Never told pool wasn't operational. Quality of room remodel was one of the worst ive seen. No towels in room. Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Booking.com customer service useless.

    Well my stay was not great from me havin to switch rooms because of shower head not workin and not being restock itself the new room I went was stock but the sink had a slow draining ok whatever I let that go now I tried to switch my towels out but between the front desk and non English housekeeping couldn’t replace them had to go and buy my own personal towels for the remaining of my stay oh and let’s not forget the room had roaches in it and that alone was unacceptable I paid darn near 300 dollars I felt uncomfortable and dirty didn’t even stay my full days I pick this place because of the pool and breakfast being included just to wake up to just juice and breakfast bar section are you guys serious like I could had stay in a lowdown budget hotel for just 100 bucks and have the same issues that I had here

    The only thing I liked about that place is that it was close to my training I had to be at for the weekend Well, for starters, as soon as you pull up, there were kids out with no shoes, no shirts with the buckets of ice wetting each other so that was my first impressions. It was a little sketchy for me and also there was loud music next to my room and I had to be up by 5 AM .Amongst other things that was wrong. I wouldn’t book there.

    Check out was thru my cell. "Smoke free" resort is not smoke free. We were asked if we wanted to smoke in our room for an extra $10. The place smelled HORRIBLE, like weed, cigarettes, and mold. When we checked in we went to our first room after being told there was no 1st floor availability, the room was missing a smoke alarm and had cigarette burns. Our second room had the smoke alarm sitting on the TV stand without batteries and was on the 1st floor and smelled better at least. Our bathroom was not clean so we avoided as much as we could, thankful we were only there for one night. The free breakfast included is juice and a granola bar, so we skipped it. For the price we paid we expected Wyndham standards, not a run down sleazy motel. The photos on here are not up to date and must be years old because of how different the resort looked. Don't trust the photos.

    The room had been smoked in and wasn't clean properly. My clean clothes and my cloth bags all smelled like smoke after this stay. I had to through them away and was all my clothes immediately when I got home. There was mold on the wall and ceiling of the bathroom area and the bathroom door had water damage. paint was peeling off the walls and off the inside of the bathtub. Looks like they tried to paint the bathtub. 1 Bath towel and only two pillows on bed. This room should not have been rented and need to be gutted. Poor performance by a Windham hotel again. Nothing.

    Upon check in I was given 3 keys to rooms that already had people in them. Finally got a room at 4:30 am, smelt like 1974 cigarettes. Cockroaches everywhere. There was a shooting in the parking lot. As we were “checking out” early the room next to us had a biohazard team in there replacing the mattress that was covered in mold. Finally they over charged me by 455$ and only argued the over charges-had to file a claim with bank.. There’s nothing Super about this hotel…

    The outside of the hotel looked great. The pool looked well maintained. The staff was helpful when I made a request. My room looked as if it needed renovation- the carpet and bedding were clean but walls had stain on it, The bathroom door looked kicked in from the inside and would not close. My television did not work... I think due to wiring issues -connection to the wall. I wish the stairway to the 2nd floor (no elevator) was lighted for security purposes.

    I don’t think this Motel is able to invest in itself. The walls are stained and marked from previous guests and tinged yellow from when smoking was allowed in the rooms. It seemed like only the accent wall in the room had been painted in the last 5-10 years. There were stained pillowcases and at a certain point my nightstand just stopped working. The tech in the room is at least 10 years old. There were a couple of bugs/roaches but they were almost all in the bathroom area. The tile work was unable to be completed around the tubs faucet. The only source of ventilation in the entire unit was an old AC unit that sat on the floor and pushed out air that still smelled of cigarettes and must. We did see staff cleaning the outside as best they could but the finer details like the toilet paper niche and front of our mini fridge (which was unplugged) were left grimey and gross. We couldn’t even check in smoothly because of problems with the keycard system. The reception staff were wonderful and kind and the pool looked actually temping but it was 70 out and we knew the water would be too cold. The bed was okay and along with the internet in our down time. I’ve been to other motels that aren’t as embarrassing to stay at and Wyndham also runs another chain of hotels we stayed at on our trip so I hope they spruce this one up, but I can’t recommend it.

    The room was filled with roaches. They were coming up the walls by the bed, in the fridge and microwave. We weren't able to lay down because of the bugs and hair in the bed. There were stains on the walls and linens and curtains. The room was poorly cleaned and overall disgusting.

    We made our reservation long before our stay. It was confirmed, prepaid and a time of our arrival was confirmed. Since it was going to be late in the day they had us send a photo copy of the charge card we had used to prepay as well as a photo copy of the drivers license. We were told the room key would be at the front desk when we arrived. Just as we got in our rental car at the airport to go to the Super 8 we got a phone call telling us not to come because they had given our room away. This was after 11:30pm and if we wanted a refund we would need to call a Super 8 customer service since it was now too late to cancel and ask for a refund. Since the reservation was for 3 days we asked about the other days and the motel employee said he wasn’t sure he would really have a room for the next night either. I called the phone number to ask for the refund and they did offer to find another room in the area. They found a room but wanted significantly more and would not price match since I was not able to get that price because I was not booking early. I found a room on my own elsewhere.

