Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall

It was goof, and location. Are tv was not working properly called the front desk, said they would send someone never did, also it's a per friendly hotel there was a dog in the next room that barked from 10:00pm to 2:00am could not sleep, called front desk said owner of dog must be out of room, there was no compensation they could give me because I booked the room with Booking.com, learned never stay at a pet friendly hotel again.

Great location, comfortable and clean room, seems recently renovated, friendly staff.

The breakfast was really precarious, compared with other similar hotels.

While it was good overall, adding more variety and fresher options would make the experience even more enjoyable for guests staying multiple days, I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. I have always been very comfortable at Homewood Suites and this stay increased this as the rooms have been refreshed eg new curtains, carpet, furniture etc . The rooms are not ‘musky’ or always dirty. Keep up the great service and you will always have a satisfied customer

Exceptional staff at front desk. Room was very clean with all necessary amenities available and in good condition. I observed the care with which rooms were prepared...Literally located next to Dolphin Mall. Felt safe walking the area even at night. My time was too short...?

Room temperature and bed were comfortable. Nice and quiet. Refrigerator was unusable. Could not open doors to use. Turn to open the other way.

The front desk was unhelpful and difficult to work with during the stay. They told us thing and did another. Until we asked to speak with a manager, the front desk was unwilling to even consider our requests.

I stayed there like 8 times . Just love everything about that hotel . I always ordered lots of stuff to hotel and I never had an issue received all .Dolphin Mall is close by just walking distance. Breakfast is wonderful.Eight times and counting.

This was a great transitional spot for our trip to South Florida.

It was too far from the activities and the car prices to commute to the airport is too expensive. There should be pickup and drop off services to the airport offered by the hotel.

As soon as you walk into the hotel you can smell the clean scent . Rooms are huge with kitchenette complete with microwave, stove, fridge and dishwasher! Breakfast also is excellent Hotel staff ask us for our room number during breakfast. I have observed people come and go and I didnt see her asking anyone else but us and feels discriminating!

I enjoyed the breakfast choices there staying with my family. Staff attentiveness was on point and a plus for the property. There are plenty of shopping choices nearby at Dolphin Mall a quick stroll across a not so busy street. Plus other shopping choices in the Miami International Mall area and close by within a short walking distance.

It’s extremely more expensive then it was when we last came. They renovated which was cool it’s poorly renovated. the pool looks old. Our room was set at 76 and we couldn’t change it. Almost every night we would be freezing and couldn’t adjust the temp. The handle bar was broken. Room service and maintenance didn’t speak English so we struggled communicating issues. Then They never came back to address our concerns so we had to deal with it. The didn’t so room service until we complained about it. Maybe because we were blk who knows. I would not come back here again. Food is decent and hotel is clean but not work what we spent especially considering how much significant the cost was compared to our last visit. The experience was very different.

One of the highlights of this hotel is its perfect location. Being right next to Dolphin Mall makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores just a short walk away. It’s also an easy drive to Miami International Airport and other attractions in the area. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fresh and offered a great variety of options. The evening social hour was also a nice touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of great service, clean and comfortable suites, and an unbeatable location makes Homewood Suites by Hilton at Dolphin Mall a fantastic place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Miami area.

I had stay for 2 nights and the room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable only the pillows I didn't like that.much also the shower pressure was kinda low but the hot water was excellent and the water in the sink room was very clean the small kitchen fridge and carpet very clean only problem had on my second night was that I had a very strong odor of weed coming from the air-conditioning air ducts but the rest was excellent the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Justin was terrific upon checking in. The only problem we encountered was having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the hot water every where in the room when ever we needed it. Housekeeping was very good. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. Someone should really address the hot water issue.

The room was clean and spacious with no odours. Hotel was convenient and reaching dolphin mall was 2 mins away. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Wish they had an airport shuttle but overall great hotel with great location.

The construction in the neighborhood settle a lot of dust on my car.

Used Matresses were disorganizely piled in the parking lot (dumpster area) - not visually appealing. Front Desk staff were chatting, engaged in personal conversation among them. Housekeeping staff complained with us (as they made our room) about their low pay rate and how much they have to work in a single day. Recommendation: Hotel Manager should meet with his/her staff to discuss better approaches with the hotel customers, being more polite, tactful and focus on customers. (refraining from discussing personal opinions, refraining from bashing against their employer, etc).

The hotel is immaculately clean, the halls and common shared spaces as well. There is a self service laundry which I Loved as I hate travelling with dirty clothes. The deli located opposite the front desk was a nice addition and well stocked. Breakfast surprised me the most, it was really good and did not taste like massed produced and over processed food. The room had a fully gally style kitchen with full size appliances, a dining table and a large couch that was a sofa bed, two queen sized beds in the bedroom. There is a pool as well. Location is excellent as it is directly across the street from the Dolphin Mall, Ikea is less than five minutes away and the Airport is approximately thirteen to twenty minutes away depending on traffic. My only thing I would change is the pillows they were too soft but that's personal preference. I will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Our stay was great! Enjoyed some pool time. Check in clerk did not explain any of the amenities to us. Would have been nice to know about the breakfast. We found it on our own. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Should be replenished sooner though. Sausage patties & hashbrowns were dried out. All in all a good stay for the price.

At Check in the service was excellent. The rooms were kept perfectly clean. However I got food from breakfast which ruined my stay as i had some horrible symptoms.

I had dinner expenses at the Flamenco Hotel charged to my room, despite never having stepped foot in the restaurant for the entire duration of my trip. All my attempts at emailing the Front Desk Manager as instructed by the Hotel staff to have the charges reimbursed have gone unanswered. It seems the hotel staff simply request a room number to charge without verifying that the person is actually registered to the room!!!. Not impressed!

