Overall my stay was great. The gym was really small and as an avid gym goer, I wasn't happy about that, but I made it work. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good as far as places to eat/shop. My room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Location and accessibility was very good. Room was clean and hygienic too. Staff's behavior was very good. Room was initially assigned at Ground floor. Also, not much amenity available. Price should be reduced. Sometimes AC stopped working as well.

Noisy

Staffs are fantastic and very clean place to stay. Only complaint is, water gets way too hot or cold during a shower, a bit hard to control for warm water. I would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I actually love this place.The only problem I have is there was a huge cobweb nest in the corner of the bathroom.It was a little scary for both of us.But we were able to manage

Hotel was fine, need a car although train station is a 20 min walk away. Breakfast was, okay for a quick bite, but don't expect gourmet, it was sufficient. Room and bed was comfortable and clean and the balcony was a welcomed addition.

The customers upstairs were noisy late at night, and the refrigerator cannot work.

As you'd expect from a Holiday Inn, it has nice clean rooms, decent gym and good breakfast buffet. The big plus for me was the 55' smart TVs and quiet AC. Next door is a shopping plaza with great dining options.

This is a great location in a very safe area. The breakfast was excellent and the new 24 hour coffee machine was also a welcome surprise. The staff were very accommodating as well. Overall anyone wanting to stay in the Silicon Valley / Sunnyvale / Mountain View area can't go wrong here.

Everything was perfect!! We stay is area once a month due to medical appointments— our first time at this hotel— and now it will be the only place we stay. Clean, quiet, good parking, safe area. Breakfast was very good!! Lots of hot food— and lady was very nice. Everything in room worked— and comfortable. It is a small hotel— smaller rooms, small lobby and two double beds not queens—but perfect for what we needed. See you next month!!

Had to call and get a grip mat for the shower. VERY DANGEROUS! Beds and pillows were comfortable. TV worked. Fridge, coffee maker and Micro in room. Carpet was not clean. Dirty stains on it. Would rate this Hotel a 3. The safety issue needs to be addressed asap with Holiday Inn. Also, noise next to room was ridiculous.

Location was excellent for me. Rooms were pretty updated. Breakfast selections were varied and good. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the outside did not create a great impression, the carpets in the rooms were a bit frayed. If in the 2 star category it was very good but not quite a 3 star.

Many of the channels on the TV did not work. Walls and doors were thin so you can hear everything. Morning breakfast was decent and employees were great. The view from our room was the back of some apartments, their yards. Newspapers in the lobby that were put out for guests were from a far right wing organization which was a bit strange!

The hotel is clean although the room seems a little small. If you stay there to sleep, there is no problem. But if you want to stay at the hotel for a long period of time, find a larger hotel room. Breakfast is decent. Overall, it's 4/5. I will be happy to come back and stay there if I need to.

We were 75 year old 64 and 61 year olds had to climbv3rd floor with luggage and forc2 nights we had to do that. Very disappointed with Exoedia for not warning about the issue in our booking process

The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was delicious with hot and cold food choices. The fitness center was small but the equipment was very nice. The sound proofing between rooms wasn’t very good, so we could hear people talking, and the upstairs neighbors walking was a bit noisy.

HIE is always a good value for the dollar. The breakfast is great. The only problem was the construction and a big pile of dirt in the parking lot.

It was just fine. It was clean and all staff were friendly and responsive. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Holiday Inn Express. The building itself is old, and while they've updated the furnishings, carpet, etc of both the rooms and common areas, the insulation isn't great. You can hear other guests when they are in the hallway, as well as noise from the street. Nothing that'll keep you up at night, not not super relaxing either. The elevator is old and slow, and it broke down during my stay.

I think there’s serious plumbing issue in the bathroom sink. Rusty water came out and I could not use the sink to brush my teeth.

Everything about the property is good but during the stay the elevator was not working and had to use the stairs. Otherwise it was all good.

The elevator was out of order and there is construction equipment in front of the building. Other than that it was a great clean place.

Property is quiet in surrounding area. Not loud when it come to traffic .

The property is super cleaned well put together the ambiance is really set when you walk in and the rooms and a great size for the price you pay. The breakfast they offer has so many options, definitely would recommend this hotel location to anyone looking in the area

Quiet place to stay, but the service not good , the breakfast not enough service to attend clients… they give us two tickets for each day for 4 in a room and we wanted to have breakfast we wake up early we waited for more than 40 minutes and nobody came to take our order and people was still coming it was 9:00 am and breakfast ended at 9:30…they were doing orders to go …. I never used my breakfast tickets and they only gave me credit for the three day parking

The hotel was closed and has been closed for 6 months. I was out of state, with my family, no car, and standing in a closed hotel. I booked the room online 2 months ago. I called your customer service and was on left on hold for over an hour. I was then re located to a lesser quality hotel in a shady area.. terrible experience.

Our group is pretty picky and we chose this place based of location, cost, and reviews. It was perfect. Affordable, super clean, quiet, great staff. Everything was effortless. Love that coffee was available at all times and breakfast was spot on. Parking was no problem. No wonder the ratings/reviews were so positive. Would without a doubt stay here again. We went in a group of 10 and booked multiple rooms.

The staff are extremely friendly, and one of the staff members even remembered us from the last time we stayed here. We had an accident that occurred while we stayed here the last time, and they were really helpful and told us what to do. We forgot to bring toothpaste this time on accident, and the front desk had some small extra ones available, so it was really nice!

Got to the hotel and while the staff and rooms were nice their internet was the complete opposite. Top it off my tomobile had no service here... After two days of up and down internet I ended up just cancelling my stay and moving across town. The staff was accommodating but what does that mean for the 2 days i lost of work? Not much - its 2021 and if you cant get your internet to work properly then you should probably just sell the franchise to someone else.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very clean room, well lit with many electrical outlets. Large flat screen TV. Good choice of places to eat nearby. Only complaint, GFCI outlets were tripped for refrigerator, Keurig and microwave. I had to move all and reset.

Overall, good stay and free parking is the key to choose this hotel. Nice hot breakfast. AC is too loud. Walls are so thin so you can hear people talking and walking above you.

Every part of our stay was great! The front desk staff was amazing, They all went above and beyond to help us out when we had no wine key and needed to ship something home. If I’m ever in the area again, I know where I’m staying!
