Staff was wonderful.Vanessa did all to assist with the comfort, conveniences for my disabled aunt and myslef They showed a picture of a walk in handicap shower when I booked the room but none was avaliable. Vanessa provided a shower chair which was a great help

Room was quiet but we did request a room away from the traffic. Nice breakfast!

It’s close to casino and fairgrounds. The floors were filthy and queen bed made a loud noise whenever I moved. We told the manager(she was there)! They gave us a card and stated that they would call us! No call after 6 hrs!

The hotel is very, very clean and well maintained. The bedding was super comfortable. I wish I could’ve taken home with me. I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. The staff was so helpful and amazing and the food was actually really good. I don’t usually eat Hotel breakfast, but I had a little bit of everything. I would highly recommend this hotel. And we’ll definitely stay there next time I go to a concert in the area.

Everything was very good

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the amphitheater. It is directly across the street from the amphitheater which makes it easy to walk to the venue and not have to deal with the traffic. The hotel is super clean, our room was spacious and very clean. the beds and pillows are nice and comfortable, the bathroom is large. The staff was friendly, greeting us everytime we walked past the front desk. Check-in was fast and easy. A/C was nice and cold. We will always try to stay here when we attend an event at the amphitheater.

The physical plant was clean and pleasant as was the room. Bed and pillows were also all we could ask. Complimentary breakfast was much better than expected. A Great place to stop in the moderate price category. We will surely return on our next trip through. Recommended Highly

Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were basic but clean and everything worked. Breakfast had a good range and loved the pancakes! Location was more remote than expected but was due to late booking and it was available. This resulted in the trip costing more overall due to Uber and taxi fares during the visit.

The amphitheater is literally across the street, which was perfect and you have five guys right next door.

The room was ancient. One had to squeeze between the toilet bowl and the ancient tile phonebooth of a shower to get into the shower. I had 4 nights scheduled. I checked out after one. AND I can't understand why Holiday Inns in general are so much more expensive than comparable hotels.

Staff was great. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn setup but no complaints. . Eggs, bacon or sausage pancakes and breads. Walls were thin and you could hear neighbors TV on. Ear plugs were the answer.

The Breakfast menu was fine and the setting was particularly clean. The attendant worked very hard. He insured that all clients were pleased with the setting and the food.

Overall a great hotel. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

One moment I truly appreciated was during the weekend breakfast. Although it officially opens at 7:00 a.m., my daughter had an early game and we had to leave by 6:30. The breakfast manager was incredibly kind and made sure we could have something to eat before leaving. That was a thoughtful gesture that we really valued. Overall, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I didn’t experience any noise issues during my stay, which allowed me to rest well. Honestly, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I did ask for an extra blanket just because my wife gets cold and I get hot but I have the AC down so I would stay cool and I wanted an extra blanket so she could stay warm and they told me they did not have any extra blankets this is a hotel of 45 floors it’s hard to believe they didn’t have extra blanket. Other than that it was great to stay.

Parking is limited if you are pulling a trailer. Otherwise very nice.

Excellent property with great staff. Across the steet from fairgrounds and minutes from the casino. Very clean, and rooms are very good size as well. Very satisfied.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Stayed at this location because it was within driving distance to HardRock just a couple minutes away and much more affordable than the HR. Only 2 issues we had with room; 1) commode sat really low, almost like something for a daycare, which was hard on us as elderly to get up from it with nothing to grab onto for assistance. 2) elevators in morning were crowded and delayed due to cleaning staff hauling carts while people were also checking out or going to get morning coffee etc. As pluses, staff was always at front desk and the Wi-Fi and TV in rooms were great! It’s also right next to Five Guys if you’re into hamburgers!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff and breakfast room attendants were super friendly. The food for breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options. A great hotel and I would absolutely stay again.

Very clean comfortable room. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Every one of them! We ended up having an extremely late arrival. They kept up the communication each time I messaged with an update. The front desk staff at checkout was the friendliest, most engaging group I’ve ever seen. All in all, they turned a very trying car trip into a great beginning to our cruise.

Did not go to the gym. The room was cool. The toilet was very low to the ground. It felt like it was going to collapse.

The room was insanely expensive for a middle of the road room. Probably one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever been in. Showerhead definitely needs to be replaced.

The room was clean and most of the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast attendant apparently was having a bad few days during our stay. The food was fine, but his attitude was not so great. The only other complaint that I could possibly have would be the water pressure for showers. It was difficult to rinse off properly.

My room wasn't ready by the time check in came around so they upgraded me to a suite even though I didn’t ask for it. That was super nice of them and was greatly appreciated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. This was our second time staying here and we will come back again.

The ONLY thing I had to say is our shower didn’t drain properly but there was a notice saying their tubs will be changed and fixed by ending of December. Next trip to Tampa I will stay here again for sure !

The room stunk of cigarettes or smoke. Other guests were obnoxious and loud. The pricing is so high it is basically gouging because they can get away with it due to being across the MIDFLORIDA Amphitheater venue - and people will pay it. La Quinta next door is worse (in terms of cleanliness) so there are not other options. And the elevator is painfully slow - it seems to need repair.

this was one ofthe worst hotels we have ever experienced.. No good sleep and had to leave...and now they have added a $50. charge for extras which we didnot use any extras and theysaid at the desk that $50 was not charged on our card....but I got the charte with my account today of $50...So who is lying !!!???????

It was perfect for our overnight stay and super convenient to what we came to town to do. It was a little noisy as our room was on the frontside of the property, which is in front of a busy roadway.

the pool was gross. i mean there was a slime on the surface that made us say "nope". pump did not seem to be running. very disappointed since that was main reason to stay.

All hotel staff were polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean . The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty to choose from. Coffee was delicious. Over all we had a really good stay . Nice hotel not far from the casino.

My ONLY complaint was that for the entire hotel and staff there is only 1 elevator. The hotel is only 4 floors but we waited for over 5 minutes for it each way a few times during our stay. Everything else about this hotel is great and I recommend but if you don’t have patience for longer than usual elevator waits I would stay elsewhere.

We booked a suite for 1 night and there was enough space where 6 people didn’t feel crowded. I’ve never seen a pancake machine that cooked 2 perfectly cooked pancakes in 2 minutes. Great location. Ten minutes or so drive to the Cruise Port Parking.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE VERY LOW TOILET, AT 91 YEARS OLD GETTING UP WAS A STRUGGLE.

As a little delayed. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. But a few minutes later we were able to do it. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good. The bed comfortable (and I’m a tall guy). It’s at walking distance of the fairgrounds. The check out was really fast. Definitely will back here.

My stay was wonderful, it was a surprise trip for my son to see a concert in which Diane who was at the front desk helped surprise my son to let him know we are taking to the concert. She was also very friendly very attentive during our stay it was a wonderful friendly face that will have our family returning. It was exactly what we needed!

The staff was very attentive. We needed extra towels and linens and they accommodated quickly.

They need to work on the smelling condition of inside of the building, but other than that all was well..

It was clean but the guy that checked us in was fantastic so fast and efficient probably the fastest I’ve ever been checked in anywhere. He was great courteous nice don’t remember his name, but he was a young black man.

Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay again, however, we had a 1 nite stay prior to our cruise the following day. While there are at least 4 different hotel properties to choose from in the area. There is no where to go to eat. we had to drive out to the Foot ball stadium where there is a line of restaurants to choose from . so out of the way.

I spent one night here while my wife was at the casino 5 minutes away. The room was very clean, the staff very nice. I was surprised that they had Dove products in the shower, as well as the sink. The price also wasn’t bad I would stay here again!
