The rooms at the hotel are not very clean they changed our room when we got there because of a weed issue and we have kids then because we stayed a week and we asked maintenance 3 times to clean the room and they didn’t even bring us towels so they changed our room to a clean room but the issue was that room on the second level where all the monthly rented rooms people have 3 dogs and 4 people live in one room right next to us imagine. So over all I’ll say lesson learned and you get what you paid for in these type hotels. Lol and don’t believe what you read or what you see on pictures. There is big difference between a pictures with make up and without make up lol when you get there you will see the no make up version.

If you’re looking for a safe place to stay I do not recommend this hotel or area. The groups of rough looking men standing in groups on the balconies gave us a clue it wasn’t for us, the area was worse. We didn’t even stay. I spoke with the proprietor of the hotel, I was assured we could get a refund if Expedia would contact them. They did and I was not issued a refund. So I was out and out lied to. I booked based on what I thought were accurate reviews, unfortunately we didn’t stay based on looks and what we felt was safety. I’m very disappointed Expedia didn’t help resolve our issue. This was an awful experience. I’ve learned to zoom out and look at the areas around.

We picked up a couple of nails in our tire in the parking lot. My wife even saw the nails, unfortunately after we had already found two that punctured one of the tires. There was no blanket or comforter making the sleep less restful. There was a repair hole in the bathroom door. For the price, I figured the hotel would be a bit nicer.

We stayed for 1 night. Staff were friendly, room was clean, bathroom was cramped. We did not use the pool area. Breakfast provided was lacking variety and healthy options.

Stay in there. oh also, we were trying to come through the back door, but unfortunately, it was locked to get to the breakfast and one of the nice young ladies allowed us to come through another door in the back but another woman that worked there was very, very rude about the situation and telling us about how we need to walk all around to the front in order to get access to breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet with a very helpful staff that had a good attitude. You can't beat this property for the price. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Basic amenities were provided and a basic breakfast was included. They had a nice outdoor pool that was well maintained also.

This place was very disgusting!! It has bed bugs!! They don't clean the room before you go in. When we went in there was a broken mirror, garbage in the bin in the room and there are bed bugs! Yes I said bed bugs! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE!! The general manager is rude and not friendly! They just want your money and to give you bed bugs! Save yourself the trouble! DO NOT GO!!

Amazing experience

Staff is very nice! Pool has no shade so prepare for that. I was unfortunately put near the stairwell on the second level and it was extremely noisy. People were constantly walking by my room and my neighbors had a million kids and were extremely loud and would just stand by my door talking or sitting on the stairs at ALL hours of the night. I exchanged words with the dad and handled it myself because the front desk already told me they were booked and didn’t have another room even though I checked in at CHECK IN time they were still out of available rooms. I made the mistake of walking on the floors barefoot in the room and my feet were SO black. Room appears clean, floor is a dark color but needs to be scrubbed. Holes in the comforter. It was an ok stat considering we were rarely in our hotel room anyway but I definitely got NO sleep because of the noise and there were a lot of people drinking and smoking. I would not stay here again unless it is a last resort. Unfortunate.

Fixtures, lamps, bath tissue holders have surfaces that are rusty probably indicating excessive moisture. Suggest cleaning with CLR or some other rust removal product and then polish.

The room was clean, no elevator which is a little difficult when carrying multiple bags, the room door handle turned up instead of down to open the door, paint on bathroom door peeling/rusted, toilet clogged a bit no plunger in the room and the plunger provided when picked up at front desk was plastic that didn’t actually work. Staff was friendly, but often have to wait for them to come back to the front desk.

The staff at night were amazing and very courteous and helpful. The room appeared to be clean at first. But I woke up with about 20 bites on my arms and legs. Not sure if they were fleas or bedbugs. Six days later, I'm still dealing with the effects. The breakfast was supposed to be excellent. It was waffles yogurt and oatmeal with additional bread options. No meat options.

The breakfast was basic but adequate. Plenty of parking right downtown. Easy access to all the amenities and attractions of beautiful St Petersburg.

