Clean room and great shuttle service

We arrived a day before we could get into our rental property, the hotel was perfect for our one night stay, the shuttle service was extremely convenient and the driver was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were very nice also… And we especially enjoyed the continental breakfast the next day. Thank you.

Very clean and helpful staff No hot water to take a shower in the early morning before my flight back home was very disappointing.

They advertise shuttle service to the airport. BUT they do NOT tell you it doesn't start before 5AM. One big reason we reserved this room was the shuttle. They also did not offer - refused an early morning departure breakfast box. We will not use this facility again due to these reasons.

The hotel was super clean, my room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The gym equipment was not at all maintained. For the cardio equipment, only one treadmill was fully functional. The other treadmill would only run w/o incline and the elliptical wouldn’t power up. Breakfasts were good and the guest laundry came in useful. Just wish the fitness equipment got a little more attention.

Everything was great, my only hangup was people literally hanging out drinking in the parking lot with lawn chairs.

Air conditioner didn’t work so was given another room that the toilet ran all night, the phone wasn’t working, the USB ports in the desk weren’t working and the staff in the first night didn’t seem to care at all. I was very disappointed.

Was clean, bur stayed for 3 day and room was not serviced we had to leave trash in hall and get our own fresh towels

Staff was very helpful and courteous, our room was clean and in very good condition. Parking easy, I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting for a short stay.

It was fairly clean Our 1st room, the door didn't lock, they moved us to a 2nd room and the bed foundation was completely broken, causing the bed to sink, they moved us to a 3rd room, this time was a "suite" for our inconvenience and we had an issue with the hot water and springs popping through the mattress. The worst 2 night stay that my mom and I ever experienced. We were visiting Florida because my brother had brain surgery. We were already exhausted considering the circumstances, but this made our visit almost unbearable.

i guess its not the desk fault be i booked through a expedition and was trying to booked for July 17 but some how it booked it for may 30 on accident i call the hotel trying to change it but they said they couldn't and couldn't help with calling expedition or provide me with a number so I just lose my money

Leah at the front desk was very good and great customer service and the leaning service, the breakfast need to be improved compare to allot of Hotel or Inn I stayed.

On 5/22 memorial/birthday weekend. When we got to the hotel the lady in the front did not greed us in a happy manner she was speaking low and I told her I was unable to hear her, she continued speaking in a low voice. We drove 15 hours just to see Tampa and the way she greeted us was not welcoming. Her customer service was not at 100%. The room was nice and clean but the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, needs a major upgrade. The sink in the bathroom was high not good for a short person like me. The toilet bowl water kept running that I had to shut it off but not all the way. Our key cards kept getting deactivated throughout our stay, that was annoying. We did not eat breakfast nor used the pool. We will not visit Tampa in the future, not because of the experience at the hotel but because is more to do in the east of Florida. The good thing is that they had a Wawa across the hotel.

Sink water had horrible smell. Front desk seem interested. Hot tub knob broken no bubbles. Broken chairs in pool area. Showed lack caring for customers. Think twice before satying

Front desk guy seemed pretty in different about helping us prepare to leave for a cruise. Housekeeping closed breakfast early, shuttle service we paid round trip for was extremely rude when trying to use the return ticket. Would not recommend staying, we don’t plan on staying again.

Had to leave for airport shuttle before breakfast served. Room was top floor and right under flight path, but never heard a single plane ? Room was small & cramped; could barely squeeze between hall wall & dresser. Mattress was not good and bedding was less than desirable. Room not totally cleaned- food left in fridge. Staff was not friendly & hospitable.

Room was clean but could be better, however due to proximity to airport it gets loud, found a dead cockroach on my suitcase, staff was helpful when needing something.

I loved my stay, there was everything I needed, and my room was nice and cool. Breakfast was simple, but effective, it did the job.

Clean hotel, staff was warm, loved their cookies and 24 hrs coffee and tea. Keep it up!

Only issue was the control for the hot tub was broken so couldn’t turn it on. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful, breakfast is not worth it at all so if you’re planning on saving because of this, I suggest you don’t, parking lot is a plus. They had to replace our keys twice due to some key issue/problem keys getting locked, was told. Unfortunately on the last day of our stay I found stain on the mattress, pretty ugly, like dry blood I was so disgusted and disappointed. I normally do this the first time walking into the room, but for some reason this time I didn’t, I even trusted the look of the room being so plain & clean. They need to replace their room mattresses, keys, air conditioning unit & breakfast.

