Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful, but the rooms and facilities are often described as outdated, dirty, and lacking in amenities. The location is convenient for many guests, but the overall experience is marred by various issues with the rooms and the property.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location
- Outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained rooms
- Lack of amenities and cleanliness issues

Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!

Friends room toilet looked like the outside of it had never been cleaned. Druggies trippin outside of rooms, homeless sleeping against building… will NEVER stay at this hotel again. DO NOT RECOMMEND
- 1/5
My reservation was cancelled and we were terrified and didnt have a place to stay. Also there was homeless people sleeping on the ground against the building. Very unhealthy atmosphere.

When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked wasn’t actually checked into until the day I was leaving . The room didn’t look like the pictures on the site there weren’t any trash cans in the rooms stains on the sheets and the breaker kept tripping in my room I had to call maintenance atleast 4 times

Good location off of Highway 30 in Saint Helens The staff looked unkempt, either tired or inebriated Took some time before the staff came to the front desk. The room was dirty, they were bugs in the bathtub, the window above the tub could not shut because it was broken, and there were noises coming from beyond.

The staff member at check-in was VERY nice and funny. Unfortunately, he had to ask everyone for a CASH damage deposit since their system for holding deposits was not working with credit cards. We did not have the amount he was asking for, but he accepted $40. We thought this might be some sort of scam, but we got our $40 back in the morning. All-in-all, this stay was a mixed bad. I don't think I would choose this site again.

Room floor was dirty. Room door entrance was damaged. Bathroom needed re painting. Not enough shampoo in the small tubes. Staff was rude about the cash deposit they wanted that was not in the details when I booked the room. I had to go to ATM to get the cash out or we couldn’t have the keys. Didn’t know about that as I wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. Noisy as there is a bar just facing only yards away and they drink outside. Allows pets so a dog was barking most of the night. Not a good stay and wouldn’t recommend
- 1/5
This was next door to a bar and had several long time renters. It was loud and definitely stayed locked in our room until we left. The room was clean but only provides two half pillows per bed. The photos in ad are mostly from the restaurant and bar that is on the property next door.

Beds were really hard, no extra blankets and the heater was very loud.
- 3/5
No designated pet area. Looked like people were “living” there. Staff was friendly. Cash deposit was kinda sketchy. But did get it back at check out. Not the best place but worked for what we needed. A place to sleep and shower.
- 1/5
The only positive I would have to say was the gentleman who checked us in was super friendly nice and helpful. The one checked us out little less friendly but polite. Office staff should get a pat on back for being the only nice thing at this hotel.
- 1/5
Will never stay here again. The staff was nice. We were scared to sleep on the beds they were stained and gross. The shower was stained. There was no hot water at all. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was awful.

The bathroom tub wouldn't drain ants all over the place. Ant in suitcase. People are standing outside the room, smoking cigarette. When there's supposed to be a distance away. I've stayed here a few times this is the worst of the worst. I will never stay there again.

Room was okay clean. First drum toilet didn't work

The building and the staff were nice The location. It was very busy and done people around there are questionable.

Got a call 90 minutes before my check in time, that they were overbooked and they didn't have a room for me, even though I booked it 3 months in advance. They even charged my credit card for the stay even after they cancelled on me!

Friendly staff and good TV offering (watched two Paramount+ movies, that channel is fully accessible for free!) Wifi is OK (not great, but fast enough to stream stuff. On occasion it dropped out though). Missing towel rack in bathroom, one bedside lamp not working. Blanket not exactly thick, I had to turn on the heat blaster a few times as I was cold underneath the sheet. Overall,"meh" at best, and clearly just an emergency option for me when I travel.

Neglected doesn't begin to describe the despair in this crap hole! Someone please call the St Helen's health department and shut this place down! Don't even get me started on the fact that you have to pay a $60 cash deposit! What kind of gig are they running here!!! This place isn't work $20 a night! Disgusting!
- 0.5/5
Nothing Because bed had bugs in it was so gross. Asked them to come look and was asked what drugs I've taken and how much. Wasn't on anything I would show them a bug and they would pick it up say it's lent and squeeze it. We'll if it was let would still be in your fingers but it was bugs I have pictures of it

Check in was easy, room was clean, simple but adequate. The odd thing was the requirement for a cash only deposit, made things kind of questionable, but we did get the deposit back on check out. Otherwise, it's a fine no-rills hotel.
- 0.5/5
horrible hotel
- 3/5
A refundable CASH only deposit with no change option was a bit annoying. Had a $100 bill that had to go to bar to get change…
- 1/5
I would like to request a refund. We had spoke to the front desk about a super late check in time. And when we arrived we never got let into our room. The front office had an open sign but nobody was around to ever help us out. We had to sleep in our car. We booked this place due to a big family party we had nearby so they mew we would be checking in late. But that wasn’t the case for us. We called multiple times and never received a call back or an answer.

