    Room was clean, bed was comfortable and cozy. Coffee shop had great coffee. Was on a great location and close to the football stadium. Only cons I have is having to pay to park and the bar did not have air conditioner so it was hot and unenjoyable.

    It smelled lovely, the employees we excellent, and the rooms we nice, comfortable, and clean. My only complaint was at the price of the rooms parking should be free and the free breakfast was terrible! Days Inn has a way better continental breakfast, so for the price of the room they could do way better with breakfast.

    Room floors was dirty had somebody else hair on the floor beside the bed. rooms are small the bed was clean and bathroom was clean. Disappointed you pay all that money for a room. Just for the staff to give you different times to swim we was very confused when to swim and when not too.

    Overall my experience was good. The only problem was that the power was out for several hours one day. I couldn't do my makeup in the bathroom nor could use the hair dryer. Also, since we were in Tampa the room was getting hot.

    I had an amazing time staying at the Marriott Tampa Westshore! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I really appreciated their flexibility and attention to detail. The shuttle was also a very nice addition and helped us get around the area. The rooms were very nice and clean. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

    Marginal…….I though it was included but it was not and staff told me that it was because I booked with booking.com……staff indicated that if I had booked direct with hotel, breakfast would have been included…..not happy!!! Believer I paid more booking through booking. Come than if I had booked with hotel chain direct……I won’t make that mistake again!! Also, I thought I had booked a “deluxe” room with a bath tub (wife has a medical condition) but there was no tub. When I brought this to attention of staff, they said I would have to contact booking.com in order to sort out “issue” however” staff graciously moved us to a room with a tub but the room was smaller and certainly not a deluxe. When I asked about getting a refund to”cover” the difference in room charge (smaller room was less ecpensive) staff indicated they couldn’t make that happen because I booked with booking.com. Tub water and shower didn’t work initially but after an hour and a half, maintenance fixed it.

    Book this hotel for Eagles game staff was very accommodating. The shuttle service is top-notch Tyler was our driver who picked us up at the airport gave us great tips on how to navigate the area provided shuttle service to shopping dinners, and the game. Tate from the front desk area gave us great recommendations. This was a very memorable trip and if I ever come back to Tampa, I definitely would stay here again because of Tate and Tyler they made our trip flawless. And a birds win was icing on the cake.

    This was our family‘s third stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, there is a restaurant on site and is close to everything from dining to entertainment. Even with so much around it, the hotel itself is very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend stay!

    The pool is indoor outdoor and so cool my daughter loved it even though it was chilly (went in the AM) we ate lunch and dinner at the resturant, friendly staff, and pretty good food but it comes with a price tag. the shuttle guys and front desk people were friendly and nice to chat with. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower nice and hot. would stay again

    The staff was very rude to me and my partner because we are both younger. Our room had no air conditioning and was making weird beeping noises. When we went to go tell the staff all they said was they would send someone up to fix it and never did. We left half way through our stay and they did not give Marriott points or compensate anything. The manger was rude and not helpful. Won’t be staying her again.

    Everything was pretty decent. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were nice. There was an issue with Netflix and YouTube on the tv being connected to the internet not allowing me to watch anything on those platforms. I had to stick with whatever they had airing at the time. Another thing that I did not like was the pricing to park your car there. For three nights we were charged $60. The hotel was decent but it was a shame that parking was not complimentary. Other than that, I had no issues with my stay.

    The parking was good and it's nice it was on the corner of busy roads. It was close to the arena we were going to for a concert. The lobby smelled amazing (air freshener). The staff was nice. The pool was nice. The window view from our room was great. The only thing that wasn't great was our order at the coffee place in the lobby was wrong (we ordered cold, not hot). She was too busy for me to ask her to correct it, and we couldn't even drink the coffees. They were disgusting. Wasted $14.

    We had breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday. It was adequate, however on Sunday, they only had sausages as breakfast meat. On Saturday, they also had bacon. When we asked if there was no bacon, the chef made it for us. Eggs are made to order but scrambled eggs are part of the buffet

    I would just like to say that this is a fabulous Hotel not just in the proximity to everything but also because of the drivers like Raul who has been there for many years and was so courteous and kind always willing to take us to restaurants and even the local walgreens. Everybody was exceptional and the customer service is outstanding especially at a time where customer service is the weakest at so many establishments. We would definitely come back and stay at the Tampa Marriott Westshore. And the restaurant blew inside the hotel is also fantastic.

    Spent a lot of money for three days, booked a while ago when parking was free; on check in, they tried to say it would be $20 a day, which in the end, they comp'd back after realizing they said free parking when I booked; they pack you all in on the same floor and next to each other, very noisy, doors slamming, voices, there's no sound proof to these rooms; the kicker was we came back to the room on the final day/night and directly across from us was Happy Birthday, balloons in the hallway, confetti, signs taped to the walls and door; parking lot was empty, frickin 12 floors of rooms and they put a potentially loud group across from us, totally unacceptable, what was this, a Motel 6? I went down and shared my displeasure and the employee reacted the proper way, asking if I'd like to be moved (I was there first, MOVE THEM) I said no, but they were put on blast. I dunno, not really worth over $200 a night for a mediocre room at best...kinda disappointed

    Breakfast was kinda gross. Pancakes that had been sitting there were definitely stale. Didn't have the eggs, they looked dry as a bone. There was an unfortunate mechanical mishap in the middle of the night where a chiller line burst in the room next to me, flooding that room and mine. My shoes and shorts were drenched in water. Not your fault, its a mechanical mishap. Overall, a C+. The shuttles you provided for the concert was a life saver! I wanted to tip the gentlemen but forgot cash.

    Lovely property. SO close to the airport. All staff we encountered were fantastic. The pool area is great, very clean and lots of loungers available. Hotel itself was very clean. Only issue we encountered was the toilet being semi-broken, the handle needed to be pushed up for the toilet to stop running. Other than that, no issues, would book again!

    Hotel way downhill and VERY understaffed housekeeping staff. Stayed 3 nights. First night shower stopped up and only 1 of us could shower before dinner. 2nd day returned to room at 4pm and room was not cleaned. Had to complain and wait til 5pm for clean room. 3rd day returned again after being out all day at 4pm and again room not clean! Complained at front desk but girl could care less and barely apologized. We come every march with a big group for yankees spring training. There are many hotels in the area. Have stayed here 5 years in a row for annual trip but will be booking elsewhere next year
