    The restaurant is expensive and slow. The TV in our room made a loud hissing noise. The shower leaked and the fan for the HVAC was very loud. The staff were pleasant though.

    Turning a parking lot into a pay day cash cow is so disgusting. NOW they charge guest to park. Just send us money for paying to be a guest here. Sickening Greed.... Parking lot already owned and free for decades..... the rooms are older and need to be updated drastically. The sheets feel a little rough and the sliding balcony doors dont seem to work. The room had a minor odor.

    I love the pool usually ive stayed here 3 times. This is the first time I've had an issue the room was just not up to par. There was a slight smell walking in I said maybe someone tried to smoke in there idk. Then it was just kinda moist in the room. Once I took a shower the tub kept backing up. The internet kept going out saying reset router etc. Idk had maintenance come said everything was fine but of course late in the evening same issues internet, tub this time even worse. Never ever had an issue with this hotel it really disappointed me with their reaction to the issues at hand. I spent decent money just for my little stay cation to deal with stuff I shouldn't have to.

    Cozy environment, nice staff. Good hospitality and good housekeeping. There’s a Longhorn restaurant 5 minutes driving. No breakfast included and even paying for it there’s no free coffee, very expensive food at the hotels restaurant. Sometimes smell of weed at non smoking areas. I asked 5 times to unclog my bathtub drain and no one came, I stayed for one month at the hotel.

    I arrived late from the airport, and this hotel was incredibly convenient. The complimentary airport shuttle was a great perk and made my arrival much easier. I especially loved the beautiful atrium, and the indoor pool was an added bonus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

    the shuttle service was convenient. The room smelled moist and of mold/mildew and I was extremely sick and congested by the morning. The entire place was outdated and not worth the price. I was charged for parking despite not having a car and calling several times to advise of same, even prior to checking out, I advised the staff of the issue and was assured it would be taken care of but had to call multiple times to get a corrected invoice. There is no menu for the restaurant and no one picked up the calls when I called them multiple times to place an order.

    Everything went excellent at the hotel for the time that we were there, we were not able to use the pool, which is what we were interested in, but that’s because we were traveling on a time schedule since our vehicle broke down and we arrive to the hotel very late, but the hotel was great. I was there years he is back and it was beautiful and it’s beautiful now and we did have breathless there. It was really nice. The buffet was great. I will return back to that hotel I promise you that.

    The hotel is very upscale looking from the minute you walk in. Very clean, very nice, and the atrium is beautiful, loved the jungle feel it had. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was just GORGEOUS and I like the colors and decoration so much I took pictures, inspired to try and recreate a similar look in my own home! The bed was amazingly soft, linens were clean and felt luxurious. It was all a much more upscale look that the cost of the room would've implied. I would literaly live in that hotel room. I think they charge for parking here which is ridiculous, parking should be included in the cost of the room, not like there was particularly limited space in the lot. To me, this is just another unnecessary add-in charge that the consumer is forced to pay and a blatent money grab for the corporation.

    Mine was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight. The desk staff and airport shuttle driver were very nice and helpful-- the restaurant staff were lovely too. The main areas are fine, but our room left a lot to be desired. The accessible bathroom was desperately in need of upgrade, the shower floor had mold and was in disrepair. The showerhead was disgracefully clogged and dirty. The rest of the room wasn't bad, but the bathroom wasn't good. Also no hair dryer. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it was serviceable in our hour of need.

    we loved having a true 1 bedroom. I compromised on the free breakfast for the affordable 1 bedroom. The restaurant might as well not be there. No service. No menu available anywhere but in the restaurant. The airport shuttle service was exceeded our expectations but we were told it ran every 1/2 hour 24 hours a day. We had to take a uber to the airport to get there before 6 am.

    This hotel is a very basic 3-star hotel. They advertise on Expedia that breakfast is included so when I booked my 2-night stay I was expecting for it but upon check in I re-confirmed with front desk and they said that breakfast is only included for the loyalty members.     The room felt worn despite some updated furniture, and the bathroom was the biggest issue. There was visible mold, a moldy shower curtain, and stained floor tile, which made the space feel uncomfortable and not as clean as it should have been. The layout also felt awkward, with uneven lighting in certain areas. The small kitchen area was tucked away in a corner with a sink and microwave, but there was no lighting over it, so it felt dark and inconvenient to use. The AC was hard to control, so the room was either too cold or too warm. Parking was also an added fee. For the price we paid, the stay was not up to our expectations, and I was glad we were only there for one night.