The bed covers were gross and clearly not clean. The room had a very strong smoke smell that made it unpleasant to stay in. The area outside the room—from the parking lot to the entrance—was dirty and felt unsafe. I also had to carry my luggage because there was no elevator, which made the experience even worse.

The floor was duct taped down at the room entrance. The floor planks were lifted and split. Reported this to the front desk and nothing could be done to rectify the situation.

The only issue we had was the floors were filthy. Di not walk on them without shoes or slippers. Sorry... everything else was great.

This hotel was good, it was overall basic and had everything we needed. However, all the noise from outside you can also hear from inside the room especially when sleeping. The bathroom had a smell like smoke at times. Lots of parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying with kids. The price range was a little much for it offered.

Staff was pleasant. No sink stopper. Dark and dreary place. Not enough light to see if it was clean or not. Sheets were man-made product-hot and thin. Damaged hard surface flooring. Disappointed. Not planning to stay there again.

The room was clean. The Room was on the ground floor. When I arrived at the property, it was quite and the parking was empty. By 2:30am the lot was full and the it was loud. The guests in the room next to me that arrived at 2:30 am were extremely lound and were slamming doors. Upon checkn out the frontbdesk said i had requested a late check out. Which i had not. I had am early moring event that I had to attended. I do not know where or who would have said I needed a late check out. Breakfast was basic dyi waffel and i grabed an apple to go. For the one night I needed it was ok. I book it the same day and arrived after 5pm and was out of the room by 7am. Again just a place to sleep while on my way to the next event. That said I will not stay there again.

I've stayed here twice. My only real complaint is the parking is sooo tight. There are a lot of spots, but they're compact. Most recent stay (March 2026), there were several trucks with boats taking up a large portion of the already small lot.

Would not stay here again and don’t recommend others to stay. Staff was nice and polite. But rooms need full remodel. Biggest turn down was the mold coming though the paint and this was in more than just one room

The pool looks like it’s under construction. When i arrived they couldn’t make me a key so I had to be let into my room (very inconvenient) every time I left. Couldn’t leave the private parking without being manually let out also….. super inconvenient. And the private parking was oversold so you couldn’t leave your spot open.Also the elevator was broken the entire time. Lastly I was kept up all night, called security three times for music blasting. Gave up and packed my things at 2 AM. Had to drive 15 home with ZERO sleep. Absolutely a gutter of an establishment. The employees are even lower than that. I expect a refund.

Hotel is known as crack hotel grounds were dirty.Police were called only an hour after we arrived. All hallways were in desperate need for cleaning and painting.The room wreaked of Marijuana upon arriving in our room. Had to retrieve air freshener from my vehicle to withstand smell. Office was nice however the facility was in need for a cleaning.

Overall, it was a good stay. It appears the current owner is making good effort efforts to make the place a decent place. But it still needs work. I was unable to get shampoo for the first few days, my bath would not feel because the drain didn’t have a plug, some noisy guest that appeared to be more like long-term tenants. But the staff was really nice and overall it was a good stay. Also, every single lounge chair in the pool area was broken so I was not able to relax by the pool. I suggest they remove the broken chairs. They do not make a nice decoration. They’re more of a tease which I did not appreciate. I would stay again though.

To make matters even worse, when we conducted a more thorough inspection of the room, we found cockroaches everywhere: in the bedroom, in the bathroom, and near the coffee machine. The photos I am sending clearly confirm what we experienced. It was a terrible and unacceptable situation. When I asked the front desk about the possibility of a refund for what we paid, the attendant simply told me that my rate was non-refundable. Even in a situation like this? We were eventually given another room where the situation was somewhat better; however, that room was still not properly cleaned. As customers, we have completely lost our confidence in this hotel.

Rooms need some TLC. The bathroom door was falling apart. I opened and quickly closed the microwave door. However, it was good enough and clean enough for the price point. It was a bargain compared to other close by hotels. I didn’t see any critters scurrying around. I wanted a bargain and I got what I expected.

The room was very dirty and the outside areas too. The bathroom floor was dirty with small pieces of a sticky substance stuck to it. The toilet seat was stained and dirty. I did not want to use the coffee maker nor did I want the breakfast because I was grossed out by the dirty room.

