Close proximity to the slopes and easy access to downtown. Knives in kitchen are extremely dull and difficult to use. Wifi was only limited to number of devices. TV way outdated and even though instructions were given with regards as to how to connect with another device, 2 experience IT people were unable to get it connected. I haven't stayed at a condo/rental/hotel in the past 10 years with as poor television service. Not everyone skis and sometimes it's nice to be able to watch a little television.

Clean and roomy space. We loved the condo. It had everything we needed. Great location. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Amenities close by. Absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here when I’m back in the area.

Good amenities: Pool, hot tubs, fire pits. Suite setup is nice. I liked ability to text with front desk. Dated decor and furnishing. Feels 90s early 00s. Front desk staff weren’t especially welcoming

Great service, lovely suite, beautiful grounds. We were there in late Fall, so there were very few people. Loved our stay!

Otherwise, a good experience

I loved everything about this resort - location, activities, cleanliness, friendliness of staff. The condos are extremely spacious and up-to-date. I was given underground parking which came in handy as it rained while we were coming and going.

When I go to Steamboat Springs, I prefer to stay at the WorldMark (Club Wyndham). I like having a full kitchen to be able to cook meals. The property is quiet (sans the bears who are looking for table scraps) and close enough to town to go to.
- 4/5
The condo was roomy and well-appointed but it was outdated, and the highway was so loud it kept me up all night. All I could hear were cars and trucks going by- it was pretty bad. The staff were so kind and helpful! I also woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke both mornings I was there because people were smoking off their balconies. Just not the most comfortable space.
- 5/5
This was definitely a fantastic value and great overall. We will definitely consider for a family trip. The only couple things we didn't enjoy was the check in was very LOUD. There were some very LOUD guys checking when we were and no one could hear anything but them. The acustics in the lobby needs some work. With it being all open with games in the upstairs. Between the loud guys checking in and the racket of the games going on upstairs, we could barely hear to check in. At checkout, we had gone to church and had left a bag to change clothes before the 10am checkout to be greeted on our return to our things being bagged up by the cleaning person. We still had a few minutes to checkout and I had not checked out via the text message either. 10am checkout is 10am...so that was a bit odd. The employee was very embarrassed and apologetic but it was definitely strange and something they need to realize to make sure their cleaning people don't start cleaning rooms until people are gone. It was very obvious we were still there with items on the counter and also a bag in the bedroom. All in all just a few hiccups but overall experience a great place to stay.
- 5/5
Complete facilities, very friendly staff!
- 5/5
There was some really long black hair plastered on the side of the shower wall - it was kinda disgusting
- 4/5
We used the hot tub and also the gym. Gym could use a stationary bike or two.
- 4/5
Huge room with all the bells and whistles, clean but did smell some smoke . I wish this chain would update their carpet with laminate though!
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
the room needed better cleaning of louvered doors and the top of the refrigerator. smelled a little musty. more linen in the kitchen
- 2/5
The pillows were all worn down and uncomfortable. The kick plate in the kitchen was missing in several areas and it was filthy under there.
- 5/5
The property was well maintained, the staff was very helpful and available for any questions.
- 3/5
Cute little spot
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay for families. The pool and game room were really fun for the kids!
- 4/5
Gym is nice and open 24hrs. Lots of hot tubs around the property. Condo was nice. Great fridge and stocked with utensils and such to prepare food if desired. Washer and dryer in the unit. Coffee pot takes ground coffee and they provide a couple filters. They only provided one serving of regular coffee for a two night stay which was strange. Comfortable bed, nice sitting area with fireplace, and spacious dining area and kitchen. The cons- it was SUPER loud being on the second floor. The people above me were running around until midnight and I could hear everyone in the hallways with the doors slamming until about 11pm. Overall nice place to stay but ask to be on the top floor.
- 3/5
This property is for big groups and families, not for a couple's getaway or ski trip. The hot tubs, steam room, and sauna facilities are nice, although always full (on a normal week, not even holidays) with kids and their loud parents. After a very long check-in process (imputable in part to Booking.com), the apartment we were assigned felt too big for two and was decorated with bulky, generic furniture which, we imagined, would resist the abuse by kids and big groups. The walls are too thin and we could hear the whirring of the elevator and the hubbub of a vending machine all the time. Located near the entrance of the building, we could hear people coming in and out (and the door slamming), too. Not recommended.
