I had an overnight flight into PDX. I arrived at the hotel before 10:00 am hoping they could accommodate me into a room immediately. The front desk host saw that I was tired and got me right into a room. Super happy with that.

Very nice stay. Room was comfortable and clean, parking great. Breakfast closes at 10, my only complaint.

First of all, the amount that i was charged does not match the amount on the receipt that I was emailed. It's about $30 more, and I'm assuming it's because I was charged for breakfast, even though I paid extra for a breakfast voucher. Also i tried to order a beverage at the bar, but the cocktail wasn't available on their POS system. I shrugged and ordered a second option, which also was unavailable on the POS. Giving up, i walked to the gift shop to pick up some forgotten essentials... and THEY weren't on the POS system either. The first time was easily forgivable, the second time it was annoying, but the third time had me walking away, shaking my head, wondering why they were even pretending to sell things if people couldn't actually have them. When i got into the shower, there was zero conditioner, and I was also disappointed to find that there weren't any SD ports in the room for easy charging. There are a lot of very good things about this property too! The pool was smaller, but clean and comfortable with an abundance of fluffy towels. The location is great, my car was parked safely for the night, and our room was overall pretty comfortable. The restaurant was pretty good too! They have a smaller menu but everything on it looked good. I will most likely (warily) try staying at this property again sometime.

modern design, cleanliness, quality of fixtures and towels . It was very quiet and everything worked well. The bedding was made too low, needed to be closer to the pillows.

Don’t use booking.com ever again. They charged me a couple days before I arrived and then the hotel charged me again and I’m still fighting to get my money back three months later.

Jets for hottub weren’t working. And the pool could be a bit warmer. But I mean that’s a stretch. Everything was great.

Was expecting a courtesy breakfast like all other Marriott locations we stayed at. Breakfast was over priced and not good. Will probably stay at another location next time in Eugene.

The staff was friendly and efficient, very clean rooms and inviting fire in the lobby!

We expected a complimentary breakfast. We paid for breakfast and it was very expensive and not good. I paid $11 for a small breakfast sandwich that was awful. Even the coffee was expensive. My brothers, who were in another room paid for a breakfast bowl and did not eat it because it was not good.

Probably the best hotel in the area. Noisy on street side. Can’t be helped really. Beautiful area. No elevator to second story. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Nicest front desk staff
- 3.5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. No free coffee in lobby or breakfast. But the listing did say breakfast, but did not say you had to pay for the breakfast or coffee.

The room and beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator was a little loud at night.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly The hallway was were very cold and hard the maintain room temperature. Room 156 shower had dark color around the base of the shower floor ?? Mold not sure
- 4/5
Very convenient.
- 4/5
We stayed for one week. Only complaints would be that housekeeping did not vacume when they came in during the middle of the week. Also our room was 240 and there was an awful humming sound that was obnoxious either coming from the wall or down below.
- 4/5
Hotel was very clean. The check in staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Parking was easy. My only complaint was they ran out of towels for the hot tub. And when we Ed he desk to have some brought to us, they said they were completely out! We had to walk to our room wet and use our shower towels. My kids were freezing. Other than that the stay was good.
- 1/5
It was a major waste of time to go out of the hotel and get quarters for the laundry room. I did not have cash and who would carry around with them 18 quarters just to wash and dry clothes. I travel a lot and Days Inn even has more up to date technology. Washer and dryers you can pay with debit or credit. ALSO floors and walls are paper thin!!! All night ALL I could hear were doors closing and people walking and talking...never will stay here again and HONESLTY was not worth $200 a night, only positive thing was good pool and hot tub, BUT...no clean towels...
- 4/5
Overall a good location to stay. Limited AC to 66F, which meant that I woke up too warm several times through the night. Let guests control their room temperatures as long as it’s nothing absurd.
- 1/5
Barking dog (German Shepherd) next door & paper thin walls. Across from main, busy & loud street. Could hear the actual conversations in the next room. Kept us awake until 4:30am. Fitted bedsheet was too small & kept coming off. Hair in bed and on towels (gross!). Bed uncomfortable.
- 4/5
Noisy upstairs tenants, bound to win a prize
- 4/5
Never disappoint but I was unlucky that the gym room door broke during my stay and I’m unable to access to it.
- 5/5
Hotel staff is always great. Nice coffee shop/bar in the lobby. Walkable to several breakfast/ dinner options. The area is a little sketchy but ok for a one night stay on a road trip. Convenient to freeway .
- 5/5
Comfortable enough. Beds could be better. But the staff was excellent!
- 4/5
Quiet room. Nicely decorated. Sink counter is small, as is coffee making area. Although it’s a Marriott Bonvoy hotel the beds were not Marriott quality and comfort.
- 5/5
Tv hard to watch
- 5/5
Close to restaurants.
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice a little pricey for the area. But due to the game at the college was a captive audience
- 4/5
We had a nice stay. Great breakfast , Starbucks coffee , close to PK park. Not enough towels in room, two shower towels for three people. The drawer in the room would not stay closed. Besides those two things , everything else was fine.
- 3/5
I was disappointed that we had ants in our bathroom when we arrived and then learned that they had a pest control company spray the day before we arrived. I don’t understand why they would have a guest in that room the next day.
- 5/5
Nice jacuzzi
- 5/5
Dry nice staff and lovely area to sit. The bartender was fun.
- 5/5
Very helpful front desk. Clean, comfortable and good amenities. Breakfast was good.
- 1/5
The first words I heard from the check in person was "Can I see your ID " which isn't welcoming. The property was listed in Travelocity as having a electric car charger. What the reality was is there is a Tesla super charger station in their parking lot. The person said we don't operate it and it has nothing to do with us. I do not have a Tesla and currently there are no adapters for supercharging. When I research a property when doing a road trip in an electric car it is important that the amenities listed are accurate. The person thought that telling me no there is no charger was her entire obligation customer service wise. Will not go back.
- 5/5
Great stay in Eugene/Springfield area. The staff was really friendly, the room was clean and cool during heatwave, and had a great dinner at Hop Valley next door. Morning bistro serves Starbucks and was friendly and fast.
- 5/5
Very nice first floor room, spacious and perfect for a quick over night trip.
- 3/5
The WiFi is completely out. I cannot use my IPad without it. I feel we should receive a bit of compensation as it is included for free in the room rate. I can’t imagine people here for work and need WiFi!! Thankfully I am here on pleasure, but it is definitely not expected and they did not let us know during checking in. I hate to ever write complaints.
- 3/5
Bed for our third guest was very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Was just one night but got a really good night sleep. Great to have Starbucks coffee right there in the morning!!
- 5/5
Quiet hotel room n the outskirts of Eugene.
- 4/5
The property was great. Pool and fitness center well kept-up and easy to use. Staff was hit and miss - some very helpful, others not at all. Room was fantastic.
- 4/5
Good hotel for overnight stop
- 5/5
Close to everything, clean and convenient.
- 3/5

