I feel the property is tired and needs a little refurbishment as far as paint and clean the common area carpeting. Other than the cosmetic stuff, the stay was great.

The hotel seemed very tired. We checked in at 8pm and left at 5am so it served our needs and was half as much as the Marriotts and Hilton’s. The airport shuttle doesn’t start until 8am so we had to uber to IAD.

Reeks of sugary maple syrup upon entry. Scam shuttle service. Called for pick-up, told to call after 8AM. Waited 1 hour. Called back, told no shuttles available, offered cash to reimburse for resorted uber rides. Never provided. Find somewhere else.

A great location, very close to the airport. Gas station and fast food outlets just across the street. The room was nice, bathroom nice, very clesn and spacious. Didnt enjoy the breakfast but that was ok since i could walk across the street and get something to eat. An electric kettle in the room and 2 bottles of water. The coffee maker was very slow to warm water for my tea. I dont drink coffee. Also the shuttle didnt come for me at 10pm even though the message I received says the shuttle runs up until 11pm.

The room was great, and the photos being photos from Savannah where I was coming from felt serendipitous. Only thing to possibly do more with would be the breakfast having a few more options. Other than that it was a great stay.

I didn't stay long, but the room was clean and quiet. The short interaction I had with the staff was friendly and helpful. In my opinion it's the best stay for your money in the area. I will stay here again

Access to Dulles Airport is excellent. Food choices nearby is very limited. We have stayed multiple times over the years but the hotel is now showing its age. Worn furinture and carpets.

It is very close to the airport.

I was charged an additional 200 hundred dollars in error by staff at the desk. There were bugs that bit me in the bed. The carpets in the hallways were dirty. It was a very bad experience

Our stay was comfortable, relatively quiet room, & was clean, but we hadn't seen the sign that said we had to ask for cleaning service. Breakfast was ok. Someone was smoking something other than cigarettes on our floor when we returned 1 night, so we told the front desk, & could hear they promptly came to ck it out. Appreciated that! The building itself seemed well cared for. Would stay again, since we did sleep well, but switching up the breakfast & keeping it hot would help, & getting rid of the overflow of garbage in the parking lot would help.

Horrible staff. Horrible smell in lobby entire stay. Molded bathroom, unsafe accessability features. Groups of men loitering in lobby/outside main entrance (friends of staff) made wife feel uncomfortable.

For an older hotel it has been kept up nicely. Furniture is decent and bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. Personnel were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Shuttle was a disappointment. Had an early flight and they didn’t provide service until 7:30 AM start. Also was slow to get picked up.

Location. The understaff and overworked 2 males running the hotel. They were trying to do the best with what they had. They need more staff. Only visible staff was one running front desk and other driving the shuttle. They were stressed out. Waiting for the shuttle in freezing cold for 1hour

Room was recently remodeled and very comfortable. Note that the TV does not have streaming; it's expanded cable only. The suite is spacious and having a fridge and microwave are both wonderful.

Room clean, people nice, quiet. Breakfast sub standard for the chain with spoiled milk and limited selection. No one on duty. Airport shuttle did not leave until 8:15, so I got an Uber. Hidden gem of Pakistani restaurant above pizza place.

Start things off with the door did not latch by itself. I'm really glad I didn't find that out the hard way. When it came down for bed, I tried to set the alarm. It never worked. After I tried the alarm i wanted to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. Because the Alarm clock didn't work overslept and miss work.

The shuttle only runs certain times so please read that fine print if you have late arrival or early departure flight. Otherwise you will pay close to $25 for five minute uber/lyft to the hotel or vis versa. Very basic hotel. For $20 more you can stay at someplace more comfortable like Hilton close by. Free breakfast was decent. we were there early at 7 so it was clean and still had feed available. I don’t think I will stay here ever again.

The hotel and room was ok. But the bathroom had no bodywash and only one washcloth for three of us. We went to the front desk to ask for some. They said they were out of both. The only thing they could give us was a couple of tiny hand soaps.

For the price. Check in was easy and smooth. We got a nice double bed room. Good size and it was nice and clean. Recommend to anyone who wants to get good sleep for a good price

The room was in very good condition and clean. The reason why this is only an "ok" experience, was that the shuttle to Dulles did not begin until after 8am. It was my fault for not reading the fine print BUT I don't understand how a place that advertises it has an airport shuttle isn't running early enough for the first flights out, especially since those really early flights are why people want to stay close by. As a result, I ended up paying $30 (!) for an Uber ride that took 5 minutes. What seemed like a good deal ended up being more $$ than if I stayed at a slightly more expensive hotel that had early morning shuttle service.

The shower head was disgusting, NO ICE MAKERS breakfast was ok. The scramble eggs were decent with salt and pepper. No regular syrup only sugar free for the waffles.

Easy checkout and checkin. I appreciated the decor with touches like a wooden staircase and bannister. And I was impressed with the free breakfast, which had many options.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Thats about it. Airport shuttle says 8 am but doesnt run till almost 8.30 at least so if you have a morning flight, this place is best avoided. Breakfast says buffet but consisted of a protein bar and muffin. Not sure how that qualifies. This was very misleading and had we known this, we would have not booked this property. Not recommended.