Had to ask to be switched from a room as the bathroom smelled or urine a d there pubic hairs on the toilet bowel and inside. It appreared someone had used the room. The second room was a tad bit better but still gross. There was still hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floors. The smell in the room was terrible! I was afraid to touch anything. The desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice so that’s the upside! I paid way to much for something as gross as this. It would be nice to not have had to paid this much for this room or to have had the option to go somewhere else.

Front desk was amazing and friendly. The room was less than desirable. The floor planks were warped in the main walkway. We had one towel to use between two people for a two night stay. Housekeeping came in and made a bed but didn’t think to look and see we needed bathroom items? Kids running up and down the walkway late into the night and adults yelling made it impossible to get a full night sleep. Also felt like there were full time tenants living there.

Our room shared a wall with the laundry. Everytime they used equipment we had to put up with a bumping noise.

They didn't have my reservation from hotels.com. The room needs major restoration. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotted out. The vinyl plank flooring was in very poor condition with pieces missing.

We did not stay at the property due to the fact that the images on the site are fraudulent. There is no hot tub on this property as shown in the images. The images are not even of this hotel.

Nice room, good staff

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, there was music blasted at loudspeaker volume, and there was a loud and violent domestic altercation out in the parking lot for at least 15 minutes. We called hotel management on both situations and they did resolve in pretty short order. It was after 11:30 by the time things quieted down enough to sleep and we had an event we had to get ready for at 5 AM. The children were quite upset by the whole experience. The rooms themselves were comfortable for a short stay, but the neighborhood was just bad news. It appeared that there were many permanent tenants in the hotel rooms, there were many bikes chained in the stairwell, and one do not disturb signs as actually taped with packing tape to a door. Disappointed in this stay.

Holes in bedding, bathroom door broken, light fixtures broken, lamp chargers broken, water line marks on bottom of doors, missing paint, screws falling of of ceiling plates, mold on ceiling, mold along bathtub & urine in the toilet.. The topping on the cake, not that I have any issue with it, but our room was filled will weed smell from the smoking outside. uuggg Again, it was a last minute, to tired to drive back purchase and we understand the price screamed NO so we didn't expect much but at least UPdate your on line photos to represent the actual property. If we are ever in that situation again we will NOT pick this motel.

I asked for a refund but only solution given was change of room because I booked through Expedia I thought it couldn’t get any nastier until I made it into the second room and the second I walked in got a foul smell. Don’t come here.

The room was OK. It could use some minor repairs, It was clean enough, but certainly could be better. One day we had no soap and the next no hand towel. There was some trash by the stairs and walkways, It was noisy in the early morning as tenants were leaving for work. Breakfast was just the basics. If I was back in the area I would probably spend a couple more dollars to stay at a nicer place. But again, it was OK, not great but not terrible.

It was in a safe location. Places to get a quick bite. Close to the highway. Staff was nice and Continental breakfast a good start to the day. The bed was comfortable.

First day, the room seemed clean but there were roaches in the restroom which we promptly reported. We requested a full cleaning service and that didn’t happen until the third day of our eight day stay. We had to buy bug spray. There are guests living at the hotel, the trash cans outside in the hallway were always overflowing so we realized requesting a room change would be futile. Housekeeping did not come daily, they came a total of 3 times after we continually asked the front desk. Also there’s apparently a towel shortage. There were only two for two of us and getting a fresh set of towels and washcloths was like pulling teeth. Will never stay here again.

I chose the Standard King Bed, N/Smoking and was not disappointed in any way. I made use of the built in desk for my study time. The refrigerator was clean and cold. The thermostat and fan were easy to adjust. The window had double window coverings, but the interstate noise was still unmitigated, no fault of the establishment. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep, though. This is common at most hotels wherever I stay. Pranil greeted me kindly at check in. The person who checked me out...not so friendly, but forgiven!

I found the grass area around the property with some trash and the dog poo poo area was full of bags and looks like it hasn’t been changed in about six months. Everything else about this property was five star.

