I did not like anything woke up in the morning, there were no water to use the bathroom and take a shower because I had to attend a business meeting. Very disappointed There were no water and the fee that I paid for one night stay was ridiculous I requested a refund the manger very rude and said that he can not refund anything

Met my expectations for the most part.. was quiet and comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked pretty well with dishes, pots, pans and silverware, and the refrigerator was large, hotplate worked well. Room was very large and spacious and bathroom was adequate, although at times it was difficult to get hot water. Although nearly the cheapest option available in the area I still think it was a bit overpriced considering some other nearby locations of the same chain were considerably less expensive. The breakfast offered could be greatly improved. The elevator and some areas of the lobby could have been cleaner... the elevator was full of smudges and handprints during my entire stay. Lots of smoking of cigarettes and pot in the non-smoking floors which leached into my room quite a lot. Need some better dishwashing liquid and a dishwashing pad!

I like that the property is well maintained and the staffs always are attentive to my needs and attention. It’s a gem in the business

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and the neighborhood felt safe. The hotel elevator doesn't look like it's ever cleaned. The hallway smells like there is smoking allowed in some rooms. There is water damage in wall of my bathroom. The kitchen in my unit is showing a lot of wear and tear.

As far as I am concerned everything worked perfectly and the place was spotless

My stay at this location was delightful and peaceful. All the staffs that I came around were helpful (Shelly always took care my reservations with attention, Eric will even called me to make sure everything was ok, Carry in the early morning brighten my days with some delicious breakfast and Mohammed in the weekend as well).

My car was mistakenly towed from the hotel parking lot. I had to pay $180 to get it out of impound. The hotel did nothing to accommodate me in this matter.

This stay was a disappointment. The room itself was fine, beds were clean, and the kitchen worked properly. But the hotel advertised breakfast and its just coffee and a few snacks. Management was unfriendly and unhelpful. On one of the days we stayed, the coffee creamer ran out and when we asked for more, we were told "there's no more." A few minutes later, someone related to the person behind the counter went for coffee and when it was out of creamer, the hotel associate gave them creamer. We didn't call it out to avoid conflict but it really pissed us off. You only receive good service if you're related to the hotel associates?? The other downside was room service never came by even though we stayed for 3 days. We had to reuse towels and sheets. Wasn't terrible but definitely wouldn't stay again.

When I got to the property, I was showing a room that was reserved for me and it smelled like cat urine and dog feces the front desk attended assist me with another room, but the no worries level in the hotel been talking about that people walking in the floor at all times a night. I just won’t be staying there again because it’s not my kind of scenery. I didn’t like anything about the hotel only the free coffee in the morning, which was horrible

The room smelled sooo disgusting I couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was a few prewrapped muffins or oatmeal. Room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a hair band on the floor. Just really gross, low quality. Would never stay there again.

Check in was good she was friendly and nice went my room was smoking smell she immediately changed I was there for a weeding so right after I left after night I came to room one the strong odor comes from pillow and bed sheet ! Omg it was 1 am I couldn’t changed room I crashed the night morning I went 7 am to speak with a someone I saw the horrible breakfasts the muffins were wall mushed I died t say anything I took coffee and left saw no one at front door ! Came night after wedding omg again the loitering was terrible no security some loading truck may be movers were on here at front door not very secure as hookers we’re smoking out side the door omg I can’t stay I checked out morning and incited left and count my loss yes it’s a convenient place and price was affordable and noooooo nooooo the pillow the odor the near by people no thank you but stuffs were very friendly and nice

The washer and dryer been broken for weeks that is very bad inconvenience especially when you say you offer it on every site

The person who greeted me at the desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. It was the only thing I liked. There wasn't an electrical plate on a socket. Walls were dirty. There was NO HOT WATER at night for a shower or in the morning for a shower. UNEXCEPTABLE! The stopper in the sink was broken. Paint was peeling on furniture...Scuzzy rusty pipes and overall feeling of filth and decay though the sheets were clean. There was no ice bucket . Other extended American hotels were not this bad.

Dirty. Carpeting stained, bad smells, doesn't seem to be swept daily. Funny smell in the room - plaster smell. No USB charging outlets in room. No bathroom ventilation. No matter how low I rate, this program only goes as low as a 3 rating. It's lower than a 3.

