Rug is room was worn and torn. Supposed to have a restaurant and bar...bar was open 1 evening and closed the entire rest of time. No restaurant...only breakfast bar. Lobby needs to be updated

Staff good, breakfast decent. Room pretty decent as well Location isnt great. Windows are old so if you're a light sleeper traffic could be an issue. Air.con is effective but very loud!

Breakfast is always the highlight of my stay at this hotel. Parking is convenient. There was only one problem. The cleaning staff missed a sock on the floor from the previous occupants.

Service was efficient and friendly. Room was well equipped and check in/out was easy. Building common areas appear well worn, some cosmetic improvements would be fitting.

This location is right on the highway and next to a very busy fire station. It is so loud all night. This listing also says there is a pool and there is not. We booked this hotel due to it having a pool and we’re so disappointed. Our sofa bed was broken and it took two days for them to fix it so my kid ended up sleeping on the floor. When we tried to talk to the front desk about it they simply didn’t care. They said you booked through hotels so there is nothing we can do. We asked to change rooms and they said they were sold out. Yet we saw barely any people. There is also a huge gap under the door so we heard everyone in the hallway and the light came on so strong. Very disappointed since we paid so much.
- 5/5
This hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the breakfast and the good coffee. One thing I might say, though, is that my room needed USB ports. I couldn’t find a single one.

Studio apartment was nice and clean, no fault at all. staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was at a good location with shopping malls, etc near by.
- 5/5
The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was good for a basic breakfast. I was disappointed that the bar was closed on Sunday for light meals.

Just off I 95 perfect for the traveler heading thru the DC area.

Laura at the front desk has very little customer service. She was not very friendly.
- 5/5
It was nice that they had food options at the bar. It is too bad they did not have another set of elevators as the walk from the elevators to the rooms was very long and difficult for someone with mobility issues. Breakfast was superb!
- 5/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Loved the pillows! The privacy of the rooms…traveled with family. I had a late check in, like 4am. Took care of my late checkout and let me sleep in. What a great way to help with these 2026 travel delay blues.

Rooms are not cleaned well....dirty floors, old stained musty carpet, hair left in shower, elevator out of service for several months, worn out mattress, coffee at breakfast bar not hot, furniture old and worn out..
- 3/5
Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc.

Room was clean. Hotel was as well. Vagrants roaming the parking lot. Noisy, I was put on the side across from a club and the bass thumped all night till 1a. The breakfast was not good at all overall I’d give it a 3 They should switch out the waffles and have the auto pancake makes. And the dining/breakfast space was small and cramped. Didn’t enjoy my stay at all checked out early, skipped breakfast and hauled tail outta there.

I didn’t stay because the hotel didn’t honor my reservation at the last minute. I wasn’t checking in until late so they bumped me. That’s the last time I’ll be using your app. I’ll book directly from now on.

- 3/5
The front desk staff when I arrived at 5:30pm was rude to everyone she had an attitude. I believe her name was Lori. I remember it started with an L. The room was decent, but only 1 working elevator for the entire hotel was horrible. I waited 30 minutes and I finally gave up getting to breakfast because of it. The cleaning staff and and the guests having to make the most of the 1 elevator.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and put together very well and the young lady at the front desk was very professional and welcoming.

Clean, spacious, and staff was kind. They DO NOT have a pool though.
- 5/5
Very spacious room. Nice amenities.
- 4/5
The room was nice but I wish it would have been handicapped accessible and not for hearing.
- 4/5
Usually I rate this a 5. However, during our 5-night stay one of the two elevators never worked. There was never an out-of-order sign. There was never evidence of any effort to repair the elevator. The hotel had high occupancy, and having a single elevator caused problems. Also, when did it become a dog-friendly hotel? I did not like sharing the only working elevator with a 60-pound pit bull.
- 4/5
This is our headquarters when we come to visit DC. We visited some years ago and the quality is still there, they're all the staff is very friendly and helpful The accommodations are comfortable and the place has a good vibe.
- 4/5
The suites were comfortable and attractive. The front desk staff was excellent. My chief complaint is that the mattress was very old and lumpy making it very difficult to get a good nights rest.
- 5/5
Good stay

The elevator was broken so it was hard for my parents to get down the stairs. Hotel is dated. Room was meh. Seemed run down.

Beware. They are trying to double charge me. I booked through expedia then a few days later saw charges from residence inn. I had this happen at a different residence inn in the past so their systems are terrible. Always review to see if they add bogus charges to the credit card you provide.
- 5/5
Hotel front staff was great. They had breakfast in the lobby from 6 to 930. Rooms are clean with a full kitchen, refrigerator and microwave. I had a lovely stat

The staff are so friendly and helpful.I have been in the hotel 10 days and happy for the service.
- 3/5
VERY disappointed in the quality of the food at breakfast. Especially the eggs!. Also, it was not made clear that you could sit in the outlying lobby areas to eat breakfast. Very limited seating, 2 hour time window was cutting it a bid short too.

