveway. It has to be entered only by drive in the right lane.

We arrived to the hotel a little bit before the 3pm check in. The lady who assisted us in the process was ok and was kind enough. The issues we saw were the following: no working ice machine, pool was under "construction " until fall, LOUD construction starting at approximately 7:45 am, and really outdated....everything. Apparently the hotel offers complimentary wake up calls. The "soothing" sound of intense instruction.

It was convenient to the freeway and places to eat. The front desk people were very friendly. The hotel was in bad shape and under major construction literally right outside our window (you can see the body of the worker through our window in one of the pictures).

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dirty floors, bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and the pool was really dirty. Our fire alarm started going off after taking a shower ( that was at about 9:30 at night). Then while trying to sleep, the neighbors tv was so loud and it sounded like someone was running upstairs all at the same time.

Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast hostess was very timely replacing items and keeping things fresh and clean. Beds are comfortable. Construction on the building, mixed with the 2 floors of children running around all night (literally), made for lack of sleep. Very noisy stay for us. Also, much of the parking lot was taken by construction materials and equipment which made parking a nuisance because there weren’t enough spaces for guest vehicles.

Where to begin......Desk attendant less than remarkable. Absolutely filthy stained carpeting! Mold on the bathroom Ceiling, oh and were are painting the outside of the building so window covered with a sheet of plastic! Not to mention noise and workers talking while trying for a quick nap before dinner. Will probably stay away from all Comfort Inns after this visit. Really a bad experience.

I loved the honesty of the staff. Expedia on the other hand said the room as a suite with 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed. Hotel was honest to say-it’s a fold-out couch. Expedia, stop exaggerating!

We checked in just before midnight and really wanted to sleep in. Expedia should REALLY let us know what we are getting before paying!

The employee (Markus) stood behind the desk and glared at us. All he said was “ID please” firmly. We looked at each other and laughed saying “we were getting worried no one was coming.” He repeated “ID please.” He was extremely rude & was short & annoyed. When I told him I didn’t appreciate his tone with what had happened he got defensive and fired back that he wasn’t wrong and he was supposed to be dealing with something else and the door was to be locked so what was he supposed to do? I wanted to leave immediately and if it weren’t for being so late and my kids so exhausted behind me, I would have! We mentioned this to the manager in the morning who seemed receptive to looking into this behavior. Even still, we won’t be back.

The rooms could use some maintenance updated bathroom doors and furniture. The carpet had a damp feel to it on the first floor where we were staying. Although we asked for a third floor quiet room at the time we reserved the stay online we were told we would be staying on the first floor. It turned out it was noisy from customers using the pool & other facilities on that floor late hours and early morning. Other than that, the bed was comfortable. room was clean and the price of the room was good. Staff is always very nice and accomodating.

I really like the dog friendly hotel. Only gripe would be? Room carpet is stained with many pet stains. I guess a lot of peoples pets aren't potty trained? That, is a bummer. My dog can smell it on the chairs, walls, floors, hall and stairs. Hope it's cleaner than it seems.

We rented two rooms and both rooms had ants. They were everywhere. I complained to the front desk and they could not place us anywhere else because the hotel was filled up. The next day my husband asked if they could help get rid of the ants and they said they would send someone. No one came. One of the staff came in and wiped the bathroom floors that was about it even though we had asked if they could vacuum our rooms. I took photos to document it and I was bitten twice in my sleep. I highly do not recommend this hotel. When I initially complained on the first hour we arrived to our room the lady said an exterminator was going to arrive the next day but we never saw anyone.

Great staff and the little blonde dude working in the dining room was working. Guy keep it rolling despite a large crowd. Give that guy a raise for real! Great location for surrounding food, drinks and random stuff. We would stay again on our next visit. Price was great as well.

We were warmly greeted. I had requested a room away from traffic and no stairs (not realizing there are elevators). The desk clerk confirmed my request and it was fulfilled. It was a very quiet room.

My grandchildren live in Springfield; this is our go to place to stay. Always clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff and they have fresh cookies!

The vinyl on the desk chair in my room is half gone, the other half is falling off the chair onto the floor of my room so there are little black pieces of vinyl everywhere on the floor sticking to our feet. The chair needs to be replaced.

The room was clean and I likes having the sofa and coffee table, made it roomier and more comfortable.

Front Desk staff were excellent, even able to accommodate a late-minute request for adjoining rooms during Xmas shopping and college basketball season. They gave us a mid-day wakeup call after airport mixups made some of our party arrive late and forgave our failure to return the room keys (discovered 50 miles down the road after we'd left).

The room was set up nicely with a big TV, homey lamps, couch, pony-wall, then beds. The breakfast was excellent. Mostly, though, it was the staff. They were fabulous! I assume it comes from the top down, because everyone we talked to was friendly, courteous, and professional.
