One of the best hotel rooms I’ve had in years!
- 5/5
Well maintained rooms and anazing staff
- 3/5
Great location but the property is old and under construction. The hotel elevator is inconvenient and there’s no breakfast except if you want to pay. There are many better options in the area but if you can’t find any other places, this is likely a 2 star backup.
- 5/5
Parking was easy and room was convenient and clean. Staff was very cordial and accommodating.

Quiet. Nice room with back view of beautiful tree/forest.

Very near the centre of Tallahassee which is basically the Capitol area. The hotel has a good pool and sun loungers around it. Pool towels were available. We had a good room with separate bedroom - plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Great road system to get to places near Tallahassee - some excellent nature reserves nearby and also ancient mounds. There are bars and restaurants nearby which are walkable

Check in was easy after a long day of travel. The room was large. Nice balcony with a screened door and a view of a pool that we never used. Parking is $7. That was waived due to being a Marriott Bonvoy rewards member. Many of the parking spaces were filled with trucks for what looked like maintenance as the balconies were cover with sheets of white plastic. Don't expect any housekeeping. Our bed was never made. The trash cans in our room were never emptied. The towels were soaking wet on the floor from the leaky shower. Even the trash can outside was full with trash that spilled out to the sidewalk. It stayed that way our entire long weekend stay. I did report the issues in our room, and they brought up folded white clean towels but left the wet towels in the room. When I checked out, I mentioned the issues to the clerks at the front desk, they said that Marriott and Hilton never clean the room until a consumer checks out. When I recommended that they let the guest know that they do not provide housekeeping services, they said they assume that that all guests should know that already. Really?? Why did they have to be so rude about a suggestion? Need coffee in the morning? It is not free. They do supply a couple of pods for the coffee maker. Ours were never replenished. Want tea? Bring your own. So, if you are planning on coming to Tallahassee, I would stay where my brother recommends. Check out the Drury Inn, instead. Clean rooms, housekeeping, free parking, breakfast and evening snacks.

Overall Great hotel. Looking to return soon
- 2/5
The sound of the air conditioning was very annoying, I couldn't sleep. It seemed like an old machine and I could hear the sound of the air conditioning from the room next to mine.
- 2/5
Did not have breakfast as the app said, i stayed 2 nights they didn’t clean the room.
- 5/5
The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus
- 5/5
We had a good stay but found one of the beds to be in need of changing when we returned at 10:30 PM. The front desk I think manager named maybe Jake came right up and changed the sheets himself. We truly appreciated it.
- 5/5

Excellent service, clean rooms, friendly staff and good parking close to my room

We came for my master’s graduation . I loved how we were received, the staff was great and the rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom needs deeper cleaning. Only one elevator in the facility makes it a long, long way to get to the room. Definitely over priced!

The customer service. The room was filthy. There was urine on the toilet seats upon entering the room. We cleaned the room ourselves and the rags were disgusting. It was as if the room had not been cleaned in weeks.

Check in process was excellent. Staff was professional and efficient.
- 2/5
We chose this hotel because it was highly rated, but our stay was not good for many reasons. The hotel was not very clean. The tiny fridge had brown slimy stuff in it, which I cleaned, disgusting. The shower was dirty, I wiped it with a wipe and there was dirt all over it, it was obvious it wasn't clean. The couch pillow had tears, and the filling was coming out. The couch and stool chair had white dirty marks on it. In addition, one of the lamps was broken, there was only 3 towels for a room that was for 6 people, and there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows in the room for the sofa bed, and when we opened the back slider door to go outside, there was dog poop. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again.
- 3/5
Outdated room, but very kind people and fast service.
- 5/5
The room was clean, and the staff were great. We had a chapter function and they even let us chill on the patio after hours. Respect! The TCS also have all of the streaming apps netflix, YouTube, prime and such, so that's a plus. Parking is pass only, which is odd for a motorcycle as there isn't anywhere to secure a pass, but they knew our motorcycles so no issues.
- 4.5/5
Bed was comfortable. Evening staff very nice. Mislead about breakfast being included

Unfortunately we have dog poop just in front of our little veranda area. Would def recommend and were used to staying in 5 star accommodation. I really couldn’t fault.