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
Fantastic condo! Kitchen had great cookware provided. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pull out couch. Clear walking paths. Very good fitness facility for a hotel/ condo.
- 5/5
I’ve been on other properties where there was lots of on site attractions this one was dry and nothing to do
- 4/5
The price point is great but the staff seemed to need a little more training at the front desk. Nice spacious rooms. We will stay again for sure. Not a fan of the I forgot my stuff website as it is quite expensive to ship forgotten items but I guess it’s my fault for forgetting something!
- 5/5
Loved this property!
- 5/5
Wished we could have stayed longer.
- 3/5
Their cleaning staff is awful and they need to do quality checks on their rooms. I kept moving his room to room because the cleaning staff didn’t finish the room for no reason.
- 4/5
Very nice place to stay
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
The property was nice. The outdoor pool and hot tub could use some work. Gave someone else key to our room and our extra lock did not work at night, that did not make us feel that safe.
- 4/5
The stay was great. Be prepared this is a time share property and they have high pressure sales. We had bears at night 2 nights in a row going throw the trash and walking around the complex. The property is nice the room was comfortable and overall clean. The property is showing its age a bit especially in the game room. The staff were all friendly. Great places to eat close by and parking is in a covered garage. The pools were decent a bit cool but not too bad. The outside pools were warmer than the indoor pool.
- 4/5
It's very tough to locate the turnoff, JD Hays Way, to get to the property off S Lincoln Ave...especially at night.
- 3/5
I accidentally double booked for this portion of my trip and both places were non refundable so I chose to stay at the other place for the first night. The second day I went to check in and at least see my room since I was paying for it, but I was told they had no reservation under my name. I sure but they will charge me for it though.
- 4/5
Quiet, nice setting view of the slopes. I didn't like their pushing the time share presentations!! that was super annoying,
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Clun Wyndham. It was a lovely property and convenient. The bed was comfortable and the living area was clean and comfortable.’
- 5/5
Overall this was a good to excellent stay. My biggest complaint was this funky smell in the building hallway. Just weird!
- 4/5
Summer vacation so didn’t utilize for ski. Basic resort, normal amenities. A little pressure and trickery to sit through presentation. Not walking distance from local attractions.
- 5/5
Fantastic accommodations. Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed!
- 5/5
Great stay. My kids loved all the pools.
- 5/5
Room felt great. Nice kitchen. Nice lounge area. Very comfortable stay.
- 4/5
Spacious unit with fully equipped kitchen. Slightly dated. No A/C in unit. Luckily wasn’t needed due to cooler temperatures at time of visit. Conveniently located near shopping areas. 2 mile drive to downtown. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Front desk seems to have computer glitches - both at check in and check out
- 5/5
Our stay at Worldmark was spectacular! The condo was amazing and more than we expected! Check in was fast and one of the friendliest staff at a hotel/condo that I have experienced! Check out was smooth and quick. We did have to turn off the air conditioner late the last night we were there due to a knocking noise but the stay was great!
- 5/5
Spacious rooms. Courteous and helpful staff.
- 5/5
We were concerned about the sidewalk next to the outside parking. The sidewalk and curb were not level. In fact, my wife's toe stubbed the edge of the sidewalk as she was about to step down onto the street to get into the car. Good that there was still daylight outside to notice what could have been a potential tripping incident. Management might want to make the transition level. Other than that, the property is very beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the steam and sauna room. We also used the computers upstairs and played a few video games with a friendly family with young children. We would consider visiting again for a short weekend.
- 3/5
Everything was wonderful, but the mattresses need to be replaced.
- 5/5
This place is amazing. Facilities are outstanding and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. My family loves staying at this hotel anytime we come to Steamboat!
- 4/5
Room was great except the neighbors upstairs walking around with their ski boots in the room at 730a. Building seems a bit old and run-down. I don't care for the time-share push at check-in.
- 5/5
good stay no issues. i liked the shuttle to the ski area. on time.
- 3/5
Charged me for internet (even though it’s meant to be free), hot water only lasted a few minutes. Rooms look substantially different than pics online. Was poached to invest in time shares within 5 minutes of walking in.
- 5/5
Very nice property with several options for family activities. Walking distance to everything. Steamboat is a beautiful community
- 5/5
We’ve stayed at the Wyndham in Steamboat Springs multiple times. The rooms are spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Parking is on site & free. The location is convenient to town, restaurants, and the hot springs.
