    WiFi didn’t work, and I had to walk the floors trying to find a spot in the hotel where I could connect to the internet so that the front desk could move me to a room where I could use the internet. I appreciate the young man manning the desk being so helpful, but this issue, alongside others, were entirely indefensible. You should really only stay here if you need nothing more than a bed to sleep in

    Secondly the room was dimly lit and one of the nightstands did not work and we were told maintenance wouldn’t be in until morning and that’s when we were checking out. Thirdly there was no internet so there was NO TV

    Me and my wife had a great experience staying here. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. The only disappointment was the WiFi service and the tv. Both were not functioning properly. If it were not for this, I would give all five stars. I would recommend the hotel to other guests, and I hope the management corrects this issue.

    It was super close to lots of food and shopping. The breakfast was a hit or miss. Closes early one day due to no food, second day had barely anything to eat, limited options. Expected more. There was no microwave in the room, no phone, limited plugs for charging, internet was down one day and the tv didn’t work the last 2 1/2 days we were there and didn’t get fixed when asked.

    I never stayed there. With the special that was going on, the price was around $45 which was great until I got there and realized that there was a $150 deposit required, which I could not do. So a U.S. Veteran right before memorial day weekend got to spend the night in his car instead. Happy memorial day weekend to me. On top of that, the person at the front desk told me specifically that it was cancelled and the money would be back in my account that night because he said it hadn't been processed yet. Well that was a lie because I still don't have the money back from it and neither the holet nor hotels.com will answer my calls or emails, so once again happy memorial day weekend to a United States Army Veteran. I know it's not a lot of money, but a little goes a long way for a lot of people these days. God bless America

    The lobby. Hotel was dirty, the only clean area was the lobby. Lift to elevator was broken, had to walk around outside if couldn’t go downstairs. Was told to park in the back and go through that door because I had a newborn with me with a stroller & suitcase, back elevator was broken so I then had to walk all the way to the front. Room floor was dirty, floor was sticky from what seemed to be a spilled drink. Hot water was out from Saturday night until Sunday morning, I had to leave and go shower at planet fitness. Called 3 times, twice no one answered on the 3rd call the front desk lady advised I call back Monday morning to speak with GM.

    Music was blasting all evening and night, allowing for little sleep, and the front desk couldn't be reached. In addition, the bathroom ceiling had a gaping hole, and the vent was covered in a thick layer of dust. I was also disappointed to learn that breakfast was pushed to 7 a.m.

    The place is a little rundown and old you can see that there’s been leaks in the ceilings and they just sprayed the ceiling to patch it. They did cosmetic things to try to make it look better but the carpets in the hallway are still old at least 20 to 30 years old the beds were OK. They were clean and adequate for sleeping if you’re looking for a place to just rest this is a good place but if you’re looking for anything else there it’s not.

    The breakfast was nice and the Lady preparing and cleaning was very nice to everyone. When we booked the stay it offered early check in however when we arrived at the time it gave to use the receptionist was extremely Rude and said they DO NOT DO EARLY CHECK IN. This caused us a 4 hour wait to find someplace to sit which was very difficult during that time. The room was very small and they put us all they back by the employee area in the back of the hotel. The front desk staff could have been more polite due to they are the face of the hotel. At night there was no hot water to take a shower.

    When we arrived to hotel there was a sign that said no hot water. It was graduation weekend and no other hotels available. I booked this many months in advance. They charged a rate 3x the regular rack rate because of special event . The hotel said they would not give any discounts and we had to find another hotel . We canceled at hotel .

    Upon arrival we were informed that there would be no hot water for 5 days. This was a reservation, booked almost one year ago for graduation weekend, when all hotels were booked. Thankfully, they refunded my money, and I was fortunate enough to find one single room left at another hotel chain, but had to pay even more because of the last-minute booking the property is very dingy.

    No hot water, filthy room, broken floor lamp, broken TV, towels like sandpaper, etc. Staff said no hot water in the entire hotel, you can go elsewhere for a full refund, granted it was after 5pm with FSU graduation at 7pm. Where should I go and I do not feel like paying $700 a night. Rude staff, totally outrageous behavior. So for our one night it cost $407, no discount offered. Place is a dump, staff stinks, need to start over.