Great location for when attending spirit of Halloweentown
- 3/5
Nice staff close stores.
- 1/5
Terrible service told me I didn’t have a room
- 3/5
The room was incomplete with bring a kitchette and sink had no faucet. Floors where no completed with tile (uneven).
- 2/5
Kind of a scary place! Needs to be updated, though they have tried with the throw pillows. Second floor balconey looked like it is in its last days. Office is tiny. Requires $60 cash only deposit which I'm sure was in the email I didn't read. My husband had to go to the ATM in an even scarier lounge next door. Then the office person checked our room before we left. A room in St. Helens is hard to get in October so we were thankful there was an opening, but we wont stay here again. I will say that both staff people we spoke with were friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Extremely friendly staff, felt they enjoy there job.
- 2/5
The staff at check in , were SO accommodating and pleasant. Parking was easy and free - right out front. They had just cleaned the room, so I could see the floor had been done and it smelled nice. But, the condition of the bathroom was less than ideal… I didn’t want to shower there. There was a fly in our room and a few dead and alive ants…. Not a lot of them but enough. The bed looked nice, but only two flat pillows - so I may advise to bring your own. We honestly didn’t want to stay the night, so drove home.

Great room.great price

The room was clean and the place was quiet.

To begin with I reserved a room 22 days before, I drove over 300 miles to get there for a family reunion. I got in town about 8:30 am not being able to get my room until 3:00pm, at about 12:30 pm the OYO hotel called me and informed me that they had overbooked the day before and I would not have a room. I called every motel in the area and they were all booked up, so I drove to the OYO hotel and talked to the man that had called me, all he could say was so sorry for your inconvenience, so I told him you better not charge my card as I wasn’t able to check in, well guess what they charged my card anyway as a no show. Now I’m setting here waiting for 12 to 14 days for them to put the money back in my account. So in my opinion I would never recommend anyone ever booking a room at this OYO hotel or any of their Hotels, unless you like sleeping in your car and waiting for their company to give your money back in two weeks or more. I wish I would have read the reviews before I had booked the room because after the fact and reading them now I would never have booked to begin with.
- 1/5
This property is horrible. There was a gap at the bottom of the door. It is very loud, hair left all over including the bed. There is a bar/restaurant which gets packed making it no parking for the motel. Oh don't let me forget when you get there you have to put down a Non refundable $60 Cash. I don't recommend them at all
- 1/5
The curtains had what looked like mice bites throughout it. You could tell that the odor of new paint was barely covering the smell. I’m assuming there’s quite a few long term tenants based on the parking lot parties and pot smoke, multiple groups of 4-5 people hanging out, blasting music, etc. Not a family friendly hotel.
- 3/5
No shower door or curtain.
- 5/5
Very affordable and clean
- 4/5
The manager is so friendly and informative
- 2/5
Aside from long term residents, adjacent RV park and permanent residents near end of property, the inside of the room was clean albeit outdated. Only warm water available in shower and tepid water at sink, valves all the way on. Advised front desk on Saturday and checked out early because I wanted an adequate shower due to my days activities.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, quiet , easy check in and check out
- 3/5
There were sugar ants in the bathroom. There was, the shower was very difficult to turn on. It took me five, tries to figure it out. Water pressure was terrible. Customer service was great. The room was nice. And the noise level was low.

Everything was wrong. You are trying to steal my money. I have never been to OYO Hotel in any city, in any country, during this lifetime or any of my former lives, which are many and deadly
- 4/5
Skethy people hanging around the parking area, looking in cars
- 2/5
Only a couple of employees at desk were helpful
- 1/5
Don't stay here! Dirty and nothing like the photos!!

