Night staff was good, day staff was so so. Room was the most horrible room I've ever stayed in. Dirty everything, disgusting sheets, ridiculous pillows, and the bed was like a 30 year old worn out rv mattress. It smelled so musty, yet you have to pay another 50 dollar deposit at check in for not to smoke in the room. We put our own sheets on top of hotel sheets. Gross hotel with 0 regard to cleanliness.

Easy walk to Mid Florida Credit Union Amphitheater. The room was good enough and mostly clean. It’s an old property but decent enough to stay and it was very affordable. I would stay there again.

Close to hard rock Booking.com charge me 73 dollars and the hotel charged me 73 dollars When I went to check in at 9pm they told me my room was cancelled. Not sure why. I still stayed there that night and paid more than I was quoted. Mike Odonnell

For the price of the room per night, I really cannot complain to much. You get what you pay for. My primary complaint is the condition of the mattress on the beds. One mattress was so worn out that the middle was collapsed like a 500 lb weight was on top of it. The other bed wasn't much better. If you require a comfortable bed, you might want to look elsewhere.

I like that it was close to my concert didn't have to drive to the concert and pay for parking or write a few drinks the concert I just can come back and relax and drive home the next day That there was no microwaves in the room

We ended up leaving because the AC unit for rattling, way too loud to sleep. Also, the bathroom was FILTHY. There was public hair and dirt on the floor. The tub also looked dirty. That floor hadn’t been mopped in a while. The bed seemed clean but we left.

Great location, but beware, terrible place to stay. Floors were filthy, greasy, and dead bugs, as if they set off a bug bomb and didn’t clean up the residue afterwards. Could not adjust the temperature, set at 75 and unadjustable. Not even 1 hanger, no hair dryer, etc, etc, a terrible night in a filthy place.

The only shout out I can give to this property is that the staff in the lobby was nice and helpful.

The a/c worked well, but was confusing to adjust. But my big complaint is thst the room smelled. The TV had absolutely no news channels whatsoever. I've never seen thst in sny hitel television.

Air conditioning had mold, while taking a shower in room the upstairs person taking a showers dirty water was running on my head, had to wait for them to finish showering so I could take mine and not have thier dirty water running on my head. Called hotel due to my deposit not being returned to my card l, man who answered the phone told me I was an idiot amd that he was going to keep my money, would not ever stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable but no amenities whatsoever. Nothing special but was only for one night to sleep for a cheer competition so we did sleep. It was worth it bc it was a cheap room.

I read the reviews and decided to find out if it was as bad as some said. It was worse. Floors had not been cleaned in a month or more and the ac unit had roach droppings, never seen a roach so they must be having them sprayed. We had hair balls coming out from under the bed that had collected their own dust. We have to go get flip flops so we could get up through the night to go to the bathroom and not put our feet on the floor. I cleaned the sink counter because it had so much dust and dried toothpaste on it.

The room was fine for one night. It was close to the hard rock casino. Didn't spend much time in the room. Although the beds weren't as comfortable but it was fine

Look this ain’t the reds or nothing but if you need a solid place near gas stations, the wing house and the casino. This is your spot friendly staff decent room rooms has everything you need.

The room was pleasant and the desk clerk was responsive, but the tv could not be operated with any of the three remotes that were tried, the tub/shower valve did not operate properly, the refrigerator was iced up, and the a/c made a loud humming noise that made it difficult to sleep. The stairs and corridors were worn and under-maintained and the ice machine was broken!

The hotel receptionist sold my room and told me that it was sold out after I checked in online! Very unprofessional and I had to attend Gasparilla Distance marathon the next morning. So I had to ride around Tampa to find comfort. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Selfish act. I will never recommend this place after what she did. If this is allowed, what else would they do!?

Amenities and broken items

The next day went to front desk and the plumber was on site and informed me that it may or may not be fixed. Come to find out that the boiler needed to be replaced and no idea when it would show up. We checked out on Feb 12 and the hot water was still not fixed. Spoke with manager about to see if we were going to be compensated for the inconvenience and were informed that the room was prepaid through expedia but other people who decided to stay only had to pay a veery reduced rate. To me this was not right. I must say that the staff were exeptional and could only due what management directed,

My check in was perfect and the.room was very clean

This was the absolute worth hotel over priced hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, half cleaned, stained bedding, floors nastly, roaches, not to mention we didn't feel safe there were strangers knocking on the door. When I talked to manager all he could say is we will switch youbto a different room and give you 20% back for 1 night that you saw the roaches in the room. Then the new room was the same half cleaned, house keeper hair in the bathroom, stained bedding. Didn't feel comfortable sleeping under the covers used my own blanket to sleep on. Just terrible I will be writing Red Roof Inn Corporate!