    The property in whole is terrible and needs repairs. The staff at the front desk were helpful and nice. The staff for breakfast were very rude, terrible customer service! Breakfast very limited and when asked for more of anything it was a problem. Both days we stayed the women who worked the breakfast bar were not to be found and when you did they both were rude and didn’t want to be bothered with replenishing anything. Terrible customer service! Parking lot was sketch at night. Not great lighting and people hanging around in the parking lot. The pool was nice. The rest of the property was poorly kept. Hole in flooring under sink. Air conditioner was falling apart. Foundation was cracked and also had a gaping hole. The cleanliness was terrible in the room. The last night there was no hot water. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

    The stay was agreeable, parking filled up quickly. Breakfast available each morning was a plus. Located near plenty of food locations. Had one issue in the room, the shower curtain was missing, but it was resolved rather quickly.

    The only thing good thing is how easy the booking process was, outside of that my stay itself was horrible. The floors in my room were not swept or mopped there was a stinch of spilled beer that greets you when you open the door. The mini fridge had not been wiped down, smelled like spoiled food and had visible mold in the fridge. An to top it off, front desk staff provided another guest with keys to my room and those people tried to enter my room at almost 1am. I am a women who was alone with my two kids in the room with me this was most definitely the worst experience.

    There were no electric plugins at the desk area which was very inconvenient. We couldn't figure out how to turn the light bar over the bed off so it was like trying to sleep in daylight. Not good as we needed to be at the hospital no later than 5:30 and needed as much rest as possible. I spoke with the clerk the next morning and she explained there was a small black button under the two reading lamps that turn the light off. I had pushed it several times but it turned out to be a turn up or down control although it looked like a push button. The hotel should put a sign up to this effect. The desk clerk said many guests have had this problem. I want to commend the desk clerk. She was patient and helpful, and very pleasant.

    Front desk was nice and polite on check-in. The Hotel and room where much cleaner, and felt more secure there than other hotels in the area in same price range. However, there was no hot water.     To go from reception to the elevator, you have to go down the stairs with your luggages, not safe for older adults or disabled, I did see mini elevator but the staff instructed guests to use the stairs to the elevator.     The WiFi never worked for the time I was there. The telephone in all rooms were not working. The entry area was not on the same level with the elevator which required taking steps down one level to access the elevator. The Breakfast was OK except for the sausage. The sausage must have been the lowest cost option available. I found it inedible. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. The bathroom was acceptable. The carpets were acceptable.

    Elevator was broken during my entire stay. Only one person at the front desk necessitated a 20+ minute wait in line--though I had completed online check-in and only needed my key. The signs inside and outside the building were posted NO SMOKING! Though the parking lot, lobby, and hallways wreaked of marijuana smoke. Recreational marijuana is illegal in Florida. Trash was all over the parking lot. VERY disappointing.

    The floors in the hallways and elevator were dirty. There was a huge spill of orange juice in the breakfast area and no staff came to clean for the entire time I was there (over 30 min).     I was fooled by the Wyndham name. I expected a clean business hotel (especially since the room was very high priced) but this place was gross and creepy. It looked like an old building that was abandoned and then someone sloppily threw a coat of paint on everything and called it a business hotel. Everything in the room and bathroom were in disrepair and dirty althought the TV worked pretty well. The staff wore tight random clothes (no uniform). The only way to get to the elevator was to take a wheel chair lift (or the stairs) down to the basement level and then go up. People (who did nto appear to be guests) hung around the back entry door waiting for guests to go in or out so they could go in the door without a room key. Cars were near the back door with their engines running for more than an hour at a time. The parking lot lights were not funtioning in most of the parking areas so it was very dark; I worried about my car and myself and checked to make sure my comprehensive insurance covereage was in place. I hate to give a bad review especially since the people who worked there were very pleasant. No complaints about the breakfast either.

    Spoke with other visitors who ran into similar situations. One person said smelled like a coffee pot was burning. I shared this information with the manager in the morning and she gave me a full refund. Was able to get housekeeping later in the morning to show them no shower curtain, shampoo bottle, not replaced,and dirty sheets to verify my dismay.

    It should be advertised that the hotel is undergoing renovations. The hallway on the 4th floor was terrible: paint being removed from ceiling, cover plates on outlets, ild carpet and base boards, scratched doors and walls. Scary! The bathtub on room 413 was dirty with bath ring! Curtains dirty. AC unit dirty and rubber cove base around AC was poor insrall.