- 3/5
Basic
- 1/5
The condition of the room was very unclean. Crumbs, hair, and other objects on the floor. The fridge was broken, the shower nozzle did not turn on, and there was a very foul fish odor in the room.
- 1/5
Very rude and unhelpful woman working the kiosk. I was in tears, it was my daughters wedding weekend. I had reservations for 3 rooms for 2 nights through Hotels.com ( never booking on here ever again) A lot of family was staying there. The next morning, I have to say the women working on site helped and got me the rooms we needed. A big thanks to her!!! But also, my credit card was charged for NO SHOW!!! She took the charge off and comped my one room, that im grateful for. It was an experience!!! Thankfully it was resolved, but watch your credit card using any third party site. Good luck with anyone staying there. Bathroom in 211 was gross ! Plus the doorknob was shaking like it was fallin off Nasty place in same parking lot as a bar. People yelling in the parking lot all night I wished i would've booked best Western.
- 1/5
This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed! I tried to find another place, but everything was booked so I was stuck. Black mold in the bathroom was horrible, couldn’t use the shower because of the black mold, beds were the absolute worst. With springs that stab you the bedding was not clean so I slept on top of the bedding, so I went and purchased blankets because the heat barely worked in my room. It was not worth the money at all, was the biggest disappointment to drive over 6 hours to get stuck there. In the morning the attendant wouldn’t even come out from the office, I called and went the different transfers to finally reach the office where I was standing to check out, the lady answered and told me to just leave the keys, I could literally hear her talking through the thin walls/door. I was going to ask who I could speak to about a refund, maybe that’s why she hid is because of all the unhappy people.
- 3/5
The place is run down but clean
- 3/5
The automative check in system is very slow and doesn’t work properly. Hotel could do with some updates and the bedding didn’t seem very clean and the pillows are completely flat.
- 1/5
The physical property did not match the images posted, the checkin process was through a Kiosk there was no person on the premsise to speak with, the steps leading up to the second floor were not properly secured to the stair case frame, the door to the room did not properly seal when closed, the room smelled of mildew, the bed was very squeaky and appeared very old, the room did not match the images posted and amenities listed were not present in the room (I.E. a desk and chair), physical room damage was painted over and not repaired and stickers being partially peeled off the door were present. Other individuals around the property were not following the minimum 10 feet from building smoking rule, and someone was in the parking directly in front of rooms spray painting a water pump from a ram truck he was actively working on. In its current condition I'd consider this location dilapidated, unsafe, unclean, unkept, poorly maintained, and not effectively managed.
- 3/5
No live person at night to check in. There is a virtual agent. The check in was not a problem, but it’s nice to have a live human in front of you. The property is old and run down. The rooms are extremely dirty. There was black mold in the bathroom. Food was left in the microwave. There was urine stains down the side of the toilet. Paint is chipped everywhere. I would not stay here again.
- 1/5
If your coning for Halloweentown just drive back to Portland and stay there! This place is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Its dirty wirh hair in the bed, the a/c & heater didn't work, theres no one working here you check in at a kiosk using skype, the walls are paper thin, and the pillows are a sad excuse and are flat and lifeless like they've been used for 10 years or more. Plus you only get 2 and theres no one to get more from or to change them out. I swear i can here the neighbor's conversation word for word through the wall. Can't fall asleep because it's too hot and noisy plus i can't get over the disgusting feeling this place gives you. Oh and it smells musty!
- 1/5
I stayed at this property from October 11-14 and it was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. For starters, there was no one in the office at any point during my stay. I was only able to speak to someone through Skype whenever I went in. The room was disgusting as far as cleanliness goes. The toilet paper roll was clearly used by the previous guest and there was hair on the floor and inside the shower. The sheets had little black hairs on them and yellow and red stains. The light in the room didn’t work and anything we plugged into the outlet just fell out. There was a party next door the first night we stayed and the music played into the next morning. There was sharpie writing on the wall and the floor was so gross. There were crumbs everywhere. I tried to email and call to file a complaint and each time I called, the line would go dead after about 5 minutes of being on hold. It has been impossible to get ahold of anyone.
- 3/5
We stayed here because it’s the closest hotel to halloween town. The rooms were clean but there was ants in the bathroom everywhere. Someone on the computer greeted us to check in. Besides that i don’t have much to say, it’s a motel and stayed here because it’s 1 of the 2 closest in st helen’s for where we were going.
- 1/5
