Good for the price

Not a very clean place definitely despite a no smoking ban the room next to mine was smoking weed every night when I complained and asked to be moved I was denied also I did not like the limited hours the office was open. Even on a budget this property was overpriced perfect place for criminals to hang out at

Clean room

The rooms were clean, location was ideal. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Only issue was there were no dishes, however it was stated before hand. Overall a great, safe and affordable place to stay.

Dirty room broken down room that DID NOT look like the picture. Needs a better and easier description of services provided. Outside of place is nice but inside is ghetto. Staff were also unfriendly and not helpful. Would never recommend this place.

The property was cleaned. Even the laundry room was cleaned and so convenient. The environment was quiet. I truly enjoyed my stay there.

There is one elevator and The hotel does not offer any type of bell cart to carry belongings to and from the room. After 3 days, I requested towels and was told that they don’t replace towels that it’s my responsibility to wash my own I passed by housekeeping to request a roll of toilet paper and I was told no. Then there was pest control who came unannounced banging on the door to spray the room. I was given no notice and I was on a work related zoom meeting. My pre-registered service dog started barking while they were banging on the door. I excused myself to the door only to see that he had passed along to the next-door. Went to my meeting and five minutes later there was another bang on the door from housekeeping informing me that no animals were allowed on the property whatsoever. I felt it was unnecessary for housekeeping to threaten me without first checking with the office. The location of my room was In an area where there is a bright light right outside the door, which causes the entire room to light up at night The bathroom outlet broken. Also, I had a pull out sofa in my room and there were no linens Extra pillows or even a blanket to accommodate that sleeping area

Smelly Clogged toilet Couldn’t cancel stay and receive a refund

The room upon entry was very clean and the amenities inside the room allowed us to feel as if we were inside a house. We did not appreciate however the fact that water was on the bathroom floor consistently and there was the awful strong smell of cigarette on every floor. I found it distasteful and disturbing that people were ALWAYS smoking. Also, I wish you could book for less than a week, the online booking does not allow it. Overall, a good stay.

It just so happened that y stay was during renovations of the parking lot so it was a little inconvenient for me being somewhat disabled

The property was clean and quiet however i think house keeping should come at least twice per week

No toilet paper in room. Two hand towels to be used as regular towels. Only Thursday when housekeeper cleans, but she refused to clean anything at all because our things were there. Bad experience overall. Tiny ants everywhere.

This is called an “extended stay” hotel. It had nothing that I would expect an extended stay hotel to have. Zero tableware, cookware, or silverware. It didn’t even have a coffee pot that ever other hotel has.

The water isnt that clean.

I was skeptical based on prior reviews but the property was ok overall. It was clean, recently renovated and the staff was courteous and it is centrally located, walking distance from restaurants and amenities. I was visiting family and it served my purpose well.

They give you two dry towels and 2 face towels and the rooms and would not bring clean ones when requested they said i have to wash the ones they gave me …the rooms also don’t come with any dishes,pots,pans nothing for it to be a suite .The toilet keep not flushing and over flowing. The WiFi Barely worked The carpet was wet and stayed wet as long as the air was one . I hated that hotel and paid to much money to stay 8 days just to not be pleased

I drove all yhe way to this hotel for m birthday to them canceling my booking without notice and me sleeping in my car in a rest stop.

It says they were remodeled rooms. No way they were remodeled cause the paint was peeling the baseboard was warped and coming off. The locks on door have been moved 3 times and the musty smell in room. I had to go buy a candle and light it. Toilet didn’t work properly had to hold handle down to flush. And half the outlets didn’t work. Very disappointed

The hotel stated that it had been remodeled, it wasn’t! The room had carpet in it still, pictures showed hardwood flooring. Bathroom were displayed

After checking the room I decided not to stay. I was not charged for the room

I made a reservation for a week stay checking in on a Saturday. I arrived at 7:20 pm not realizing that their office CLOSES at 7 pm! No way to check in after 7 and to make matters worse, their office is CLOSED on Sundays. I had to find a different hotel with normal operating hours and procedures.

My reservation was canceled minutes before check in time. Horrible.

Sold out the room I reserved a week prior and never contacted me to inform me.