    The entire building was not as it appeared on hotels.com. The building is outdated. A freight lift to go down in order to get to an elevator to go to floors. There were rust stains everywhere. On my floor, portions of the hallway were taken back to the steel beams. The carpet in the hallways stained and outdated. Poorly painted room, rust stains on doors, dirt floors, poor lighting in room, uncovered cable boxes with a piece of laminated wood propped to cover it. The heat in the room didn’t work on a night when the temperature was 33 degrees outside. This was absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed and certainly was not worth the 380 dollars. I will not be using hotels.com again. The pictures on the website had to have been of another location

    It was evident that maintenance or renovation work is still ongoing on the 4th floor. There was visible water or leak damage throughout the hallway, and the carpet appeared very dingy and unkempt. Upon entering the room, there was blue painter’s tape left around the room that had not been removed, and the strong smell of paint was overwhelming. The bathroom required better upkeep, as there was hair around the toilet and on the bathroom floor. When taking a shower, there was a very loud noise while the water was running, which stopped once the water was turned off. The room was extremely hot upon arrival. The air conditioning should have been turned on beforehand, which may have helped reduce the paint odor. While the AC did eventually help somewhat, it did not fully resolve the issue. As for the complimentary breakfast, the only item that was acceptable was the self-serve waffle station. The juice dispenser appeared to need cleaning or maintenance, as both the cranberry and orange juice came out lukewarm, which was not appealing. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I was not satisfied with the condition of the room or the amenities provided.

    The front desk clerk was horrible. He was on the phone talking to a friend while I waited about 3 mins until he finished his conversation.     Worst stay of my life and I made SURE to leave within the next 30 mins after checking in. The front desk gave me someone else’s room key and I walked on someone already living there. I told the front door he gave me another persons room and then when he switched my room I asked can he verify that someone isn’t in there and then he said “I’m sure no one is there” and then double backed and said “well I’m not sure”. Like how are you not sure when you work the front desk and supposed to know who’s in what room… Anyways, the room I was given was dirty and then it has dirty

    The initial greeting was horrible! The gentleman you had on site 10/18/25 had no smile…no greeting….no friendly welcome!!! Once i got the key….got to the room….it didn’t work! Let’s not forget the elevator need maintenance! It squeaks entirely too loud!! Then you have the floorboards that are weakening on the 4th floor near the elevator…no fire extinguishers in the delegated areas!! Finally get to the room (anxiety high) and find out the rooms are conjoined!!! (Not advertised)! The conjoined room door (our side) was unlocked which was weird to me! The tub was dirty!!! The toilet was loud when flushed! Had i been able to find something else:…i would’ve asked for a refund immediately! This property overall needs extreme work!!!

    Upon my late arrival, approximately 2:00 AM, I discovered significant hygiene concerns within the allocated bathroom. Specifically, cockroaches were observed both inside the toilet bowl and around the sink area. Furthermore, the overall condition of both the guest room and the bathroom was notably substandard, clearly indicating an urgent requirement for comprehensive renovation and modernization. The dated and poorly maintained facilities contributed significantly to an uncomfortable environment. Given these deeply concerning issues, my comfort and ability to fully utilize the accommodation were severely compromised. As a result, my family and I felt compelled to depart by 8:30 AM the following morning, effectively shortening our stay to a mere few hours, during which we remained fully clothed. Prior to our departure, I engaged in a discussion with the front desk manager to explain the specific reasons for checking out prematurely. The manager was exceptionally understanding and apologetic regarding the encountered issues. Crucially, they advised me to directly contact Expedia to facilitate a full refund for the reservation, acknowledging the unacceptable nature of the accommodations provided. I anticipate that Expedia would honor the manager's directive and processed a full refund in light of these documented deficiencies.

    We arrived at the hotel after midnight and immediately noticed how dirty the bathroom was. There was no smoke detector in the room. It had been removed but not replaced. We contacted the front desk and were offered another room. The second room had an updated bathroom, smoke detector…and roaches. We noticed the roach crawling on the wall and were offered a 3rd room on the 4th floor of the hotel. We took the elevator upstairs and had difficulty getting the elevator to open. When we got off the elevator, there was construction being done and the floor was extremely hot. We checked out a day early. I have never had this such a poor experience at any hotel. The staff was very nice, but due to the condition of the hotel I WOULD NOT recommend booking a stay here.

