The place was terrible and would not let my dog stay there. I stayed because I had no other choice. Bad furniture and floors was dirty. I do not recommend that place to no one.

The property and amenities are outdated and neglected. The carpet is old and nasty. The jacuzzi tubs are outdated and need to be replaced and the place has become a home for sketchy ppl, drug dealers, junkies and prostitution.

This was the scariest stay of my life the room was so deteriorating and there was a guy standing all night out of room, please don’t stay here is not safe

The jacuzzi tub. It's the only reason I stayed there. Rooms are nasty barely clean at all had to change 3 times because first room door wouldn't close good and toilet was filthy second room had uses condoms in toilet and bed looked slept in.

The ac in the room is really good. The bed is comfortable. Small roach problem and inconsistentency with towels and sheets service. Close to the Tallahassee mall and other shopping centers and food.

The room was clean but the air conditioning was not working

Nothing Everything was awful, the room didn’t have heater or AC. The hotel asked for 100 dollars deposit that will be released within 3 days. But they charged the amount instead of a temporary authorization. . Im hoping i will get that back. The place doesn’t fit to be call hotel, motel or else. Very disappointed i had used booking.com on prior stays but I will reconsider using booking.com again.

Really HOT water and a great tub. The air-conditioning unit was well maintained, cold as should be. Did I already mention the nice HOT water in the shower? Wow this place takes the award on this part. Shower/tub was huge and clean. I was only.a.little annoyed for the aging black out curtain in my room. It kinda curled on the outside edge allowing more light than i prefer.

They have a ice machine, but no bucket to fill it up with. They also have a stove, but didn't say anything about no pot or pans or glasses to use for the stove. The curtain was not up all the way. Had a smell as you walk in the room. The weather strip on the front door was hanging.

Sheets appeared clean. Some neighbors were up late playing music, smoking, drinking (bottles on the balcony), and talking outside well past which prevented us from sleeping much. Marijuana odor was strong from the rooms nearby.

evening staff person annoying and one-word anwers. Maintenance person called into fix a lighting fixture just yanked the plug out of the wall and called it fixed. Made no attempt to engage in conversation. Quick & rude.

This place is NOT SAFE! People yelling, screaming, fighting at any time of the night/morning. Stayed one night, didn’t get much sleep and was happy to get the heck out of there in one piece.

Room door was bent inward like someone attempted to kick it in which allowed an opening at the bottom of the door to be exposed to light outside and where insects could possible enter the room but overall room was great!!!

Sink and shower not draining well. Dirty, unkept property. Bed and pillows terribly uncomfortable. Had to wear sooks, they were black and wet from the floor. Dont know where the moisture was coming from. Relitive to the price point, in comparison to other properties it was cheap. It should have been a red flag.

I'll give credit where credit is due. The front staff were very nice and helpful. That being said the room had not been properly maintained. The shower head was broken, half the receptacles didn't work, and there was graffiti on the mirrors. Had I not been on a budget I would have gone somewhere else

This place was filthy. It smelled, the floors were literally slimy, and we saw at least 3 live roaches while there. There was a stinky wet/damp/dank atmosphere to the point where we left our personal items and luggage in the car! We had no choice because it was an FSU Graduation prepay. We ended up buying our own towels and bedding as we were so grossed out by the rest of the room. We used their towels to walk on so we didn't have to touch the floor and they were full of dirt and dinge when we left. We left a night before our rez ended because we literally couldn't stand the thought of staying another night. The owners/management should be ashamed to even offer accomodations in this condition, and Expedia should not support this business. Took pix and will likely report to whomever governs hotels. Do not stay here unless you enjoy absolute filth. We did not bother to alert mgmt because it seemed to be their accepted norm, it was THAT filthy. Just ick, we should really demand a refund.

No repairs done in the past 5 years. Units need to be gutted and everything replaced. Carpers dirty. Room smelled nice, but overly sprayed fragrance.

We were placed in the second building across the street from the office, and it was shockingly rundown and dirty. The steps leading to the second floor were rusty and appeared unsafe. The carpet was filthy and palpably sticky, the room smelled like wet dog, the smoke detector was dangling from the cracking ceiling, and the microwave exterior was badly damaged and therefore possibly unsafe for use. The bed was borderline OK, but the pillows were very large and bumpy--and unusable. Fortunately, I travel with my own pillows. That salvaged the night. On the plus side, the counters were clean and the bathroom was OK. I book in all kinds of rooms--from 4-star to 2-star, as a matter of course--and this was the worst one I'd ever been in. Expedia, which I generally trust, should reconsider listing this property and send someone out to review it.