But the big thing was we had someone sleeping on the pullout couch and it still had it old sheets on them. We went to front desk and they said they would bring us some but they never did. Eventually we gave her our top blankets so she could have something to lay on. Luckily we brought extra blankets but that was REALLY annoying. We like to visit tampa and we thought this would have been a nicer stay.

    The hotel was okay for the price. The hotel could use some updating. The front counter staff were friendly and accommodating. The wait time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was 45 minutes. The driver was extra accommodating that evening when he took us down the street to the store as my wife forgot something for our cruise. The restaurant didn’t have many options and the food was average for the cost.

    Everything was great! Beautiful inside. Large size room. We stayed for BTS concert. I think they provided shuttle bus to the venue. I wish I knew about it because I wouldn’t have reserved the parking spot by the venue in advance. They gave me a warning for forgetting to display overnight parking permission slip on dashboard.

    Everything was superb - - - comfort, location, friendliness, etc. This would be a solid '10' if there were a little better selection of wine and food. I ended up choosing the blue cheese burger , which was DELICIOUS!, but the reason for my choice is that I wasn't sure if it was wise to order something more complicated - - the menu was somewhat limited to more bar food type offerings, and what I had was really delicious. Wine? Not so much - - they offer generic cabernet, pinot noir, chardonnay, rose, etc, and I learned after I'd tried the cabernet that it was, in fact, Bogle - -not a very high class wine. I didn't have a cocktail so can't comment on how they would be.

    Room was freezing and thermostat did not work so staff had to come and turn off AC. Furniture was cheap. Bed was very good. Bathroom fan was on, noisy and could not be turned off. My side of the hotel was noisy from highway. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. No other restaurants nearby, except for most expensive restaurant I've ever seen right next door.

    Charming hotel with an awesome indoor pool. Staff were so helpful with the shuttle to the airport and made sure we got to the airport despite the shuttle times being longer than we thought. We loved the indoor pool and indoor botanical courtyard. The suites are super nice with a kitchenette.

    Proximity to the airport and free shuttle were good. Room was ill apportioned and very sterile, not warm and cozy feeling. Air conditioner was not adequate and there were no extra towels in the room. Also, the free shuttle was late even though we were downstairs on time and noone else was riding. The driver was just chatting with the front desk staff.

    I hate that I have to do this at all because walking through such a beautiful hotel in the lobby made me think the rest of the hotel would be as nice but looks were so deceiving. Every single employee was nice and helpful. Not that kind of complaint. But I paid money to walk away in more pain from sleeping here. Complaints: Shower disgusting No sanitary proof on toilet and it was wet when we got here. Bed frame must be broken because it leans to the headboard to the point where the pillows had to be used to prop us up to flat. I'm a disabled a nice soft bed as promised would have been amazing. The room smells like an old dusty cabin. It was so bad I had to spray my perfume and oops I didn't notice the firearm above my head. It went off for a moment only. The elevater buttons don't stay down. It will stop then not open door and start again with you still on it. The door key did not work when we came back with coffee this morning. It was 9:25am. Not after check out. My service dogs were inside the room. Dog walking area is ROCKS! Chose dog friendly to have a spot for my service dogs to potty. But nope have to cross the street. Phone in hallway did not work when we needed help.

    A woman down at the desk by the name of Millie went above and beyond a true hospitality agent to her core. The place was clean. The pool was nice. The Saint Jane’s dining room food left some to be desired. The room was clean the bathroom though in the room was dated the bottom of the paint was bubbling. I mean, not exactly what you expect from this Hotel chain.

    The heated indoor pool was a highlight, and the kids really enjoyed it. It was a great feature to have during our stay. There was no breakfast included, and parking is an additional cost, which is something to be aware of. The room could use a little updating here and there, and there was a noticeable gap under the door. We also did encounter a roach in the room, which was unfortunate. Overall, it was a nice stay with a great holiday atmosphere, just with a few minor areas for improvement.

