- Inconsistent housekeeping service
- Breakfast quality and variety could be improved

We stated in a 2 bedroom suite and it had lots of space. Kitchen had everything we needed and the free breakfast was excellent. Coffee was ready before breakfast start times which was great as I am an early riser. Location was good and easy parking

I feel asleep like a baby; breakfast; very clean; front desk Cristina very nice and professional; convenient across lots of food of your choices. Very clean no smell at all; lots of options for your breakfast so yummy and across from the main road El Camino. None -:)

The place was clean and the staff friendly! We stayed in a suite that was set to accommodate persons with wheelchairs, so there was ample space. The bed in one room was ok, but the pull out couch and bed was not comfortable at all. Our room did not get cleaned one day, so we did not have towels or toilet paper. A quick trip to the front desk, and the lady was very apologetic and supplied us with towels and toilet paper! Would I visit again? Not so sure, but worth considering.

Not at all Hot Water for bath not enough. Stranger knocked my door at 4 am in the morning and didn't get any explain. So noise at night. AC not good.

The location was decent as it was near to everything. Also, not very loud, when entered it was cozy feeling. I had two rooms for my family of 7. Both the rooms had issues, when I checked on at 11 PM in the night for one room the dishwasher started leaking, when called the front desk and maintenance no one answered. My wife had to go down to check, they said if the dishwasher stopped leaking after it was shut off, then we will change your room next day. Other room's bathroom lock was broken and even AC wasn't cooling effectively.

The rooms were very spacious. The location was great.. The beds were not comfy. There was a few cockroaches inside the room. I did see pest control the very next morning so glad to see that the problem was being addressed promptly

Older Hotel. Okay location. Parking was AWFUL! There are only a handful of spots otherwise you're parking about a block away. Not ideal with kids...
- 3/5
Staff! Guy at the front desk is pretty clueless. Didn’t know where the one ice machine was or what times breakfast was. Told me when I asked how much parking was he said wasn’t his problem bc he already has told management.
- 4/5
My room key was set to end for 25th rather than 27th so couldn’t get in the room. Front desk had to provide new keys for the 27th.

People in bulletproof vests and big dogs

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, nice breakfast buffet
- 5/5
Everything is excellent!
- 4/5
Check in was super easy, parking was readily available for us as well. We had a small issue with the first room assigned to us, but we were able to get switched and help super quick and easy. Service was spectacular
- 5/5
Good price, pleasant staff, we bring our 2 little dogs and get a good hot breakfast! Great value!