Amazing room and beautiful hotel
- 3/5
The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but it could have been in better condition. Some areas showed signs of wear, and the cleanliness was decent but not as thorough as I’ve experienced at other Residence Inn locations. A bit more attention to detail would have made a noticeable difference. The staff interactions were okay—professional, but not particularly warm or engaging. Service wasn’t bad, just somewhat neutral. Amenities met basic expectations, though nothing stood out as exceptional. Overall, it’s a functional place to stay for a short visit, but with some improvements to room upkeep, cleanliness, and customer service, this property could deliver a much better experience consistent with the Marriott brand.
- 1/5
The room was disgusting with hair in the tub and bedding, the chairs looked like a cat scratched them up so bad, wall charger kept falling out due toand the tv had a huge blocked out area on a little less than half of the screen. I have pics if needed. Also the ice maker didn't work and the room was not vacuumed. I ended up leaving at midnight bc it was so unacceptable
- 5/5
Small but well stocked bar on the first floor. Everything is friendly. Nice dice suite for 1/2 the price of other competitors
- 3/5
The best thing about this location is the staff. They're friendly and helpful. The design of my room was unfortunate. The way the furniture is laid out takes up a lot of space. The best way to get housekeeping is to make an appointment. Don't rely on the door hangers. The trash receptacles were given or like thimbles. I suggest using your own paper shopping bags. One irritant to me was that there is always coffee available in the breakfast area that is all day long. They also have lemon water. But they do not offer hot water or decaf which is really an affront to many of the residents here. I don't understand it but apparently it's a corporate decision. The bar is small and serves food from 5:00 to 11:00. .. if the person responsible shows up. I did not have a chance to eat there but I wonder if everything is prepared in advance because I don't think there's anyone in the kitchen but they do have a nice assortment of things to offer. This is not a quiet area. It's the Hub of major interstates intersecting. Noise like this doesn't bother me but I did get a little tired of the hot rods revving at odd hours. The parking garage is ample and free and it was nice to have that.the laundry room requires quarters to operate the washer and dryer . $2 for the washer $2 for the dryer . You can get a roll of $10 at the front desk and you can also buy a small box of detergent for $2.

Wheelchair accessible rooms are wonderful.
- 5/5
Stayed in 2 bedroom suite and everything was 5 star quality. Breakfast was outstanding.
- 5/5
Another great property! Excellent staff, convenient, clean rooms good breakfast.
- 5/5
Safe and secure parking was a bonus
- 4/5
Limited choices for breakfast. There was no option for meat. Everyone can't eat pork. It would be nice to have a substitute like turkey bacon or chicken sausage. Also, there was no fruit in the choice.
- 3/5
Room temp was hard to control, freeway noise extremely noisy all through the night. Couch was stained. Good spacious room, though.

Overall, great experience. The staff was patient and friendly. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing, and they offered a wide range of options.

Great location. Nice breakfast every morning. The room was fantastic with a full kitchen.

great property with very friendly staff.

