Breakfast was ABYSMAL. We waited over an hour for food. The restaurant was NOT busy. The staff said they had a table that sent multiple dishes back but that should have NOT been a factor in our service. It was terrible.

Nice lobby. Arrived in the room , floor was dirty and there was a pill and dead cockroach on the floor. Had to call and have someone clean the floor. When I used the shower it was also dirty and there was black mold on the caulking. AC is extremely loud.

AC unit a little loud in the room. Very few places to hang towels and personal items in wash room. Issue with sound - car outside with car alarms constantly going off, no fault of hotel but location is a bit loud.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Pull out couch bed a plus. Property should have explained the parking prior to visit, procedure and cost of parking. Requested sheet for the couch bed and it was just left there. I expected it to be spread. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge and microwave.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was friendly. The only things we didn't like were that it was a bit too noisy inside the hotel for our taste (not because of the parties or activity outside), and the mattresses in the older section of the hotel are quite worn and could use an upgrade. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

I wanted to especially recognize Jillian for going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. When I first arrived, I ran into a room issue, and Jillian handled everything with so much kindness, patience, and professionalism. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and truly cared about making sure I was comfortable. She helped accommodate me into the perfect room, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. What stood out most was how genuinely hospitable she was from beginning to end. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed and cared for during a hotel stay, and Jillian absolutely did that. I commute to Tallahassee regularly for school, and because of how comfortable and well taken care of I felt here, I absolutely plan to keep coming back for future visits. I’ll definitely be requesting the same room again, it was perfect. Thank you again to Jillian and the entire team for making my stay such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

The staff at the reception desk were self-absorbed and surprisingly arrogant. Their unprofessionalism was not the warm welcome I expect when traveling. My room, located on an upper floor, smelled, and was musty for the entire two day stay. The AC was inconsistent and when working did not ameliorate the discomfort in the room. Bed linens became somewhat misted; the towels did not dry. "Alexis" reached out to me multiple times via text the next day based on my review of check in. She attempted to offer me another room. Senseless, as I was traveling with an animal and departing early the next day. Train your staff, and address the malfunctioning AC!

Arrived and it was so bad I asked to just check out and no assistance nor refund nor anything was given or offered. Took forever to get my car from the valet and they were rude and didn't even help with my baggage. Terrible all around.

The staff was wonderful, but our room had a few inconveniences such as the telephone was not working. Certain outlets were not working and charging portal. Considering the price of the hotel, we were expecting a smoother experience.

The hotel was very clean, the food was average, and the staff were very friendly. The only issue was the bathroom: when you take a shower, the entire floor gets wet because there is no door—just a curtain that doesn't help keep the water in.

I think the rooms were nice, the facility was fine. I felt the area was a little too much of college town. The only near by restaurants were kind of loud college bars with not the greatest food.

The location was perfect! The shower drain was a weird rectangle right where a normal person stands to take a shower. It was loose and raised. I don’t know if it just needs to be reattached or what. I haven’t seen one like that before. I ended up straddling it in order to keep from standing on it which just made for an uncomfortable and unsafe shower.

We really liked our room but the trash in the kitchen was not cleared from the previous guests, we only had 2 towels even though we booked for 4 and had to request bedding for the sleeper couch.

Location was great if you are doing the college tours, the shower never got hot and the beds were not that comfortable. There was leak in the gym and the towels were there for a few days. The dining area was nice.

My a/c unit broke in my room, they did send a technician to fix it but never reached out to me to let me know that it was fixed. I was waiting offsite and had to check in with them around 11pm to find out it was finally fixed. I thought they would give me one night's stay as a credit but instead they just comped me the bar tab which was $50

Location The AC in our room was broken, does not work. Likely, the weather was nice and not warm, for witch with the windows open, we were fine. We have been offered a discount, refund bcs they don’t have other rooms available, but they charge us full amount. We just make a claim with Amex to dispute the charges bcs not good service received as promesis

The property was hard to find arriving at night. The evening staff was not exactly welcoming. Due to the college town atmosphere, young adults were screaming and yelling in the hallway in the middle of the night. In the morning, parents of those young adults would then bang obsessively on the door to wake up the young adult, so I did not sleep well and felt stressed. The best thing about my stay was the excellent food and service received at breakfast downstairs. Next time I visit FSU, I will pick somewhere else to stay.

