No breakfast items, drainage issues and bad smell from bathroom, do not recommend to others. This is an old facility, remodeled not properly. Faucets are splashing outside. Not sure how they got high ratings in google

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. There was no hangers in the closet. The problem I had was a huge pothole in the driveway when you come into the property.

Th breakfast is just few break and few bananas, oranges and that all. I was very surprised they called that breakfast
- 5/5
Good location, far enough from highway to be reasonably quiet. Very friendly and efficient staff. Room was clean and housekeeping was first class. Only fault was hair dryer not working but didn't need it anyway. Other reviewers complained about the breakfast but I found it OK, fresh juice, plenty of fruit, bread and English muffins for toasting, doughnuts, tea and coffee.

Rooms were dated but clean but the breakfast was really poor and not even anywhere to get water no vending machine even. This hotel was a low priepoint and we slept but I would not book it again on future trips through Houston.

The rooms were clean, but some of the furniture was broken.(chair, A/C) I had 15 days of business meetings in Houston. I booked this hotel for 3 days. On the first day, the outside temperature was 65°F and the room temperature was 71°F. No matter how hard I tried, even setting it to 80°F, it wouldn't go above 71°F. I called reception and said the heater wasn't working. A man came and fiddled with it and said it would be fixed in an hour, but I froze all night. The next morning, I went back to reception and said the heater wasn't working. They came again and said they had fixed it. But the same thing happened again; it hadn't been fixed. I asked for a room change, but they didn't do that either. So I'm forced to book another hotel for tomorrow and move there. I guess this hotel hasn't spent money on heating systems because the weather is hot in Texas. It was a very bad experience, I would never recommend it to anyone. My hotel number is 105.

Stay a way from this hotel unless you want to sleep around bugs and cockroaches because they are everywhere
- 1/5
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. When I first checked in, there were roaches everywhere—on the ceiling, in the bathroom, and crawling above the bed. I counted at least 10 in the first room. When I asked to be moved, the front desk clerk refused at first. After about 15 minutes of back and forth, he finally switched me to another room. That room had a broken AC, the TV didn’t work, and there were still roaches—this time about three that I could see right away. I requested a refund he refused to honor it. Mu family and I asked again to be moved, and after arguing with him for another 30 minutes, he claimed there were no more rooms available except one with two beds. Eventually, he “found” a room with one bed (the kind I originally booked). Unfortunately, that room also had roaches. By this point, it was 2 a.m., I had work the next morning, and I was beyond exhausted. So I stayed, but it was an uncomfortable, disgusting experience. Please do yourself a favor—RUN! Do not stay here.

Was ok good stay.

Our room was clean. The property and our room were well maintained. My first issue with this property is that it’s a motel not a hotel. The biggest reason for choosing this facility was that it’s pet friendly. Because it’s a motel, we had lots of foot traffic going by our room as well as being able to hear people talking in the parking lot. Both of those things caused our dog to bark. I was especially concerned when I went to check in and the front desk was enclosed with protective glass. The surrounding area appeared nice but I couldn’t shake the feeling of this motel being unsafe because of that protective glass being there. Wouldn’t recommend especially if you are traveling with a dog.
- 2/5
The television did not work and the walls were not insulated. Breakfast was donuts and bruised fruit. I would not recommend this establishment
- 3/5
No fan or toilet paper holder in bathroom.
- 4/5
Overall not bad. The top lock for the door was really loose like someone had tried to get in with the door unlocked at some point so that was a bit unnerving. There were also people sitting outside too. A couple of stains on the sheets but for the price, I can handle the small flaws.
- 3/5
Bed sheet has smell.

Hookers and John’s, absolutely filthy sheets and a hotel check in guy that was snooping around-I have no idea why it was rated so well-absolutely disgusting.

This was a nice place to stay. The room was spacious, clean and the surrounding area quiet. Only issue is that the bathroom door would not close. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel would not accept my Hotels.com reservation and charged more than the posted rate as well as a $100 fee for my dog. We were desperate due to power outages during Beryl. And there was blood on the sheets. The room was gross
- 1/5
Drove an hour and a half there to be told no room available and that I’d get a refund - no refund yet

I am not the one to write bad reviews because I understand things can happen out of our reach. But, we had two rooms, the AC stopped working in one of them the last night of our stay, we went to make the complain to the receptionist. At 7:55 am he opens our door in the other room turning all the lights on interrupting our sleep and being rude asking about the ac from the other room. Extremely inappropriate and disrespectful behavior and invading our privacy so early in the morning, without notice, without knocking, he comes in. My stay at this place was average, but this person ruined my last day in this city. Avoid this place if possible.

