Everything was perfect!

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were super nice. Beds were comfortable. They were very nice in accomdating our large family in town for a funeral by allowing us (those staying there) to gather in the spacious lobby area to eat supper together and play games. They helped make a tough day a nice memory for our family. Nothing.

Our stay was ruined by the incessant stomping from the room above thru 11:30 pm and starting again at 6:30 am. The water pressure in the shower was the best of any hotel ever!!! The room was clean and the front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was what you expect to get when it is free. Stale English muffins and very dry, bland sausage. Oatmeal had the consistency of wallpaper paste!

The lack of food .I'll no cereal bagels no cream cheese. Coffee not available all day, laundry room had one working washer.

The housekeeper has been with the hotel for a long time, I told her THANK YOU. The Assistant General Manager/Front Desk supervisor Ang (I know I'm spelling his name wrong!) assisted me a minor key issue was extremely professional. Breakfast was plentiful and flavorful. I highly recommend this hotel when in the area. It was a Perfect stay.

We had an amazing stay! Although it was only for one night the room was spacious enough so that everyone was comfortable. The only thing that was off is that the sink was draining slow but other than that it was great.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - or the staff! Barbara at the front desk is an angel on earth. She is so good at her job and so friendly as well. The moment you walk through the doors - you're welcomed! She also goes above and beyond by trying to make sure you got the best deal possible if you are staying for multiple nights or coming back for more work trips. I always love Springhill Suites but this one sticks out to me above all others! Work sucks - but being able to stay at this hotel makes it much better!

Check in process was good, however, when I went to my room, the light switch at the door did not work so I had to go into a dark room to find a light. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and I had to go down to the front desk to get some. I was offered a new room and moved to that one.

I had to change rooms... there was a leak in the bathroom. A lightbulb required changing, due to thwre being ni maintenence staff the weekend of my stay I had to change it myself.

Hands down one of the best hotels that my daughters' and I have stayed at. The staff was amazing, very friendly ,warm, welcoming and kind. If we have to take another trip in the Atlanta area we will definitely be staying here again. Better than we expected.

Our room smelled of mildew. To the point I bought a room deodorizer to deal with the smell. We stayed at this same hotel two years ago and we were very happy. I was disappointed this time. The hotel has not been taken care of. The floors were clearly dirty in many public areas, including the elevator which was sticky all weekend. Our room had clear signs of wear on the furniture, and walls/ceilings with paint cracking, etc. and the window in the room was dirty.

Tile area, bathroom in my room looked like it had not been mopped. Tile in elevators looked same way.

Our stay here was nice and the overall property was great. We had one poor experience with the front desk staff but other than that no issues.

Proximity to all types of restaurants was very close. Staff were great. Interesting room design with glass bathroom door immediately across from bed so lights on equaled bedroom lit too. Very nice place overall.

Ventilation is Bad, our room smelled like feet, that's what my kids kept telling me. I was odor blinded the whole stay for 4 days.

I stay at Marriott properties many time every year. This was the first time I was extremely disappointed in my stay. From no one at the front desk, to no coffee available, two soap and one conditioner dispensers in my shower ( no body wash) to a very slow draining sink and an inefficient handle on my room door, led to a very frustrating stay.

The hotel was beautiful, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. They had one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had at any hotel. It was easy to get to and in a less busy area. It was a very pleasant stay and I definitely recommend it!

Things that could have been better? A/C was a bit weak...Even at 68, it felt like 70+. Also, the smoke detector kept flashing...very unsettling at night. Also, I noticed that the elevator's inspection date was expired as of 4/2024. Overall, I had a comfortable stay...and would consider re-visiting.

The room itself was spacious, extremely clean, and very quiet. The beds were comfortable. We both slept really well. The folks who checked us in and out were fantastic! They made check-in and check-out super easy. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

Just being honest, my stay was below expectations. The room was not in good condition. The walls were damaged, the shower leaked lots of water on the floor, and the door lock was damaged. It not comparable to the Springhill Suites in Tifton Georgia which was the reason I stayed there again.

Breakfast was meh. Scrambled eggs were burnt, and the apple juice tasted more like flavored water than actual juice. Overall, the room itself was decent, but it felt like the small stuff didn’t get the attention it needed.

We were coming to town for one night to see an event at Gas South. Once we checked in, we liked the hotel so much, we decided to stay a 2nd night! Rooms were huge! Big Bathroom! Very clean! Suwanee was a great area to explore. Wonderful food near by! We loved it, and hope to visit again soon! My only one complaint would be no outdoor swimming pool. The indoor pool was fun though!

Hotel location on 141 and close enough to all activities but away from noise. Spacious rooms and friendly staff.