You can literally walk to the Miami Dolphin Mall. There was just one drawback. There was a dog barking on our floor. Ok, 2 issues. The children were running up & down the hallway. Not all night, but it happened. Nonetheless. Breakfast could be better! They did have chicken sausages. However, they were overcooked. Along with the hashbrowns. Other than that, we will revisit this place again. We didnt get a chance to use the pool.

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The only issue I noticed was that the ceiling fans and room carpet were quite dusty, so a more thorough cleaning in those areas would be appreciated. Aside from that, everything was amazing, and the continental breakfast was excellent.

The property itself is in a great location. However the breakfast is ridiculous. Runny eggs and pork sausages or ham or chorizo. No chicken or vegetarian options at all. Had to go out for breakfast instead. Also I tried calling housekeeping to get extra towels -no answer.

This was my first stay and I really liked the spaciousness of the room and amenities. Late check out was appreciated. Also the location being walking distance from the mall is a big plus.

I was expecting a lot more for a homewood property. We stayed at the homewood miami airport west a few months ago and loved it, which is why I booked another homewood property but this one was lacking. First, upon check in the lady was nice enough but didn't give me any info and acted like I was a bother when I asked about breakfast, and then when I asked the best way to get to the elevators from parking lot, she told me to use the side entrance because I had a child. I felt like she was discriminating because I mentioned having a toddler. Once we got to the room, it had a horrible, musty smell. The picture frame on the wall was barely hung, and fell on my toddler. Thankfully I grabbed it in time before it hurt him, but it ended up smashing my finger in the process. I mentioned it to front desk who sent a tech up to re hang it. No apologies that my 3yo was injured or anything. The body wash on the wall in the shower fell off, no one even touched it. I bring my own toiletries and while i was in the shower, it just fell. The silverware in the drawer was not enough for all of us. Very small inconvenience but only 2 spoons?? We are a family of 4, but whatever that is the least of our concerns. The place was not very clean. The paper towels were very clearly used with pizza grease on the top from the prior guests, so what else was reused? I wiped the whole place down with lysol wipes and they were very dirty. I found socks behind the nightstand. The door bolt was broken.

My stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall raised serious concerns about guest safety, communication, and accountability. A glass picture frame fell after a minor, indirect bump to a nearby wall—exposing a clear hazard due to faulty installation. Hotel staff later removed the faulty screw and acknowledged the issue, yet still imposed a $100 charge without justification. Despite requesting documentation twice, I was denied any breakdown of how the fee was determined. I have made several follow-up attempts via email to both the Manager and the general hotel address, as well as through the guest feedback survey, and have received no response. The situation was further complicated by a language barrier and handled with no transparency or proper follow-up. Management was impersonal and dismissive, failing to uphold basic hospitality standards or take accountability for a safety hazard that could have resulted in serious injury.

The general area was clean and friendly; the breakfast options were varied and tasty; the proximity from Dolphin mall was excellent; kitchenette was a nice addition and convenient; receiving the water everyday was also welcomed; having two televisions was good also, giving you and others sharing the room some options.

There needs to be a better way of accommodating guests without pets. Needs to be separation so if someone has a barking dog it will only disturb other dog people or ensure that guests with dogs have a muzzle for them. That dog barked from 8am until we checked out at 11

However, I was disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. When I asked the housekeeper, I was told that their priority is only the check-outs, so I didn’t receive fresh towels or basic room cleaning. It honestly made me feel more like I was staying at an Airbnb than a hotel. It’s a shame because everything else about the property was so nice.

The only that that is horrible here is the parking. To many special parking spots for either van carpooling, premium members, handicap, pregnant moms etc. You should have these parking spaces but mpre then half the parling lot has these requirements. And half of them are empty every night! So you dont need that many.

The property was well positioned as it was extremely close to the Dolphin Mall and alot of great shopping retail spots, I will be staying again in the future, my husband and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to access the Miami Dade Bus which made travel affordable and convenient, the food at the hotel was excellent and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

No accommodation for late check in. I specifically sent a email about checking in early arrived at 6:00 wasn’t able to check in until 11:00 and then there was a communication issue

This is my go to hotel when visiting Miami, the suites are very spacious, love that the kitchen has everything I need. I like the amenities around the property such as the pool, mini golf, breakfast in the morning they also have pool table and areas to relax.

This is always my hotel of choice for short stays where I’m not renting a vehicle. The close proximity to Dolphin Mall is ideal for dining and shopping and the food at the hotel restaurant is surprisingly good as well. Breakfast was much better than some of the other hotels I’ve been too. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The tv was out the entire time we were there. That was very frustrating. When I called the front desk to ask about it they were particularly apologetic and offered no timeline for correction.

Excessive charge, no cable tv for 1 of the 2 days stay, the room I reserved online did not meet the room at arrival. I had to ask them to move my reservation to a bigger room. I am not inclined to book here anymore.

We were only here for 1 night, but this property was excellent!!! I would definitely come back to stay here for a long weekend. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area! When we got to check in, our room type was unavailable (2 Queen Beds) so they upgraded us to 2 King Rooms at no additional charge! Breakfast was great with a lot of options!

They were sold out and we ended up with a king bed. Therefore, I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Management was non existent and only a front desk agent was there to fend for himself. No housekeeping for Extra pillows.

The property is very accessible for everything shopping,mall,restaurant etc. We stayed in hilton before and now we tried homewood suite. Upon arrival front desk is very helpful they all friendly until the day of our checkout. Upon arrival rooms still have hair in the bathroom and on the floor. No conditioner empty bottled.There are one day that no housekeeping cleaning are room. I just let the front desk know that we need cleaning the next day. Sometimes they not even wash the cutleries, tv is not working for 3 days until checkout. But overall we loved the place easy access.