Two stars is pretty generous. Check in is done through a kiosk with a virtual clerk. Feels very ‘welcome to Costco, I love you’. Room was freezing, and so old and crusty. It was as clean as it could be considering everything seemed to be from the 70’s. The heater was busted and didn’t work. Towels smelt like smoke. Toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Walls are paper thin, heard the neighbors partying (loud music and shouting) all night. Dogs barking through the night, dog and people hair all up in the bedding. The music was still playing when we got up at 6:00am. OYO was the only hotel available in town when we booked a few months ago. Chatted with another couple staying there waiting to settle out at the Kozy Corner diner, their room was covered in black mold and had food left in it from previous guests. It’s only in business because it’s one of two hotels in Halloweentown and is very clearly run by a shady oversees business. Should have been a $60.00 a night stay instead of the $130.00 it cost. 10/10 would not recommend.
- 3/5
Its ok for the price
- 2/5
Chose this hotel (motel) in town for Halloweentown. It was close and we ended up loving the city of St Helens. But, right when we walked into our room, it REAKED of old cigarette smoke that never went away. The beds were hard as rocks and we had 2 pancake flat pillows per bed. There was black mold growing in the corners of the tub and we found three spiders in the bathroom during our 3 night stay
- 1/5
After being there for only two hours, we decided we couldn’t sleep safely or soundly and checked out. The only positive thing was the very kind female manager on duty.
- 2/5
There is only a person there till 2pm, so when we arrived we had to check in with a kiosk. Strangest thing. We touched the screen and a person came on to print us a room key. She then told us to get towels and sheets behind the divider if we wanted more. The room had an odor of stale cigarette smoke, even though the rooms are non smoking. The room is very minimal, a small fridge, one chair, bed, and microwave. Make sure to bring your own toiletries because you get a 1/2 dollar size soap and a very small bottle of shampoo, no Kleenex . The walls are very thin, we were on the bottom and could hear everything from above us, make sure to take a sound machine to try and cover the noise. No coffee maker. The motel seemed like it was a rent by the hour. Would not stay there again. The only reason we booked it is because we thought it was close to Halloween town, but instead it was 5-10 minutes drive away.
- 1/5
Don't recommend staying here.
- 1/5
Dirty. First room reeked of urine so they moved us. Next room had visible urine on bathroom walls, a dirty shower and the base of the bed smelled like pee so bad I had to throw away a blanket I brought from home that fell and rubbed against it.
- 3/5
total fine place. thin walls and doors
- 1/5
Booked a king premium room with Kitchenette. Got to the motel and they gave us a queen bed. I let the manager know I booked a king. She was extremely rude. She said she has permanent residents in all the king kitchenette room suites and that this is a problem every year during Halloweentown. I asked for a discounted rate due to not getting what I booked. She said she was unable to help me. I asked why I wasn’t notified so I could plan accordingly between sleeping arrangements and food brought. She rudely said that it wasn’t her problem. This is the second time I’ve stayed. Hoped that it was a 1x thing and it was not.
- 5/5
Except for the scary steep stairs up to our room or stay was fantastic as usual. We are repeat customers at this location. Though they said there was no ground floor rooms available I did notice that there was at least two that had failed reservations that were actually available. As a person with a disability I figured out how to navigate the scary cement stairs that were cracked and triggered my anxiety but I figured it out. As usual the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot for showers and had good pressure even being upstairs. They do need to make all the hotels more Ada accessible though that is my only complaint.
- 4/5
Great location near Spirit of Halloweentown area and Bella Swan ( Twilight ) house. There is plenty of parking and the room came with a fridge and microwave. However, the room does have a weird smell. I bought febreeze and fixed the problem. Overall I’d come again- of course with a room spray and personal blanket.
- 4/5
A good enough stay spot for travelers like myself. I had a good enough time. No box of tissue in the room. Rest was ok. Worth another stay sometime.
- 3/5
Nice that there was a restaurant on site. Room was large and clean other then the overpowering smell
- 1/5
Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting service. Windows dont shut at all. Plug ins and lights dont work. Absolutely no staff on property. 0 stars.
- 3/5
If I need to come to St Helen’s I would stay here.
- 1/5
My shower drain was clogged with hair . Kind of gross
- 5/5
Problems with shower spraying outside the shower area and water flowing away from drain, plus water knob loose and turning 360 not knowing which way to get hot water.
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 5/5
I wish the website would say that it's 50 miles from Ridgefield Washington instead of 4.8 miles. I didn't actually stay at hotel had to get a different hotel due to distance from where I was going to be.
- 1/5
Unless you're desperate to sleep in a super uncomfortable bed and pillows as hard and small as rocks with shady people outside dont stay here lol
- 2/5
Not the cleanest of hotels
- 1/5