The staff was friendly and understanding, the full hot breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, but my room was very humid and damp with a strong mildew smell, even with the air conditioner running the whole time. Parts of the hotel are being renovated, so hopefully that room is next!

Then the hot water and tv was not working. 80 minutes later (after promising to be there in a hour) someone turned up to sort this out. Evening ruined as it was then too late to go out. Showed them that the sink was blocked, TV broken and an uncomfortable sofa bed instead of a bed as shown in the pictures. Was promised fix by the next morning but was not done until a further chase up- reason given “I forgot”. Sink and sofa bed were never fixed. The shower in my opinion was the worst. There is no shower curtain and the head leaked. So you have a flooded slippery bathroom floor. And to top it the lock to the bathroom is broken. Had to use our own diy skills to stop the shower head from turning when switched on. Smell of something illicit being smoked by the neighbours - dared not complain. Area was not the best and did not venture out late. Only one toilet downstairs and limited towels provided. The internet speed feels like something from the 90s and the password on the wall was not clear. Stairs are varnished wood so would not recommend it for small children especially if you have wet feet from the shower.

Well property was under renovation yet the the pillows smelled like previous guest it was nothing like my previous numerous stays not having anything to do with the renovations

We liked the little Deli shop! Although, everything is money money money from inside feom parking to breakfast charges. When booking it said "Breakfast Included", but once coming to hotel they were charging $19/person!

The worst part was that due to construction on the road, neither of the entrances was accessible when we arrived. We had to drive over literal hot asphalt after circling for 15 minutes and giving up on finding an alternative route into the hotel. The parking lot was jammed full and felt less than secure with all of the construction and renovation dumpsters taking up many spaces. Due to the repaving we could also hear the work all night long. I would not stay in this hotel again until renovations and roadwork nearby are complete.

There was hairs in the bathroom, room not cleaning, I had to ask front disk to change room, I woke up at 2 am and felt itchy, disturbed my night and travel. Breakfast is below average. Didn’t like this hotel.

Booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle and free breakfast. Unfortunately, we arrived outside the window for the shuttle (8:15 am to 10:45 pm) and the breakfast (starts at 7 am).

This hotel is very run down and smells of mold. We were given a Wifi password at check in, but after 30 minutes of trying to access it, we had to go to reception to find out that all internet and tv service had been down all day and they had no idea when it would resume. No apologies, no compensation, just a shoulder shrug.

We were only there for a short night for an early morning flight out of IAD. We woke up in the middle of the night to a waterfall out of the bathroom ceiling. We called the front desk and they immediately brought a bucket to catch the water. Unknown why the water leak occurred, but it certainly interrupted our night's sleep.

It was ok but could be better. The housekeeping didn’t do her job properly. I stayed for 3 nights and my bed was never changed. Trash was overflowing. I had to ask for change of towels.Breakfast was the only thing that was good. The concierge were polite with checking in. The next I was locked out of my room. Overall I’ll give them a 5. Also the comforter wasn’t clean had stains.

Friendly staff - had transportation to the airport. They are remodeling rooms so I expect the rooms to be nicer soon. They had free breakfast- it was all good and fresh.

The bed was hard and the pillows were tiny and flat. The shower offered two shampoos, one conditioner and no body soap. Breakfast was only continental and description says full breakfast. The coffee in the room was horrible!! The bag was too big to even fit in tiny coffee pot.

The airport shuttle starts running at 8:15 am. What airport hotel does that? The schedule is not on the main amenities list…you have to look for it.

Price was reasonable. Location to airport convenient. Free airport shuttle was excellent. Customer service good. Complimentary breakfast great. Room needs improvement. Specifically the shower drain is slow draining and shower floor fills up. And the room smelled like someone may have smoked in it previously!? Only other note is that it is about $30-50 uber ride just under 30 minutes to go see the Washington monument. Metro is a cheaper option but over an hour ride from the airport metro location.

It was a pretty good stay, was just for pne night so we could catch a flight in the morning, only tough part was finding parking as many spots were filled with shipping containers as they renovate the hotel.

Stayed one night for an overnight connection. We chose this hotel mostly because of free airport shuttle and free breakfast. Hotel shuttle is a personal mini van that picks you up, only room for 4 people max with maybe 3 luggage in total and it starts running after 815am (so uber if you have an am flight, we could not use it). Breakfast starts at 7am, again we could not use it cause of an 815am flight. Our room was ok, nothing special..kind of run down, mostly the bathroom. Would not come here again, front desk did not care at all that info out there is incorrect on their hotel.

I like the hotel because it's very close to the airport and they have a free transportation system to and from the airport.

Also, I tried to take a bath but the water was sooooo cold that I could only take a quick shower. I has previously had a good experience at this hotel, but this was not the same.

Staff is very friendly. There are two good restaurants that share the parking lot.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location and I’ve enjoyed my stay both times. Burger King right across the parking lot, and the rooms are nice and spacious

Great place as it is 3 minutes from my work while in town. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and I love the first floor location. Be mindful there is a small strip mall and Burger King in the lot so there is some traffic out front. The location is located in a great place allowing for easy access to the major highways and a quick trip to Dulles if needed.
