The room was clean new & modern with inviting lobby. Though they charge $22 per ON for parking, there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the entrance and also in the garage. I will recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful hotel! The king rooms do not have a private bathroom. It is kind of like a public bathroom stall with a frosted glass door. Ok for a couple I guess.

Room was clean. No door lock on bathroom door and bed was not super comfortable but overall we were happy with our stay as a family of 4 with our small dog.

Things to be aware of if you're booking here - parking is paid @ $21 a day, no room service, but there is call ahead ordering and pick up at the lobby restaurant, they also have a little store to buy foods, but you need to microwave it in the lobby since there's no microwave in the room. Also ladies, if you do make-up there is no magnifying mirror. They spent time adding floor lighting under the desk, bench and bathroom vanity, but the lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best. The lack of carpeting in the room (which I actually don't mind) meant that we could hear every step the child above us was making marching throughout our stay. (We didn't complain, but it was very noticeable.) Overall it was still a pleasant stay. I

I had also requested a higher-floor room, but the front desk dismissively told me, “that’s what we have for the room you booked,” which felt unhelpful and condescending. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I usually see my name on the TV welcome screen after providing my membership number to the frontdesk. Instead, the screen displayed someone else’s name, and when I brought this up, the front desk brushed it off and blamed it on the fact that I booked through Expedia. This is frustrating because I’ve booked Marriott stays through your website before and my Bonvoy information was honored without any issue. To make matters worse, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, the fridge still had two half-drunk water bottles alongside two new ones, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand and price. Overall, I expected much better. I paid more for 4 guests, yet the room setup, cleanliness, and attitude from the staff (frontdesk people), did not reflect what I paid for, nor the standards I associate with Marriott.

I was never told about a $21.00 per night parking fee. We booked this through Expedia so I had no reason to believe there were additional fees. The hotel representative asked me for a credit card and said it would only be used for incidentals/damage to room. But that was a lie! First there was a $60 charge pending the first night, then it changed and It was now $100 And it wasn’t until after we checked out and were on our way home that I saw the $63.00 charge. When I called to ask about the charge, and explained the misunderstanding and poor communication they refused to do anything, refused to acknowledge the errors made.

Room was clean , the hotel was up to date and had great amenities. Plus it is close to in and out cvs and McDonald’s which was really convenient during our trip.

They send two cleaning crew to vacuum it! The shower design is very bad , the curtains is not all the way down , so whole floors is wet , wet wet！ Very disappointed!

Our stay was short but great. Check in staff was nice and upgraded us to another floor. The room was clean and looked newly renovated. Very modern/ minimal feel. My only complaints are that there's no separation between bedroom and bathroom, there's not really a separate light for the toilet (the light above the toilet is switched on/off with the lights in the bathroom/sink area, so you're either going to the bathroom in the dark or your partner will know youre up going to the bathroom with all lights on, but the bright green light from the thermostat shines all night long, and we could hear the upstairs neighbor stomp back and forth early in the morning (can't do much about noisy neighbors tho). To end on a bright note; the bed was wonderful and probably the most comfortable bed/pillow/comforter we ever slept on.

This is my favorite staycation the staff definitely 5Star , centrally loxated so I have achiice of SF or SJ and everything in between plenty of food shopping your choice.

I love this hotel. It's clean efficient nice gym. The rooms are fantastic and it's very affordable.

It was not clear at the time of booking that this hotel charges $20 per day to park, which is odd for this area. The room attendant did not change the sheets without being asked. I don't recommend the breakfast for the money. They have a Mountain view room, which is true but it is very far away and you are looking over the street and strip malls, not much of a view.

I was given the wrong room and they won’t give me to room that I booked according to the staff it was not available. How is it not available when I booked the room and paid for it.! Not coming back to this hotel.! So disappointed

It was a room with modern amenities. I stayed on 2nd floor and visitors on 3rd floor could be heard clearly walking around their room. Comfortable bed and warm water for a shower. That's all I needed.