    They had me and my girlfriend waiting 2 and a half hours after we was supposed to be checked in and accessible to our room that was already paid... They continue to say they had a big event and just had to clean the rooms and kept lien bout the time instead of leaving the desk or calling someone to find out... They are low staffed on cleaners and their Air conditioner plug sounded like it was bout to catch fire ... Needs a lot of improvement...

    Look before i booked the hotel I made sure that i could check in after midnight and apparently since it was 330 am even tho i paid for monday it they wouldnt let me check in. So i had to repay super 8 after payking you guys. It also said my reservation was automatically canceled. When can I expect a full refund>>???? I had no choice but double pay . Is there a number I can call to talk to someone about this issue, I always book through you guys for hotels and ive been doing it alot lately. Sureluy you can do something if not a money refund a hotel credit.

    The property says no smoking. There are cigarette butts and people smoking marijuana all throughout the corridors. A stench while walking to the rooms. Upon entering the room there were a lot of roaches, stench of smoking and dirty beds that were made and had body hair in them. My 1st room upon checking in the door wouldn't open, they changed my room. The second room was infested with roaches, so I changed rooms again. The third room looked clean and as I checked the beds, there was hair in them, and the mattresses were stained very noticeably through the sheets. The bathroom had roaches, and they changed my room again. The last room had a few roaches but clean sheets with no "body" hair amd a tv with no volume control. At this time, it was after midnight and I needed to be up early, so I had to settle. Overall terrible experience with semi homeless people that are renting rooms.People going from room to room.Smoking marijuana and cigarettes in the corridors, getting in and out of vehicles and rooms all night long - there was no rest for me whatsoever! Truly better off sleeping in your car and showering at a truck stop. They say they give free continental breakfast, by that they mean a nutrigrain bar - no coffee, no juice, no water and obviouslyno fruit. The woman at the front desk described it as grabbing, "we serve a grab and go breakfast." By the way, there was maybe a handful of those "breakfast"bars in a basket on the front desk. If you have children do not stay here!

    3 O'clock was check in. We got there a little after one. Certainly, did not want to accommodate us then offered to let us in for a $50 charge. We declined. Came back at 3 to a line. And they were doing a shift change. Once the replacement came in the first girl was out the door. After she left, the staff was very nice.

    I had booked a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was advised they didn't have a king size bed, but I accepted. When I get to the room the air conditioner wouldn't turn on. To make matters worse, they didn't even have another room. I checked out, the front desk gave me a paper indicating why I wasn't taking the room and for me to contact Hotels.com for the refund since I paid thru them. Now I'm being told I'm not getting a refund and was offered $10 in One Key cash. No thank you. Use it to fix the A/C. I will NEVER use Hotels.com or that hotel EVER again.

    There were roaches everywhere killed over a dozen myself. They were coming out of the tiles, going up and down the wall, even roaming on the toilet. Also there was an army of ants that made a highway from the door to the ceiling and three spiders also shared the room with me. Also, a big ol' rat outside that looked like it ate everything but the roaches. The furniture was dirty, there was a dip in the bed that put you in one and only one position and a couple of guys left some homemade adult videos on the TV that I did not need to see. The worst hotel I have ever experienced. On the plus side, seems like there is new management that is trying and are super nice. I mean customer service was 5 star Hilton type service. That manager is a HARD worker and deserves ALL the praise along with her long haired assistant. That place probably wouldn't even be open if it wasn't for the two of them. I mean you can see they are trying. There is just a very VERY long way to go. After what was probably decades of neglect, they are trying and I can't knock them for trying. Hopefully, when it is all renovated to the end, it won't be a shady motel anymore but a nice low cost Inn for those as friendly as the workers. The insects and vermin are a must to get rid of though. I would of taken everything else if there were no roaches, or only like one, but there were dozens. I felt like I paid for the Dale Gribble experience instead of paying to get some shut eye.     Found 5-6 live roaches in the first room. Desk clerk was very nice, gave us another room. Found more roaches in that room. Got a refund and left. Desk clerk said the roaches are from the hurricane. Overall rooms were decent, not nasty except for the bugs. Outside the property was clean, pool was very clean and close, but we did not use it due to leaving.

    This is a great hotel with a great staff. The GM Mercedes and Tylor are great. Love that they have a pool. The property is under renovation and so the rooms are all getting remodeled. And so is the property. This place has the making to be very nice if you just let them finish doing there upgrades.

