We truly enjoyed our stay! The hotel location was perfect for our needs, and the room was very spacious and clean with great amenities! The breakfast was also quite good, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

My room was extremely rundown

It was the worst experience I have ever had. Elevator not working. Was there for my son who was there to recover from surgery. Toral Blaire who checked us in, sent us to the wrong building to take the stairs and instead of staff helping us, she proceeded to argue with us and was sending others to the wrong location. Not handicap friendly at all. No ice machine working on second floor. Entire building had to use 1 ice machine and it kept running out. Only stairs available. I walk with a cane and was very unhappy and uncomfortable my whole stay. The staff was terrible. Requested a room clean on second day. They said we could only have 1 day. FYI, no one ever came to clean. Shower curtain was coming off the wall. some of the outlets didn't work. Fridge didn't work properly. Toral Blaire was the women's name who checked us in and was rude and not willing to give us some help or get someone to help with our luggage and supplies. Very dishearten. Like I said it was THE WORST EXPREINCE I have ever gone through at a hotel and I've been all over the country and Japan

We booked the room with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed for 3 nights and paid a lot of money for it, but when we got there after traveling so many hours driving, we were getting ready to sleep, and the sofa bed was broken, the mattress was dirty and torn we called the front desk requesting a better mattress or half of our refund, but the front desk person said that it was impossible to do that, and she was going to send the maintenance person to fix the bed and she will leave a note for the office manager to handle the situation in the morning! We slept uncomfortable that night. Next morning we went downstairs and spoke to a nicer person and she were able to swapped out the old dirty torn mattress for a better one, and we were grateful we really appreciate it. So we had a bad experience on the first night, it made it a better stay for the rest of our trip! Thank you!

The hotel is old and needs renovation because of the strong odor inside and the mold smell in the room, which I brought home in my luggage. I recommend improving ventilation in the room and the hotel. Not clean, the bathroom door was moldy and damaged from moisture at the bottom. Old furniture inside the room Do not recommend

Just a heads-up, the staff will be knocking on your door, and they may be surprised if you’re still in the room at 10 AM. It felt a bit rude because we understood that checkout time is 11 AM. It would have been more appropriate to receive a courtesy call as a reminder rather than an unexpected knock, especially from someone who didn’t even smile and didn’t say good morning. she looked upset that we were still in the room and not checking out right away.

The entire staff was GREAT from start to finish!!! However, when I was showering around 12am there was no hot water in the shower or sink. The beds were uncomfortable and the room NEEDS more lighting. The space in the room was extremely tight, the foot of the beds were almost touching the dresser.

Parking was easy. Breakfast was normal. Room was dirty and old and very uncomfortable!

Hotel was clean, staff was nice, sufficient parking spaces, and good location, only issue was the sofa bed. The mattress is old and did could not sleep as you can only feel the springs.

Parking was good ,breakfast is poor ,I stayed for four nights, and they only cleaned once—and even then, they only made the bed and provided fresh towels; they didn't clean the bathroom or the table. I was never able to connect to the Wi-Fi.

The hotel room was horrible it was cleaned we found open soap in the bathroom. We found hair on the shower walls. There was pet hair on the sofa and we found an empty bottle under one of the beds. The over night staff member was completely rude. The only thing that saved that rating was the evening shift receptionist was absolutely amazing. When we went to check out the receptionist had a blanket draped around her and just appeared unprofessional. I would not book here again.

The ceiling was leaking so bad that it kept us up all night. We had to cover the floor and bed in towels. Also, the rooms smelled like smoke so bad. Also had to go back and forth with the front desk about payment. Smell, parking, leaking ceiling.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites and unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set by the main floor. The lobby area was very clean and had a pleasant smell, which gave us the impression that the rest of the property would be the same — but that was not the case. The hallway on the second floor had a strong, humid, musty odor that was very unpleasant. When we entered our room, things only got worse. The pull-out couch was completely unusable — the corner of it had multiple stains and visible mold. The loveseat was also in poor condition, with threads coming out and visible dirt. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it without covering it first. The room itself was very basic, but due to the condition of the furniture, I didn’t feel comfortable even using the bedding. I ended up putting a t-shirt over the pillows just to feel at ease. We even went out to buy cleaning supplies ourselves because of how uncomfortable we felt. The bathroom was by far the worst part. The ceiling had visible mold, which was extremely concerning. We were in and out frequently, so it didn’t make sense at the time to go through the hassle of switching rooms, but we did inform the front desk about the hallway odor. They offered to spray, which they did, but it didn’t resolve the overall issue. Due to spring break timing, the price was very high, and it was absolutely not worth what we paid. For a property rated 7.5/10, this was very surprising