This hotel is in the heart of College Town within FSU Campus. Close to everything around the university. Very walkable to the baseball, basketball and across from Doak stadium where the football team plays. If you’re looking to stay for any weekend that has parents weekend, game days or anything like that please remember to book in advance.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking. Also, the AC went out and we had to change rooms the second night. In addition I paid for breakfast which was not provided.

Beautiful, contemporary "arty" hotel in the heart of Collegetown area of Tallahassee. Very walkable area and close to both FAMU and FSU. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were met with a smile at check in and the young man answered all of our questions. He made check in a breeze and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We did have one little snafu during our stay. We were in town for our nieces baptism and needed to be leaving the hotel by 9 AM. After I took a shower I plugged the hair dryer in to blow dry my hair while my husband showered. The hair dryer blew the fuse or flipped the breaker leaving my husband in the dark. I called downstairs and they assured me that they would get it taken care of ASAP. They couldn't get into the breaker panel because it was locked so they couldn't fix it. It was quite funny to us and we were not upset, we adjusted and made it on time (with wet hair!) The manager did call us and apologize and even credited us our over night parking fees! Although unnecessary it was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming ambience. The staff was friendly at all times over a 4 days stay. There is a microwave next to the lobby if your room has no microwave. A/C and Heating are controlled from the room. Spacious and clean rooms, includong the shower, sink, etc.. Very comfortable bedding. Ample space for storage in the room (closet, hangers, drawers). We only used the restaurant for breakfast due to our schedules, delicious food and friendly staff. We had a great stay.

It's the best breakfast in the area. The servers are sweet and attentive and it's a great view in the morning. I can't wait to see the new site when the addition is built. This really is the easiest and most comfortable place to stay on campus. A nit-pick is I wish the sprinkler didn't flash at night. I see this in a lot of hotels now so i doubt there is a choice.

We had no hot water!!!! Called to find out why and was told that we should have been i formed that this particular room doesn't have hot water. Reserved this room for the balcony, it was a nasty view, dumpsters, equipment etc. Woke up next morning getting out of cold shower walk out to room and find a construction worker in a lift on our Balcony!!!! Will never stay at this property again

Walked in hotel, very nice lobby and greeted by staff. Got to my room and the towels/washcloths were very clean , however , sheets / comforter had stains and spots. The shower wasn’t that clean either so I stepped on a towel in the shower because I didn’t want to be barefoot in there. It was an unfortunate experience that I hope isn’t common as this is my favorite hotel to stay when in Tallahassee.

We had no clean towels we had to continually ask for our room to get towels. We had no toilet paper. Our room was not cleaned. And the bed was unmade. When we asked for our sheets to be cleaned, we came back. They still weren’t clean. Our room wasn’t clean any of the days that we were there. We had piles of trash everywhere not taken out. We were using tissue paper on the back of the toilet as toilet paper and when we did request for a room to please be clean, they only brought towels and lay them on the counter stayed here a lot, and I’ve always tried to make it a priority to stay here, and I was extremely disappointed when I left I went and told the front desk how I was upset about everything and she said thank you have a nice day. Been way too much at this hotel for that kind of service. I did have a great interaction with the front desk. Charles was amazing but the lady that told me that she was sorry and she hope I had a great day and that was the end of our discussion was not adequate And the cleaning list and maintenance of our room was extremely disappointing

Decor, location, shop in lobby for water and other items was reasonably priced. Parking garage could use better signage as it was hard after arriving after dark if the parking garage was used for hotel Indigo or something else. Garage is not attached to the hotel, but a very short distance across an alleyway. Hotel was quiet, comfortable, and clean.

The hotel itself is fantastic. At check-in, we were told the hotel was completely full and they were a little behind on cleaning. We were given a complimentary voucher to the restaurant/bar to pass the time. Room was ready before we finished our drinks. My only warning is that the handicap bathroom shower floods easily, so be careful with long showers. There is also a heavy construction area behind the hotel because the area is developing so quickly. Everything else was great.