Well they did fairly good remodeling Inside the rooms, bathtub still couldn't hold water, breakfast is Grab and go not continental and the other clientele are mixed in types to put it "nicely" so don't be surprised when staying here.

I have stayed here quite a before, but it has declined instead of improving. Needs upgrades and less riff Raff allowed to stay.

The hotel is beautiful updated remodeled modern Ultra Clean family friendly overall give this hotel the best rating I can give.

Gray little property. Everything is a little dated but clean and the staff was phenomenal. Highly recommended if you want a simple yet accommodating hotel in the area.

The refrigerator was not working. Had it replaced next day. Breakfast was not good. The only thing hot was the coffee. Shut down by 9:00 am

The conforms on both beds were DUTY, there were towels DUTY with footprints on it rolled up as were clean, there were a damaged vinyl floor tiles that were taped back, also the entrance door inside frame were infested with roaches las cobijas

The room was spacious and comfy. Great shower! BUT ... the sink had no water pressure and the other guests tended to be loud at unreasonable hours.

My check-in was streamlined, fast ane efficient. The lady (Indian lady) was so sweet and professional. All the staff when i spoke to them was informed regarding questions and the neighborhood. The room was beautiful, spotless. It was evident that everything was meticulously place. All in all. Nothing i can honestly say negative.

Honestly it's just barely passable it has a deposit that's outrageous compared to it's actual rent your rent you pay more of a deposit than you actually pay for your room price on top of that and then it takes them more than 24 hours to even get you your deposit back

The location was very convenient. A really good Indian restaurant nearby. The grounds were littered and there were people hanging out in the parking lot. The worst part was the dirty floors. After walking from the shower to the bed my feet were black on the bottom! For $90 we expected more.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The door from my room to the outside didn't seal. There were people hanging around outside my room smoking and the smell came into my room. The floor was dirty enough that walking across the room in just showered feet showed visible dirt on my feet.

Everything was excellent—the rooms were very clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast area was super clean. The only issue was that the hallways seemed a bit dirty, but they could easily be cleaned with a pressure washer. Overall, everything was excellent.

My stay was good for what I went there for.

The customer service at the front desk was rude when I challenged the need to charge a 100.00 deposit to my card to be utilized as a damage deposit. This deposit supposedly would take 3 to five business days to be refunded to my account. If I was aware of this I would not have stayed there as I have not experienced this charge with other stays with other properties as my card on file was sufficient. Also never received a folio receipt at the time of check in. Poor experience all around

One of the worst room ever stayed . Sticky floors, outdated room, broken doors. Avoid if possible.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Place is a dump. Poor sanitation in Rooms and balcony. I even saw cockroaches in my room. The atmosphere outside the rooms was not pleasant, and unsafe.

Easy check in and also helped with rooms when needed.

Erin and Joy are amazing! Very nice, welcoming and a pleasure to work with. They were very courteous and made us feel right at home.

Expedia had way better reviews than google. When i first got room it was only on expedia reviews.

Property was very clean.

Our room was ok. Comfortable, clean king bed. Bathroom, sink area appeared clean. It is a room that needs remodeling - rust on all the lamps, mismatched, damaged plank floor (didn't feel clean), trickle of water out of the sink faucet.

And once we go to our room it smell of mold so bad. Pictures included beneath. It looked as if they just painted over the mold. Also in need of grab bars in the bathroom.

The hotel was fine, the people in the room nextdoor were complete trash and made the stay a very poor experience, you get a hotel room to rest and sleep and when you can't because of rude people then your stay ends up a very bad experience.

Wonderful staff, very friendly. Friendly guests as well. We stayed here while attending an event in the downtown area, easy drive away from the business of downtown. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Quiet area with plenty of parking and felt safe with our children.

Basic place. Fine for overnight. Had fridge, micro & hairdryer in rooms. Breakfast so basic. No computer service. Hard to find (it's behind the waffle house) terrible signage for nighttime. House keeping had to be asked for the week we were there. Pool too cold to swim in but looked nice. Toilet ran nonstop so we closed the door