Our first room was covered in mold, the hallway and room smelled strong of cigarettes and mold, and the room looked nothing like in the pictures. I talked to front desk and she seemed to have no knowledge of the addition they originally put us in and acted like she knew nothing about the smell, how the rooms looked, the mold, etc. They sgreed to move us but did not have a room big enough for all of us so one of my children slept on cushions on the floor. We were told they would have a room to fit us the next day. We waited around until 11am instead of going out and enjoying our vacation. I finally told them we just wanted to leave and to cancel the rest of our reservation. She did and gave us a SMALL discount on the first night. When we left the elevator was broken and we had to carry everything down four flights of stairs. We left and went to the Hyatt, it was a much better experience for not much more money.

Broken elevator for 2 days-3/17 & 3/18 had to climb four flights of stairs after having back surgery a few months ago. Staff told me there was nothing they can do. I would expect to get a refund for the 2 days. The breakfast was a disaster. By 7:30am all of the coffee was empty and the food was obliterated. Many overweight people non stop eating and drinking coffee with no remorse or respect for others. Also CNN was on all morning and no one wants to hear about the war in Iran all morning long especially when the place had no coffee and the food was decimated. Breakfast was mediocre. But in a pinch its do-able. Would not stay again, apparently BSO gets called here alot... Place needs updating. Shower curtain was tore up, shower temp was WAY too hot. And I love a hot shower, but it was extreme. No water pressure either. Couple of the outlets including the usb ports didnt work. 3rd floor hallway smelled horrible, but room didnt. Elevator broke on the 2nd day of trip. Room faced the road, which was very loud. Staff was very nice, no complaints there. Its also located near many food options. Didnt get to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to weather, obviously not their fault.

The room was absolutely filthy. First and foremost. I did not sleep for 3 nights because it was so loud and they refused to move my room. There was NOT 24 hr coffee. It was gone after breakfast. The night staff had horrible attitudes. The WiFi did not work at all after the first night but I didn’t even want to deal with the staff to fix it. I can’t believe how much I paid to be here. I usually stay at comfort suites, but this was really shocking. I will not be back. Disappointing is an understatement.

This hotel is below sub standard. Usually Comfort Suite Hotels are fine with me, they’re affordable, clean and well maintained. Not this one. After I checked in and paid (more than I’ve ever paid at a Comfort Suite hotel), I went to the room to use the restroom before heading out to dinner and a roach greeted me in the bathroom. I asked for a room change and was told that the hotel was booked. The friendly front desk agent agreed to have someone spray the room for pests while I was out. I didn’t see any bugs but I hardly slept because I felt the ick! I was on edge because I felt like everything was filthy. The water was lukewarm. Will not recommend!!!

I walked in to the room and walked back down and canceled my reservation. The floor was so dirty and even sticky in spots. In the lobby there was some kind of air fogger/freshener and it smelled horrible and was so strong. I was getting a headache in the few minutes I stood there.

The lady that checked me in was amazing. The lobby was very nice when you walk in . Parking was great and easy . I was in room 119. The actual door handle was extremely loose and you had to pull the door hard to get it to shut . ( explains why the door handle was loose) Then the floor was super filthy. Socks were black. And the shower pressure was poor . The bathroom toilet was very low to the ground and it was running every 5 minutes. Now the closet door was rusty ant the bottom and the track for the door was filled full of dirt /hair and who knows what else. The flooring was separated throughout the room. Shower curtain had the curve bar and it was higher on the shower head side so the curtain would keep opening and water was going out the shower.