There is only one desk chair in the rooms which is inconvenient for two people in a room. Didn't have regular chairs in the rooms like other hotels. You have to sit on the bed. The mattress were terrible, glad I have disposable sheets to cover the mattress. Every day you have to go to the desk to have your card rekeyed to go into your room. This is done intentionally by the hotel to make you come to the desk every day for some reason. We asked about it and they claimed we must have had it near our phone, but it was both keys every day. It is way over priced for what you get. Will never stay again.

Breakfast was okay. However, try to provide eggs or a better egg product.The mixture provided for eggs is awful. Spend a few more pennies to stand out a bit. Otherwise, the room and staff were on par with the other hotels in the area.

The staff weretop notch. Extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was clean uncomfortable the vending machine had no water. All I wanted was a cold glass of water. It would be nice if they put a complementary bottle of water in the fridge. Breakfast was mediocre eggs were cold and rubbery but there was a fairly good selection. I would stay there again.

All was fine, except they charged me a day I didn’t stay, due a flight delayed and I called that I was going the day after very early. I went the day after 7:00AM and they rent my room to another person, and I have to wait until 11am that person did the checkout and the staff clean my room, the room I was charged that day. They also charge me with $100 fee for cleaning, and the only day they have clean my room was the day I came to the facilities the other 3 days (all my stay) they didn’t clean the room.

The staff were great. Wish I can say for the hotel. Very old property. The door for our room wouldn't close unless you McGyver it. The bathroom was position so odd. I requested a room away from the street side, waited 1 hr and they still didn't have one. The room face the street so it was very noise. Breakfast...can't even go there. Nothing good to say. Staff were very accommodating.

Next day service desk wasn't much better. Walked past and even stopped twice to talk to them but too busy gossiping. Yes I could hear them. So I just checked out and called it a wash! Will never stay again.

My experience here was horrible. Although the room was clean, I was on the backside of the hotel which puts up to a small industrial plaza where a garage was located. The employees of the garage decided to have a party playing loud music and carrying on till after 4 AM in the morning. When I called the front desk all they said was they would try to call them to tell them to turn it down, but they never did. I asked to be moved to another room, but they said they were full and there was nothing they could do. In the morning when the new staff came in and I spoke with them, she said that they would move me to the front side of the hotel, but that I would have to gather all my belongings and wait till somebody checked out which was a huge inconvenience. I told them that I wanted to be reimbursed for the first night as I got no sleep whatsoever and neither did my child and I was informed that they would give me a $45 refund. The $45 refund reflects on the bill they gave me however the money they took out of my account is the full price and I never received the $45 refund so that was bogus and I paid for two full nights for one night of sleep and an inconvenience the next day as I had to wait for a room to become available. Also, when I want to use the washer and dryer had problems there in the dryer didn’t even work at all and now I was stuck with a washer full of wet clothes. I definitely would look to other options before selecting this hotel as I for one. Will never stay here

If you are looking for a restful night’s sleep request a room in the front of the hotel. The back side is awful as there is an auto body shop business in the back of the hotel where the employees were blasting music and partying until the wee hours of the morning. When we complained to staff they only offered a $40 credit for the night and moved us but we had to pack up and wait for the rooms to be ready. Definitely will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The room was well kept and the staff was helpful. I stayed due to having surgery on the 10th so I stayed to rest and recover. It was peaceful and relaxing. I woke up on time for breakfast only one morning and it was great. Due to surgery I couldn’t go in to the hot tub or the pools but other than that my stay was exceptional.

This is a budget friendly hotel and it meets the expectations. Rooms are clean and spacious.The breakfast food is typical: oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausages, fruit, etc. What makes this hotel special, is the kindness and professionalism of the people at the reception.

The check in staff was nice. The check out staff was ok. The only complaint I had was the shuttle pick up. The shuttle supposed to come in 15 min after I called. We waited for half of an hour. No show. Called again and was told the driver was on his way.. After few calls and an hour and half wait, we finally found out they took down down my wrong call number. I did understand why the driver did not come down and ask. Although my husband asked all the white van’s driver for picking up people to Country Inn. He got the answer ‘NO’. Finally we got pick up in near 2 hrs.

I only stayed for 1 night, but the property and rooms could use a few updates. Staff was friendly and a lot of parking space available.

The bathroom mirror had someone else’s toothpaste splattering all over it and the bathroom floor was very dirty. Rooms were extremely stark. Shower had spots all over faucet.