At check-in time there were individuals outside hanging out like it was an apartment, in fact, this may be an extended stay hotel. They looked like they lived there. They were very loud. The night was peaceful and both my companion and I slept well. It is an affordable hotel and this was the second time staying here. The hair in the shower was a big turnoff and disgusting.
- 4/5
Rooms are nice, breakfast is a few snacks, good lighting at night outside.

- 4/5
Everything was great but the breakfast was horrible they bought one box of doughnuts for the whole hotel, crazy, so of course at 730 am there were none left, coffee was like water, the only thing left was some cheap white bread with only butter to put on it not even jelly
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Was just passing through. Good price!
- 3/5
Buena, amplia habitacion, internet con señal bajo, agua caliente con baja presion, pobre desayuno.
- 1/5
On the outside, the hotel looked fine, but the room was awful. Water was obviously leaking from the shower, through the wall, and seeping up through the vinyl floorboards by the bed. The baseboards were moldy and brown, and the door frame around the bathroom door was rusted. You could tell that they had tried to hide the mess, but they failed. Really bad. The management seemed unconcerned. Avoid at all costs!

- 3/5
No hot breakfast, but excellent selection of healthy choices, and kept well stocked. Great daily maid service. TV didn't work, and shower drain barely worked. Otherwise, fair value for the price.
- 4/5
There were plenty of parkings. Our room was well cleaned everday we were there. We felt safe and the staff was nice. One thing we didn't like was that our bed sheets and pillowcases had stains. They just gave a dirty feeling.
- 5/5
The service was excellent and the room was great, will recommend to others and also my next trip to Houston I will plan to stay there again. Great Job to the staff.
- 4/5
House keeping well done
- 1/5
There’s cockroaches, and spiders in the room. The bathtub drain very slowly. My family didn’t feel safe staying here so we decided to move to a different place.
- 5/5
This place was a very welcome surprise to find in the area, as the price was super reasonable and the place seems to have been renovated recently, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and there was even some cereal, fruit (oranges, apples, bananas), toast, and doughnuts for breakfast. The only complaint would be that there were old stains on some of the towels and sheets, so maybe some bleach would help!
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and the property was clean. However, if you are a light sleeper this will not work for you. One night we hear the man next door coughing and storing all night. The next night we heard a person next door on the other side throwing up. You hear EVERYTHING.

Great spot for a quick one night visit. Smooth checkin. Great room.
- 4/5
Nice clean place. The breakfast was extremly minimal, cold cereal and bagels. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. The only complaient is that it is right off the highway and there is car niose all night long.
- 5/5
Good service
- 4/5
The room was good, the staff was nice. The only real issue I had was I went to breakfast and hour before it was supposed to end, and there was really nothing left except for a plain bagel. Was kind of disappointed about that.
- 4/5
Affordable place to stay with family.
- 3/5
Under renovation
- 5/5
Service was great according to the price
- 4/5
The shower was not well sealed; water overflowed, making a puddle on the floor that completely soaked the floor towel. One of the lights flickered. (We had a flickering light during our previous visit here as well.) It would be nice if the towels were thicker and and if there were lamps on the sides of the bed to provide dimmer lighting. It was a good room for the price we paid.
- 5/5
The owners and people who work here are nice, room was clean and beds are comfortable. I stayed here for 1 night because I flew into Houston for my chiropractic appointment and I’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality :)
- 4/5
Quite stay, clean room.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 3/5
Bathroom had no Toilet tissue holder and the door would get locked from inside and had to be opened from inside
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 2/5
First thing when I got there the way the AC is set up. It looks like it has a unit and it’s on the floor. Obviously it was turned off your room was burning up. When I tried to turn it on it just kept resetting ended up there was a wall controller, even though the unit itself had controllers on it, the desk chair was missing a wheel the dresser that the TV sits on the middle drawer. Both corners have been ripped off so if you pushed it in it went all the way through the loveseat had a tear in it , the bathroom ceiling had a hole in it and last, but not least, there is mold in the corner of the door in the bathroom. The bathroom was nice.
- 5/5
This was a very nice motel at a very reasonable price.
- 5/5
This place is clean and free from roaches. The cleaners are fantastic and the toilet is clean. You won't regret it.
- 5/5
Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Will gladly use again.
- 4/5
I didn't like it when I got my room key there was someone already in that room.had to go to the office and get another room.
- 5/5
Muy limpio exactamente como en la foto el hotel estaba en muy buena condiciones

It wasn’t too pricey and pretty convenient overall I had a great stay.

