Staff is friendly, room is clean, bathroom is clean. Shampoo, body wash and lotion actually smell, feel and work like the brand that's listed on the label. Elevator has safety feature where room key card has to be swiped before elevator moves. This is an excellent safety feature.

Good morning it would’ve been helpful to be able to use the washer and dryer in the hotel especially for international travelers. What was required was a local card or a gift card which was an inconvenience for us to obtain to do laundry so this is something that can be looked into for international travelers.

Great location, clean and new rooms. Breakfast is expensive, but you have plenty of options outside the hotel. Would stay again!

I like that the mall, bars, restaurants are walking distance away. This hotel is opposite dolphin mall. A right walk through the car pack to entrance 5 is 5 minutes away. The hotel is clean, mostly Spanish speaking but English close by to assist. Breakfast is as basic, fruit and yogurt, cereals, potatoes, eggs, break, bagels, coffee, tea, orange and apple juice.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The cleanliness is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Miami. The location is very convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and other amenities all nearby. Parking is also easily accessible, which adds to the overall convenience of the stay. The only issue I encountered during this visit was the need to use the laundry facilities. The machines are not coin-operated and require payment by debit or credit card. After several attempts, my card was repeatedly declined. When I contacted the front desk, they notified me that the machines do not accept international cards and require a local card for payment. It would be helpful if the hotel placed a sign near the machines or informed guests of this policy at check-in to avoid confusion and inconvenience.

This hotel never disappoints. The location is perfect, and the staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. I was especially impressed to see electric vehicle charging ports available on site — such a thoughtful and forward-thinking initiative. It definitely makes me consider renting an electric vehicle on my next visit. I would choose this location again and again without hesitation. Plus they give you free water when you check in.

We only slept there a short time after a cruise. The mall was great since check in times are way late. The check in times are way late for the area. Way too many people dragging around luggage instead of being able to check in and go about their day.

We were only at this hotel for a day and one night however I was totally impressed, Upon checking in our room wasn’t ready and they conveniently stored all of our luggage. The room was spacious and clean. Upon check out we had no issues with transportation to Miami International Airport. I would recommend this hotel and most definitely stay there again

Hotel was good location and the stay was good however it could have been better if I could have received my king size bedroom I requested. Traveling with some who is handicapped and as a result of arriving early and not wanting to be on separate floors was told to wait until 4 and there will be two king size bedrooms on the same floor only to arrive and still be told I could not get two king size bedrooms in the same floor and I would also have to take two queen size beds which was not what I paid for. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Great hotel. We have stayed there often while our daughter was at FIU. The location is good as it is centrally located for our needs, easy to get in and out of. Wish they offered a complimentary buffet, but we still enjoyed our stay although we knew it wasn't an option.

The aircon kept reverting to a temp that was too hot for us. Also as I entered the hotel I started itching and that continued for my entire stay.

Hotel was clean and it was in a good location by a shopping mall. Had some cosmetic damage in the pool area, and the pool was slightly dirty. Food options at the hotel were quite pricey and they was no coffee available in the lobby. I would stay again just for the location, and just fyi no airport shuttle

I wanted to take a momenr to say how wonderful the staff were at this property, in particular Peter who doubled as an assistant manger my check-in day. Peter was mer by a nasty customer at the front desk and remained calm and professional the entire time. He multitasked brilliantly. He is an absolute asset to the Hilton Brand. Well done. Interestingly enough the nast customer was so bothered that he accepted a late check-out. His stay clearly wasn't as disruptive as he claimed.

It took a while kind of 2 hours and no one took care of that. Like 2 star hotel

Ideally located for Dolphin Mall and a milecand a half from Internatioal Plaza. But coming from UK the Malls were overwhelmingly large. Reception staff lovely patient and hepful especially blond lady. Spaciousvroom and shower room with silent super views from 11th floor. Not allowed glasses in room. Unpleasant drinking prossecco from plastic cups. A pleasant stay

Restaurant closed for pictures, and staff kept giving us the runaround about when it would reopen. (It never did.) After a long day of travel, and with our rooms not ready yet, we had to walk to the mall for a bite to eat. Staff was less than helpful. At one point, the photographer even made our party (and all of our luggage) move out of the way in the lobby. Later that evening when Hilton sent the check-in text, I expressed my disappointment. When asked how they could make it better, I said a late check out would be great. I had two rooms booked, but they would only give me a late checkout for one!! Make that make sense?! I would not recommend this Hilton, the staff is super incompetent.

We’ve had some HORRIBLE experiences in Miami while staying at other hotels but I believe this Hilton has restored our faith in the service industry. Restaurant was a joke. Closed at 11:00. Supposedly opened again at 11:30. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for coffee we ordered and for someone to take our order. No one ever came back to us. Finally we left. Also the rug in the lobby was disgustingly dirty. I felt I was in a Comfort Inn, all in all.