AC should be central. Blowing cold air at your face in bed is not very nice! The door to bathroom should not be glass, so bright when someone turns on light in the middle of the night!!

A drinking glass had food on it, the ice bucket tray had dry food on it also. The bathroom mirror had smear stains and the tissue holder was empty. I was locked out of my room and made 3 trips back downstairs for a new key while carrying my food. There was no empathy from the front desk clerk. She was conversing with the breakfast lady and was not at her desk. I waited several minutes for her to return. Not a pleasant experience. Extremely disappointing for $160 a night.

Oscar at the front desk was able to change my room from the ground floor, which I did not prefer, to a higher floor without any problem whatsoever. Very professional and courteous. Some places make it a problem. Oscar did not!

The hotel is always nice, quiet and kept clean. I enjoy staying there every time i travel to that area. The staff is also very professional and polite.

It was just that the water in the pool was cold. My kids couldn't swim for long because it was cold. I think they need to supply warm water. And the washing machine didn't work. Other than that, the room condition was really good. I recommend it!

Water pressure in shower was so weak, and swimming heater was out, and wasn’t repaired during staying

The staff was great and accommodating but housekeeping is not the greatest. Room had odor and housekeeping only empties trash, replace towels and remake beds without vacuuming or cleaning anything. Shower curtains are badly stained and was replaced with another stained one.

Definitely looks more worn and tired than other Springhills

The hotel is visibly falling apart. No room service. Staff were friendly enough but were pretty unhelpful. The only way to get something is to ask multiple times. They couldn't even name a single restaurant in the area. No bed bugs, at least, and the door at least locked. I'll be amazed if this place is not abandoned soon.

The indoor pool was not heated and super cold which was really disappointing. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

Great find in best location. Spacious room, Great Breakfast included. Coffee 24/7 . Healthy Yogurt Oatmeal breakfast for vegetarians. Environment friendly bowls plates ! Friendly front desk staff. Only thing is their cleaning staff r friendly but need some directions like replacing toilet paper keeping extra roll and extra towels etc. but overall great place to stay! Close to everything.

Overall, it was an okay stay. We stayed one night due to traveling. We were looking forward to a restful night but got woken up by slamming doors really early. The doors aren’t quiet when they’re being closed, and we could hear the others guests through our door.

All staff members are wonderful. They are very kind and friendly. Breakfast every morning is very nice.

My overall stay was ok. The rooms were clean and the pool was heated. Breakfast is ok. Front desk personnel was very nice and helpful his name was Oscar. Only thing I did not like about my stay was house keeping was bad. when they came in they would only make the beds, trash was left behind if it didn’t fit in the tiny bins they provided, they do not replace the coffee cups if you use them or give fresh cups and the floors was left dirty the entire 5 days stay. I do not look forward to staying with them again as a top choice this hotel would definitely be used as a last resort.

The room was great; clean and no issues. The hallway carpet was stained annd dingy and made me question my choice as I approached the room. The free weights in the gym were missing. There were 5 lbs, 50 lbs but nothing in between!

I enjoyed this hotel. The minute I arrived to check in. The front desk person, Skylar was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and breakfast was good with many options. If you're in the area, this definitely consider making this your choice. It's very close to many restaurants and shopping.

Your staff accused slandered me , defamation of character and gave me irrational fear saying they called police on me for something I did not do. I almost had a heart attack. Being a travel nurse and been to so many hotels, I have never been accused of such thing over a misunderstanding. But they lied on me. Did not update my points, they took access of my account. For their mistake. I will never step foot in a Marriott again ever.

Staff was very nice. Amenities listed in EV charging. This is false advertising because they do NOT have chargers. This is the only reason I booked this over priced room. There are only plugs for you to bring your own charger. Room smelled like a cigarette. Said something but nothing was done. Would not ever stay here again.

This hotel was amazing and so were the staff. Skylar was the absolute best. She was so pleasant and very professional. I will definitely book this hotel again if I had to stay in that area again. The only thing I didn’t like, was my room didn’t get cleaned. We had to clean our room, but everything else was perfect.

The hotel was surprisingly wonderful. I primarily booked based on location and having queen beds rather than double size beds. The bed was very comfortable and the only thing I would suggest is either more comfortable pillows or provide 4 per bed as they are very thin (instead of 3). The rooms are spacious and breakfast was good.

It was an average hotel. There was a weird smell in our room and the hallway.

The location was great and the hotel is nice overall, with a decent breakfast. Housekeeping just needs to double check the rooms, at checked in, we found ice from the previous guests and we needed fresh towels every day, we were always low on towels.