Grossly misrepresented. Says the property is 6.5miles from the amphitheater…it’s 55 miles to the venue. Druggies sitting in cars in the parking lot throughout the night. NOT a good scene.
- 4/5
Nice folks. A decent place to stay.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
Average for an inexpensive motel. Please clean under and behind beds.
- 1/5
The room smelled of cigarettes even though they tried to cover it up with excessive air freshener. Air conditioner was extremely loud, so it was difficult to hear the TV, or have conversations, or sleep. There was also a hole in the bathtub that we were not aware of until my wife took a bath and someone knocked on our door to ask as to drain it immediately because it was leaking water to the unit below us. They did not offer us or the other guests to move to another room. It was a good thing we were only staying two nights.
- 4/5
Appreciated that the room had no carpet. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn’t work.
- 3/5
Not terrible for the price, but there was a window open in the bathroom that would not close. Not very safe.
- 1/5
Blood in the bathtub, ants. Only stayed there 2 nights never came back. Roach Coach😡
- 2/5
Check in is on a Kiosk where you speak to someone, on like a Zoom meeting who spoke broken English. You are supposed to scan your ID bit the scanner didn't waworkdocuments bit
- 5/5
I liked the area.. but the TV's don't work right in some of the rooms that I stayed in. And I had issues with two different tenants that brought in aggressive dogs. I feel like there should be a manager on duty to help keep the place secure and safe. Otherwise, the staff that I met were amazing!
- 2/5
The house keeping needs to improve
- 2/5
The rooms of course smelled of cigarette smoke, my experience at all “budget” motels lately. The smell was not the main issue however. One of the bed’s sheets were full of dog hair, both bed’s sheets had hair of some kind on them. The A/C worked. The TV was not working, at all-in the entire motel. I also kept getting a message that the wifi needed the router to be restarted. Well, with no actual person running the place, there was no one in the office to restart it. By morning a very nice human was in the office, very apologetic and refunded part of the fee for the room.
- 4/5
This was great value for the price. Virtual checkin was a little weird but easy enough. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard. Otherwise it was great
- 5/5
excellent stay and good Staff
- 4/5
Was greeted by a kiosk. I was not expecting that. And the wifi doesnt seem too
- 1/5
They had no one working the front desk, i called the number that is provided and that person hung up on me. Would not stay there.
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 3/5
Didn’t like that there was no actual person to talk to, someone who knows the area and can give suggestions. I also could not connect to the internet, so that was annoying. Bathroom was a little dirty, but the rest of the room was nice and clean, very big, too
- 2/5
Uncomfortable not having staff on site in the evening. TV reception was sporadic and the ice machine was broken
- 3/5
While visiting family in St. Helens we decided to try the oyo hotel. It has been there quite a long time but there have been some upgrades... The most interesting part of the hotel is that you're checked in at a kiosk with a lady who's not even in the United States, but I will tell you wasn't a problem. She was very courteous, kind on the screen and I was able to check in without any incident. Received our keys and went to the room. The rooms are about exactly what you'd expect. Clean, older looking but with a nice bed. A cute red Ohio pillow in the middle. And a very nice refrigerator, freezer and microwave. You park right out front your room so it's very easy access getting in and out with your luggage... Our night was very nice. The bed was soft and comfortable and in the morning the shower was very hot. All the amenities that you look for in a hotel not flashy not overpriced, just a good place to stay when you're in town.... Definitely will probably stay there again when we go to see family...
- 2/5
Very poor internet, huge gaps around AC and door. Noisy uncontrolled animals barking at night.
- 1/5
There was a mistake on my reservation. Did not know until the day I was leaving Oregon to Washington. Called after I got an email of a no call no show. Got charged and asked if I could still stay because I already paid. Was told no, got charged and now staying in my car roughly 200 dollars short and cannot even stay in a room I paid for.
- 4/5
The staff was really supportive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Management is right on track! Both manager and assistant are great! Amber the assistant is A+
- 4/5
Didnt have a kitchenette that i booked, area around property was dirty. But it was very convenient for what we needed. No extra linen/blankets or pillows.
- 4/5
Good Location. No Coffee Bar in room.
- 2/5
It was after office was closed had to call to have someone come to office first she was rude and rook over 20 mins to open door and was still a bit rude but after a lil bit she lightened up a bit room was a little dirty food behind desk a kids toy hair all over the bath tub but other then that it was cool quite
- 5/5
Yay
- 3/5
Actually WiFi was horribly slow chipper AM check out help check in okay (but got there late after photographing AJR in PDX so I will give them a pass there) just a place on the map...they could make it better old 1960's hotel rebranded but band aids are not a fix for all