    Upon entering the first room it was not what i reserved and stunk. They moved us and upon entering noticed a fowl smell along with sticking , sliding on the wood area with oil or whatever cleaner they used to wipe urine IN!! We put Our stuff in as it was already late and needed to get food before everything closed. When we returned we realized how bad the stench was and filth. We moved the couch to pull the bed out and fresh along with dried dog urine with on THE FLOOR!! At 12 midnight back to the desk I went only to be greeted by the worst manager ever!!! He said we had already moved rooms once and we booked through a third-party like what does that have to do with being put in a room filled with urine that was disgusting and health hazard. Time of going back-and-forth with him, they moved us to another room. This floor was just as filthy. We have pictures of everything. We cleaned it with towels that are black at that point we have no choice but to stay the night. I will be disputing all charges with my CC company. I have all the pictures and documentation!!

    The carpet in the common areas, such as the stairs and walkway was filthy. Carpet in the room was filthy. The air conditioner would not work. Online I read all these beautiful reviews, which all had to be fake because that place look like a Third World dump. I never thought the France Sheraton would have properties such as this one. I will never blindly look at another Sheraton hotel.

    My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary at this hotel, and a few days after checkout, we were charged $250 for damage to a chair that was already in that condition when we arrived. Coincidentally, there was similar damage on the floor in front of the sofa that matched the damage on the chair. The damage appeared to be scribbles made by a child with a brown marker or pen. The hotel's response to this charge has been dismissive. Definitely will not be staying here ever again!

    The resort was fabulous, however the manager Robert St. Petersburg was not. When we check in the did not mention that thier tv and internet was out. We called about it and was told they are working on it. About 8 pm I went back to check explaining rhat why does it work in lobby and not in rooms Robert said we called and you know we’ll get to it. I further explained that I have 2 autistic children with me and they are upset that it’s not working. His response was putting his hands up to his face shaking saying “ awe they will have to talk to each other” I said wow kinda hard when they are not real verbal and had to walk away before something bad happen.

    There was no internet connection to the TV from the minute we checked in. We called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything on a Friday afternoon about it. We called about the AC because it was either freezing cold or hot in our room. That issue didn’t get resolved. The next day we went to the front desk and they moved us to another room. At this point our weekend getaway was already a disappointment and we traveled from the Orlando area.

    The hotel is listed as ‘has airport shuttle’ but it has limited hours and you have to call in advance and wait for pickup, on arrival. So don’t count on a shuttle after 9pm but you can arrange a ride early in the morning.

    We did not have much interaction with any staff besides check in & check out. They were very nice for what we needed them for. As far as the hotel it's self is concerned it is VERY dated & definitely could use a little pampering and TLC. It is located right next to the highway which traffic was loud in the rooms. The handle in one of the elevators was very loose as was our toilet seat. The bathroom was rather small should have taken footage away from the sitting area to give a little more room to the bathroom. You could not sit & close the door at the same time.

    The loɓby and 1st floor was amazingly green and beautiful. Plants, small restaurant for purchase foods were great. The rooms, however, although roomy, need to be renovated. Bathrooms were small with miniscule vanity area, mirror had no electric lighting, no electric receptacles near sink. Counter top for accessories were not available. Coffee area behind door was obviously not planned well.

    Great experience outside of the restaurant. The waitress was obviously overwhelmed, and I can understand being slammed and understaffed, although harshly slamming down two glasses of water on our table, after politely asking and telling her to take her time was unacceptable. We were never offered a second cup of coffee or if we needed anything after ordering. She did come back and apologize although the service never improved.

    The room was nice, comfy. The restaurant leaves much to be improved. Slow service, not very friendly hostess. And most items are served in 2s...2 bagels, 2 muffins, etc. Not everyone is a glutten or wants to share their food. Unfortunately there aren't restaurants within walking distance, however there is doordash which works...but remember to order plates, utensils as hotel won't supply them. 😕

    When I first arrived my family was hungry for some good food. I asked if there was any restaurants nearby and they provided a list of options. Everything based on where I wanted to go was only 4 minutes away. McDonalds, PF Chang’s Starbucks I mean everything and this is just to name a few. The mall is bi but gets really busy to the point where I just left because I couldn’t find parking. But this is a wonderful hotel

    He checked me in efficiently, offered great local recommendations, and even took the time to make sure my room preferences were met without me having to ask twice. It’s rare to find someone who strikes the perfect balance between being personable and polished, but Alex did exactly that. The rest of the stay was excellent as well—clean rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location—but Alex truly set the tone. Exceptional service like his deserves to be recognized. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to see Alex at the front desk again!