Decent hotel. Great staff
- 2/5
The staff was great but the condition of the property needs an overall checkup.
- 1/5
This is a clean property and located closed to the highway with plenty of eating options.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay and plan on going back.
- 2/5
Check-in was good. However, when entering the room it had a smell to it. The bathroom floor was dirty and there were dirt splatters on the walls. When lifting up the matresses for a bug check it was disgusting (stains on the bed skirt, dirty sock, hair, dirt, ans dust wre under the mattress. The carpet was old and bed was sagging from use. When attempting to go to bed we heard what sounder like water leaking through the ceiling but come to find out it had to have been just the sound od the shower feom the room above us - never could hear somwthing like that before. Definitely will not return!
- 5/5
Would be nice if outlets had the USB/type S option
- 3/5
I like the location of the hotel and the breakfast available everyday. The desk was helpful in resolving a problem encountered during my stay.
- 5/5
Great facility. Comfortable,clean, great staff.
- 5/5
Stay was nice, staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Rooms are relatively large, gym is excellent for a hotel and the breakfast bar is far better than most other hotels. This has become our new go-to when in the DMV.
- 5/5
Fine
- 5/5
It was comfortable.
- 5/5
Over-all, where it counted, I gave the property a 5 star. The room was much nicer than most (at least I liked the layout) and the breakfast was pretty nice, and I liked the ability to go directly into the hotel from the garage though whoever built the property could have done a better job of aligning the garage with the actual floor levels. Our room was facing the busy street and did have road noise all night if you are a light sleeper. One elevator was out during our visit, which caused some delay but not too bad and don't expect that to be the case all the time. Breakfast staff was very accommodating and friendly but since we did not get daily maid service, cannot speak to that staff.
- 4/5
THE STAFF ROCKED, the room was great, the bed was comfortable! Our only complaints about the property were that the dryers did not dry our clothes (after two rounds and a lot of quarters, we still had to hang dry our clothes, and the lack of ports to charge our phones. NOT one USB available in our rooms (not even a lamp), and we didn't have enough charging bricks with us (which we should have brought more), but in this day and age, we thought surely we wouldn't need them!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was nice and easy to get around.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
No ice machines in the building ... ALL ice had be be retrieved by the front desk person.
- 3/5
The room was very nice, however, the air conditioner shut off before we went to sleep. We called down to the front desk and were told to press the down arrow key (which we had done numerous times as well as changing the fan mode and turning it off and on again). It was quite uncomfortably hot all night so we barely slept. We mentioned it to the front desk in the morning and they were very apologetic. We also got charged for garage parking even though we parked outside so they reversed the charge and gave us 2 bottles of water. We then left a cooler with insulin in it in the room and called. Mike was SO incredibly helpful locating it for us as well as addressing our other issues. The whole daytime front desk staff were terrific.
- 5/5
Would stay here again if I need to be in Springfield again
- 4/5
Also, having to pay for parking on top of the cost of the room is ridiculous. The property should have given parking for feee given the elevator was broken
- 4/5
The room was very comfortable. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

- 5/5
During a snow storm and staff was attentive, and helped me get setlled in quickly so i could get my rest . Thanks
- 3/5
The cost of the room is almost $200.00 dollars a night and at that price, parking should be included. Will look for other hotels where parking is included in the price
- 5/5
They are really good
- 5/5
The only objection I have was I was told upon checkin that there would be no parking fee chaged. However, at checkout there was a $10. parking fee charged to my room and I didn't have time to fight it.
- 3/5
It felt a little dated, but other than that, it was OK. Breakfast was not good at all.
- 5/5
The hotel the room were beautiful and very clean. They really takes care of the property. I am definitely going back!!!
- 2/5
The area where the hotel is located is noisy. The under garage have a lot of empty alcohol containers make look unsafe. The worse part was the bed.
- 4/5
Great amenities, and nice staffs. But room was smell like pig and couch has so much stains. If they can improve cleanses I will definitely revisit this place.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Great place, good deal!
- 5/5
It ‘s all good all around.
- 5/5
Very clean.
- 4/5
No regular tea at breakfast and no regular sugar but the breakfast options that were there were very good! Overall good stay
- 1/5
Room unclean when i checked in. Stayed for 5 days and never once had my room cleaned
- 5/5
Clean nice rooms
- 2/5
We wereabout 10 feet away from a major roadway and heard traffic anytime we were in the room. Loud motorcycles, loud trucks even through the night. We were not impressed by the property either.
- 3/5
Not a winner. My room smelled bad (stale, old cooking type odor). Basic service (clean towels, trash emptying) was supposed to be daily but my room got nothing. Staff was nice enough and breakfast was decent.
- 4/5
Staff friendly. Rooms starting to get a little worn. Charged you $10.00 to park in their parking lot which we were unaware of. Okay stay and value for the money.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room friendly staff
- 5/5
Stayed here for 10 days in July 2024. It felt like home. Breakfast was pretty standard fare but it was good quality. Very quiet even in a room facing the freeway. Close to everything. Responsive staff and spotless. We would stay here again!
- 5/5
Clean, quite, right next to shopping area, nice breakfast… perfect stay for families
- 4/5
Location.
- 3/5
For 10 years my wife and I always stay here. However he was disappointed that the pool was no longer there which is stated online that you guys have a pool. My wife was sick Saturday night call housekeeping and it stated that I have to call the night before in order to get them. Don't get me wrong the hotel location is perfect and the rooms are spotless but this will be my wife and I last time here. I had great memories
- 5/5
Big room, amenities and robust breakfast options. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
- 3/5
Great room, very comfortable. Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep
- 2/5
The staff was great but the initial room we stayed in had the AC broken and when I asked them to look at it they just turned it off. We came back and it was almost 80 degrees in the room. They moved us to another room and it smelled like straight chemicals so we had to move back to the first room and had to just deal with the temperature.
- 5/5
Part of a 5 night visit to the area. In hotel bar remained closed for whole week.
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 5/5
Excellent property and staff!! Two thumbs up for Jose Gilberto, he was top notch and very helpful, very welcoming, and superb in every way!!
- 3/5
Honestly the rugs in the halls and elevators were not very clean The room was nice enough. The bowls were ridiculously small and dishes were left in the dishwasher. And kitchen floor was sticky.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and the morning breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
The property looks newly updated and is very clean. The hotel is very close to the mall and restaurants.
- 5/5
Parking lot full when arriving late, after 10pm.
- 5/5
It is clean quite and near shoping center
- 4/5
The hotel is in excellent condition. I only issue I have is they only clean your room every other day. So, you will have dirty towels in a pile on the floor.
- 5/5
It was a great stay - VERY clean, easy parking, walkable to shopping & dining nearby.
- 4/5
Older property in decent shape, may need a refresh in a few years. Clean, good sized rooms and public spaces, convenient garage parking, excellent service and attitudes among the staff.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Very peaceful and house keeping is superb
- 5/5
Clean, good quality, excellent morning breakfast
- 5/5
I really like how attentive the staff was at check-in.
- 5/5