Other than I had a black hair sticking out of one bath towels. Pillows are hard for my taste. Everything else was perfect at the level of what I was paying for. Staff was courteous when I checked in. I would stay there again

Bugs in the room and water leaking in the room causing the floor to be wet constantly and condensation so bad everything felt damp! Wouldnt ever stay here again!

the room is tiny, about 12 foot square. Way too small for a king size bed. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. it was like sleeping on a stack of wood pallets with a blanket draped over it.

I was really disappointed with my stay at Red Roof inn. Right upon my arrival near the lobby, i saw someone openly using drugs, which felt unsafe. The room I was assigned for had dirty bed sheets with visible stains from previous guests, plus left over beer cans.clear signs of no cleaning between stays. I left immediately and won’t be returning.

Your average $100/hotel. It was clean, ac worked, had a good tv. The smell of the fabuloso or whatever the cleaning product is was quite overwhelming. Not sure about the neighborhood since not from around there but I wouldn’t let my kids walk around that’s for sure.

The room had roaches. It was the worst experience I ever had. I did not stay the whole stay. One night was enough for me.

The staff at this hotel were very rude and not pleasant to talk to at all. There is no elevator for second floor and they charge extra to be on the first floor. I got there 10 minutes before check in time and they said it would be an extra $25 to check in right then even though the room was ready. So I waited the 10 minutes and checked in to not have to pay the extra. Really the only thing I can say good about this hotel is the location.

Stains everywhere on everything disgusting

This location may be more suitable for solo or adult travelers. I stayed for a weekend while visiting a friend, and each night there was noticeable police activity in the area. The room had a lingering odor, so I kept my time at the hotel minimal—mainly just for sleeping. On the positive side, the location was convenient enough to get me where I needed to go in a reasonable time.

We were very disappointed in our room overall. We were told when our daughter stopped by to check it out that we would have a superior room on first floor. We were early (30) min check in and had to pay $25 extra and then we had to stay on the second floor. Out side area, steps, were in need of paint> Ice maker was not operative. The room had roaches, hair on the bathroom floor, tub was cracked, towel rack in bathroom was missing. We had reservation for three days. Second day we were not serviced, had no towels, only one trash can, not emptied. We were told that we had to request service that morning. No one knocked,on our door and we were there. Very subpar and wanted us to leave a tip. We checked out after second day. No refund offered but they took a $50 deposit up front. Our first experience with Red Roof was not good.

THE PICTURES ARE A LIE. I DO NOT know how this hotel has the rating it has. We didnt check things over 100% when we walked in as we were late for our event. It smelt clean we could smell bleach. However, while doing my hair the bathroom counter was tacky & the mirror had something on it, & my husband said he had water to above his ankles in the shower. We came back that night and i started to get ready for bed, dirt on the floor i went in to use the bathroom and the floor and walls were nasty, pulled the sheets down on the bed and there is grease or something & hair all on the sheets i wanted to barf, couldnt call the front desk phones dont work & we were stuck at the back of the property so it wasnt a quick walk to the front had to get in my car, the man working was like no other rooms. I wish i could write more but it only gives us so many characters to tell you how GROSS, oh dont forget the HOOKERS crawling threw the lot. AC full of dust, pillows stunk of dirty greasy person & cigarette smoke, had to sleep with a towel on the pillow. only thing that match photos was the bed cover. Mold & Rust through out the room. We both woke with a headache and sore throat. Have a lot more photos but can only add 8, DO NOT STAY HERE

The Manager is unprofessional charged me $25 cash extra and $50 deposit just to get key, gave me a key for room 203 that room wasn't ready then gave me a different room super humid place if you have any health conditions especially Asma stay away.

I did not stay due to the guy at the front desk telling me they had no rooms on the first floor, however they indeed had two rooms I saw and I mentioned it to him, I let him know I couldn’t walk up the stairs as I had just had surgery done and was not able to walk up and down stairs. He told me the room was a different price from the one I booked, which was not an issue for me but the way he carried on I decided to cancel the room he told me I would receive my refund and I asked for proof of him authorizing the release of my refund and the older guy that was there other him jumped in and said they couldn’t give any proof but that they will send the approval of my refund to hotels.com and to contact them about it. I contacted hotels.com at first I was told there they were unable to reach the property and then I was told a lady at the property answered and put in a request to release my funds, but I never received it. The area the property is in looks very sketchy like and the employees themselves seem shady as well, I wouldn’t recommend anyone especially a woman on a solo trip to stay at this property. It’s a scam and very sketchy.