- 1/5
The sheets were itchy as hell. we were given room where the balcony was dirty with dust and cobwebs. The shower didn’t even work how it was suppose to. Staff were okay they were kind but the room killed the whole experience. I’m really disappointed with my stay in general

- 5/5
While the property's exterior is a bit dated, inside it was clean and welcoming both the reception/ front desk area and the room. Also like there was a downstairs bar and restaurant on property!
- 5/5
Outside patio was all that No microwave in room
- 5/5
No complaints it was a great stay, relaxing, and highly recommended.
- 3/5
Bathroom toliet and shower were pretty gross. Staff was nice. Little cafe was closed before 10 am. Overall we wouldn't choose to stay next year when we visit Tallahassee again.
- 5/5
Great clean place to stay
- 4/5
Large clean room with friendly staff at reception and the inhouse Bistro. The walking distance to the Capitol was a bit more taxing than the distance advertised. The stay itself was great. The coffee in the room excellent.
- 5/5
My stay was great
- 1/5
Staff are very nice janitors are lazy !
- 4/5
Nice bed and pillows
- 5/5
Great Hotel & Services !!! Highly Recommended!!!
- 3/5
I was told they don't clean the rooms unless you stay for three days! No complementary coffee.
- 3/5
No bar soap, no cups
- 4/5
Everyone was nice and polite very clean
- 3/5
The room was clean but dated. The building itself could you some maintenance as stucco is all over the flooring. Free breakfast is misleading - there is no buffet, but a Starbuck's counter with a limited menu. This doesn't work for a family stay. Friendly staff at the lobby desk. But nothing you can about the loud music on Saturday nights until 4am.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable but worn and dated....carpet frayed and toilet was very low to the floor. Lacked info in room on amenities. Staff was courteous.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was very nice and clean. Only problem was they pillows were way to soft. 10/10 for sure. We will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was courteous.
- 3/5
There was hair in the shower which was gross. My room came with a small balcony, facing the woods. The shoddy sliding glass door was easily from the early 1980's. Upon going outside, I saw small white bug nests (I think spider) all along the top of the sliding door frame.
- 3/5
Water pressure was low and the pillows are very thin.
- 4/5
No problems. But why are you charging for parking? It's not secured. It has no other businesses next to it. Those $7 have no explanation.
- 2/5
Rooms were rundown and dated. Pictures were misleading.
- 5/5
Clean hotel and room, great staff, and great amenities. 10/10
- 2/5
The hotel is sketchy, the room felt unsafe. The door would lock but the extra door blocker was broke. The noise from other rooms kept us up all night. Someone walked in on is at 6am for no reason.
- 2/5
We stayed 4 nights and garbage was never emptied, no fresh towels, bed never made, and ran out of in-room coffee 2nd day….
- 5/5
Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Very friendly staff and great dining options near by.
- 3/5
Room 209 has marks on the door like someone had or has tried to break in. The adjorning room door was unlocked and so was the balcony door. The cleaning people should lovk those once the room is clean. There was also a bug in the dressser drawer. Checkin was easy and the lady was nice.
- 4/5
We only stayed for one night and arrived very late and left early so not much to comment on but the front desk staff who greeted us was very friendly. The hotel seems a bit older but the room was nice and comfortable. We grabbed coffee on the way out and the staff at the breakfast bar was very sweet as well.
- 5/5
It was so convenient for our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, above and beyond! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, the mattress was the best I’ve slept on in a long time, it’s prompted my husband and I to purchase a new mattress. It was the perfect comfort of firm yet pillow soft. We both are 100% disabled vets so that was awesome to have such an amazing sleep better than our bed at home. That could be this property’s slogan, you’ll sleep better here than in your own bed!!
- 5/5
I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Tallahassee I absolutely love it.
- 5/5
Everything and everyone were just amazing
- 4/5
Clean rooms and staff
- 5/5
The lady at the desk was phenomenal and help very well
- 4/5
The room was fine, but general housekeeping was lacking. There was a pizza box on the floor of our hallway for 3 days. There is no tub in the bath if that bothers you. The breakfast cafe is very nice and the location is convenient and surprisingly quiet. The parking lot security was good.
- 4/5
Staff was wonderful and courteous. However, I do think that towels should be replaced in the rooms, daily.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice facilities.
- 4/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
The older European woman at the cafe/breakfast area was very rude and sarcastic. Check in staff were nice.
- 5/5
They had Starbucks
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Love this hotel every time I go to Tallahassee this is where I stay
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
This was a very pleasant day in Tallahassee visiting the kids at FSU. We will stay here again.
- 2/5
The bathroom was filthy. Dirt all over baseboards and some sort of running liquid stains down the walls. Beds and pillows need upgrading..
- 5/5
Convenient and clean
- 5/5
Quiet location. Check in and out staff friendly as well as overnight front desk. Forgot to ask for late check out stayed til noon; rather nice to feel I can rest without cleaning staff pushing you out.
- 3/5
The room that we had scheduled wasn’t available. Our son had to sleep on the floor due to the room not having a sofa bed like we had reserved. The host apologized and said they had already given our room to someone that had checked in before us.
- 5/5
There was someone else's hair on the bathroom floor
- 1/5
Service was awful, false advertising about the number of beds, uncomfortable and they provided zero housekeeping. Bartender ignored my husband. Very disappointing.
- 4/5
Purchased the breakfast for two option, they said it was breakfast for only one. The resolution they gave me was to purchase the other breakfast and get reimbursed by Expedia. I expected them to give us the breakfast and take it up with Expedia themselves.
- 5/5
Convenient to the airport
- 5/5
We made a great choice.
- 5/5
Great location. Easy access
- 1/5
This hotel has the worst configuration of elevators! There are only elevators on one side of the hotel and stairs on both sides. The reason I am rating this the absolute WORST is because of the staff not explaining that there are four floors and not three! The floors are as follows (0=1, 1=2, 2=3 & 3=4). BAD HOTEL!
- 5/5
My stay was amazing quiet and comfortable. Also minutes away from the events that I attended
- 5/5
Very nice
- 3/5
Parking was confusing. Had to walk up steps to get into building. Loud guests.
- 4/5
The room was outdated, but comfortable. Nothing to complain or compliment.
- 5/5

