THE BREAKFAST MENU WAS THE SAME EVERY DAY. THE PARKING WAS SAFE.I STAY 3 NIGHTS AND IN MY LAST NIGHT THE ROOM NEXT TO MINE THERE WAS A FEMALE FIGHTING WITH HER FAMILY AND THE POLICE CAME OUT TO THE PROPERTY.

I really love this hotel. The staff is very n8ce

The hotel offered breakfast but we didn't eat in. Parking was great and safe. The facility is clean and neat but dated and really needs to be updated including the bathrooms—no make-up or shaving mirrors. We really enjoyed the suite extras with the sink and fridge in the rooms. The staff was friendly and courteous but there is no protection from outsiders coming into the facility. There were times no one was at the front desk leaving it open for anyone to potentially walk in, roam the premises or cause harm. We wanted to swim but some nights we came back to the hotel too late in the evenings…the pool is located outside of the 2 story facility in a separate indoor area (back yard). It appeared to be okay but we didn’t use it. Also, there is a small work out room.

Theybhad watery eggs , soggy potatoes and watered sausage, they didnt even put new eggs.they had not fruit ,no cereal, it was the worst breakfast ive ever seen, they gave us a handicapped room ,so the shower was uncomfortable for me and kids.refrigerator was a kids refrigerator, do not stay here It was all a waste of my money.

The condition of the hotel is average as expected. However, the bathroom needs to be renovated badly. . It's so old and looks dirty because of the wear and tear even though it’s clean. The room was nice and tidy. The hotel seemed clean and neat and the staff was great. Parking for our motorcycles was convenient. Free breakfast was a plus as well!

Let me start off by saying the lady at the front desk was very nice, however, the hotel smelt of cigarette smoke and mildew. The walls were so paper thin you could hear people walking around all night. The “secure door” from the side outside coming in was supposed to need a key to enter, it did not. It was always unlocked to anyone who wanted to come in. And it charged me 3 times for the stay which almost over drafted my account, I noticed it after I checked out and called and they said once they checked me out it would credit back 2 of the 3. It did. However they should fix that. I won’t stay here again.

It is a very nice hotel! Breakfast was great! Indoor pool was a little cold, but that’s ok! It’s November!! The only thing that was annoying, was the way people would let their doors slam shut, it would shake the room!! But staying in a hotel, you know!

The strongest smell of some sort of air freshener was so bad it triggered my asthma and had my sinuses on fire. The room had no carpet and the floor was extremely slick. The bathtub didn’t appear to be very clean either. Another disappointed were the other guest who were smoking inside their rooms at a non smoking facility.

I didnt eat the breakfast ao i cannot speak to that, however the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The location was nice for an aging property and renovations would be nice, but as a single woman traveling, I didnt like the area or the type of guests that this particular location generates. What I mean by that is theres a lot of what I think were truckers and I wasnt comfortable being alone there. I would only recommend that location to men or couples that wouldnt be easily scared. I would suggest this place for anyone that is looking to save money while traveling where you will get a good night's rest.

very nice room a block or so from the freeway, so it was quiet, yet easy access. Seemed to be a very safe area. Breakfast was juat to my liking - eggs, sausage and waffles. I think this will become our new stay of choice on our trips to Houston now.

The staff when I checked in was very nice, very welcoming. The room was clean and accommodating. The breakfast was adequate…not a lot to choose from. The only thing I didn’t like was being able to take my breakfast back to my room. Overall, I’ll give my stay 5 stars.

Checked in and was told the price was different and that I had to pay more. Staff said they told expedia their prices changed but that expedia was at fault and wasn’t changing their pricing. A/C wasn’t working, there was a portable A/C unit which we had to fix. It was really annoying to get there and be told we had to pay more, they had the option to not accept bookings through expedia until their prices where reflected accurately, but instead they chose to keep accepting bookings and charge more once you’re there.

Staff was fairly nice. Wasn’t told about a deposit until I got to the facility. So they charged it on top of the price to pay online. Then the next morning saw they tried to double charge. Breakfast was okay. They didn’t leave much toilet paper in the hotel room. We ran out the first night . Overall stay would be rated a 7/10.

Definitely didn’t state once you pay on here you have to pay a $50 deposit fee and has a bad smell wouldn’t stay at this location again but I like the franchise itself .