The reviews for this place are all over the scale. Let me tell you, for the price, convenience and location, you won't find better. It was one night and i got my money's worth. Family was happy. We felt safe.

The bed was very comfortable, close to the casino and plenty of dining options. Definitely would book again.

During our stay, we noticed a strong stench in the room upon arrival, and there were visible stains on the bed. Overall, we didn’t feel comfortable staying in the space.

The room was littered with pet hair and the bed sheets were stained. When this was addressed in the lobby I was told that there was nothing they could do. We checked out and looked for a different hotel to stay.

Wing House next door is ok. I had to have my food return several times because of the food being rushed out. Beautiful women and nice atmosphere.

It's not really a great place to stay it's literally like for last minute its to many men around that's constantly watching your every move some druggies around the area so make sure yuh lock your car doors some staff are rude for no reason beds not that great smelled like something Old in the room its next to a gas station and a wing House Will not be going there again front desk person was very nice though

Booked bc of proximity to fairgrounds for a show with my family, but the 1st room they checked us into wasn’t clean, still had stuff from whomever had just stayed. Gave us a new room in a different building, and there were roaches everywhere. I would not stay here if you can help it.

This is my second time stayimg at this hotel. This time I stayed in room 142. The TV was all messed up, with a fuzzy picture on many of the channels. Also, the AC needs to be cleaned and was LOUD - like keep you awake loud. Also, it seems they had mopped/swept the middle of the rooms, but all the debris was just pushed into the corners/against walls, plus there were a bunch of big black bugs in the bathroom. Total bummer as I had stayed here before in another room, which was much better.

The room stunk from cleaning chemical "Fabuloso" so badly that we avoided being in the room the entire stay other than to sleep. The should reduce the dosing and reclean all the rooms to get the stench out.

The rate was fairly cheap when I booked (not allowed to.post moolah.lack of transparency ..as it doesn't matter since you can go online and do the math...) BUT due to Sharkcon.. The Offspring and other events ..the moolah DOUBLED..even though online in the RedRoof website it was much lower ..I booked through Expedia..at the lower rate called twice .the day before and once the day of .. as the lower amount was still listed online. I was told their website and Expedia's website wasn't updated with the CURRENT info .and they had 75 resevations. He would cancel me if I wanted but would NOT honor the online amount.so I will NEVER book there again..I could have stayed at the Hampton ..same amountWITH breakfast.. (I checked) ency is Lacking. .REDROOF .. DO BETTER. .if you wanted to charge inflated and Double amount..then list them in real time..UPFRONT..DONT give excuses. The room was very very musty..like it had not been freshened in months or they had a leak and water got in .. I advised this in their survey. .. Had He honored the what they listed online....I would not be leaving this review..but I think the BAIT and SWITCH was wrong.. too bad it is allowed in FL. During events...list the the REAL price and let people decide..it was NOT worth the money . now not even staying during non events.. this Bait and switch was bad business practice and I found "the "Cusomer is always right" did not apply..

The AC in our room was so loud and there was a huge paddle of water from condensation. The room was the dirtiest we have every stayed in and it smelled like mold and humidity.

The room smelled heavily of bleach. I kept the room open for a brief moment to air out the the room.The AC unit was noisy. Overall the room was clean and a good value for the cost.

Very nice remodeled, room on the second floor. Refrigerator and microwave included. Hot water for the shower. And absolutely no bugs. I would stay here again and I would recommend it

The room just felt dirty overall. There were dead bugs (roaches) on the floor. There was a roach crawling on our bag when we woke up in the morning. The bathtub was clogged. The floor was dirty and the walls were stained. The beds at least felt clean. We just needed a place to spend the night, but we definitely got what we paid for.

Came for a concert. The check in was ok. I was surprised i wasn't given a wifi password and by the time i got back, i decided not to ask. There were a couple hairs on the bed, and back of toliet, otherwise clean and 2 small moths on the sheets. It was overall very acceptable.

