    The breakfast left something to be desired. Microwaved food, inedible. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Fridge was old and dated. Door barely closed and the "freezer " was iced over, rendering it useless. I would definitely not recommend to families. There were many shady characters lurking around at all times. And the surrounding hotels all seemed to have a lot of "traffic". Not the best hotel stay I've ever had. We left a day early. Had a 2 -3 day stay planned.

    The breakfast was good. Not enough towels. Housekeeping never showed up. I had to go downstairs to get my own towels and things. The air conditioner was very loud and didn't get cold enough. It wasn't just a hotel. It was used as a rooming house.

    If you’re a female and traveling alone, do NOT stay here. Lots of homeless people (under the influence) hang around and come in for coffee and breakfast and the staff does NOTHING about it. I did not feel safe as they would randomly approach me. The condition of my room was TERRIBLE. AC hardly worked and felt humid. Condensation on the floor and everything felt “moist”.

    Checked in around 3:30 with a huge private party a “baby shower”. There was no parking because the event was so large. I was informed after i checked in that the pool was closed. It was completely green and there is no way it had only been closed for a day. I was given a room on the 4th floor. The 4th floor hallway was wet with pee and wreaked. I went back to the desk immediately and asked for a refund. I was told that would not be possible until Monday (this was Saturday and I had booked two nights). Was offered to try another floor and was placed on the third floor in a room that the door remained cracked even when locked. This room was a bit better. The sheets were clean and the shower was good. It was clean but smelled. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool to stay in and get some much needed rest, swim and eat at the restaurant bar. When I went downstairs for dinner I was told the restaurant had to close early due to the fact of a baby shower. Which I would qualify more as a wild party. People from the baby shower had the bar packed down and had taken over. I was told I could walk to a restaurant and instructed to use the locked fire escape door. There were several large men who looked like they were running some illegal activities walking around inside and outside. Several ladys of the night. The last straw was when I was bumped very hard by a big man who acted like he was not going to let me off the elevator. No security. Checked outafteroneday.

    Hotel has aged a lot since I was there last. Shower and bathroom showed most wear. Bed was comfy. AC made some noise! But still a decent place to stay, especially for the money. I would stay there again. Huge plus is a really good breakfast included in price. It’s also nice they have a bar and some food available.

    The breakfast bar ran out of some foods hours before it was over. I felt like i was in a prison lunchroom the way I was treated to get breakfast. At checkout the guy behind the counter was not very friendly and acted like he didnt want to do his job. My room door kept sticking and not wanting to open or close.

    The room was OK but the bathroom was in disrepair. The tissue holder and the toilet tissue holder were both rusty and broken/bent. The bathroom door had a relatively large hole in it at the bottom from obvious pet damage. Walls were cracked around the tub and in other areas. Very disappointing.

    The staff was excellent, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but great if all you need is something easy to grab and go early in the morning. The bar was lively, a good place to chat with other travelers, and the bartender was very fun to talk to as well. My only issue was at night, when random people would sit and smoke at some benches next to the entrance; they weren't guests or staff. Made the environment feel a little sketchy.

    Our first impression upon entering the lobby was of a musky old smell. We were a bit early for the check-in and we were told we had to wait 6 minutes. So we waited. Usually, they check to see if there are any rooms ready yet and not just say wait 6 minutes. We had time to think about it and decided we were committed here for the night but decided to cancel the remaining 5 nights. at 3 pm, we noticed why we had to wait as the woman who knew how to use the computers and book the room just arrived. If he had said this it would not have been so abrupt. She was good and cancelled our remining days. The next morning, thankfully, the clerk told us we also needed to let Expedia know. We wish we were told that the day before. However, Expedia was able to cancel our remaining 5 days and did a great job. So high praises for Expedia but not for the hotel and staff.