- 5/5
It was good
- 4/5
Good hotel to stay in for overnight trips. Close to restaurants.
- 5/5
Excellent property and great staff.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Very clean and welcoming.
- 5/5
The room was perfect. I had surgery and wanted a suite. Bedroom and sitting room was perfect. Very quiet. Excellent parking. Staff very kind and smiling.
- 5/5
I booked because the info indicated a shuttle to the airport, so that was the only disappointment.
- 5/5
Friendly knowledgeable staff who make you feel welcome and safe, especially in inclement weather after you've drove a long time. The hospitality was favorable and the room was clean and quiet.
- 3/5
All the hotels in walking distance to this one have breakfast included in the price
- 3/5
This property has declined over the years. The lounge/restaurant is no longer open in the evenings. Whereas most Marriotts provide complimentary coffee for their guests in the lobby, this Marriott requires that you purchase it.
- 4/5
this place used to be more service oriented. gone is the bar and snack/food service. gone is the airport shuttle. has been remodeled.
- 5/5
Great location. Clean… friendly… conference room worked great… tons of fun stuff and places to eat nearby
- 5/5
Very nice property, helpful staff, good service. Will stay here again
- 5/5
Good property and service
- 4/5
Great place to stay.
- 3/5
Unfortunately not all Marriotts are alike. I’m used to staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites and now I know the difference! FI&S has great amenities- full hot breakfast and coffee bars in the lobbies. Courtyard seems to be barebones. There was a Starbucks in the lobby but it never seemed to be open. I just didn’t find the value in the money I spent.
- 4/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Perfect
- 2/5
All she said well your stuff want in there, doesn’t matter
- 4/5
We liked the convenience and cleanliness.
- 5/5
Nice comfy bed, clean quiet room.
- 5/5
I appreciate that they had a room for me for an early check-in
- 5/5
superb. even the mattress and the shower. wayyyy beyond the local competition in every way - except that sheet-blanket-sheet thing they do to the beds and how tight they tuck 'em in. that's a battle.
- 3/5
Hotel was loud and I slept poorly as a result. Blinds also would not close all of the way.
- 5/5
This hotel was so quiet, we slept very well.
- 5/5
From housekeeping to front desk (thanks for the bottle of water when we checked in!), this hotel was courteous and professional! Room and hotel were spotless, bed very comfortable. Restaurants in all directions, and walkable. Really enjoyed our stay, and we were on our way with a delicious breakfast and Starbucks.