    The property and room were not as advertised by Expedia in the listing photos. The floors were different, the beds were missing sheets, the bathroom had cockroaches, utilities were missing, the lobby was not as photographed at all. I ended up cancelling my reservation as soon as I arrived.

    I checked in at 4 pm and checked out at 4:15 pm. It was run down, dirty and dangerous. I am not a fussy client and I can tolerate a great deal, but this place reminds me that there’s a difference between tolerant and stupid. There was a big lady with a grocery cart full of her belongings camped out in the parking lot in front of a hotel room that was next to mine.

    Our room was double booked, someone tried to come into our room with a key after I was given that room, there was paint and equipment still in our room after check in, a maintenance man walked in without knocking on my partner and I naked being intimate, the refrigerator did not work, there was no remote for the tv, there were multiple small roaches in the room in middle of the night and morning. We checked out early to get out of there! I can't believe I paid that much for that stay.

    Can not get anyone on the phone at location. Expedia booked the wrong dates. Tried to get some sort of credit for the correct dates or for possible future date.     One of the worst rooms and hotels that I have stayed in. Bugs (one joined me on my pillow even), dirty, run down, no pictures on the wall, lumpy old pillows, bugs, cracked/missing floor tile, broken pool furniture, bugs, trash stuck in weird places, and I'm pretty sure women of the evening entertained there and visited with their friend John. Did I mention BUGS. CRAWLING ON WALLS, FLOORS. BED! In my drink. Hideous.

    I am not a picky person but this is the worst hotel I ever rented. The outside wasa little rough but we thought maybe just remodeling. We check in and go to our room and we would not even sit our bags down. We went and cancelled immediately. There were dead cockroaches smashed on the walls. The shower was falling apart and the people staying there were questable as well. The lady working the counter was very nice when we cancelled and checked out however there were bottles of raid sitting on the counter.

    TV wouldn't come on. Little bugs in bathroom. Smell of mold. No phone in room. Couldn't reach front desk the # on Google took me to reservations pressing 0 took me to me to reservations. What if I had an emergency?? My cell phone was dieing and I had no charger?? I could be dead in the room! about 2.5 hrs and checked out. Absolutely the worst ever! I disputed thru Expedia. Waiting on status. This hotel should be torn down! Too bad the hurricane didn't take it!

    I get there and staff is unfriendly. I get to my room that’s supposed to have microwave and fridge only has a fridge that does not get cold no microwave not one time in a week that I stayed there did housekeeping come to my room nor did they offer me fresh towels, nor was there any type of soap whatsoever in the room, the faucet in the sink was not attached And there were cockroaches horrible horrible experience they say they offer breakfast. It’s a granola bar and a cup of lukewarm coffee.

    front desk costumer service was horrible. We walked in on a person in the room they put us in who was already a patron of that room. After 1 hour of getting the run around, we finally got a room. The very next morning, an elder lady walked in our room cause they put her in our room for her visit. When she went back to get a refund cause she was now scared from that experience and felt unsafe, the property told her they could not give a refund and she had to take it or leave it. We were departing that room very soon, so we just let her have it instead of enduring what we went through the previous day with room changes.

    Assistant General Manager was very rude to me and my guests along with a few other people that was staying there. The cops were called on people that was just standing on the balcony or even in front of their door. Tylor (The AGM) used a lot of profanity when speaking to us and while having an attitude. I reported it to another female in the Office but obviously nothing was done because once she left, his attitude came back. Will not recommend staying at this place!!

    the tv did not work when i came in and no controller. they did take a tv from another room and place it in my room. the electrical outlets did not work. no water pressure from the shower. the shower head was clogged up and i had to remove it just so i could shower. the handle was also loose. the sink faucet was not attached well and moved when you lifted the handle. no soap or shampoo in bath. overall, if you want a place to sleep, then fine. neighborhood is not the best either. it is a super 8 and they have no changed.

    There was roaches in the rooms. We had to be moved the second night because the shower broke and the water would not turn off. They moved us to the second floor when more than 2/3 of the bottom floor was completely empty. The first room we were in the tv only had 3 channels. The WiFi was also horrible. They are 2 hotels in one Super 8 & Days Inn. One Wifi was public but would never even connect, the other you needed a password and it would connect but always say no internet connection. There was lots of shady looking people always walking around the parking lots all hours of the day and night. There was police always there. The only place to eat that was in walking distance was a Denny’s. If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not recommend and will not go back

    Absolutely horrible. Very sketchy area with the homeless loitering with security in front of the building particularly at night. Room had roaches, tv didn’t work, rusty tub, and the room needs a good painter. The scariest was having someone bang on the door at 11:15 pm claiming to be security and demanding for us to open the door. Scared me and my daughter so badly we left and slept in the car in a parking lot. Waste of money.