My electricity went out for a good period of day and it was unacceptable took a very long time to get it back on and I was with my finance trying to enjoy a night with privacy and couldn’t. Staff kept coming in and out of the room and eventually hours and hours of trying it worked but then air conditioning didn’t work. I would like a full refund and maybe some credits this is unacceptable and I paid good money to stay there. Very unprofessional and all I wanted was a regular room that I could stay in and get some peace and quiet and couldn’t even do that. My finance ended leaving the room cuz it was unbearable so that was a horrifying night and I will never stay at that hotel again after that experience unless this situation is completely corrected and i am compensated for it I just can’t believed this happened and I spent money to stay there

This hotel is in a bit of disrepair, things that frustratingly could be fixed quite easily. A shelf dangling on one nail, a step right at the bottom of the stairs that is missing tiles, a door lock that works, but barely so, an elevator button that does not work, and requires everyone to walk one floor up, and get the elevator down to ground level, if needed....those are not impossible repairs, but they inconvenience the customer and look like nobody cares about this property. Unfortunately, the disinterested crew at the reception gives the same impression. They do the basics, but don't really care. We had picked the property, because it is within walking distance to metro and VRE, allowing us to leave our car and go into Washington via public transport, which is indeed a benefit. There is a footpath behind the hotel, that takes you all the way to the service road for the metro / buses. The front desk was unaware of the path. Answer: You need to go to the adjacent property (apartment blocks), and there you can access the path, but we had to figure that out ourselves. Like I said, nobody seems to care. Also, I can recommend that only for daytime and in dry weather, it is muddy and goes through wooded area, but it does keep you safe from the major highways around. Also, the hotel is close to I-95, so we were able to meet up with somebody the next day. Breakfast is rudimentary, just take away, to be eaten in the room, as there is no designated breakfast area.

The elevator was broken, which made it difficult to move around, especially with luggage. I had to make requests for dishes, cups from the front desk and walk the stairs with those items. The stay was very disappointing.

The hotel was so bad and ran down I didn’t even stay. I got my room and went in and the beds had stains, it smelled, and the bathroom was not clean. I asked for another and it was even worse than the first one, the was stripping was coming off, but t smelled like someone died, it wasn’t cleaned. I went to the front desk and just asked for my money back 0/10 don’t recommend

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Front Desk Staff not too friendly, no information about breakfast times and they charge my credit card twice for a one night stay!!! I was not given a receipt at checks out so I didn’t know if the double charges.

Fire alarm went off three times around 5:30 pm. Was told a malfunction. Fire alarm went off again three times at 2:56 am. Fire in the laundry room. Room was dirty and towels were dirty.

It was terrible it seems as though every extended stay has an odor in their room. Smell musty or something. But I was really upset when i entered into my room. It was ok but the smell yuck. Taking a shower without a shower curtain was hell water were all over the floor. By than I was mad. I talk to a incompetent staff about the problem. She stated ok ill send someone put in the shower curtain but no one came by than i was very up set . I checked out and booked a better hotel.

They advertise free breakfast but all they had was some kind of fruit bar, small muffins and outmeal.

Nice and pleasant

The "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of coffee, but the last two days of our stay they didn't even have that (no cups). The parking lot was a mess, for example, a few spaces from the front door a discarded take out container with scraps was there the entire time of our stay. This place is a mess, new management is definitely needed.

The linens were crisp and fresh and the room was quiet but it is very dated and worn completely out. Like your great aunts apartment in Florida where she lived alone with her cats. On our way out, we noticed the fire alarms and exit signs clinging to the ceiling by their wiring hoping to catch a ride away with someone. We left two hours before we planned to, The morning clerk was incredibly nice this morning and the lobby did not smell like weed. The number of 10/10 reviews this place gets is absurd. No one in their right mind without being paid in Walmart gift cards would give this anything above a 4. Spend a little more up the road.

The place was very Sketchy. I stayed on a Sunday night and there were fights in the hallway at 3 AM and also banging around in one of the rooms nearby. Maybe the same party - I don't know. The room was cleaned okay, but the in the window screens were ripped, paint was in pretty bad shape. This was my first time with this chain, but this experience has put me off this chain for good

No kitchen ware in the room. Found notice on counter in kitchen that if I needed a cup or spoon or a bowl I had to ASK the front desk and they would give it to me. Breakfast was a joke. Couple of apples,oatmeal and packaged muffins.

Room wasn’t made and wasn’t cleaned. Everything was dirty and smell terrible.