The property itself feels like an old, extended sta place with people hang around outside smoking with pit bulls on chains and babies crying. You can hear all outside activity from the room with for and windows closed. The flooring has been updated with laminate but there are scuff marks along the baseboards and walls. The door is the original from the 1960’s with several layers of chipping paint and years of fingerprints. The bathroom is ok but the tub and liner have never been replaced. Found hair in the tub. Fingerprints on the television. Smells like people smoked for years in here before it was nonsmoking. Mattress is super cheap. The checkin gave me high hopes along with the website photos. Clearly, my room was not used for the marketing photos. I’m not giving up the OYO chain but wouldn’t stay in this location again.

There was blood splatter on the ceiling and on the curtains. I asked the lady on duty if someone had died in thst room, and she stated thst nobody died in that particular room, but have few other rooms. We checked out immediately. The staff was nice, but the property looked like a crack house. I am shocked that Expedia even has them on their website..

Not tip top in repairs, clean though. Office is not easy to spot. No problems but I was alone and concerned for security as there was a busy bar next door at night.

Well I found the kiosk check in to be very different. Not sure if I really liked it. As for the room, it's your basic budget room. My only complaint is the water chips in my room were not wrapped in plastic and appeared to be used. E all know that since covid housekeepers don't visit your room daily unless otherwise asked, but the morning of our first night someone came into my room, picked a couple things of the floor and placed on the bed, but did nothing else. No clean towels, didn't take trash, and didn't make beds. Why were they in my room then? Just curious???

I booked this hotel last minute on Feb 19, 2024 and check out the next day, because it said it was just a few miles from where I was (Ridgefield, WA) When I finally left work and looked up the directions, Instead of being five miles away it was a 55 minute drive and then in the morning to return to the job site would be way longer with traffic. I didn't even end up staying here!! I called both OYO and Hotels.com and they refused to change my reservation to another hotel within the same chain that was ACTUALLY closer and then they also refused to refund me. I will never stay with this chain!!!

The check in was awkward and took longewr than it should have. The bathroom needed painting. No shampoo

Post-checkout, the incessant calls requesting a review were intrusive and annoying. The pressure to leave a glowing, five-star review, coupled with the insistence on being on the phone during the process, felt like coercion. Spending 39 minutes tethered to a call, just to fulfill their demand, is unacceptable. To OYO Corporate: This review is a result of your relentless pursuit for feedback. Calling repeatedly and then dictating the terms of the review is manipulative. Genuine reviews should come organically, not under duress. Respect your guests' autonomy and let reviews happen naturally.

Unsafe, dingy, dirty, constant police in parking lot, prostitution, noise, domestic violence, animal abuse. The worst motel I have ever stayed in.

Touch up paint in bathroom needed. Extra pillows needed. Tv bigger and more channels.

Room was not cleaned prior to us checking in, with garbage in the mini fridge. No attendant was on hand to check us in, instead leaving us to a kiosk that had a Zoom chat open. We were also told the facility did not allow cats, which doesn't align with the information on Expedia's website when booking.

Exterior of motel is deteriorated; interior is acceptable. Was given a room with a malfunctioning heater; transferred to a different room, with a functioning heater. Property uses a remote check-in agent at the front desk using a foreign attendant. Extremely awkward -- if you love foreign customer service, you'll love this.

Very quiet and comfortable

I want to start by saying the front desk agent was absolutely lovely. This review has nothing to do with her, but this motel should be condemned. The entire first floor is rented out to people of the community apparently. People were smoking wherever they wanted. The people in the room next to us had their dog tied up to the outside balcony walkway. The headboard was not attached to the wall. The towel holder was broken and there was particleboard covering all of our towels. The transition from the hardwood floor to the tile was literally masking tape. The tub was filthy and had something dried to the side of it. The shower head was broken. The bed was the most uncomfortable and unclean thing I have ever slept on. We couldn’t shower, we couldn’t sleep, everything smelled like smoke. This is a horribly run apartment complex, not a motel. It was horrible.
