Nothing The woman there very rude no respect . Very demanding I wouldn’t dare spend my money with that tell me what I gotta do or else get out after already paying . Shitty customer service .

On the surface, the room was clean and appeared recently updated. However, there were a few functional issues: the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close, and despite being in a non-smoking room, the smell of marijuana from neighboring rooms was overpowering. It was a decent stay, but the lack of odor control and the door issue held it back from a full 5 stars.

Property is quiet & parking is accommodating. The mattress in 218 and 215 feel like it’s been their core 10 years I could feel the springs in my back and could hear them every time I moved in my self was a very uncomfortable sleep.

Worst place ever

Clean, it's simple room, fridge microwave, the shower was very good set up, good water pressure and the water got hot. it's good. clean, quite, safe place to stay, the price is economical, there's a Dollar store next door. the mattress was the least liked , soft springs, felt kinda worn. the mattress could have used an upgrade, too soft for me in my opinion. Other than that no complaints

The room was dirty. I paid for king I know they put me in a queen room. The first room door had a huge dent n Gap because it's been busted open she said. I told her I had a bad day n she didn't mk it better me hvn to go up n Dien stairs to change rooms. 2nd room I was over it n tired. Walls dirty n dead bug above head board. Shower had rusk n mold. Horrible.

Staff extremely rude, was able to book four guest and they stated after I went into the room they only allow two ppl per room. I had to record the interaction to get any type of consideration. It was horrible

Staff was decent. Not super friendly but I wasn’t expecting top tier service. The room is AMAZING for what it’s worth. Having access to smoking rooms in these days is so rare and the room has a very clean and modern feel.

The was niosy. I couldn't sleep at all. They advertised it comes with breakfast but it didn't. Only muffin and coffee. It was miss leading or false advertised.

The room was nice, cleaned and was in a great location for what we needed. I thank the staff. They were wonderful!

Check in was quick & efficient. Stay was pleasant..nice & quiet. Will definitely keep this location on my favorite list!

Nice pace

Was able to have late check in and check out with no issues or extra charges. Renovated bath & flooring. It was convenient to have the kitchenette, microwave & mini-fridge.

The staff was very friendly. The shower is really nice with spouts from the ceiling and walls. Only had smoking rooms available. The floors were dirty and the blanket had cigarette burns in it. There was something left in the fridge. I could hear all the noise outside, but it was New Years and there's a fireworks stand next to it. That's not really their fault. The price was a bargain, though.

Clean-almost sterile-like, but in a good way. Especially, due to these sketchy times. Bonus: the Rain/Body shower is reason enough to at least stay here one time. Overall Good.

Do not be fooled by the photos. This Motel receives a 1 star. Firstly the room was inhabitable. No air circulation inside hard to breathe and furniture was stained with a unknown white substance. I had to leave and sleep in the car however the woman/property caretaker that was on duty that day was rude and interrupted me and my girlfriends sleep by saying we could not sleep in our car. I told her that the room felt very unsanitary as you can see from the photos. She denied this and said I had to leave the property. I went back in the room to grab my belongings and left right away as I cannot accept being treated like an prison inmate. Stay away from this hotel and property

Good value for the Price

I specified i needed handicap accommodations, they had none, no hangers to hang clothes and no drawers(dresser) The bed sounded like straw. One thing that was bood, the room was always clean. The daytime manager wsd trying to put me on the 2nd floor, with no elevator available. Would i recommend this place to others.....NO

Whenever I first got there , the lady behind the window denied me checkin even though the check in policy said minimum age 18. They eventually let me stay and it was the absolute worst . Stains on sheets and just overall nasty . It was my first time coming to Houston and it just ruined the whole trip. Wasn’t even given the room I paid for, just the worst experience ever !!! I DONT RECCOMMEND

Roaches , stains in sheets. I’m the type of person to check reviews over pictures, I don’t play about where I sleep. Not enough pillows if you like comfort.

The checking in was fine. When we arrived in the room the blanket was visible with a lot of hair on it and the room didn’t appear to be clean. When I called the lobby to request, explain that I would need another blanket due to the hair on the blanket I currently hair, the lady became very rude, started yelling and informed me that I will have to come downstairs and get my own blanket. When I expressed that I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in that manner, I was denied a blanket and asked to leave the room and told that Expedia will refund my money. I video recorded the incident. We got kicked out for politely requesting for another blanket in America. If this is not racism at it’s best, what is it?

My brother pass ..the next day ,I never got to stay there..,sure it is a great place to stay..

Due to computer glitch it took 45 minutes to check in. Everything else was great.

Perfect place and clean customer service outstanding

The front desk people are very rude. They have no customer service skills at all. The shower and bed was nice, but the couch was dirty. We had to put a sheet over it.

This hotel was outstanding! The area was quiet and the accomodations were awesome!