My wife and I had just come from the Panthers game and at checkin in rather than saying "Can I help you?" our greeting was "Your next hockey." Thats how professional the night check in people are. After getiing in our room, the circuit breaker in the sleeping room and the panel isnt in the room. Nobody to help us, of course. Then, around 11pm the hallway and room began to absolutely reek of Marijuana. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else, even in a pinch ( only hotel with availability) as we were.

Staff was courteous. The lobby was clean and well kept, but had the same look I saw when I first visited 15 years ago. Building age is showing. Hotel seemed quiet and clean although a bit ragged. Furniture was older and well worn. Musty smell in hallways. Lav drain very slow with low water pressure. Nicely sized suite. Bright bath with ample towels and toiletries but with slippery tub surface. Sofa bed might be OK as a bed but had terrible support as a sofa. Privacy door to Bedroom was a positive. The morning breakfast bar was not a positive feature. Eggs and sausage were cold with NO morning juice and only two apples on the bar as alternatives to juice. There appeared only minimal choices on the breakfast bar. The desk clerk alluded to my room grade when I first attempted to register after a long drive but before my room was ready. I hope that I can assume that all room grades are given the same amount of effort and care. All in all, my wife and I were disappointed, but possibly because we had such fond memories of this property from our previous experiences. At this point, we feel our money would be better spent at a different property.

No hospitality for room cleaning, but they supplied additional towels if needed. Front desk clerk really dry, not mean, but not welcoming either...in the morning or evening. She did give me a nice compliment on my dress for the evening though ...

Twice the elevators were not working. The wifi cuts off if you don't use your phone for an hour, even if in the room or in the hotel. If you dont check ot ypu could be using your data.

Unclean, smells like cigarettes in one room, got another room and smells like spoiled fruits, sticky floors. it is unfortunately.

My only complaint is the sulfur smell coming from the water and drain in the bath. It is an older hotel and needs a little refreshing/remodeling, but it was clean and spacious for my sister and I during our visit.

The internet was out, one of the TV's wouldn't turn on and the water was lukewarm. We were supposed to stay 4 days, but eventually checked out by checkout time the next day. Not a good experience.

Rude staff

The parking lot was dirty, trash everywhere and there were roaches in the room. When I went to complain about it, the front desk person asked me what had I used(?). I was so confused by her question because what do you mean what did I use?! Nothing! There shouldn’t be roaches in the room, end of discussion. I literally went in, saw the roaches on the floor and left the room.

Shows on there pics. It’s run down, dirty, the half pillows with rotten doors, dirty couches and floor. The worst was the fridge that didn’t work and stunk like dead fish. We left since we couldn’t handle the conditions of the place. Never again.

Staff seem overworked and not compensated properly working extra overtime’s they seemed tired and ver unhappy which permeates to the customer. Not a good location people outside the hotel are constantly begging for money.

Hotel is dated. Bathrooms are moldy. Couches are dirty and smell musty. Our ac leaked all over the living room area while we were out. We told the front desk and they told us "noone is here on site to help you so come and get towels and put them on your floor". The whole room had a wet and musty smell by morning. I wouldn't have stayed there for $20 a night let alone for the ridiculous amount we paid.

The area is safe and there is a lot of restaurants/retail close by. The property itself, the elevators were out of service when we stayed and there seemed to be no AC in the hallways. They had giant fans plugged up at the end of the halls. The room was very out of date and needs upgrades for sure. But it was very quiet and staff were friendly.

The kicker was when a male employee tried repeatedly to enter the room while I was in it - despite the fact that the DND sign was on the door AND it was latched from inside. Only a call to the manager at the front desk made him stop trying to enter a private space in which he had no business being. I don't know WHAT the modus operandi of this location's management might be, but with the kind of staff I encountered there, it appears providing quality service to a longer term guest was not high on the list. As someone in Florida working to accomplish an objective before returning home, I hope to have the basic conveniences for which I am paying, provided - with safety, privacy & cleanliness topping MY list. Which means that this location doesn't. Thankfully, like everything else in life (good & bad) & it ended. All I can say is, you can make a BETTER Choice, I already did!