- 5/5
Favorite place to stay here in Steamboat
- 4/5
STAYED THERE MANY TIMES.THIS BULDING NUMBER 2 IS OLDER AND THE UNITS ARE A LITTLE SMALLER THAN THE NEWER BUILDINGS.SIDEWALK HAS HANDICAP RAMP,BUT BE CAREFUL ON THE SIDES AS THEY ARE CUT AT AN ODD ANGLE.MY WIFES SCOOTER TIPPED OVER.ALSO DOUBLE DOORS MAKE IT HARDER TO BRING IN YOUR LUGGAGE.VERY QUIET AND COMFORTABLE THOUGH
- 3/5
I do have a couple of grievances... One being we were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper so we ran out and had to use kleenex in the middle of the night. 2. Our fireplace kept shutting off every minute or so, but the biggest complaint would be the comfort of the pull out bed. My daughter and I ended up having to share a bed because the pull out bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. It was quite disappointing for sure.
- 4/5
The accommodation was clean and well-appointed, with a stocked kitchen, washer dryer and other amenities - such as a pool and hot tub. It was also relatively conveniently located. At one point I contacted guest services with a few questions about how certain items worked and spent a fair of time waiting before rescheduling a visit from maintenance. Once the maintenance person arrived, she was efficient and helpful. One oddity - the area where guests are to leave their garbage and recycling had a metal door with a bar lock - a sensible precaution to prevent bears from raiding the garbage cans. However, that same disposal area has a side opening which a bear could walk in, which seems to defeat the purpose.
- 5/5
Easy to find, quick check in, friendly staff at the check in desk, grounds kept up, grills available, movies to check out, easy check out, nice kitchen area.
- 5/5
The location was great easy to get to other places and find . Nice clean condo with everything we needed . Needs more flowers outside
- 5/5
I stayed here from October 30th until November 1st last year and I totally forgot to review the place! It was quite wonderful though! Perhaps it was because of the fact that it was off season but I was one of the only people in the entire building and the room was quiet and beyond comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and again!
- 5/5
We loved this condo, felt like home away from home. The mountain views were lovely from the balcony. The hotel has lots of nice amenities both inside and out. Only negative was it's right along the main highway so there was lots of traffic noise, but keeping the fan running all night helped.
- 5/5
We look forward to visiting again. Thank you, Barbara Little
- 4/5
Didnt know it was a timeshare deal. Only thinf holding it back from an excellent
- 5/5
Very comfortable suite
- 5/5
We loved the location, amenities, facilities, views and peace and quiet!
- 5/5
We liked the 3 floor with the high ceiling.. and the kitchen washer, dryer.. and liked the large bathroom vanity.. everything was setup for use... great set-up
- 4/5
The property has great accommodations and is very convenience for everybody.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. We come yearly for a softball tournament and our team stays here,
- 4/5
Very well kept property. Our room was next door to the main entrance of the building so we heard the door opening and closing all night long. The elevator was also very noisy.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and personable from the minute you checked in to you checked out. The concierge nade great recommendations for places to eat and to eat as well as activities.
- 4/5
The room was nice, but we reserved a room with 2 queens and received a room with a king and a very uncomfortable pullout couch. The fridge froze all of our food/drinks, the heat wouldn’t turn off, so we had to run the AC the whole time, to keep it under 80 degrees. The fan in the living room could only be on if the light was on (the light chain was broken off), so the person on the pullout couldn’t sleep with the fan on; it was still hot, even with the AC running. The shuttle to the ski resort was great, the shuttle to town was about 10ish minutes away and was nice, the room was definitely good overall, the second hot tub was nice. I can’t speak to the sauna, steam room or other hot tub because they were really busy and we didn’t want to be crowded. I’d stay there again, as most of the room issues were somewhat comical.
- 5/5
Prob the cleanest place we've stayed! Large and generous space. Loved the walk in shower!
- 5/5
Perfect ski get away!
- 5/5
Very nice property and very friendly, helpful staff!
- 5/5
Amazing lodging with easiness to ski lift access!