This place is by far the most unhealthy motel to stay at not to mention that I was in a very abusive relationship and my ex came in and destroyed my room and they actually should’ve kicked me out then after he done that they were gonna kick me out, but they decided to suck up my funds because I was paid up until Monday, which they locked me out of my room for about 18 hours Because of what he did and I thought that it was because of what he did, but it was because of nonpayment and when I really paid paid and so what they did is they they can punish me for what something he did for being a victim, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone at all This is the most unhealthy is in the management is ghetto superstar is including the owners and who needs to stay off of tinder trying to get somebody to screw out off the website the hotel police

There were wires hanging from the ceiling, presumably where a smoke alarm was missing. The front desk staff were friendly, however, when I called them in the afternoon to request somebody to address the toilet, they said they would send somebody but nobody ever came until I called again the following morning. I wouldn't stay there again. This time I didn't have a lot of choice because I was evacuating my home due to an hurricane and other places were booked.

When we arrive to check in and the clerk is behind a plate window with a small hole to help you, we did not feel good about the place. Our room was very basic but old and smelly. I checked the sheets and mattress for blood stains (always do at hotels) and there was no mattress pad on bed. Just the sheet. The mattress was stained and extremely old and extremely uncomfortable. The refrigerator did not work, the shower had terrible pressure, the air conditioner had sticky stuff on knobs and the filters were filthy. I never write many reviews but I felt other people need to know how awful this place is. AND… the worst part was I booked the hotel online seeing the beautiful pictures of it for $129 and I wouldn’t pay $29 a night. NEVER again would we stay here. Shame on you Hotels.com for even advertising this kind of hotel!! If we weren’t desperate for a room, we would have left immediately 😡

Stay was ok. But television wouldn't pick up any channels. Good thing i had my laptop.

This property is rough. Ended up here during emergency response for a hurricane due to other hotels being 100% booked. If not for a 24-hour stint at the emergency operations center, I would have slept in my car rather than stay in this room. In addition, Hotels.com has become very difficult to work with since combining with VRBO, etc., and gave me zero flexibility in a disaster situation which was very fluid. Last time I will use the Hotels.com app also.

The room seemed clean enough, but everything was in need up some updating. There was no remote for the TV, so we couldn't turn it on. The smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night. If the batteries were changed every 6 months as recomended, this would never be a problem. Because this hotel has a kitchen in each room, it seems to have become basically, long term housing for its residents.

Floor sticky and roaches everywhere.

Between the dogs and the loud music next to the room I had it was VERY difficult to get rest or hear tv unless I chose to act inconsiderate like the neighbors and put volume of tv up as loud as it would go. I did do that several times till they finally go the mesage. The walk ways and stairs are unsafe once they become wet. Adhesive strips that allow track should be placed at least on stairs before someone falls.

My wife and I do not mind older or outdated furniture but the musty odor was too much. Our sleeping clothes even got that musty odor on them. Luckily we packed all our other clothes inside our travel bag overnight so they would not pick the musty odor. So, no, I would not recommend this property and we would never go back. Stay away!!!

I recently had surgery, they went out their way to accommodate my needs.

There was no deadbolt I think this is the only hotel I've ever been and where I did not have a deadbolt. But overall I would say it is a decent place and I would stay there again.

Guests in the hallway until nearly midnight. Other guests were yelling in the hallway until 2am. Other guests hung out on the parking lot. Police knocked on a guests door when I arrived.

For the price you get what you pay for. We were lucky to get a room that they had put a coat of paint on and that's all I have to say about that. We did see some bugs.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Dirty all the way around. The “white” door was completely covered in dirt/ black stuff. Bed sheets were dirty. Random guy who was definitely on something walked up to my boyfriend in the parking lot asking him what he could do for him or if he needed to get anything. Area did not feel safe at all. We weren’t in the room 2 minutes before finding a new hotel and getting a refund.

This place was horrible. Stains on the walls, walked barefoot in the room after a shower and my feet looked like I never bathed. Sat on the mattress and it completely compressed, sheets were dirty in one of the beds, jetted tub was a joke, didn’t work, tub itself was cracked, bathroom floor was gross covered with some type of film of filth. Had to buy $50 worth of cleaning products and clean the room just to be able to stay in it. Due to the fact that I’m a single mother, I didn’t have the extra money to book another hotel elsewhere. This place was horrible and pretty much ruined the trip never again.!!

The host was great! He made sure check in went smooth. My friend left her glasses and he shipped them out the next day for us. I felt safe with the gate entry. This location is convenient to everything. I will be booking again!