    If it wasn’t for the employees who were very courteous and nice, I would give this place a one star review. The building is very dilapidated. Not only is it falling apart, but it’s dirty. Entering the elevator feels like you’re taking your life in your hands each time you use it and unfortunately I had to stay on the fifth floor. The pillows are like sleeping on a bag of gravel. The entire hotel has a very odd smell.

    The staff is very nice. Comfortable and clean lobby... Hotel is about a 3. It's older and owners probably don't want to upgrade in a way that matches the price they charge per room. If you're going to pay the money go to Quality Inn or Comfort Suite. I don't know about the drinks, but the food I ordered from the bar was horrible. Too many other issues made the rating low. I hope they change their prices or upgrade accordingly. Again, the people were very nice..

    The breakfast was awesome as usual. The service at the breakfast bar was great. Check in was very easy and quick. Had a problem that evening due to a large dog barking constantly. Our phone had no cord connected so I had to walk to the desk to ask for help.When I asked the gentleman at the desk if he could do anything about the dog he said he would try. When I asked for a hookup for the phone I was told the service people were not there in the evening. When I said what if there was an emergency and I needed the desk in a not very polite manner he said use a cell phone or walk back down here. Check out the next morning was very easy and quick. Although at first glance our room seemed clean there were things that jumped out at you even cobwebs on the ceiling. Have stayed there before and will probably stay again. It is very convenient and close to my family.

    Homeless people sleeping in lobby. Alcoholic men LIVING in hotel, want to strike up conversation with guests. Took 4 hours to get towels. Hot water erratic.     Inside of the Hotel was clean, beds comfy, bathroom clean, good breakfast with friendly staff!! Easy check in again friendly staff. The outside however was a bit creepy. This hotel sits between 2 other hotels that were noisy and honestly had creepy people around. If I had had kids with me hell no. Everyone needs a place to sleep, but I don’t want to smell pot, hear loud banger music, see dogs left in semi trucks. Rooms and inside service very nice, otherwise probably won’t stay there again.

    Hotels needs a better maintenance, bathroom in room 319 paint is peeling off the toilet and bathtub, sheet in the bed were not clean. I was told the breakfast starts at 5:00 am but didn’t started until 6:00 am, I was told wrong when I checked in. Receptionist need some more training.

    Floors were filthy. Door wouldnt close without putting a shoulder to it. Other doors were the same way. Outside sitting area in back had trash everywhere. Even with a very limited menu the restaurant didnt have items they offered. Drunk guy stumbling the hallways. Had no choice but to stay. Almost drove 8 hours home but couldnt get our money back. Buying a camper and traveling that way from now forward. Just terrible experiences here.

    The room wasn't cleaned very well. The toilet didn't flush well. The carpet baseboard was coming off the wall. The A/C was very loud. We're not super picky, but this was a disappointing experience. We will choose another option in this area next time.

    Later, the air conditioner started making loud, disturbing noises, so we asked to be moved to another room. While that room was slightly better, the air conditioning still didn’t work, and the comforter was torn open with stuffing hanging out. My children even asked, “Why are we staying somewhere like this?”—which says everything. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly urge the corporation to conduct a site visit to evaluate the condition of this property. That said, I want to commend the front desk employee—her name was either Vanessa or Brittany. She went out of her way to help us and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable. Her professionalism and kindness deserve recognition, especially given the circumstances and condition of the hotel.

    I loved the breakfast. Howeve, the room was another story. The bathroom shower was so small and leaked out all the time. The water level in th toilet was so high that I thought it would overflow each time I flushed it. The maid service was horrible, or should I say the lack of service!! Who ever heard of a hotel where they do not make the beds or give you new towels. To say th least, I was ver disappointed with the quality of the hotel. I expected it to be better than it was!!

    For what it’s worth the rooms are decent as well as there being a satisfactory pool, however, on top of sub-par A/C there are numerous safety concerns such as disconnecting keycards; black mold throughout the building; slippery outdoor walkway when wet; broken doorhandles inside of room(s). A serious and potentially life-threatening safety concern is the matter of being locked in your room through your bathroom with no way to contact for help besides screaming. Management is insincere and does not hold up on their word as they denied their promised discount that in itself did not consider the severity of the circumstances.