- 5/5
It was clean. The restaurant was convenient and good. The staff was extremely helpful.
- 2/5
The evening staff was great, but the first room the tv didn't work. We were moved to a second room and it didn't have the balcony that we booked. The trird room took about hours to cool and I didn't sleep at all. I let the guy know about the ac when i checked out and he told me that you never know when an ac it going to fail.....and that was it.
- 4/5
convenient location for travelers and walk around the downtown
- 1/5
Really not a fan of the area didn’t realize how bad the homelessness was. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Couldn’t leave anything unattended constantly felt like when you were going to wind up watching a fight breakout between one set of guests and couldn’t even make it to our car without being asked for money. Truly heartbreaking scene Tallahassee the state capital in the condition it was in and the utter lack of resources in the community. We had a team of teenage children going to tournaments. Coffee was $10 for 1 cup of coffee every morning. Serious lack of breakfast options. You are expected to reuse your towels your entire stay, which for us was four days. Room was not claimed either during our entire stay I’m not sure if it’s a special request and if you do request additional towels if there is additional charges or not, I’m not sure. No microwave in room, miniature mini fridge 12”x12” did work and 1 elevator at the opposite end of this endless building. I just wanted to leave. The tournament was stay to play so we did not have an option in this situation, but I will not be doing it again.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We appreciated the subtle touches like the name (for the reservation) being on the tv and the towel specifically for makeup. I thought that was super cool. The AC worked well and was easily adjustable. We felt safe while there. It was fairly easy to get around the area once we did it a few times. Overall, a solid experience.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet! Really nice front desk staff shoutout @ian the night auditor
- 5/5
All good
- 2/5
I went to the front desk attendant and ask for the toilet to be cleaned but that was never done. I appreciate that there were no disturbance or noise issues, that a gym which was fully equipped was available. I was glad that parking wasn't a problem and that the exterior of the building and the landscaping were quite pleasing.
- 3/5
Property was ok, staff friendly & accommodating. Some straggler surrounding hotel random times, outdated rooms, noisy toilet and 4am fire drill due to noncompliant guest smoking made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable stay
- 5/5
Will definitely book again when we have another concert at the Moon
- 5/5
We stayed here for FSU orientation. The hotel was close to campus, about a ten minute drive. It was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again on future visits to FSU.
- 5/5
Nice overnight stay
- 5/5
Amazing place all the time nice to come back
- 5/5
Amazing place
- 1/5
Wasn’t like the pictures. Old and not very clean.
- 4/5
Room and bed were nice and comfortable. Some areas appeared slightly dated. Elevator and entrance were at the opposite ends of the property,
- 5/5
Was a perfect stay for our soccer tournament weekend!!
- 5/5
I would stay here again
- 1/5
No room service unless requested and notice of this hidden on the back of a map. Know before you go. Lobby updated, room was NOT