    Broken door lock half fixed,floor terribly scratched. The on site restaurant was HORRIBLE. For the price of a meal there, I should have just gone to McDonald’s. The food and price would have been better. There was only one person working at the restaurant and the wait was really long to even get an order in. If you go to the front desk for anything there will probably only be one person which again is a long wait. Booking on Expedia with a really good deal I would consider staying there again. But not full price.

    It's just an old hotel that is somewhat beat up. I stayed there two weeks in a row. Both rooms were large, but beat up. AC was erratic (either hot or cold). Shower water flow was weak, and only really hot water. It's in a central location, but that's about the only redeeming feature.

    Everything about this place is amazing. The bed is super comfortable. The common area is like a resort where you just want to hang out. There is a convenient and upscale workplace for business travelers. The staff is very friendly and will chat with you. Free bottled water in the rooms. Property is conveniently located in the Westshore business district, close to airport and bridges to the beach.

    We frequented the hotel several times in the 90’s under another name. It felt the same with all the amenities like the in-house pool, the bar, the quiet little nooks and the amazing breakfast. We would only suggest that you purchase a few sent machines for the lobby area to remove the staleness from the air in such an inviting area. We stayed in the second floor and our room was at the end of the hall. It was quit dark at night and would hope the lighting can be improved. We would love to visit again in the fall with noted improvements. Your entire staff was awesome! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

    Parking not included 12-15 a night, an no breakfast just overpriced restaurant with bad service, smelly towels an dirty indoor pool that says HEATED but is not. And people in gym face directly at pool

    Great location! Staff is friendly, polite & helpful! Shuttle is super convenient! Pool is nice. Restaurant has good food fair prices & decent portions. Rooms are super spacious. Parking is easy. Our only issue was water leaking near the window after rainfall, but they changed our room.

    The room was cleaned but had a musty mildew smell. Kitchen was not what I was expecting. Thankful for the refrigerator and microwave. I was looking for a full standard kitchen. The room did meet my expectations. I would have took a basic room if I knew that. I didnt want to complain so we just stayed in the room. Very friendly staff and great customer service. The restaurant on site was a hit and miss wasnt impressed but it was convenient.

    The room was good and the weekday room service (sheets, towels, cleaning, etc) was amazing. The weekend service was not good at all (not enough towels, etc). The bed mattress was atrocious!! Way too soft and felt like we were falling into the middle every night! TV controls in the front room of the suite barely worked. Staff was helpful and very nice to our entire party.

    Older rooms that need updating. Our door to the room would not open. Went to desk reissued new keys and told us you had to push it open. Trying to push it open is an understatement, more like EVERY single time coming in and out you had to put all of your weight into opening it. Complete joke. For that kind of money we shouldn't have to work so hard getting in and out of the room. Gap under door as well which made inside the room noisy. Will not stay here again.

    The place looked nice initially. The Atrium is great. The room spacious. BUT. The coffee pot in room needednto be cleaned becauae Dam! The "coffee" that came out was uhhg (even using the free bottle of water" They do offer coffee downstairs in the morning but we didnt get to it. The bathroom is small considering but ok. The bed was not very comfortable. The AC sucked plain and simple. We tried to close off the 2 areas and we thought it might help some. We bought a fan to try and help. We went to event (Metallica M72) got back at 130am (traffic was horrible) and when we walked in room, it was hot. The floors were wet becaise of it. The AC was blank and unresponsive. So decided to tell the desk and go get a drink and chips, while they fixed it. Was told they couldnt, maintenence gone untill morning. So 2 choices given was stay in room or change rooms. My wife got no sleep the night before mind you because of the temp. So i chose rhe room change. We left and got a cold drink (their machines are cash only btw). We came back and the handicap spot we have been in was taken. So we drive around the hotel looking for a spot and there was none. You are made to pay for parking ON the premises. Ok np. We are disabled so its a must for us. There were NO spots anywhere. So when i asked what we are supposed to do now, we were told, you have to park in the parking garage! What?! We are disabled. So no sleep, pack up room (HOT remember) move our crap, park away. Walk. Disabled. SMH nvr agn!

    This was a good hotel located near the international mall. The room was good. The shuttle was very convenient. The only challenge was that there were a lot of teenage boys there for a soccer tournament who overtook the fitness room and pool and lobby. The snack shop was nice to have but there were no protein bars or healthy food options.
