Hampton Inn Summerville SC

Room and facility overall was very clean in Summerville SC location. Staff at check-in and breakfast were efficient and pleasant to work with. I had to book a stopover for my trip home and I have reserved a room at another Hampton Inn based on this stay.

Our stay here was great! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was very clean and we slept well. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying there again!

I stayed here for the reviews and what I thought was going to be extremely comfortable beds. While everyone had outstanding customer service, the breakfast was amazing, and extremely spacious rooms; the mattresses were AWFUL. Old innerspring on a platform bed, no support at all. My body actually went numb both nights from the springs. Also, the A/C made a very loud noise every time it cut on and off and a steady thumping sound like someone’s bass in their car while it ran. Otherwise, this Hampton Inn was perfect.

Clean and modern facilities. The staff was AMAZING and beyond kind. I came into town early and my room was already ready for me. Check in was smooth. Breakfast and wifi were good and included in price. 10/10 stay.

Staff was very nice, all smiles, always spoke, and were very accommodating. Very inviting and welcoming feel. The property is A bit dated but cleanliness was top tier. Convenient parking, simple but good breakfast. Slept great and comfortable and would stay with them again without question. No bugs which is always a concern of mine. I also like that they have zipped closed mattress protectors and A mattress topper. I have no complaints but would recommend updating the property soon.

Breakfast was fabulous, excellent selection of cold / hot items, plenty of fruit waffle maker and constant cleaning and replenishing of items. They had 2 double toasters. Please of space for the buffet and plenty of comfortable tables to enjoy breakfast. Overall, it was our favorite Hampton Inn so far.

Great location, right by Target and Walmart. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. The staff, especially Miss Barbara of the breakfast crew were great. The shower was a little slick and the pan was really sloped. It felt a little unsafe. I think the wall behind the toilet needed to be scrubbed too, it looked a stained. There were a lot of choices in the little cantina if you wanted to use it. I almost forgot, the room above me had a very heavy footed person in it and they paced all evening up until about 10pm but at least they weren't up all night. Overall it was a very good place to stay.

Super nice and accommodating staff. The room was clean, and our English Bulldogs were a hit, everyone loved on them. It was a nice time all around.

Clean room, nice hot shower. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet (and dark, which I like). Front desk staff were great ( Shawn at night, hate I didn’t catch morning gal as she was great too). VERY convenient to a lot of stuff. Will stay again next time in town.

I loved the 24 hour coffee, the iced tea and fruit water and cookies in the afternoon and evening, and it was a very comfortable place to stay, We would be happy to stay there again!

The place was very clean and the food options for breakfast were great. There was plenty of food, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, different milk options. The staff was always attentive to you. Sure there was plenty and even came around taking plates off the table. The coffee was great and available even after closing at 10 AM. By the elevator, there was all water and sweet tea with some bagged cookies I really enjoyed my day. The staff was pleasant and helpful

The room was very clean and bed so comfortable that I slept with no interruption. My husband found little crawling bugs in the middle of the night in the bathroom however.

They gave us a room in the back of the hotel that overlooked a not so nice construction ditch with a lovely view of a backhoe and mud. Will never go back. Although Barbara in the breakfast room was the best. The room was very clean. You wouldn’t want to see a photo b

Both beds had DEEP indentations, making the beds horribly uncomfortable. We were told the mattresses were flipped every 3months, but I’ve slept on the same side of my bed for years and don’t have that big of an issue. There were no other handicapped rooms available for us to move to. Housekeeping never came during the 2days we were there, making the trash situation unacceptable. If you’re not going to service the room, at least empty the trash!

Nice hotel with great amenities like free breakfast, cookies, and iced tea. Close by too many shops and restaurants. The front desk, particularly Mary Ann, was very helpful and accommodating our special requests.

Booked this location for our family reunion. Everyone was so friendly and the hotel was very clean. I loved the breakfast ladies. They really helped me out with my two toddlers.

This hotel is by far the best we have stayed at. The room was spacious, the staff were amazing, breakfast was great with a lot of options available, the bed was comfy, everything was extremely clean. Check in was a breeze. There's a canteen area if you forgot something or need something additional during your stay. There are plenty of towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. You're 30ish minutes away from Charleston and a little less than an hour away from Folly Beach. There are stores close by like Walmart and Tanger Outlet stores, as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from for meal time. The only thing that baffled me was the smell of the pillows when they were moved. It smelled like someone farted on them. Other than that, everything was P E R F E C T! Will be staying here again! Oh, and don't turn the fridge all the way down, it will freeze everything in there no matter what shelf its on LOL

Great location...convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The main areas on the first floor were beautifully decorated with seasonal decor. All parts of the facility from the pool, to the gym, to the breakfast area were well maintained. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

This where I stay whenever I'm in town visiting family. The staff is always great. Room was spotless and comfortable. The hot breakfast is always tasty and filling. Lots to choose from. Very close to shopping and tons of eateries. Always feel safe and plenty of parking.

We were in town to visit family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The person running the breakfast buffet was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. My only complaint would be the room was tight for 3 adults and it would have been nice to have the sink in a separate room from the toilet and shower. It would make it easier when 3 adults are getting ready at the same time. Other wise it was a pleasant experience.

This is not a bad place. It's just a little dated for my taste. The pillows were awful, too cheap and flat. Lastly, the hotel was dark and drab.