The only thing I will ask for next time I'm staying is to be further away from the public bathrooms on the first floor. It was very noisy throughout the evening and in the mornings. I had to go into work in the middle of the night so I wanted to try and catch up on some sleep during the day, but the noise outside my room was difficult. I also wish the water warmth level was a tad warmer. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel and stay overall.

We booked a Mountain View room; we checked in after 1 a.m. to discover we had a liquor store view and thought, well, maybe there’s mountains beyond that. Nope. Just downtown. Mountain View was other side of building. The bathroom sink was completely clogged. The breakfast buffet looked like locusts had descended on it, and they were VERY short-handed for breakfast shift. And our last night, the thermostat completely stopped working and the room became sweltering. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

It was a nice quiet clean property. Staff was very helpful. The only down side, no close shopping or dining. Had to travel great distances for any tourist attraction. Spent a lot of money on Ubers, so take that into account when booking this property

Stayed here as an overnight with my 85 year old auntie with mobility issues. Hotel was great and this is more a commentary on disabled access rooms that I have found across many hotels. The disabled room is about 7 rooms down from the elevator, and I notice that many of the roll in showers are positioned so that run off water is in the path to the toilet. While the room was as expected, when these rooms are built it would make sense that they are closer to the elevator, I would also design them so that the path to the most used items in the bathroom would less likely to be on wet flooring to minimize fall risk. For example; place the toilet away from shower run off path, so you are not as likely to walk on wet flooring. Also add a bathroom night light feature. The older peeps and their travel companions would appreciate it.

Newer hotel with contemporary design. The contemporary design may not be for everyone depending on your comfort level with who you're staying with. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very responsive with any questions or requests. There's a few places in surrounding area for food choices that are walkable. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

It was my third time staying there. It’s a nice hotel near a lot of fast food restaurant options and the parking is very convenient. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly.

Had an issue with air conditioner in the first room. Changed to second room. AC worked great but outlet by bed stand didn’t work. Hotel engineer fixed the outlet while we were out the next day. So, issues with facilities early on but staff was quick to make it right. The rest of our stay was very comfortable.

The customer service went above and beyond for us. We were visiting a relative in the hospital very early in the morning and took a chance to see if we could get an early check in and they welcomed us at that moment and told us they would have a room ready for us upon arrival…

We would only make one suggestion.. to place a proper door in the bathroom/ toilet vs the see through, not from ceiling to floor and side gap shower door ,which is fine for single occupants but lacks privacy for two people.

Wonderful property.

This hotel is grossly understaffed. My first night, the hotel restaurant was closed due to being short staffed. The next morning the hotel breakfast was no better. It was staffed by only 1 employee, who was really doing their best, and was put in an unfortunate situation by management. The hotel breakfast was a completely disaster. There was very very little food out in the buffet. The only hot food options must be ordered, which was not possible with such short staffing. Several guests were complaining about the lack of food. Finally, a manager came out to help, but by this point many of us had to leave for meetings, conferences, airport. If you have dietary restrictions the food at the hotel breakfast is extremely limited. I was surprised at the poor options at the breakfast, you'd get more variety at a Holiday Inn. While the hotel design is very new and modern, due to being short staffed the communal areas were dirty--especially the breakfast area. Also for a new hotel, the noise is surprisingly bad. I could hear noise from the room above me. If you open the window, there is very loud noise from the street. Also the AC in my room didn't work and they couldn't move my room the first night. If you arrive, check your AC immediately. The staff was very kind and courteous, but they need more staff. I was shocked at the difference between the looks of the hotel and the service in the on-site dining.

Staff were most personable and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure an excellent stay. Hotel rooms are modern and comfortable. The onsite bar and pub style food is a very nice convenience. My only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the onsite bar and food availability and menu options. As of my recent stay the days and hours of availability very limited.

Loved loved loved this property! Ashley was an amazing receptionist and everyone was so nice. Room was clean and many dinning options nearby.

Room and location are great. Bathroom and housekeeping service was terrible this time. Drain plug and handle to switch between the shower head and tub faucet did not work making the tub unusable. Used wet hand towels in the tub from the previous day were not removed. Guests in room above were noisy past midnight.