Great All is good

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, which was a good start. The room itself was clean, though there was a strange odor throughout the hotel, including in our room. It wasn’t unpleasant, but it was noticeable. The real issue came when we returned from an event around 11:30 PM. As we were walking down the hallway to our room, we were hit with a strong smell of weed. It was really off-putting, especially since I was traveling with kids. The overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit sketchy, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there, especially late at night. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to others.

I found my 1 king bed very roomy. Parking is easy, a lot of eateries within walking distance. It is close to a lot and yet still out of the way. Breakfast was very good and plenty. Staff very helpful and coureous. We will stay here again.

As soon as you walk into the hotel you see & smell that the establishment does a good job of keeping the hotel in very good condition. Our room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The Continental breakfast was more than what I expected and the whole process was easy and it was a great value. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Room was smallish but ok. Clean and daily service was good. Air conditioner was noisy and even running 24/7 there was high humidity. Breakfast was the usual gags, sausage, cereal etc. including waffle maker. Nothing really bad but nothing special either.

Breakfast served was same everyday all 3 days we stayed there. Not much choices. Coffee was always lukewarm.

The property was very quiet in its own hidden area which was nice but the pool was not clean or in working condition. The continental breakfast wasn't very good. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel looked great but the surroundings were sketchy. The chair in the room was duck taped and scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet were runny. The TV could only be changed if you held the remote to the back of the TV and was only about 13”. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

I was charged $50 on top of the price for a security deposit, which is typical and not that big of a deal. However, when I checked my bank account that evening, I was charged 2 more $50 fees. So basically a total of $150 on top of the hotel fee. I went to the front desk in fhe morning to address it. She was polite and understanding, and immediately refunded me one of the $50 fees. She said she didnt see the other one on her end. The following day, that one was refunded as well. Overall the hotel was clean and everything was fine. The extra $100 charge was not.

There’s a lot of stores and eateries around the area, which is a plus. They serve complimentary breakfast (gross) runny eggs and sausage.

I didn’t feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. Hotel was surprisingly dated for the reviews. I guess the price was right for others.

We had no problems or complaints or delays in our one night stay. Conveniently located to highways and dining options. Clean room, good heat and air. Reasonable priced . Not the top of the line stay , but pretty close if you are on a budget.

It was alright

The hotel had a really bad dead smell in almost most of the rooms. On the first night I switched few rooms and finally find one with little better to sleep. The swimming pool is really full of spiders and small insects. I had mentioned to the front desk and also update the manager Joe. So unfortunately I had to check out after 2 nights as no one is willing to provide the clean pool.

Room was not clean there were bed bugs and roaches all over the room. The room was not clean or santized before our arrival. The restroom was not clean there was old bottles of soap and used bars of soap.

This location was easy to get to all the locations we wanted to visit.

I couldn’t get in room coffee maker to work. Alarm clock was blinking, but that was easy to fix. However, staff was friendly and helpful. Air freshener made hallway very pleasant. Room was pleasant and bed was very comfortable.

When I got there late, apparently my reservation got cancelled without my knowledge and I had to pay again for the reservation. I have yet to get my money back for the first reservation!

This was not the hotel I asked to book. Couldn’t get a human to talk to in order to correct, so I had to stay there 😡😡😡

Upon arrival the young lady didn't see our travel arrangements. Then it got worse as we entered our room.The floor we stayed in was extremely smokey and smelled terrible from cigarette smoke.Stains on the carpet and torn up chairs and torn up walls. I took pictures and waiting for management to contact me immediately. I did contact the front desk to come and smell for themselves last night,and poor girl said I don't smoke so I'm not sure what to smell. As we were checking out and made a complaint to the morning front desk and he was concerned and had me write down our issues,another guest also had the same concerns as I did. He mentioned his room was by ours and same ugly smell. We couldn't sleep and woke up with headaches we left early this morning due to this room. We are exhausted from no sleep and truthfully from smoke inhalation. I have asked for a refund due to this and hope we get it.

The faculty is dated and the room reeked of smoke. We unfortunately decided not to stay as we were not comfortable in the facility with the smoke and dated/worn out appearance of the facility.

When we got to our room, there was hair left in the shower, there was trash left on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet had not been cleaned, the wallpaper was coming down. If we would've been staying more than one night, we would've left asap. It wasn't worth the $100 we spent!