One morning I left my room, saw the cleaning lady in the next door room, said good morning and told her my room was free but when I returned that evening it was not cleaned. For this to happen once in a week is unfortunate but for it to happen twice indicates a clear lack of quality in the procedures in the Hôtel. The manager should take responsibility and should make a change in the procedures so that this does not happen again. It really is just not acceptable. This has happened in three hotels during tis month long trip. What is happening to standards in the US of A?

2) ice machine was broken. Had to go to 2 floors down every day and night to get ice as the floor below the ice machine was broken there as well. 3) pool was not heated and not swimmable which was a big dissappointment. On the internet search described pool was heated but staff said that it was not capable. Will choose another hotel next time for the $200 USD per night for 11 nights stay.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We reported a broken toilet and were told staff would follow up, no one did. After calling again, we were promised maintenance would come in the morning, and once again, no one showed up. Being left with a non-functioning toilet and empty promises shows a total lack of professionalism and concern for guests. The customer service is ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else

The air conditioning broke down twice during the night, and the rooms can hear all the noises from the next room.

Internet connection was terrible, pillows were small and mushy and one of the Peletons needs maintenance. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel.

AC in the room was broken and would auto-reset to 76 after one cycle. Carlos at the bar should not be working in hospitality. Terrible slow service and really poor attitude. Coworkers and other guests complained about his poor attitude as well. Don’t think I’d return to this hotel unless I knew Carlos was no longer employed there.

The room was in good condition and the staff was courteous and very helpful. Location was ok, although transportation costs to nearby facilities were exorbitant. However, I think it's ridiculous to have to pay for breakfast at a room rate of $146 per night. Further the ad for the hotel indicated airport shuttle and breakfast which, neither of which was confirmed after the payment was made. this is deceptive, as I could not confirm either when requested by the hotel. Also, there was no prior indication that a security deposit of $150 would be taken from my credit card and I had no option but to agree on arrival. I informed that I would get it a few days after and not immediately on leaving. This is absurd.

Do not leave your mail with them. I handed the front desk a labeled envelope with a paid USPS tracking number, and it is still showing "waiting to be sent" by USPS 3 weeks later, meaning it was never given to USPS by them. The front desk assured me they were going to log it by the receiver's name, which I found out they did not. Every time I called, they could not locate it. The package was lost. terrible service.

I stayed at this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dolphin Mall and as an alternative to a nearby hotel I stayed at previously. I was really happy with my choice as the general condition of the hotel and room was clean and well equipped. I made use of the coffee machine and got refills from the cleaning staff The week were pleasant and helpful. Check in took a little longer since my name wasn't found initially in the system but once I provided the confirmation number it was quick and easy. Check out took literally under 30 seconds. I also liked the little shop at the lobby in case I needed anything. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Whenever I'm in Miami I love to book this hotel, the staff is always friendly and helpful even after you have checked out. Room is super clean, and have all amenities. Walkable distance from Dolphin Mall. The hotel also have a little setup where you can buy food or snacks and even some medicine if neccesary. There is the restaurant if you wish to eat there.

Cubans up the wazoo and the guy I was dealing with had a serious attitude problem. We were on the phone for 30 mins to get early check in, and the guy took so long to find our room. If he had used his training to find our room, or had asked his colleagues, I wouldn’t be writing this review today. Despicable, other then that every thing was cleanly and nice guest were nice as well but BEWARE of the Hispanic man that hates his job at Hilton garden inn in Miami.

Great locations walking distance to Dolphin Mall.

This hotel is disorganized and unprofessional upon cecking in on Saturday 06th September i ask the gentleman at the front reception to ensure that my extension is included and take out of my credit at that point of communication he did not indicate to me i gad to come downstairs check out and check in separately on extension the house jeeper came knocking unprofessionally asking me when i am checking out .ghey need people with more understanding of English because they are not helpful and willing to assist as they cannot communicate effectively.

The area is quiet and very close to Dolphin Mall. It would be nice if there was shuttle service to the airport.

I didn't like that were no breakfast package and other options for food.

We enjoy several delicious meals in the restaurant, we were treated very well by everyone on staff, and we were happy with our room with the exception of our shower, which was lacking in consistency of hot water.

This was my third time staying at the Hilton Garden it’s a good hotel.

I stayed here for a quick shopping trip, and the location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes from Dolphin Mall and restaurants. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and decent Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a nice bonus—standard hot items, plus coffee and fruit, and the area was kept tidy. I appreciated the free parking and felt safe walking around the property at night. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5: housekeeping wasn’t daily unless requested, and the pool area looked a little worn. But overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return for the location, value, and customer service.

Horrible service, long lines at checkin desk, they should pay for extra staff with them charging for late check out.

Our rooms included drinks and snacks which were not in the room and the front desk never informed us how to access until we inquired specifically