Started with a late check in. Greeted by two front desk employees. Ben was amazing. I merely asked where the luggage dolley was and he immediately went to get it for me, i noticed he had a cane so his walk must not have been comfortable for him! I ask that the managerial team recognize Ben for his amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable, and gave excellent directions for me to find my room. The room itself is what I expected a Marriott room to feel like. Very comfortable and modern. It felt like I was staying at my own home (except the size of course) the beds were comfy and the curtains blocked out all outdoor light. The bathroom was clean. No dust on any of the furniture. The entertainment in the room was modern. The gym had everything I needed. The only thing is the breakfast I paid for I did not recieve. When I called the front desk to inquire about it, she stated she would look into seeing if there were anything I could still get (I figured it may have been too late by the time I called) and she said that she would call me back to see if there was something she could do, but she did not call back. Parking at night is a little sketchy since there are other hotels next to this one that are not as reputable. So one does not feel as safe walking around the property at night from there car as one should.
- 5/5
Staff was great, dining on two sides of the hotel, walking distance to mall, coffee and hospital, great courtyard for sitting around in warm evening, rooms updated and clean as well as eating options within the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
They overcharged me and said the didnt but i still have a hold pending in my bank for almost 300 dollars they didnt offer free breakfast and the pool was broken!!!!!! Not very happy with this stay at all and want my money back
- 5/5
The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was super clean. You can walk across the street to a brewpub and the food (breakfast croissants) and lattes were above and beyond what you'd normally have available at a hotel.
- 3/5
Prepaid breakfast options were poor. Some of the front counter staff lacked the desire to be helpful....pretty much a "not my job" mentality.
- 5/5
Quick and easy
- 4/5
Quite and very neat
- 5/5
The experience was a great value.
- 5/5
Otherwise, checkin was great. Room was clean & beds were comfy. I would stay here again
- 5/5
The staff members were so friendly and attentive! Excellent service!
- 4/5
great location, great facility
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and neat. The room was well equipped and comfortable.
- 1/5
Dusty, and not worth the price at all
- 4/5
Hotel was nice, but didn't seem worth the high price tag.
- 5/5
We really liked our room in this hotel. A nice big shower and a comfortable bed are what we needed after a long exciting day.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean but upon arrival the front desk person had me swipe my card 5 times before he could get it right. Which ended up being a 20.00 fall or charge on my card and I pre paid for my room so don’t know what charge was for.
- 3/5
Conveniently located and parking was convenient
- 1/5
Booked 2 rooms but when I got there only one room was available.
- 5/5
Pub within walking distance, as well as quality (not fast food) restaurants.
- 4/5
Hotel was good but don't get suckered in by cheap add on breakfast. It was premade pkg to be reheated in microwave. Terrible look and not worth it when you want the old style court yard breakfast.
- 5/5
Will come back again.
- 5/5
We loved our room It was very cozy and clean it was close to restaurants It was very nice to get up and just walk to the restaurants and the shopping mall was down the street the staff was awesome. Can’t wait to go back
- 5/5
We enjoyed how clean and friendly the staff and facilitie were!!!
- 3/5
We understand COVID protections but it seems that Marriott has taken them to extremes. Having to pay for expensive sack breakfast items is not called for. We have stayed at several different levels of motels in the past week. None offered breakfast items for sale. All had some form of these items included in the cost of the stay. Obviously some were better than others but each offered enough that we were satisfied until later in the morning or lunch time. In this day and age that is expected. It will likely be a long time before we stay at a Marriott under these policies.
- 5/5
Great for the price, wish parking lot was safer
- 5/5
Was able to reserve the pool for a private session because of plague. Staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The room was comfortable and the bed was also comfortable.
- 3/5
Decent hotel for a night stay. Was clean and well maintained. Didn’t use amenities as they needed booking in advance due to COVID19
- 5/5
Very clean, modern and well maintained room.
- 5/5
Clean safe , nice room. Great shower
- 4/5
A great location within walking distance of several restaurants and easy access to I-5. The room was spacious and a large bathroom. The blackout curtain were great and the bed was good. The hallway had a strong chlorine smell, the connecting door allowed the "talkers" next door to be quite loud and the Starbucks in the lobby quite selling food after 9:30.
- 5/5
Attentive, knowledgeable staff, clean, comfortable room, quiet and excellent location. Plenty of variety of eating nearby and reasonable price. Can't do better than this. Recommended.
- 4/5
Really nice. A little sketchy part of town though. Went out to get a pop and ran into a prostitute at the store. I will still stay there but won't go out after dark
- 3/5
The room was nice. Unfortunately they put us in a room (with a mostly empty hotel) facing the street so it was extremely loud, no access to the courtyard. The site said that the pool was open, it was not. There was not many people staying at the hotel but they managed to put the loudest person above us, so we only got about 2 hours of sleep. The halls smelled of cigarette smoke. Definitely wouldn't go back for the amount of money we paid.
- 4/5
Everything was clean and quiet, only thing I didn’t like was there were homeless car at the parking lots while we were there for three nights.
- 5/5
I liked that during the pandemic they were able to provide all normal services and especially their cleaness when other hotels did not. We changed hotels several times due to lack of both.
- 4/5
Marriott usually includes breakfast but here, it is quite spendy for getting it in a bag (pandemic).