It's worth it
- 2/5
Cleanliness was adequate, i went here with my buddy and we were both really tired so i passed out despite the fact that the air conditioner wasnt working in our room but my friend was awake and in the morning told me how some dude beat the crap out of his son outside our room and my friend could not forget the father slapping his sons bald head...all this happening so openly and casually explains why i dont think this location is very nice. Other than that, coffee ran out in the morning so they actually expect me to spend a productive day without being artificially stimulated by caffeine, thats just rude and i took it personally. Price not so bad tho and they ket us stay exactly 10 minutes after our check out time. Would go again?.....maybe would reconsider.
- 4/5
Good experience.
- 4/5
Lobby undecorated, and unwelcoming. Vending machine did not work. Other residents or guest seemed very seedy. Did not feel completely safe.
- 4/5
I was satisfied overall.
- 4/5
Overall satisfied
- 5/5
Really worth it for the price. We will visit again next time.
- 4/5
Very clean and smelled nice
- 2/5
False advertising, room looked nothing like online pictures. They should post the pictures of the water damage, mold looking walls, and rusted door henges. We didn't dare touch the shower too dark and gross looking. The room was smelly.and it was from the walls and baseboards being wet in the past. Disgusting and terrible.
- 3/5
It was OK but, due to short circuit we could not get the FREE breakfast or any coffee in the morning.
- 4/5
The room was great, very clean and spacious. My only criticisms would be the shower drainage need to be a little better and the bed frames. The shower did not drain well and was all over the floor making it very slippery and a little precarious. The beds were very comfortable but the frames need to be a little more sturdy. Overall a great experience.
- 3/5
For the price, it's not bad for what you're getting, but don't expect much. Room was clean, but only had one chair at the table even though it was a double bed room. The floors will hurt your feet so always wear your shoes. Don't expect any kind of breakfast. It's more of a lousy snack.
- 4/5
A/C unit a little loud but cooled room just fine.
- 4/5
I called ahead to tell them that I would arrive at 3pm. The room was hot! No instructions about the A/C so I tried the A/C Control Panel first. No luck. By the time I saw a thermostat on another wall, I was very sweaty. Had to undress, and stay in front of the A/C to get dry.
- 3/5
Mattresses are quite uncomfortable. Price is ok but if you have $15 more, stay elsewhere.
- 1/5
The pics shown on website r completely different than the actual rooms. Was very dissatisfied . They also served expired breakfast items.
- 5/5
Nice place. I enjoyed my room.
- 4/5
Trucks parked on property, keeping noise. The breakfast that promise wasn't a breakfast at all.
- 5/5
LATE CHECK IN! HAD MY ROOM READY AND IT WAS VERY EASY AND NICE.
- 1/5
Not good at clean
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
Great stay! Room was spotless! Cheap and comfortable. Big room too. Lots of space with the king bed room. It was cold rainy during our stay, so the heater on the a/c unit worked well. I liked that the bathroom had a fan. I actually left it on all night because I’m used to sleeping with the drone of a fan on. The tv was angled up over cords and remote control hard to work, but we were just there for one night anyway. The fridge wasn’t cooling well, but for how clean the room was these things were pretty minor. Overall, a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable but no soap fish in shower to hold soap and shampoo bottles.
- 3/5
Room conditions and everything were fine, but the Hispanic lady at the front desk with the long nails had unnecessary attitude. I couldn’t hear her through their thick glass and she gave me a stank face every time I asked her to repeat what she said.
- 4/5
The room was clean, it is a bit older and you can tell from certain parts that need to be fixed. The area was mainly quiet except for some guests who were a little more loud but that’s out of the owner’s control. Good location as it was next to a main road and about 20-30 minutes from downtown Houston.
- 5/5
Was great
- 5/5
Very well kept property, and the rooms were nice, comfy, and roomy. Beside Lamps would be a great addition...other than that, the bed was very comfortable, but the bed rattled...lol.
- 1/5
Upon arriving the manager was not very nice and kept asking us if we smoked after telling him "no" multiple times. The room reeked of the smell of cigarette smells, the towels were stained with something brown, and while trying to use the blowdryer it sparked in my hands and blew out.
- 3/5
I complaint to one of the owner and he promised but did nothing to fix tbe issue.
- 4/5
Seriously, I don't know what people expected from their negative remarks for $60 a night. I used to stay at the Hilton down the street for three times that amount.
- 5/5
Clean rooms cold AC great service for business personal or family.
- 5/5
We have stayed at this hotel at least a half dozen times to take my son to a specialist at Texas Children’s Hospital. The hotel is consistently clean and well kept and it is a bargain amongst higher priced options close by that are dirtier and feel less safe. This is a no frills hotel, there is no pool or workout room or onsite restaurant, but that works for us just fine since we just need a place to sleep. If that is what you need, you cannot do better in this area than this hotel for the price. It is not located on a major highway, but I find that a plus for a quiet night’s sleep without the constant drone of traffic.