The staff was anazing. The room was as exspected and clean. The quality of the bed was disappointing. The business next door had members there after hours, partying, fighting and being very loud. Sleep was not an option as it continued into waking hours of 6am. I know the hotel has no control of this and I feel bad they have to deal with the complaints. Overall, great location for my buisness trip - great staff!

I told the lady at the front desk. She explained their exterminator schedule, apologized, and extended the morning breakfast time for our “inconvenience.”

Bathroom was not clean. Toothpaste and soap was on vanity from prior guest. I cleaned myself prior to use. Room key expired each day, had to go down to front desk to have it reset every afternoon. Baseboards were taped at corners instead of repaired in room.

We had a last minute flight cancelation and booked last minute. The staff was very helpful, patient and very professional. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. This location has a WaWa & fast food across the street within walking distance. The airport shuttle was so convenient. Id definitely stay here again.

Lea from the front office was nice. She upgraded our room to a suite for free, but the suite seemed very much like what you would normally expect. Not her fault for sure, but just the same a disappointment. The bed was very uncomfortable, which is unusual for a comfort suite inn hotel.

We were told the shuttle was coming the night we arrived but it took an hour. They didn't tell us to pre-order the shuttle for the morning, so we had to take an Uber. The hotel is rundown and the staff wasn't friendly.

The hotel was very clean and I felt very safe in my room. They had free breakfast, but I didn't have time to eat. The hotel shuttle was on time for the airport. The lady at the front desk was very kind.

The place was fine. We chose it for the free airport shuttle, but on arrival there was a problem with the phone system, apparently, and we couldn’t order a shuttle. We flagged down a different shuttle service and they got us there. At departure there was no shuttle early enough for our flight. So next time I will look for 24hr shuttle.

I think this property is a little run down. Staff was great! Breakfast was good! Sheets had stains on them and bathroom had lots of hair that wasn’t ours.

Hit tub jets did not work. Was not relaxing at all. Planes directly above you every 10 mins.

U must request changed towels or bed made. Otherwise its every 3 days. The TV has many channels yet it is challenging to get it on and going. The bed was hard! Weird shot and top cover situation. I requested more blankets they never arrived.

Mold in the bathroom, King mattress was so soft it sank 5-6 inches when you sat on it. Ice machine broken on our floor but no sign. When asked where amenities were staff seemed unsure. Package delivered to hotel, asked to be called when came in. Never got call. Had to stop down and check. What is funny is we had stayed 10 days earlier and it had been wonderful, great room (different floor, clean, from bed) staff knowledgeable. It is like the hotel was sold and restaffed in that short time.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff ( house cleaning ) . The hotel is a little worn but still a nice place to stay.

Unfortunately, my room did not have hot water for the entirety of my stay. The problem was brought to the attention of staff twice. And nothing was done to rectify this. In addition, a homeless man entered the property, served himself coffee from the breakfast stand and hurled profanity at ..everyone. There os no way this should be the case paying around $250 per night.

I had a delayed flight and the hotel policy for end check in time was really early 6pm, So when attempting to call the hotel to let them know if I can do a late check in, it was hard to get ahold of them had to call roughly 6+ times in between my flights until I got an answer. They had great hotel to airport shuttle that came every hour, and free continental breakfast but the breakfast when I ate at 8:30 was still cold on some items the center of the sausage patties, and the potatoes, but they had a large variety of items to choose from. The room was a little outdated and the curtin was broken but it was quite and bed was comfortable. Overall my experience was good but have stayed at better Radisson hotels.

First of all, the staff was so helpful and kind. They were patient and helped to facilitate an early check-in and late check out. Next, the hotel was clean and efficiently arranged. The room was also clean and larger than I expected. There are plenty of food choices and even a movie tgeater within walking distance. There is a free shuttle to thr airport.

Front desk person was extra rude! Room was uncomfortable, would not get cold, tv guide was extremely hard to use and tv kept buffering. I didn't care for the all linoleum floor. Hot tub was not hot. Only booked this room for the airport shuttle, last night they told me every 30min a shuttle came, this morning was 1.5-2 hours. Just ended up calling a Lyft. Definitely all around one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in

The day shift front desk young lady was kind of rude. She was also ignoring all the phone calls which explains why i couldn't reach the hotel to ask for the shuttle pick up, which forved me to get an uber. I booked this hotel because of the shuttle and i was disappointed when i checked in and saw her purposely ignore the phone.