Convenient for worksite

The room wasn’t bad, beds were comfortable and it was nice it had a full fridge etc. But the floor was soooo dirty it was disgusting. I took a shower and put my shoes back on so I wouldn’t touch the floor at all. AC in the room worked great. We woke up and left. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Didn't like how the guests would pull chairs outside the room an we had to maneuver around them to get into our room.

I think people live in this hotel…The floor in the room was filthy. The shower did not work. The furniture is outdated and anywhere you see a crack on the wall was repaired with duck tape. The police were their twice in my 3 day stay, what for I don’t know. However, the beds and pillows were comfy.

It looks like some people had very long stays since they. Left work shoes outside their doors. Not a family place. Maybe more suitable for transient workers.

This location is so beautiful, but the trash around the property really makes it look terrible. The trash located in the parking lots and also the woods close by, really did not make the stay feel very clean and brought the overall look of the place trashy.

Expedia website indicated $10 pet fee. Prior to leaving my home for Tallahassee, I called to confirm, my pet was on the record, in case there were limited rooms that were pet-friendly. She confirmed $10. Desk clerk at check in stated it was $15. Because I wasn't able to go into the lobby, it was difficult to communicate with the clerk through the window. And the next day when I went to check out, I asked the clerk on duty - she also said pet fee was $10.

Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure & temp was great. Staff was excellent. Kitchen in room had NO utensils, pots or pans. A little disappointing.

Starting with the positive; the staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating. The room itself had all the necessities including a full kitchen but everything was dated and dirty. Concerns: (1) Even though it says “non-smoking facility” in the room, the housekeeping staff would smoke right outside the door, and there was a lot of smoking by guests as well (2) The property was generally not very clean, remnants of smoke smell within the room, some sort of slick feeling film on the floor in bathroom and in front of kitchen area,I killed at least 2 baby roaches in the bathroom, there was dried up food on the table (3)There is noise and a lot of “Suspicous activity” going on at all times of the night, (4) The water for the shower ranged from lukewarm to cold for most of our stay, (6) The lobby area is closed and you have to check in using this outdoor window with one attendant at a time-you could be there waiting a while. This review is for folks who are accustomed to staying in places like Holiday Inn Express, Sheratons, Marriotts or Residence Inns like me…you’re not going to be comfortable here. I ran away at 4am on check out day about 5 hours before my flight b/c I had to get out of there. Hotel availability was limited due to homecoming so prices were ridiculous. Take my advice - book early or pay the extra money as opposed to staying here.

Very dated rooms - I would not take a shower in that old jacuzzi tub. The room should have been $50 not $154! The first room was one bed when supposed to be two. Smelled like marijuana but that's not the hotels fault. Can of tuna snd stuff under bed! Toilet constantly ran. If your getting for kitchen - one fork, 1 spoon, 2 knives and dirty pans. Will never stay there again.

The pool area was messy but the pool was itself was kept clean. The wifi was spotty and you had to sign in every day. We also had to keep getting are key card reprogrammed because they were only programming it for one day even though we were booked for 5 days.

Property can definitely use an upgrade. Smell was horrible, place was nasty, drug area, too much traffic in and out of the hotel also unsafe parking for the price you get what you pay for.

The hotel was gross. The first room they tried put us in was something out of a horror film all the way to the faulty flashing wall light by the stairs. It clearly smelled of urine out there in the hall. The room itself was rundown and dirty. It reeked of smoke. Fortunately the staff moved us to another room that was slightly cleaner but did not smell of smoke. I dared not open the refrigerator, microwave or dishwasher for fear of what may be lurking. The room had no chain for the door. I moved furniture in front of the door. The walls were paper thin and we could hear all the complaints of the neighbor's children each night. It was too bad every hotel room in town was booked for FSU parent weekend or was asking for $500 or more a night. I thought there were laws against price gouging?

Beginning with the check-in process that began outside with a line of people that were there after check-in time. They were there for approx 1hr and was told to return because the rooms were not ready. Upon finishing check-in, the room remained dirty for over 2 hrs after. On day 2, there was no hot water for shower for the entire day. There were no accommodations made other than we'll write it down. The floors and chairs were also filthy

Worn out motel. Roaches. Bed bugs!! People arguing outside, police were called. Transients walking around. Exit bottoms out your car a you leave. Nasty hotel and overpriced. Only stayed there one night and left before 2nd booked night. Never will stay there again.

Room in poor condition. Coffee pot in room, but no cups. Took 30 min to check in at a little after midnight even though I was the only customer. Sorry excuse of a hotel for $100. Glad I was very tired…. At least I slept - and the water was hot for a shower in the morning.