Couldn’t figure out how to set the clock. Couch sides had bee”scratched” by pets. Parking fee??? Really??? Sad. Now I see why the rate was low!
- 4/5
Great location but traffic noise.
- 2/5
Maintenance didn’t seem to know how to fix the flood
- 2/5
Where do I start, first the room is very VERY small. It was tight with a queen bed and the pull out. We asked what time breakfast was and told 7-10 options are minimal. Sunday went to breakfast at 9:15 and it was closed just a tray of leftover muffins. The shower was HORRENDOUS there was more water pressure washing dishes then the shower had. And lastly the second entrance closes at 9 why? It can’t be for safety reasons because we walked in the front entrance both days after 9 to NO ONE THERE! so why not just let the key operated doors work after 9 so I don’t have to walk all the way to the front. Will we be coming back probably not, and our family that joined us had to change rooms middle of the night for bugs!!
- 5/5
We stayed here quite few years ago. Like the closeness to relatives.
- 5/5
Easy to find
- 1/5
The property was dirty and not kept up. The windows pose a safety issue which opens all the way with no screens on the top floors. We went to 2 rooms with same issue
- 3/5
Rooms were nice and clean, but we had to complain about the cockroaches!
- 5/5
I was a nice comfortable place
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
All of the staff are friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
This was the perfect place for me to stay after a major surgery, to recuperate in peace and quiet before heading home to my rambunctious family. The accessible suite was well appointed, full kitchen, pretty much everything we needed. We did have to request that bulbs be switched out so lights would work. But they responded quickly to our request.
- 5/5
Eazy
- 5/5
Full breakfast was delicious. Super comfortable bed. Thoughtful and courteous staff. Parking under the hotel made it so easy. I would stay here again for sure. Very close to everything we needed.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, excellent location, comfy bed, and clean room.
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay for me and my partner. Safeway is across the street, very good access for food ingredients.
- 2/5
I requested a crib a week ahead of my stay and I was promised it would be there. I called an hour before my arrival and they had no notes to leave a crib in my room. The carpet in the rooms were very dirty too.
- 5/5
The staff was very accomodating
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
My review is limited because we spent only one night and were lucky enough to have found a parking spot near the entrance. There is an underground parking lot but I didn’t use it. Our room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. Love the kitchen! Drawbacks I experienced are: no dedicated space to park for check-in, breakfast room has 6 tiny tables packed into a very small space. Otherwise, it’s a nice place and we would stay again.
- 3/5
There were roaches in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Cozy and quiet. Would stay here again!
- 4/5
Good place.
- 4/5
only bad thing was my food that was left out was covered by bugs at night.
- 4/5
It was VERY nice having a two-bedroom unit, and a full kitchen. The TV didn't work when we arrived, but a workman fixed it quickly. The bathroom sink stopper didn't work (I told the check-out clerk about that). The view from the room was of very busy streets and the roof of a large car dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
This is a one star hotel, don’t let the other reviews fool you.
- 5/5
Suite was spacious for our family. Easy access in and out of our unit.
- 5/5
Staff was incredible! Suite was affordable and clean. Great hotel!
- 5/5
The staff went beyond normal friendliness to be helpful. Great place to stay.
- 1/5
Property need some roach control ASAP
- 5/5
Very nice.
- 1/5
No water in the property between 10 am to 2:30 pm, rooms not ready or clean even after requested
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Things were good except I didn’t like having to pay for parking! Even if I had no other choice but to park on the street, I still was told I needed to pay $12/day for parking! Plus no vending machines!
- 5/5
Everything was very nice
- 4/5
Cons: charges for parking, facility and rooms are showing their age, and TVs kept restarting themselves when watching.
- 3/5
Cons: You can hear EVERYTHING from the room above you!!! The property really needs some updating. Ants were in our bathroom and my friends room also had ants and a roach. Water pressure was horrible not matter what time of day/night you showered. No screens on the windows. Two of our windows had broken panes. Many of the dishes and silverware were in the cupboard dirty. We had to wash dishes and run the dishwasher before we could cook anything.
- 2/5
Hallway has really bad smell Could also dedicate more time to clean the rooms
- 1/5
Room was tiny and dank. No ventilation whatsoever. Had to use a pit to hold open the window. All furnishings, and “kitchen ware” was old and in poor condition. When checking in, one of the staff persons, Cristina, was very rude and abrasive. (However, Analisa was very polite and professional.) The bed linens smelled bad! The bath towels were flimsy. At check-in I advised we would like full housekeeping explaining that my husband is ill and going to Stanford for a medical procedure in the early morning and we would need the room clean as early as possible. We got back from the hospital at 1 p.m. and the room was not yet made up. We checked out of the hotel.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice!
- 5/5
I was very happy with my stay. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They had a friendly staff and made check in easy. It's only a 20 minute drive to Stanford Stadium which was the reason for my trip. My dogs loved it too.
- 5/5
The best part of my stay was Guillermo at the front desk. He was always cheerful, treating me as a special guest or even family. The breakfasts were expansive and varied from day to day. Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. I will be back!
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. EV charger is located next hotel
- 3/5
Very convenient location
- 3/5
The mattress of the sofa bed was not comfortable and the room had a bad smell, the bathroom door did not close and the toilet was very stained
- 4/5
Stay was great - dirty sheet left in room
- 5/5
Friendly Staff, and convenient location
- 1/5
Mattress has hair all over and the sheets smelled like piss.

- 4/5
Great location and easy walking to dining and eating. They ran out of some things for the breakfast.
- 5/5
Exceeded my expectations and that of my friends! Gorgeous on the outside and the suites were big with many functions on the TV including Netflix and Youtube and music. Very reasonable price for the quality of the suites.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel for home-like convenience! Friendly staff ready to help. Great location.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay ! Perfect for long stays
- 5/5
Warm and friendly staff, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable and make sure you have everything you need. I was greeted by name after check-in and each time I entered the lobby or other area. Housekeeping is ready and helpful yet unobtrusive.
- 5/5
It was very enjoyable
- 5/5
Friendly staff