There were problems with the toilet and the phone, but the only solution offered was to switch rooms. That was not an option because we were settled in. There were people smoking pot outside the hotel when we arrived. The free breakfast was a joke, pre-packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal.. that was it.

Not clean, dirty sheets on bed, were not cleaned after the previous guest left. TV screen and stand had spots of some liquid that got hardened and never cleaned. Only good thing is the proximity to the metro station, and free parking.

This is a basic, no frills accomodation. Things were fairly clean, but the carpet in the room was stained and had (I think) some cigarette stains. That definitely needed to be replaced. The kitchenette was basic and you have to ask to equip with cutlery and dishes. We only stopped one nught so I can't speak to other aspects of the stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. It just need a renovation of carpets and paint in the rooms.

The stairwells smelled like urine from humans and dogs. No cleaning service was provided during my stay. People were running down the hallways like 2-3 am and fighting. There was only one staff member who always greeted and was friendly, an older Caucasian lady. Fire alarms occurred twice forcing me to evacuate the building.

The room is nothing like the pictures. Bare floor, uncomfortable bed. TV remote didn’t work. The picture shows a decent chair but it doesn’t exist. The only one was an uncomfortable desk chair. The stairwells can give you a contact buzz from the pervasive aroma of marijuana. I became familiar with the stairwells as the elevator was out of order. I was on the second floor but I witnessed the clueless front desk attendant assign a man and his expectant wife a 5th floor room. The free breakfast was packaged muffins and not so good coffee. I wanted to go somewhere else but they wouldn’t refund my payment. I will never stay here again.

WiFi is not good at all. Trash have been in the ceiling of the elevator for weeks. Key card stopped working twice and there no bowls available upon requests.

A one night stay at this hotel was not the greatest. The odor in the hallway, specially inside our room was bad. Smells like fish.I couldn't stand it. We left early in the morning due to this matter.

The only thing that is unsatisfactory is the quality of the WiFi. It is much better at the Alexandria - Eisenhower location even in the parking lot.

This place was absolutely terrible. The room looked nothing like what was advertised online. I’m not sure which hotel property they took photos of, but it definitely was not the one in my city. The room was beyond basic and missed quite a few amenities. It was a an extended stay, but there were no cups, silverware/plastic ware or anything provided. I’m used to at least a few plastic cups. The sink wouldn’t drain completely so water would sit for at least 30 minutes at a time, the shower was handy accessible which is not a problem in general, but a problem when I did not request that type of room (I wanted one and a regular shower head). The front desk attendant wasn’t very receptive or helpful when I complained about the room. He literally fiddled around on the database computer and showed me a message that said absolutely nothing when I asked to switch rooms upon my arrival and viewing. I will never stay at that property ever again even if it is the last room available in the entire city. 10/10 the worst!!

The room was fairly clean and the beds were very comfortable. They are also pet friendly, which is a big plus.

Check in was a bit slow but friendly. The room was dated and the tub drain stop didn’t work. The breakfast was coffee, oatmeal and muffins. I really like the location which is close to the Springfield mall and the metro station.

Room was dirty. Floor….white socks were so black I threw them in the trash at the hotel. White Bedding was nasty you could see what appeared to be old dried blood stains., I had to take everything off and get a sheet set from front desk. Just slept on top of the sheet set. The Bathroom was dirty and so was a towel along with inside tub had hair on the wall. Interior stairwell was disgusting and smelled bad leading to rear exit. I will not stay here again. Staff was polite.

We PCSed to the area and needed a place to stay while waiting for our quarters to be ready. Nothing bad to say, all employees were very friendly and helpful.

A Mall, Many Restaurants and Asian, Indian and other grocery shops near by. A very fit person could walk to these places. Room was clean. One burner in kitchen was not working but I did not report it. Ample parking space. The Bad : Water in kitchen was hot but looks like the water in the shower was premixed with cold water and was not hot enough to have a bath. Suggest the hotel plumbing reduce the cold water mix. A compromise with reduced water pressure. Breakfast was more of a mini snack and less of a breakfast. Oats may be sufficient for some. Best make your own breakfast in kitchen.

The other options (e.g., fruit, muffins) listed in the ads were not available in the lobby for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday "breakfasts" during my stay. I ended up having to go elsewhere to grab a quick bite to eat each morning.

They have them at the front desks. The clerk was reluctant to give me 2 plastic cups. Breakfast consisted of coffee and muffins. There are no restaurants or anything near by.