    The rooms were dirty. Floors and bathroom had not been swept. Had two bugs in the room. The curtains did not go to the wall so it was super bright in the room. The air conditioner never cooled the room and also the room smelled like mildew. Then there were dogs that barked late at night in the hallway and in the morning. As well as the grounds were not cleaned up after dogs.

    I was somewhat disappointed the hotel on line did not look like it in person. The place needs renovations the room was dated the bathroom was old chipped walls. The room had a stale smell from the air conditioning unit. It was one night for me if it was longer I would’ve checked out to go somewhere else. 7.4 rating of the sight is incorrect!

    The pictures were misleading. The room was small. If this considered to be renovated, consider new contractor. asked for walk in shower, got roll in. Showerhead would not stay up. Water went everywhere. No place in bathroom for toiletries. Floors were tile, small nightstand and lamps did not work correctly. Not enough hook ups for electronic devices. Won't be coming back!

    The room was in horrible condition. There are hardly any outlet’s. The toilet was broken and the shower head was falling off. The water pressure was nonexistent and barely warm. There is a door that connects to the room next to you. Terrifying! And all we could smell was weed. The fire alarm falsely went off all thru the night. The breakfast was not buffet which is fine but it was horrible.

    The pictures displayed on their website, sets unjustified high expectations, and gives a very displeasing let down upon arrival. The lobby and other “common” areas were very nice and appeared exactly as depicted. The rooms however, do not!!!!!! The first room had completely unacceptable living conditions, including but not limited to, the obvious cigarette smell, torn bedding, broken lampshades and damaged flooring and looked as though the door is in serious need of replacement. The second, boasted barely better conditions. The apex of this horrible stay were lumpy, bumpy pillows and a mattress from 2011 that should’ve long ago been retired. Save yourself time, money and very important rest and sleep, choose ANYWHERE else.

    The hotel is very run-down and I don’t know why they’d have all this signage everywhere advertising their new bistro that serves nothing but cheap microwaved food that the bartenders make. There’s not even a kitchen staff. They only have one good bartender, and he is amazing, the rest were pretty awful. My first room was so bad I asked to move, the second one was marginally better. The pictures online are either from when it was first built or another property entirely. So gross.

    Not the best- the floors were dirty and had scratches from a bigger bog on them, the curtain had a rip in it. The ac unit had mold under it on the piece of wood it was sitting on with a hole that brought a breeze in from outside. The furniture was in terrible shape and the accent chair smelt like cigarettes. All of our clothing smelt of cigarettes when we left. There was a horrible marijuana smell in the room our last night there and a party below our room with really loud music still going after 9pm and the staff were rude when we told them about it and were not willing to fix the issue except to move us at 11 pm at night to a room with a smaller bed. Would not recommend or stay again. The pictures are very deceiving.

    Inside hotel is very nice and comfortable. There is a bar and dining area inside hotel. Breakfast was a hot bar with cook to order items. Very nice. My ADA room was a little tight for my wheelchair in places but amenities where well suited. The mattress was very comfortable once I was able to climb up on it. :) Well worth the struggle. Bathroom was clean and spacious for my needs. For a newly renovated room furniture showed deep nicks and scratches but room was clean. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable and met our needs. We would book there again.

    The AC in our room did not work. We spent the first night in a 74 degree room, which for me is so unhealthy-I have a bad heart and Lupus. We asked to change rooms the next morning and were told Maintenance would check the AC. The toilet also ran all night long and the desk had a broken table leg-all was reported. We came back later in the early evening and no one had fixed anything. We were given a new room that stunk from smoking. The AC did not cool the room. There was trash on the side exit inside and outside. We had stayed here previously, but never again. This was such a horrible experience.