Took house keeping a long time to get our trash. WAS OVERALL NICE.
- 5/5
Clean, easy access
- 5/5
I enjoyed the double room suite! It was clean and quiet. The staff was nice, and the check in and out process was easy. I enjoyed the location because it was close to where we needed to be, and close to shopping! Thank you!
- 5/5
Great place, can't really think of anything negative to say about it. Also, the hotel is next to shopping plaza with many places to eat next to it. We did not mind driving 15-30 mins to downtown Washington so it worked well for us.
- 5/5
Very convenient location next to the shopping district. Love the design of the studio. Breakfast hours are a little too early imo, but the food was great. Would definitely not mind staying at this hotel again!

- 4/5
Didn't like their overpriced food market 7.50 for noodles
- 4/5
It was a very nice place to stay. Clean, affordable, and close to the metro station. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a convenient spot to get into DC from Virginia.
- 4/5
When traveling we seek out Residence Inns when we have our two dogs. This would have been an awesome stay had it not been for the lack of outside dog area. The area that was available was all small stones with the available bags for clean up. This area was full of dog waste and you could not even walk into it. No grass. I would recommend this hotel but not if you are bringing your dog. The hotel was clean, amenities were good and staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Wish the desk staff had said that parking incurred a fee when he asked if I needed to park a car. WiFi didn't work when got up in the morning. Front desk called IT support quickly and IT support called me, but could not fix the problem. WiFi came back on later.
- 4/5
A good place to say I think the access to the Metro.
- 5/5
Great hotel great room! Will stay again!!
- 4/5
Really enjoyed my stay at this location. Had a small issue upon arrival of my tv not working. Someone cane up immediately to reset it and that problem was resolved. Hotel is kept up very well. Dont understand why we as customers have to pay to park on their grounds though. The per night rate should cover that. Otherwise would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Staff were amazing. Beds very comfortable. Rooms very clean. We would stay here again, but will use our own data and device to stream movies and shows since their offering is subpar.
- 4/5
The stay was fine, very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful king bed. Used the coffee maker and fridge, all good. The tv remote in 305 was poor. Low batteries or the buttons have been depressed too many times. Difficult to operate. Like the property. Would stay again.

- 3/5
The only complaint I have is it was loud from the traffic from right outside of window all night long
- 3/5
Bar was closed on Saturday night. Bold Starbucks coffee is way too strong with way too much caffeine (I had some medical issues from it but was able to manage those on my own. Someone not medical would have had an ER visit after drinking it) Need to add female hygiene items to your store. Overall, not a bad hotel. Would consider staying again.
- 5/5
Little bit noisy from the cars outside. Stuff very nice and polite
- 3/5
Very nice but place. Only downsides are the hotel bar closes to early for people who travel. And wall are kinda thin I could here a lot of outside noise from interstate. Breakfast in the morning was very nice but was a very short window of service needs to be lengthened
- 5/5
The Hotel was right off the highway,The Desk clerk was very nice and prompt nice Hotel !
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and friendly
- 3/5
Nice hotel, good service, horrible breakfast offerings. Almost nothing healthy and mostly packaged items. Coffee was tasteless.
- 1/5
This is the worst hotel. Be careful when you book!!
- 4/5
Close to 95
- 3/5
Very very very loud
- 5/5
The staff was fantastic, they let us know where the best place to have dinner
- 5/5
I was surprised there was a $10.00 parking fee, but that is the only option since there really is no street parking available.
- 2/5
Property was OK but the shower dripped nonstop and the room was RIGHT above one of the busiest and loudest roads ever. My rest was broken each night and, unfortunately, front desk was unable to accommodate me with a different room due to the hotel being booked up.
- 5/5
What a fantastic hotel! Staff is PHENOMENAL! The room was amazing! Close to everything!
