Location, Staff If I would have to select something- it would be the pool area….it would be nice if it was a little bigger. Also, the trees that cover the parking area- I had sap and “junk” all over my car.

As your traveling west on commercial, the Hampton entrance is right before the turnpike. Can't say enough good things; shower great, breakfast was fabulous! We liked everything!

Tjr rooms were clean

The hot tub was not hot. Our bathroom door slightly broken and difficult to shut. Everything else was good.

This was a beautiful property with a nice, comfortable and clean room. A special shout-out to the wonderful staff. Both day and night staff at the desk were exceptional. They made me feel like a welcome guest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Had a good 2 night stay, room was clean spacious and bed was comfortable although the pillows went flat almost straight away. Shower was good and powerful. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

A very nice, clean hotel with really friendly service. The breakfasts are decent and the daily baked cookies at 5 p.m. are wonderful. My family spent 3 nights at the hotel and were really pleased. I recommend it.

The property is very close to Sawgrass Mall, very convenient (~5 min by car). The property was clean in very good conditions. Breakfast was good.

Carpet extremely dirty and worn out. It had gravel embedded in it. Air conditioner was very loud. Woke me up several times. Not staying there ever again. Almost $350 CAN is a huge ripoff.

Mediocre at best. Asked for extra pillows - they did not have any. Room cold. Asked about controls. Front desk told me she didn’t know. It might be thermostat on wall or controls on the unit. She didn’t know or seem to care. Very disappointing.

The best aspect of this place was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the state of the rooms left a lot of be desired. The first room had a huge stain on the floor. They were able to switch my room immediately. The second room was tolerable, but the chair was stained and the counter was sticky. (I put a towel over the stained chair). The area was not the best, but it was pretty convenient, being right off the Turnpike. Reader please note: if you plan to do virtual meetings and/or eat in your room, the A/C is next to the desk. It is loud and blows directly on you. It is uncomfortable and made any desk work impossible.

Cons. - pillows don’t have much support; my refrigerator was off when I got the room; My room was just a few doors down from the reception and across the side exit door/vending machine/ice machine. That got loud at times.; can’t use YouTube as a guest

Appreciated the bottles of water, gym and adequate breakfast along with free parking. What was especially nice is the through wall heat/AC was quiet enough to sleep with!

Have to mention the front desk staff who were INCREDIBLE!!! Very polite and really customer service oriented. Keisha and the two gentlemen who worked the night shifts during my stay. They definitely deserve a raise. Top notch!!!!!

The Area and hotel are ok, but the Staff were terrible. I arrived early and waited in Parking lot for 80 minutes for room to be ready. I was told I would be called but no one called. Later I was told by another Staff that they never call when rooms are ready. Basically I had to check in twice.

It was a nice room, but it had an odor. We had to spray the room so it can smell better.

Love this hotel ! Tommy was super clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and every day they offered something different. They welcomed me in the tv and offered fresher baked cookies and the best coffee at our arrival. The place has vending machines and free ice too. All personal was very kind and helpful. I definitely will stay here on future trips.

They did not clean our room only left two towels on bed. I understand it was only 1 full day and two nights but still they could have made the bed and empty garbage.

The gym was perfectly accommodated with just enough useful machinery for the traveler needing to keep up with a basic workout. It was clean and cool at all times. Also had great breakfast service.

Room and hotel was clean. Staff was courteous and Breakfast had a lot of choices. Especially the waffles were great. It was pretty quiet around the property and even had a Publix, Crispy Cream and couple of restaurants at walking distance. Had plenty of parking but it used to get full if you arrived to the hotel late (like after 10:30 or 11:00 PM).

Our stay was enjoyable. I’d recommend this location.

The exercise equipment is fantastic. I’d stay there again. I do wish the Hilton honors was a bit better ( I don’t use it) as over all booking though Expedia is cheaper and has benefits that are visible

Ok for Hampton Inn. There were several issues in the room. The toilet handle was very tight and difficult to flush. There was a picture on the wall in a broken frame. The bedding was rough. This location wasn’t bad, the room just needed some improvement. The breakfast was actually pretty good.

This is my 2nd visit here and it’s been very pleasant each time. The staff here are wonderful! My experience both checking in and checking out has been great from the gentleman in the evening time checking me in to the young lady in the morning who checked me out they both are great at what they do. Customer service is what drives your business and it’s very important to keep good employees around who care and who are considerate of the customers.! I do not hesitate to give bad reviews and post on social media as well. So, I truly appreciate when I am given great customer service it surely goes a long way.

Last time we stayed we were able to leave our car while on our cruise. Thats why we paid extra to stay there. Unfortunately, a guest had their car broken into and sued the hotel. This is what i was told by staff so they no longer honor parking while cruising. Needless to say very disappointed and had to scramble to find parking.

Room was nice and in good shape. Thermostat wasn’t working in room, but staff from front desk came up and fixed it (he was great btw. It was super busy and he was working by himself, but he was extremely nice and helpful). Good location, very friendly staff, very nice fitness area. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

It was a great stay. I only stayed one night, but it was great! The room and bathroom were spotless. Keysha was at the front desk, she was outstanding, considerate and respectful!

My stay at the Hampton Hotel was delightful. The hotel staff (Arnie) was very friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Check-in was at 4 but we arrived early and when I called I spoke with Arnie and he said our room was ready. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and most of all it was quiet!! I also enjoyed the breakfast. I will most definitely stay here again when visiting. 5/5 stars hands down!!!