    I booked this through Expedia. I got a call in route to hotel the day of saying they did not have 2 beds just one king and I told them that would not work.I get there, only king available and they knocked price down. No air in lobby hallways elevator, Musty in bldg.. staff did not seem to care. Bad coffee and you have to go down about 6 stairs to get to the elevator to go up. I asked for extra blankets and they said they did not have any. Then next person said they did They were to call me for 2nd night to get two beds and they never did so I checked out one day early and was charged full price for two nights when I stayed one!!!!!!!! Little to no trash cans in the room, I had to make bags of trash and leave stuff on floor. Phone did not work next to bed and room is much smaller than the picture. Hallways are urine soaked, I did not see feces but it smelled highly of both, elevators were urine soaked. No AC working in building except for room which lead to the sufffocating urine smell. The room AC was permanently set at 60, no way to change, alter or turn off. The bathroom needs to be gutted. I'm surprised we didn't fall through the shower mildew cracked tub basin. I had to wear shoes to take a shower. Fire code hazards! Our room had 1 light switch but worked on nothing. Ghetto install of bed ambiance lighting with no off switch to dim or control any lights in the room. We had to go around and unscrew light bulbs from lamps & unplug all other lighting installs. When we did that was when we found 4 cords into 1 extender each feeding into.each other, against fire code for this type of establishment. Positive was the bed was clean, which was the only thing clean in this place. Honestly this place should be shut down due to code violations and health hazards. Free breakfast, haha afraid of getting salmonella poisoning. I would honestly be scared to walk into their prep station. WYNDHAM should revoke their franchise agreement. This is not how you want your name or company brand represented. Seriously if I wasn't exhausted after a 24hr straight drive I would have paid 10 fold to move. DISGRACEFUL TO THE BRAND!

    The phone didn’t work. The refrigerator goes out when you turn off the ight by the switch which made my food go bad. The TV had a spot in it. The iron was broke. The breakfast wasn’t like other hotels I stayed at. Would I stay again? Yes, only for the convenience.

    No centralized air, rooms very hot and stuffy. Two roaches in bathroom. Carpet dirty with stains in hallway. Rust on floor in room, looked like blood, dirty looking curtains. Not a great smell. Water pressure no good. Breakfast gross. Staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. I don’t blame the condition of hotel on them. But won’t choose this hotel again.

    This is an older hotel. It was very dirty and there was very sketchy people and activities going on. I did not sleep because of all the noise. I had another reservation and canceled it. Would not recommend.

    We used this hotel for 1 emergency night, beds were ok, shower seem very rusty and very old. Customer service was bad, they charged me $50 deposit and they said I will get it back in 5 business days and it’s been more than that and I still haven’t received my deposit back. When you call the hotel nobody answers and when they finally desired to answer they speak like with no car and they they just offer to be transfer to a voicemail which no one’s care to return the phone call. I will never stay here again.

    My experience at this hotel was extremely negative. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong musty smell throughout the common areas. The hallway carpets were heavily stained, creating a terrible first impression. The elevator had a persistent leak that kept the floor wet, making it both uncomfortable and hazardous. In the room, the ceiling had visible mold stains, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the bathroom door hit the toilet when opened, showing poor design. Overall, the facilities were dirty and affected by excessive humidity in nearly every area. Breakfast was another major letdown: extremely limited, with no variety or quality. Virtually non-existent. I would not return and do not recommend this place. There are far better options at the same price.

    Mold all over the curtains in the room. The hallway carpet leading to the room was disgusting and extremely dirty. The bottom of the mattresses and box springs were covered in mold. We left and didn’t even try to get a refund. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I was disappointed with my stay. There was no hot water in the shower during my visit, which made the experience very uncomfortable. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told I would be given a discount or contacted by management—but no one ever followed up. Poor communication and failure to resolve the issue left a bad impression. I expected better service.

    This hotel looks good online but is not. Hair in bathroom and overall the hotel is not very clean. Day two the whole bottom floor of hotel smelled like a septic tank. The AC was freezing in our room. Normally that's great, but when we turned it down to a tolerable level the humidity built up and covered the room in visible moisture. The fridge wasn't working but they did replace it. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and they did fix that too. Bed was comfortable. Would never stay here again.

    The hotel felt like a landlord special fixer upper. The breakfast was a joke. The holders for the bread/bakery items were falling apart and the trays of hot food were pretty much empty.