    Have stayed there before but not again. First, the tv wasn't working right. Once we got it working, it got 5 channels, which 3 were shopping channels. Had to remove the toilet tank lid to flush. We stayed 3 days and housekeeping never came once. I had to hunt them down to ask for clean towels, which they directed me to the hotel laundry room. Then they only gave us 1 towel for 2 people. Then they charged a "damage fee" on the first day we checked in & didn't tell us about it. Only found out after we checked out and called the bank. Called the hotel about it and was told there were "damages" to our room. I told them how when the charged it the day we checked it according to the bank and we didn't check out until two days later. Breakfast was a joke!! The menu for breakfast was granola bars, coffee and juice. I know you get what you pay for but this hotel was better in Februarywhen we stayed last time. Corporate needs to make undercover visits to see what is going on.

    Conjoining room doors did not stay closed so anybody from another room could just walk right into mine. Not enough outlets for appliances. My room had no outlet for the microwave I had to move it over by the bathroom completely unsafe. Roaches were everywhere in the bathroom in the microwave the two places where you would expect to be the cleanest. Other guests were very rude and blocking the entrance way to our room multiple times. I would never go back here and I would never recommend anybody to stay here. This is a homeless person's hotel. This should not be listed as a vacation site. I did not even spend the whole night I left after about an hour and was still charged almost $100 for the night. Ridiculous!

    2. Air conditioning unit not cooling. Reported to front desk who indicated someone would look into it first thing the next morning. Don't know if that happened but there was no improvement in the unit's cooling 3. Roach infestation. 4. Front drapes do not close completely...safety / privacy issue especially for women. 5. Every TV station got interrupted after 5 mins with a splash page indicating an error. 6. Broken hair dryer Suffice it to say will not be staying at this property in the future.

    excuses for being understaffed. I asked for an extra blanket for my mother's bed, 36 hrs. later I'm still waiting. I asked Mgr. 2 times in that 36 hrs.. What he should have done was go to House keeping and get the blanket. By the way my Mother is 85 yrs. old. I gave her mine. The first Red Flag, was their is a chain link surrounding the Hotel. This Hotel was full of crack heads, dealers, prostitutes. I was approached serval times when going to my car. There is a lot more Negative to this Experience. All I'm saying is if You have any Class and care for your Family, DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! By the way I'm 67 yrs. I have little Experience in the Hospitality Industry. Service is First.

    The room was decent as far as the environment is very sketchy made me nervous a lot of loitering going around. And drugs and the smell in coming in are room. Trash around homeless people and hookers hanging around. No complimentary breakfast. Nasty sitting area around the pool. I will not be going back to this hotel. The only attended I like was Leah she was very nice and etc. Highly recommend her. Guest can't even use the lobby bathroom.

    First of all the young man in office was very friendly and accommodating although I'm pretty sure he is aware of the huge problem at this establishment.my sister accompanied me on a 2 day business trip to get away from it all chill ,watch tv in piece,well the tv didn't work ,the have analog and not one channel would work , even though I would be on other side of room catching up on work I need the tv on for background noice and comfort,after a trip to Walmart for supplies and a couple hours scanning for channel we switched rooms,not only did the tv not work, the entire room was infested with roaches,they were crawling on everything we then put all our belongings in car .At this point I contacted the booking site who were so friendly,she asked for pictures of the bugs and stains in the sheets.while on the phone with her was stomping in live ones.she said she was gonna call front desk to confirm this,sadly we were disconnected but called back right away the nice man had to start from scratch but was so sympathetic to our situation, they graciously decided to relocate us,by this time it was after midnight and we were already in n the car which is where we stayed on phone with the nice man from booking site who finally found us a beautiful room to stay the rest of the night and next day.thank you .and I hope the best western super 8 can get rid the bugs and get tv .it could be a nice place

    The first night I saw 2 roaches. One on the floor that got away and one on the wall that I killed. The second night I saw 2 more roaches, one already dead and the other behind the bed. I had to move the bed to kill it. I also moved the bed from touching the wall so roaches would not climb onto the bed while I was sleeping. I will be taking all my clothes to the cleaners to make sure I did not bring any roaches back with me and infest my house. This property should not be listed until they get rid of the roach infestation.

    Then there was an issue with the key card programming, so I could not get into my room. Brought it back to be reprogrammed, and had the same issue, and no one was available to figure out the problem. The only other room available was a smoking room, which is not an option for my family due to medical conditions. The front desk associate offered us a refund and guidance on how to contact hotels.com about a refund; he was very helpful and apologetic.

    I got locked out of my room with all my daughters stuff inside said room. I got bounced around from room to room because they couldn’t get into my room. It’s now almost 10am and they have yet to be able to open that room. They act as if that wasn’t a problem. Tylor was great, he tried as much as possible to help but the rest of the staff here including management it’s ridiculous