Staff was great when we checked in; we had an unplanned overnight stay and were stuck in Tampa. I found Country Inn on Exoedia and we were able to book a room for one night. We arrived quite stressed and the front desk clerk was amazing. Worked with us to get a shuttle the next day and gave us a late check out, which was a huge relief and made a big difference for us. The next morning, the front desk clerk was the opposite of helpful. When I stopped to double check accomadations, thevkate check out was revoked, the clerk argued about who was to blame (not her of course) and when we tried to change the shuttle time since we had to leave earlier than planned, it was another 10 minutes of circular conversation to get her to call the shuttle and change our pick up time. The whole encounter was ridiculous and all over a half hour. Won't recommend this hotel - not super clean, breakfast was barely more than a waffle maker and packaged foods, and we left more stressed thwn we arrived.

Security was lacking. The side door was unlocked, people coming and going from the street at night.

It was wonderful. Very kind and more than accommodating. Would most definitely would stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi. Wawa across the street was the icing on the cake. The breakfast is not vegetarian and dairy free friendly.

The room and the hotel were very clean. Decor was nice throughout. Staff was efficient and friendly. The complimentary breakfast bar was well stocked with lots of options, especially condiments. They had extras I'd never seen on a breakfast bar like peanut butter, shredded cheese and cinnamon. Recommend!

The staff was courteous and it was an easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable. I was happy with the location, easy parking, easy accessibility. I was quite happy with it all.

Staff was courteous and professional and did a good job through check-in process, but lacked knowledge about television service/stations. Room was clean and in decent condition with comfortable bed, but several important outlets did not work. Fitness center was clean and equipment was updated, but space was small and equipment was limited with one piece of equipment not in working order. Hot tub was cold. Hotel is easy to find, but not well insulated from outside road noise.

Hotel and room were ok, nothing bad, nothing special. It was handy being so close to the airport since the weather canceled hundreds of flights. The young lady behind we checked in was so friendly and helpful! The young guy the next morning not so much. I’m pretty sure I woke him up when several of us arrived to lobby for a shuttle to the airport. Also he had made coffee which disappointed several of us. W had all been told we could get coffee that early but breakfast didn’t start until 6am.

This hotel smells horrible. They allow pets and you can tell as soon as you get off the elevator. It's a budget hotel and a budget experience for sure. Id recommend staying elsewhere. There are other nicer hotels much closer to the airport around the same price

The second bught cost us double but we thought it was our o ly option, when we returned to the hotel the front desk said "Oh" I wpuld ja e price matched your first night but its too late since its already booked nonrefundable......but she was the one who told us to book online. After a day of sightseeing we went back to the room and when we turned on the light a huge cockroach ran iut of the bathroom. I stepped on it and went down to tell the front desk. Their response was "we did pest.control not long ago" she offered to switch our rooms but to be honest it wouldnt make a difference if they are in yhe hotel a room.change wouldnt help. they sent housekeeping up to clean it up and wash the floor where I killed it. I asked to speak to a manager and was nice about it, I was told she would be in at 9. At 9:30 I was told noon. We left for our flight at 1:15 with never speaking to anyone in charge. I didnt sleep all night and kept the light on. I would not have done a bad review if someone had addressed our concerns. Also didnt k ow u til we were in the shower there was no shower gel or conditioner in the dispensers

Misinformed about shuttle service to Tampa port only select few times made it very inconvenient for us and we lost time just waiting for the shuttle to show up making us late for our scheduled boarding time.

Bed was not that comfortable, but it could just be me as I have a tempur pedicure at home. Key card kept malfunctioning and I had to go back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. Shower was hot but barely had any pressure, it was very weak. Desk and seat were nice and comfortable. Staff was courteous and polite.

Breakfast: there was mold on the bread and the orange juice tasted very watered down.

Shower flooded the bathroom. Very loud air conditioning. Breakfast selection was limited. Only juice was small containers of apple juice. Tv went in and out. But the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was nice although it is a lot further from the airport than what it says. Also the transport service they offer did not arrive at the time I signed up for to take me to the cruise terminal so I had to get an uber and was late for my cruise time to arrive . We stayed here before our flight from Tampa to Long Beach the day before Thanksgiving. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The Pool, which we didnt have time to use. looked inviting. They provided a shuttle to and from the airport, very convenient. If we sail or fly out of Tampa again....we will definitely stay here again

Given a room on the very top floor and the elevator was not working. It was very inconvenient having to carry my luggage up so many flights of stairs. Also took a long time to be picked up from the airport. Waited 45 mins and then thought it was going to be a short drive, however it was longer than expected. I will not stay here again.