However, at 3:30 AM a hotel wide fire alarm went off due to a guest setting something on fire in the room. I was in the lobby when the fire chief came in to discuss with the manager, and the manager declined to have the alarm reset because “I don’t want another alarm waking my guests“. I returned my room unsure if I wanted to go back to sleep and risk an event, or gamble that something major probably wasn’t going to happen
- 1/5
The included breakfast was decent but again all their trash cans were overflowing. We mistakenly left a bag in the breakfast room and called the hotel shortly after to ask if they could grab it and hold for us. The first call they said there wasn't a bag. Calling later in the day they said they had the bag. We got the bag later that afternoon and soon noticed someone had gone into the bag and taken our airpods. Now, new Airpods let you track their location. Whoever took them must work there. They showed up on Find Mine located in some apartment in San Jose and the time it moved there coincides with when someone would end their morning shift.
- 5/5
We ended up arriving to the property before the scheduled check in time, they were able to get a room cleaned and ready for us quickly. Everyone was so nice and inviting. Breakfast was good and room was clean.
- 4/5
The House cleaning service was very poor. Breakfast was included but very limited option.
- 4/5
Convenient location in central Silicon Valley. Safeway and coffee places a few steps away. Decent breakfast but in a very small area. Friendly and helpful personnel.
- 1/5
Room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. Communication with hotel via Hotels.com messaging were never responded to. Communications with Marriott corporate were useless. Horribly mismanaged.
- 1/5
They need more cleaning staff.
- 4/5
Loved staying there. Will do it again.
- 4/5
Just a couple of downsides. The free breakfast was only a bagel sandwich and juice each day. The outdoor patio was a bit unkempt - tho' we did use it. The big issue was that my parents stayed there a whole week - during that entire time, there was no housekeeping service. We extended the reservation a couple of times (since we were not sure how long our project would take) - in spite of that, there was no change of sheets done even once. However, when we asked for it, they agreed to vacuum the room and give us fresh towels. Also, while most of the time, the extensions worked well, one time, one of the front-desk folks was quite aggressive - even rude - demanding that one of my parents come to the front-desk and swipe a credit card for incidentals when they should have been more courteous to elderly guests - and they should have known we were taking care of all expenses - even when there really were NO incidentals to avail of. Left a bit of a bad taste in an otherwise pleasant stay overall.
- 5/5
What I liked was that the staff was very friendly and helped us with the rooms. We were unfortunately overbooked by a third party company but the girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I liked that the studio rooms had pull out couches which were very convenient. Overall I loved the hotel.
- 5/5
nice place, clean and service is very good, perfect for business and family stay. Just need to add a safety box will be better
- 5/5
Great location, great price. Due to Covid, services were limited but staff were always helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
What can I say it was the best place to stay at. I love the room. It was very clean, nice comfortable to sleep and I can’t believe the first time I ever seen an stove and sink and dishwasher and refrigerator all in one room. I totally recommended people to stay at this hotel place.
- 1/5
he didn’t mention anything at all.
- 4/5
Great location, easy parking, nice staff, very clean and modern facilities, breakfast spread was impressive. My only negative comment about this place was that the wifi didn't work.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean, and close to our destination
- 5/5
Close to grocery store, pharmacy, banks, restaurants and gasoline
- 5/5
This was a great experience. I loved having the kitchenette so I didn't have to eat out when I didn't want to. Also the room was spacious and relaxing.
- 4/5
I had a great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. It was a bit difficult to get around without a rental car or hailing cabs/Ubers but that's California for you.
- 5/5
It was a very pleasant experience. The room was excellent.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean, great free breakfast, plenty of free parking & friendly staff!! WiFi worked well!! Would defiantly stay here again when in the area!!

- 5/5
Great location, close to everything. Great staff, Coffee room always available for complimentary fresh coffee, fruit and snacks. Plus complimentary breakfast in the morning. Loved the mini kitchen in the the very comfortable studio suite. Overall, very clean, quiet Hotel with plenty of parking.
- 3/5
We had trouble with our key cards not opening the door from the outside into the building. We had the front desk reprogram the cards and they still don’t work. We had to use the main lobby door to get in each time.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
Great staff. good breakfast, and clean room. However TV line up could be better and it would be helpful to have a TV guide to see what you are watching.
- 5/5
Everything was very good. Staff very friendly bed comfortable. Would recommend it. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Quick freeway access to anywhere you may need to go in the bay area! The complimentary breakfast was definitely better than most. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Safeway grocery store directly across the street if you are cooking in the suite.
- 5/5
Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
It is quiet, and yet it is only a block away from a major street, in which, there are restaurants and stores you can go to. Also, any major destination is only minutes away.
- 4/5
Very nice staff especially sympathetic bc we were relocated at check-in to this hotel bc original had water damage to many rooms bc of a customer. Small for 2 people but luckily my daughter is small. Would have liked space and an attempt at a table but at least tray table helped. Nice to have small couch.
- 4/5
I thought there was a pool, only a gym so I was disappointed.Overall this is a good bedroom without many amenities.
- 5/5
A 2 day business trip but after arriving to this nice clean fully equipped room I wish I had more time to make this a vacation too
- 5/5
We stayed 3 days and was pleasantly surprised with the well stocked mini kitchen, comfort of the bed (and linens) and kind staff. I honesly wasn't sure what to expect with the rate we paid but needless to say I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend!
