I can’t even review this place. Theirs policies about do not allow to cancel a reservation made by mistake are inconsistent either American way to make business we do not need foreign’s owner of our local business…

Clean hotel, cold AC, good place to lay your head :)

Clean, cool, comfortable rooms. Pet-friendly. Great waffle maker situation at breakfast. Responded quickly to a last minute reservation. Well located with stores and restaurants in close proximity. I was not in my electric vehicle on this trip but the presence of EV chargers in the parking lot was encouraging for future trips. Overall a great stay.

Good stay

LOVED that there was a fruit bowl set out all day. Traveling with kids and staying a few days living in a hotel room means lots of snacking foods. Being able to grab a banana or orange was the best!! Thanks Please invest in better pillows. They are just sad. There were a few strange spots on the ceiling and walls.

Michael the front desk representative was EXCELLENT

Everything was clean and the property was well maintained and quiet.

Room had a pretty bad stale / musty odor. Like someone smoked or burned some food or generally violated the modern standards for not emitting stink in a hotel. Furniture, appliances and fixtures were functional if quite beat up. Based on the number of busses and shuttles and vans in the parking lot I imagine there's some rough and tumble going on with younger folks, as expected for a corporate hotel in a suburban / corporate zone. Lighting and art work could use some work. Felt like an office in the room.

The hotel and room were fine except for the location of my room this stay. My room was on the first floor behind the reservation desk. Around midnight I was awoke by the desk clerk having a loud argument with someone trying to check in I assume. All I heard was shouting and threats for about 15 minutes. Wasn't the hotels' fault but did make my stay a little awkward. I will never stay on the first floor again.

The staff are the best

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Rooms were decent. I booked 3 rooms on here that had 2 queens and a sofa bed. Get there and they don’t have any room like that, only king with a sofa. That put us in a tough situation and made the stay unpleasant for our basketball players. I basically was told at check in, if not happy, could go somewhere else when we’re at a tournament. I felt for the mistake they should have given us an extra room for free and fix the issue with booking and whoever else.

Exceptional

Breakfast was lovely, but don’t sleep in, it closes promptly at 9:00. Rooms are clean and fresh with new glass door showers. No stepping into slippery tubs.

The beds were very hard. The tv would go out sometimes for a few mins .The phone did not have a dial tone.

Entire hotel mgmt lets a homeless looking person sleep inside the lobby with a large grocery shopping cart. Our room smelled old and musty. I checked out early without getting a requested refund. Absolutely do not stay at this hotel.

We specifically chose this hotel due to wanting to use the pool (last week in April). The pool wasn’t open. It appears that we did receive a credit to make up for this.

Upgrade was not honored because the reservation was made through Booking.com, and as a result I lost the accommodation entirely. The situation was so stressful and mishandled that it pushed me beyond my patience and led me to speak in a way that goes against my Christian values.

Room was very clean. Amenities were available. They made sure you had clean linen, toiletries and towels daily. Breakfast was good and fresh daily.

The breakfast and the nearness to shops The rooms are not clean at all. My room was cleaned twice in my 4 day stay and yet the cleaning was poorly done. I came back one day to my room and the cleaning lady left a heap of dirty towels on the floor in my bathroom.

Plenty of parking, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! Breakfast was fresh, filling and delicious.

Parking was close and plentiful. Staff was very nice. Room and property clean. Looked like there were some spot touch up paint job in the room that didn't blend naturally with original paint, but no big deal. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the price.

The room was very clean with great amenities. The only issue was the bathroom tub did not properly work and the plug did not keep the water in. The hotel itself was awesome, the free coffee offered throughout the day was amazingly wonderful especially since it was a Keurig! The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great as well. Definitely making this a go to spot when my husband and I are traveling there again.

Connecting Rooms, Lots of space for the kids.

Dirty bathroom with hairs on the ceiling, moldy cracked moulding in shower. Blood stain on provided towel. No lock on bathdoor. No fan in bathroom so every bowel movement can be heard by others in the room. Thin walls, can hear every cabinet and door closed at all hours by other guests. The TV kept resetting channels every 10 mins or so of watching.

This was a great place to say if you have a class or a family member in the hospital at Emory John’s Creek. It was clean, quiet, and updated with a nice breakfast. The staff were friendly. If I’m in the area anytime in the future, I would definitely rebook.

I stay here on a regular basis. Always very nice. Consistent with the brand. The front desk and managers go out of their way to help answer questions and go above and beyond to assist me. I was booking through a third party however I now book directly with the front desk. I get a better rate and Hilton honors points.

The heater was so loud that I was not able to sleep! Cleaning lady came in to check two times, came right in and so early in the morning!

Now I remember why I use Marriott hotels - skipped housekeeping on day 2 - no compensation offered - had to come to front desk for towels - it’s not that they missed the housekeeping- it’s how they did nothing to make up for it - poor customer relations.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were all very nice. I stayed for a concert in Atlanta and was dressed up in costume for it and the employee at check-in was so sweet and said she loved my costume. Made my day. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the breakfast, but it wasn't terrible. My waffle was just undercooked. I'd definitely come back if I was in the area.

The room was great, the breakfast and hospitality of the workers in the breakfast area needs some improvement. I always stay at a Hampton Inn because of the good breakfast, but this one has been the worst for breakfast. If breakfast ends at 10:00, then you should keep the food and juice out until 10:00. Don’t say you ran out out of food at 9:15.

This is our second stay within a month and I’ve been very pleased each time! The ya hard finding hotels that are clean and have great customer service and this hotel has both!! The breakfast is pretty good as well. Anytime we visit here, this will be the only hotel I will be staying at.

Always love staying at this location. Friendly staff, love happy hour, nice breakfast and great spaces to hang out, work, socialize, etc. The only small thing this stay was that the pool was a little dirty. Otherwise, fabulous as usual!

After leaving the hotel next door due to how poor the conditions were, this property was a breath of fresh air LITERALLY, it looked, smelled and was CLEAN. From the time you walked through the doors it’s bright, inviting the front desk staff are warm and inviting and the complimentary hot coffee and tea station was over the top for those of us who drink coffee throughout the day. The room was spacious and the microwave and fridge was a bonus. The bedding felt like clouds and the couch in the room didn’t give off bedbug vibes . I chose the other hotel because of the 3 star rating but this property needs to be rated 4 star as it’s above and beyond what’s being described.

The only thing is, they don’t allow 18 year olds to check in, but luckily the manager was very nice about it and let us stay the one night we booked. The place was very clean and modernized.

This hotel is very well kept, rooms are clean, room service was excellent and the beds are comfortable, breakfast was good but could be better. The only thing I didnt like was that, there was rarely anyone at the front desk, front desk and reception area was always empty, I had to wait 15mins at the front desk. later after 15mins I got tired of waiting and went looking for a receptionist, finally after finding her and told her how long I have been waiting, all I got from her was "oh", almost every receptionists I saw there wasn't friendly and polite, even at my checkout I experienced the same issue as checking in. Management needs to do some .

The room is not cleaned during my about one month stay for two times and not properly cleaned. Also I can’t get one hour later checked out after my long stay