- 5/5
Spacious rooms! Great for entertaining! Loved the hot tub too
- 5/5
Beautiful condo, very spacious, super comfortable. The 1 bedroom condo still had a pull out sofa bed and a Murphy bed so up to 5-6 people would have fit just fine. Great kitchen area, nice fireplace, and a very decent sized balcony we great additions. This will likely be the first place a look to stay in Steamboat again
- 5/5
Great experience. Definitely looking to stay there again
- 5/5
Spacious suite, all amenities within the room we need. Liked the hot tub was covered. Gym was good. Liked family area upstairs with business center.
- 4/5
My only complaint is the aggressive time share sales to the left of the check in area. They'll make you think they're some kind of concierge. Don't let them waste your time.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Very nice room. Clean and spacious. Free wifi would have been appreciated.
- 5/5
Having a feeling of home
- 5/5
We had so much fun! The lodging was great, we had more than enough space for our family and the kitchen was wonderful so we could make our dinner and sit by the fireplace. 10/10 would recommend!
- 5/5
Indoor parking, great view and close to skiing access. Note that this is a time shared property but not high pressure.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable. Nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Great location and beautiful room. It had everything I needed. I didn’t take advantage of all the hot tubs and activities provided, but had a fantastic stay.
- 4/5
We were very happy overall mostly because we scored a last minute discount. If we'd paid top-dollar, we'd have been a bit disappointed.
- 4/5
For the most part, our stay in a 2 bedroom condo was great. There were minor issues like a lingering smoke smell (the room was non smoking so I’m guessing from perhaps whomever cleaned it) and a clogged kitchen sink which wasn’t fixed before check out. The biggest issue for me was the amount of information they asked from me, including the names of my very young children staying at the property. When asked why, an extremely vague answer of “security reasons” was given and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I half expected them to ask birth certificates given all the information they needed about each person staying, home address, etc. It felt a bit invasive and does make me question whether I’d stay at the property again.
- 2/5
Staff should be friendlier when requesting personal information that customers are and should be reluctant to provide, like names of kids staying in condo. A stern "it's required" it not customer friendly.
- 3/5
the room air was unbearable, either too hot or too cold, something going on with the heating system, because the same heating had a time controlling for the bedroom vent, Pacifically called because after I booked in full i started getting texts about construction, front desk ensured me it would not be a problem. I adv them I was coming for a relaxing vacation. To find out the construction was done out side my room was almost a slap, Room 2110, being I called resort should have at least put me in a room away from construction. My stay was oct 9-11 but i checked out on oct 10 at 5pm so i just wasted money here. Front desk people could not get the same times for the amenities, when i first checked in they said, everything closes at 10pm, when i showed up at 930pm to use the sauna, black island guy told sauna was closed. Only booked the room because of the sauna only. That was the selling point for me, could have been a pleasant experience if the truth was told off the rip about everything. I was able to get up in the morning and finally use the sauna. Just feel like i wasted money here. and came back home sick because of the heating in the room, smh
- 5/5
Spacious room, well equipped. Easy parking and access, handy to downtown area.
- 5/5
Clean and very comfortable. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
This facility had nice pool, hot tub bbq area. Location was close to town. Condo was spacious.
- 5/5
staff were oustanding
- 5/5
Clean, very friendly staff, quiet room.
- 5/5
Very nice facility. A full condo, not just a hotel room. You could literally live here.
- 5/5
Very spacious room: it was basically an apartment. Underground parking garage with an automatic overhead door.
- 5/5
Only minor complaint is that you can't stream to tv.. i wouldve liked to be able to watch Netflix after a long day out. All employees were very friendly. Bed was comfy and kitchen/ living room were very nice. Had a great stay. If we return to Steamboat we'll definitely be back!!
- 4/5
AC didn’t get to bedroom very well. No smart TV to stream and cable choices were poor. Couldn’t open windows due to noise from highway right outside the balcony. Not advertised that way. No bus stop nearby.
- 5/5
Rooms are spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Great timeshare complex within 1 mile of the base of the main ski area in Steamboat Springs. Condo unit was well fitted. Complex has great amenities.
- 4/5
Fantastic property. Ok seervice
- 5/5
More than we expected
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice. The only suggestion I would recommend is that the room have an extra mirror in the bedroom so that when someone is in the bathroom another person can get ready in the meantime. And please let the guests know if the bedrooms do not have air conditioning.
- 5/5
I took a few days of respite to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. It was a great time to have a work-staycation among the quaking aspens, fresh mountain air, and bears.