I was actually here last month, but this is my hotel of choice. It's close enough to FSU without being caught up in the traffic [knowing back roads ;) ], it's always a great price and I never have any issues having a good night's sleep. The cleaning lady kindly informed me of the checkout time for my awareness and was very friendly.

Hotel was dated. The kitchen they had inside the room lacked dishes and utensils. Hotel was overpriced for what you got.

The guests had fights during the night, and the clients were possibly conducting business in their rooms. I will never stay at this location again. It was a football weekend, and other hotels were totally booked, or I would have left.

Great proximity to Florida state without being caught up in the traffic. I was fond of the whirlpool bathtub.

When I came in from dinner one of the residents was urinating outside by a room. Others were just roaming up and down the walkway looking at room doors.

The lobby is closed, very hard to hear through the night window. The dripping downspout didn’t help. The toilet made an awful flushing sound that went on for way too long. No cups, no spoons. More than enough coffee. 8 cups to be exact and 2 pkgs of sugar. Either housekeeping is sleeping or management is cheap. It was a kitchenette - but at 10:30 at night…please offer the bare necessities. It was stocked with 3 plates, 1 steak knive and 1 slotted spoon. Could have used a toaster. The cabinet has either been worn with cleaning or not clean.

The room had such an overpowering musty smell that I immediately went back to the front desk and told the clerk that I couldn’t stay in that room. She didn’t even ask what the problem was. Just checked me out and said I would have to contact the online service I used to get a refund.

I PAID FOR DOUBLE BEDS AND A WORKING KITCHEN AND JETTED BATHTUB. VENT ON MICROWAVE OVEN DOESN'T WORK. WATER IN BATHTUB NOT HOT AND JETTS IN BATHTUB DO NOT WORK AT ALL.

Still waiting on our refund to process that was supposedly put in on the 10th. Drug infested and not cleaned nor prepped. We had this room reserved for over a month.

Worst place ever, mold everywhere, cig butts on floor, tv screen looked like champagne or beer showered it, had to clean it to watch. Neighbor sat outside chain smoking which infiltrated into our room. Bed spread looked like a murder took place on it turned down sheets and found little curlies. Dead bug galore. Stayed because we drove 10 hours and too tired to pack up again.

Needs updated but just needed a bed!

The stay was ok. We were there a week. Only issue was housekeeping came by one time and we didn't need anything because i had to go to the front desk. Other than that and the frequent transients it wasn't bad.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and I stay in a lot! I would not have stayed the 1 night I did had I not got in at 1am and had to be at work at 630am. I tried to cancel the rest of my trip and the front desk said and I quote “we don’t care how bad it is we don’t give refunds”. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 80s, there was what I can only hope wasn’t blood on the sofa, the microwave had old food in it and the fridge had rotten food leftover! I will never stay at one of these places again! Had I not had my own sheets and blanket I would have slept in my car!!!

There was I hair on the towel. Some hand sponge marks on the wall in the bathroom. But the thing that bothered me the most was the shower supposed to be for a wheelchair and there was no stopping the shower water from going into the toilet area and out into the outer bathroom. Had to put down almost all her towels and get new ones the next day. Other than that seemed OK

Check in took a long time. Waited behind 3 people outside at the night desk window, When it was finally my turn, it took a long time. Room was Red and gold with a gold marble spa/hot tub in the bathroom. Smelled- cigarettes from long ago, a little musty, a little moldy. People seemed to be milling around, talking loud outside the room. Then a man paced at the stairwell outside our room talking, called for security and he was removed. About 4:30m am yelling, running etc. Needless to say didn't get much sleep.

This place is a dump. The bed had little black hairs on it, the shower tub had black hairs in the bottom. There was a roach trap top of the refrigerator full of dead roaches. My wife took pictures and we checked out demanding a refund.

The staff was very good and friendly. They tried to help us but the facility could not be helped. The room was smelly and there was almost nothing in the room. My wife and I had planned to stay 2 weeks. There was only 1 coffee cup and almost no dishes, silverware, or pots and pans. When we asked for more all we got was Styrofoam cups. We left after one night.

I like the property and the room was clean. I had enough space for myself.

Took the family here last minute for an FSU football weekend (and hurricane evacuation). Office worker was busy cutting out hundreds of coupons when I arrived and wasn't too pleasant. The room only had 2 towels in it, so we had to trek to the office to ask for more. There were some seedy characters hanging around the place, so my wife and kids didn't feel comfortable even venturing out to the car without me. I wouldn't stay here again given the choice, but I kind of knew what I was getting into given the price and last minute desperation we were in.