I was to the property for two days and let me tell you it was awesome! From check in was on time no waiting had book a 1 bedroom suite everything was clean. Front desk were nice and anything I needed they provided. Will be staying again in December

Upon arrival I was made aware that the rooms are cleaned every three days. There was Garbage piled up in the ice machine room. I even notice a roach crawling on the floor. There were also guests living on the property

Yes yall need to do something about the moisture in the room. Everytime you shower even with the fan on. The moisture never leaves the room and the windows doesn't open. So my charging cord stayed moist when I needed a charge and it prevented my phone from charging. I would have to leave my room just to charge my phone.

I stayed for 5 days and comfort suites did not disappoint being familiar the brand and always a constant traveller i come to expect the exact service that i had years ago when i selected comfort suites my go to choice.the rooms wre clean and spacious and the breakfast is great it also is quite convient to sawgrass and other resturants like mcdonalds taco bell and other places nearby comfort suites will not disappoint with the clean comfortable rooms.

Room 309 too bright for sleeping. The curtains don’t come all the way to the bottom of the window and the lights are very bright outside the window. Also, there was no hot water.

Your front desk crew,especially the lady at night needs retraining on hospitality. Doesn't even look at you when you're talking to her. Her tv show on her phone was loud enough for me to hear it and atleast try to make sure no customers are around when you're going to be talking and cussing on your phone. Never smiled or said welcome. Not really qualified for hospitality work. Seemed like you were bothering her.

The bathtub was one of the reason i stayed there, but was very satisfied with the whole stay.

The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and beautiful, with a practical layout. The location is very convenient. Restaurants are walking distance. The service desk personnel are polite. The continental breakfast is full of variety and beautifully displayed. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would like a full refund. Nothing looked like the pics, people screaming about the amenities. Staff made us wait cuz a door dash driver lost his keys. We looked at 2 separate rooms and they were both gross and dirty, including bugs

My room was clean the facility was ok nothing fancy just clean quiet and easy the hotel was close to alot of food options and gastations within walking distance.

Wake up call early in the morning to my room was not for me. Phone kept on ringing every 5 minutes. No hot water in bath, no soap

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPER CLEAN ENVIRONMENT

We had roaches in the bathroom, not on the same day, but on two separate days. Overall, I did enjoy the fact that it had several stores and restaurants on walking distance, and my nephew lived like 8 blocks away.

2nd time staying - good overnight stop, good breakfast, the sofa bed was a little worn out but good enough for a young child to spread out and have their own bed, would definitely stay again if passing through

My stay was great, friendly staff from the check in to check out.

Clean, good size rooms, lots of parking, easy check in. We didn’t make it down in time for breakfast but would stay again if visiting the area

When I had checked in my husband and I with our 3 children had just arrived from a 16 hours drive from New Jersey. There was only one receptionist but she was great and very nice. We got to our room and it was so back, roaches and hair all over the bathroom that I tried to clean it and I just couldn't stomach to stay there. Called the front desk, she was alone and she tried to have me look at 2 other rooms but they were if not worse just as bad. I ended up checking out not even a hour later and booked a hotel room somewhere else and left. Went back the next day to speak with the manager and she was professional and gave me a refund back. I expressed my concerns of what could going into my bags, my kids sleeping there. Not comfortable I would never go back

The area is convinient. However, there was no internet service for 2 days and it was an inconvenience.

The property was conveniently located and the area was quiet and parking was good. I would book my stay again. Also add more items to the breakfast menu.

The internet wasn’t working for a few days. Every time we asked about the internet being down we were given attitude. The room had old cookie wrapper in the drawer from previous visitor .

Safe, quiet and clean.

The staff was friendly breakfast fine however the WiFi was up when I arrived on Thursday night but went down from early Friday morning and didn’t come back up by the time I left on Saturday. This was a huge inconvenience as I’m out of town and couldn’t connect with my children, family members and also missed a very important zoom meeting.