All excellent

- 5/5
Liked the lobby ... cozy and simple ... checkout was a breeze..... halls well designed... great volors in rooms.
- 5/5
Guest service was excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Everything about this hotel was great except for one important thing—the walls were paper thin. My neighbors on both sides of me sounded like they were having their conversations in my room. Every phone call, every cough, sneeze, tv show, etc…I could hear it. Other than that, everything was perfect—clean, comfortable beds, air worked good, the pool was nice and the breakfast was delicious and it was affordable in comparison to other hotels in the area. Everyone was super friendly. But the lack of quiet is the reason I won’t return. If that doesn’t bother you, highly recommend.
- 5/5
Close To Airport.
- 3/5
They have a starbucks inside and free parking
- 4/5
Nice stay overall. Bed not as comfortable as I like
- 5/5
This is a great property! It was very close to FAMU and FSU. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
to Florida State. Beautiful pool area and good service. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
A cheaper and better option than most of the hotels near FSU.
- 5/5
Clean room, clean bed. Glad I was to get a room booked at 8pm on a Friday night.
- 3/5
This property was okay for 2 nights.
- 4/5
Clean & convenient
- 5/5
when we got to the hotel, everything was nice and very clean. The food was amazing. The pool was nice in the gym was nice and clean. You had a great time at the hotel and I love the fact that they had a little balcony.
- 5/5
Great last minute stay and Marriott predictable experience. All I really care about is clean rooms and comfy bed. They excelled in that (although I would like a variety of pillow options because I don’t like thick ones). Super efficient late night check in and right to bed. They offered breakfast for a few, but used real plates and not disposable plastic. Be advised that for the deposit, they need a physical credit card - not Apple Pay.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was wonderful.
- 2/5
This hotel needs a complete remodel. They put "lipstick on a pig" with regard to the rooms. Never replace the plumbing fixtures. Shower would not drain, it almost overflowed on the floor if i did not shut off and cur shower short. Temp valve in shower kept fluxuating from hot to cold during shower. Mattress very uncomfortable. Felt unsafe coming in at night. Furniture is old. Will never stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location and cordial staff
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. Having 2 tv’s was amazing. The court yard was nice and offered a nice place to relax and drink coffee and smoke. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Now for the negative We paid over $200 ($20 a day extra for breakfast for 2) a night and when we got to the room, there was hair in the shower floor and the garbage (from the previous day before we got there) had not been removed from the trash can. The breakfast was a joke really. We were offered a bagel, muffin or scone and coffee (not worth the $20 a day that we paid). The “Starbucks” coffee wasn’t good either. So we threw away the coffee and went to star bucks next door. I don’t know if I would stay at this hotel again. I expected more from a hotel that I dropped over $200 a night for.
- 5/5
Very nice, close to the Cascades Park, safe.
- 3/5
my room was not ready on time, the lobby filled up with people waiting on rooms. room was not clean
- 3/5
The outside did not look well maintained (particularly the buildings paint job) and there was a vape that my son found on the floor in our room... we brought it to the desk, and she looked surprised and eventually apologized to my son for that being left there (he was a bit disturbed about it)
- 5/5
Great stay, i could find a healthy and delicious breakfast on site. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Quick last minute stay after a long meeting and too far to drive home. Property was convenient and clean - perfect for a quick stop.
- 5/5