The hotel was stylish, clean, and had a good vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Therefor the hotel itself gets 5 stars. However, the restaurant attached to it was not good. We ate there only because it was a Sunday evening and a lot of places were closed that we would have normally gone to. There’s not too many options to choose from. I wanted the pasta but was unsure about the sauce so I was brought a sample. It tastes like gravy, not a Marsala sauce. It had clumps of flour in it. So I got the Philly that was supposed to have melted cheese in it and peppers. But it did not. It was dry and plain. The sweet potato fries were good. My husband for the steak. It was cooked to the correct temperature but it lacked flavor. They didn’t season it but with salt and pepper so it was just bland. I also ordered the spinach dip appetizer and it was not good either. Again, not much seasoning and tasted mostly like spinach. I eat a lot of spinach dips at places, this was one of the worst. I’ve only ever had two that were bad. The chips served with it were fried way too hard and tasted like burnt grease. It just was not a good experience and I do not recommend eating there. But the hotel itself was great and there were other food options around. We were just in a pinch and wanted a more sit down nice meal and that was not it.

Upon cheking out I requested a “ balance 0”, Sheet statement as evidencie my room was paid. The have me a balance 0 for parking but not for the room. They flatly refused and asked me to request it from Expedia. All other hotels give me a statement that says balance 0. I will not come back here.

Overall nice horn to stay close to campus and restaurants. Room was had a lot of extra room which seemed unnecessary for a king bed. Room was quiet considering location. Saw some hair on the bathroom floor but overall seemed clean. Bed was comfortable and large. Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. It was a little hard to find the entrance at first but nice that you can unload your car at the front before parking in the garage next door.

The hotel offers an excellent central location, very close to shops, restaurants, and walkable areas. It also features a cozy bar that invites you to relax. My only suggestion would be to offer a more varied menu at the restaurant.

Lovely new hotel. Bed are comfy. We had a room that had a LARGE balcony facing the FB stadium. Beautiful! However about 1-2 AM...very loud music from somewhere nearby. Yikes...bring your earbuds! Otherwise a nice stay.

Great hotel & location for a reunion of FSU friends. Due to the inevitable crowds in College Town, getting in & out can be a bit tricky and cause significant spikes in pricing some weekends. Otherwise A+

Unfortunately, the only parking was in an unattached garage next door and cost additional money. There was a loud hum through the night and the shower head was not adjustable. But the rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly.

Prompt courteous service

The hotel at itself is wonderful and very clean and they are very attentive when you need something. The downside is that it is directly next to a parking garage and the night we were there someone decided to blast music from their car in the middle of the night on and off constantly. This is no fault of the hotel however just be aware that there is a lot of noise based on its location especially this parking garage.

Couldn't have been better. Was visiting FSU with my daughter, and the hotel staff (some FSU students) could not have been more welcoming and excited for her. Plus it's got a cool little bar and restaurant, and the location is perfect (walking distance to the FSU visitors center at the stadium).

It is clean, modern, comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The location for FSU is perfect. I have zero complaints and will stay again. One of the better hotel experiences I have had in years.

The front desk service was excellent—JD, Sebastian and Bryant. The room was also excellent. Cleanliness also great!

The hotel was very clean and in a great location . The door was not closing properly and I had to put some pressure . I was tired and did not call the people to fix it but everything was great. I was o my a little scared to walk to the parking because I left very early but it seems safe

Wonderful hotel! Large rooms and location can’t be beat. Service was also excellent in the restaurant, and J.D. at the front desk went above and beyond!

Day two revealed they did not replenish the room with coffee, so a trip downstairs to get some was made. Then we discovered the coffee condiments weren’t replenished either resulting in a second trip downstairs. We had a very large balcony where at least a couple of chairs would have been nice. They also have the perfect setup for Valet Parking which would really up their game if added. I know it sounds like we didn’t enjoy our stay, but that’s not the case. Overall, we did and will stay here again. Their proximity to FSU cannot be beat.

Charles was great at the front desk. He was friendly and knowledgeable - helpful with any question I had. Would visit again.

Great spacious room. Staff is very friendly. Creat location close to school and restaurants. But loud!! Fortunately hotel supplies noise machines to help block it out.

Hotel Indigo is always a wonderful stay. Great location, great food, excellent staff.

Stayed the week after the hurricane passed close by. Everyone was awesome.

Bathrooms and doors and room need a thorough cleaning. The door in my bathroom was so filthy and sticky I had to go buy Lysol wipes and clean it myself.

It was terrible… water leaks and dirty!!!