Room door didn’t shut tight unless you pulled it shut. I’m glad the first day I had to go back to the room so that I noticed it wasn’t latched and secure. I noticed it the door next-door and I told the front desk. Hopefully they at least tell people to make sure the door is shut because it might be overpainted or something. Hot tub needs a knob so you can turn on the jets.

From taking over an hour from calling for the shuttle to our arrival at the hotel, then finding the first shuttle doesn’t begin until 5:30am (not useful for a 6:30 flight), to finding out the elevator wasn’t working when we arrived (although a person did carry our large bag to the 4th floor), to my husband almost taking a header down the stairs carrying our bag in the morning, the stay was less than ideal.

Everything was great until the elevator was not working and we had to bring 50 lb luggage down stairs! I have cancer and that was INSANE!

They have a roomy airport shuttle and the hotel is less than 15 minutes from the airport. They have a nice pool area but the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly and a number of loungers were torn. The door to the room was difficult to close during both entrance and exit to the room. The cards to open the room doors lost their programming three out of four days of my stay. Their coffee was wonderful and they had a nice selection of tea. No options other than hot oatmeal for gluten and dairy sensitive folks for breakfast. Don’t feel the facility was worth the price of the rooms.

I was disappointed in a shower that could not be adjusted to get even a warm shower. Although the room was overall very clean, I could a plastic glass with holes in the plastic film and a wet glass. I used another glass that was fine. However, when I went to get an ice bucket I found the cover with mold on the inside surface.

Room was clean. Every night when I returned to the hotel my keys to my room did not work so it was a process to go to the front desk to obtain new keys. Also there was no hot water in my room for the duration of my stay.

I made a reservation for Thursday and Friday. I knew I was coming in late. I confirmed the reservation seated on the plane the person at country inn said ok great. I get there at say 2 am. Got to the desk and they said no room available because the air was down in the room I was renting which is a total lie. These people have my room away. The guy called the owner to get me another hotel and her rude ass told him dont call her anymore. That was an hour of crap. I ended up paying for an Uber when I didn’t have to and had to pay 226 dollars for a room. Unacceptable! I will not use your service again! If this is what is to be expected.

Our flight arrived very late at night. The room key they gave us was didn’t work. The front desk staff came up and tried a different key which also didn’t work and then when he opened it with the master discovered the room was already occupied. We received an upgrade for the trouble and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The staff was very kind and they were helpful in getting us a shuttle even though we were so late.

Common areas were clean however when you got to the room, there was mismatch paint on the walls. Non-draining tub and faucet did not work properly contacted the front desk and no one came to fix the problem.

The water pressure needs to be a priority on the maintenance list. Doesn’t stay at a steady pressure when bathing and washing hands. The hallways could have been cooler. The Florida heat and humidity we had to face daily outside mixing with a lukewarm elevator and hallway was a damper. Parking was excellent even though the hotel was sold out. Loved the sound proof rooms.

First night we arrived the hotel smelled like a straight up dispensary even though the property is listed as a non smoking facility. Which hey to each their own but when staying at a hotel and you can’t open a window it’s just too much. The whole floor was foggy from the smoke and my kid has asthma. Other than that the property was great. Very clean. Shopping and food are just somewhat close as well and they have room service till I think midnight from 3 different local spots that deliver to the hotel. A Wawa is right across the street too.

From start to finish the front desk staff was helpful , from helping me from the aiport and back , allowing me to check in early and check out later . Honestly i have lived in hotels before and just the willingness alone to accommodate me made me feel like i didnt want to leave. I am super impressed with the front of house.

This hotel has roaches. I killed several while there. Unable to leave anything for fear of taking roaches home. I shook all items after prior to leaving. There was an issue with the room keys every day. We had to get a new key as the key we had would lock us out. It was an inconvenience especially after coming in late and tired to have to go back downstairs to get a new room key.

This was a nice clean place for the night. It was right in the flight path, so if your hoping for interrupted sleep, may not happen. Breakfast was good.

The facility was clean and quiet, meeting our needs for a comfortable place to stay while visiting family. The area was safe and there were several restaurants that were within a short walk. A breakfast was included in the already reasonable price. It included scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles etc. If we return to this area again we would return to this hotel.

I checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Sunday not once the room service changed my sheets or towels. The air conditioner made a loud noise and it was hard to rest when I first checked in. I was given a room that smell like pets were in there so I switched rooms and that’s when I got the loud AC.

We have stated at the hotel a few times now. Great service, always clean and a good value. Easy trip from airport or cruise port.

The staff there is so amazing. Elbana and Mayline make this a great place so take good care of them! Wonderful property. Super clean very nice. Breakfast is the bomb too.

Elbana is an amazing employee and goes beyond the call of duty. The hotel is clean and spotless. Great rooms. Great breakfast. I stayed at Home Suites nearby for short stay and it was horrific. I learned my lesson and will be back again shortly for an extended stay due to business. Thank Elbana for me for an amazing job done.

The beds are a little hard. However it was just for one night. The room was nice and had a door that separated the sleeping area from the living area which is great because our oldest child traveled with us.

I used country Inn every time I traveled to Tampa. I’m always satisfied.

We got a room next to the elevator and the hall to get to the sleeping area was very small. Had to turn sudeways to get past the desk and wall go get to the bed. The bed sank down in the middle and could feel every spring in the mattress. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The showers were nice. The breakfast and coffee station we great.

Thinking it’s full moon…. I can trust a Country Inns and Suites. Nope. Got an email while I was in the airport I have to call to confirm with the hotel. Weird. After staying at a few hundred hotels this is the first. She said it’s good to go. Booked it cause it had an airport shuttle and since ai have you on the phone I want to verify that and how it works. Sorry sir we don’t do them in the evenings.. Get in at 3am cause of a 4 hour delay I’m not chipper after spending $30 on an uber from the airport . I get my key go to the room and someone is in the room. A squatter. Go down and get another room. Room two has a mold problem. Get a third room. I get some sleep. Plug in my phone for the 4 hours of sleep. No go. Plug is dead. Phone is at 11% for the morning. Take a shower bathroom is clean but the cheapest thinnest smallest towels known to man. Sad I had to use 2-3 of them. Go for breakfast. Cheapest forks, knives and plates here too. Let’s cut that penny in half and try to save that too. It looks like they are either an old choice hotel or turning it into one cause it’s not nice enough for be a comfort inns any more.

Positives: We used the shuttle from the airport, which was great and convenient. The front desk girl was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast wasn’t terrible. Negatives: We ended up checking in to three different rooms. Room one had a roach crawling around on the floor. Room two had unmade/rumpled beds. Room three’s bed had springs so loud I’m sure you could hear me turning over wherever you are reading this from. There is no manager to speak with during the weekend, so I’m awaiting being able to speak with them about this stay. That said, they did eventually provide a $100 refund.

I am a business traveler and I’m 5’4. They put an accent chair to sit there. The bed was not good. I think it’s a worn out mattress. I had shoulder and hip pain. Maybe needs replaced.

Stayed at this hotel in the past. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel upkeep is evident. Bedding (king) was very comfortable!

Little disappointed with check in as asked for a high quiet room and were allocated 1st floor next to stairs and lift access. UK cell couldn’t connect to hotel number and message centre clearly not monitored frequently, which did mean we were stuck at the Airport waiting for the Shuttle. Would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us of who was providing the shuttle service. If you need one night after a late arrival it isn’t bad.

We stayed on Saturday and Sunday nights. There was no room cleaning on Sunday. The breakfast on Monday morning was not good.

Let me start off with saying that staff was very polite. Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work during my entire stay. Luckily, I was only on floor 2 but to see a parent lifting a stroller to get to another floor was disturbing. I downloaded the app, and it stated that rooms are cleaned every 3 days. I had to go to the front desk to ask for my room to be cleaned on the 3rd day. I was scheduled for the 4 th day to get it cleaned that's not cool. I spent the first 3 days taking out my own trash and asking housekeeping for towels and rags in the hallway. No one really spoke english so a had to google toilet tissue and show her my phone so she could understand. There was no sitting area to eat Wawa was across the street. So, my children and I had to eat in our rooms. Incidental was only $100, and the hotel immediately returned my funds when I checked out. There was a pleasant ride to and from the airport with the courtesy shuttle.

Refrigerator leaked and had to be unplugged. Toliet ran constantly. Trash was not emptied once over a five night stay. Linens were not refreshed once over a five night stay. Due to issues with experian's CBA, I was revooked into a first floor room next to vending and the front door, as opposed to the single room upstairs I had booked, so didnt sleep thanks to constant noise from guests and staff.