- 5/5
I love my stay in this hotel.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Still had trash in my room
- 5/5
It had only one elevator.
- 5/5
Smooth and pleasant check-in; desk attendant was especially helpful and professional!
- 4/5
Very nice hotel, rooms and common areas very clean. Staff was very hospitable. Lobby area with Starbucks is tasteful & inviting. Good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
The thermostat in the room did not work causing the room to either be extremely hot or extremely cold. Made it difficult to sleep at night.
- 5/5
Service is always amazing and location is great for fsu
- 5/5
Very nice hotel.
- 3/5
the lobby definitely is more upgraded than the actual room. The ceiling is popcorn. The rooms needs a facelift .
- 5/5
Very clean and convenient.
- 5/5
Front desk team was very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with check in and check out.
- 4/5
Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet and love having a balcony. Wish it offered free breakfast.
- 5/5
Quiet neighborhood, sleep like a baby.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Check in with quick and easy and the staff was very pleasant. Very nice lobby, clean and uncluttered. Enjoyed our stay very much.
- 2/5
The staff was friendly upon arrival. When I checked into the room, the tub was filled with water. I had drain it. We were only able to access the side door near the elevators twice. The key then stopped working for everyone who tried to enter. We tried to watch the premium movie channels. None of them worked. I called and they told me the internet was down. When I called the person acted like I was an inconvenience to her day.
- 5/5
Central location! Lots of dining options nearby. Clean updated rooms.
- 4/5
the color of the building is drab but the inside was great. I did like the courtyard but the fire pit did not work. We notified staff before leaving. Im glad we did not see pets.
- 4/5
The room was nice. We did wish for a room with possibly more mirrors for getting ready. Front desk service was very nice and the bar area was nice as well. Rooms were comfortable overall but I was concerned with the sliding glass door leading to the pool area, not having any sort of lock on it. Just for overall safety that was a bit concerning but at the end of the day, I would recommend others to stay here.
- 4/5
It would have been nice if they had a coffee sevrice in stead of starbucks, damn 5.00$ for a cup of coffee .
- 5/5
Nice place and close to alburn
- 5/5
The workers at the front desk and at the food/drink bar were very respectful, nice and helpful. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the mimosa bar for game day. We love staying at this hotel in Tallahassee.
- 2/5
The plugs and lights is not for that price.
- 4/5
The bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness and the staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
The room is clean and quiet. The staff were nice. The bed was comfortable. I slept well.
- 5/5
Courtney at the front desk helped check me in and provided top-notch customer service, which will be staying here again
- 5/5
Check was great, the team members at the desk was wonderful!!!
- 5/5
Wish it would of offered breakfast
- 3/5
Based on our experience at another Courtyard property on the same trip, we weren't impressed by this property. Staff were nice, and location close to Capitol and FSU was good. No breakfast included, exterior of building was poorly done, and looks uninviting. It appears to be an old property that Marriott did their best to "put lipstick on."