Reserving hotel was easy Check in easy Floors were dirty inside the room...pair of socks got destroyed because of how dirty the floor was . Had to wear sandals inside the room. Cockroaches were either dead beforehand or might have died afterwards, not sure..

Won't lie, from outside it doesn't look the best. But the rooms were updated and clean, with a fridge and microwave. And its literally across the Fairgrounds, so you can just cross the street and you're there for your live show. Would definitely go back at this rate!!! Better than driving hours back home after the show. Winghouse in the parking lot and 5 guys a few spots down the road. Great location.

Turn down first room floor was not clean there was dirt everywhere bathtub was dirty and curly hairs in the tub second room bathroom floor was dirty and hair on the floor and dirt behind bathroom door not too sure about the sheets we slept in one bed on top of the top sheet just in case. No frig no microwave. It wasn’t a good experience for my granddaughter or myself. Couldn’t find any ice But the staff was friendly

This hotel is directly across the street from the MidFlorida Arena - so an excellent choice if you are going to a concert. The beds were more comfortable than I expected. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Not fancy but definitely good enough.

Clean simple

This place gets a lot of bad reviews but we found it clean, the staff was friendly, and it's a hop across the street to the fair grounds. There's a place to eat right in the parking lot and a connected gas station. We will stay there again for the next show at the amphitheater

For the money it was ok. I read a lot of reviews about this place and it lived up to the reviews. There was one roach. But the place was clean. It was very very conveniently close to the amphitheater. I walked back and forth to the amphitheater with no trouble at all. It was very close. I could hear the bands warming up earlier in the day from outside my room.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet was wet and smelled like urine. The sheets were stained and other peoples hair was in between the sheets. The bathrooms were tiny and the renovations were sloppy. If you have any other options do not book here.

There was also a creep that kept parking next to me and shouting at me to “ask a question” but then stating i don’t wanna shout the question, so i would get closer. never have felt this unsafe. I moved to the back of the hotel. and minutes later he drives around sees my car and parks across.

Check in was fine, however there are no elevators to get to the second floor. Only stairs. Also was not given the WiFi password to be able to use the complimentary WiFi as listed in amenities. Parking spaces are small, and short. Room: Upon entering room, it was stuffy and warm because the ac unit was OFF. Promptly shut the curtains to the window and turned on filthy ac unit. Carpet/rug wasn’t the cleanest, and the vinly flooring had some kind of gross slick film on it. DID NOT walk barefoot. Hair on bathroom floor, bath mat was dirty and stained, and the tub had dirt and grime in it. The bed had fake eyelashes in it from a previous guest staying. The pillows were the most flat and uncomfortable pillows. Took the room FOREVER to cool down. All in all, never book here. Spend the extra money and stay down the road at the La Quinta. But you do get a complimentary cup of coffee the next morning.

The room was good but it was needed to upgrade to a premium room in order to have microwave and a fridge. The room floor wasn't clean. When asked the room service for coffee they sent me to the front desk.

When we arrived, we heard about other guests having a roach infestation at their room, but we decided to hi ahead and give it a try, as we were doing a late check-in after midnight. When we opened the door, the smell of cigarettes was potent and hard to ignore. We did not complaint, as other guests complaining about roaches were deemed as "problematic". Room was dirty, sheets had stains, bathtub full of human hairs. Disgusting. Do not stay here. Although I only paid $109 with tax per night, I'm sure a $100 extra a night are worth it in another hotel nearby.

The property was dirty with holes in the glass windows! Room wrecked of pot smell and the clientele appeared to be pretty rough. We didn't feel safe and just left to find some other accommodations

My family and I chose this hotel because it's across the street from the fairgrounds where the horror con was being hosted. The receptionist that we dealt with were friendly and so where the other guests whenever we came into contact with them. We all loved that it was a non-smoking hotel. While staying at this hotel, we came to discover that there was a Wawa within walking distance.

Terrible Place! Dangerous Place! My family and myself had to have the police assist us when leaving due to the illegal activity happening on the property.

I have never written a bad review ever, Maybe a small complaint but never a bad review. Here we go. Booked on expedia from parking lot, ok rate for the area, went in to check in and guy was rude right off, upon review i had booked for the following Thuesday, not the tuesday we were actually there, no big deal my fault, He had rooms so offered me one at $111, i looked on my phone and I could book for $89 all in on expedia, he refused to give me the expedia rate at the desk, I said ok, we'll be right back, I'll go book it from my car and be right back. He said "no, if you come back I'll refuse you a room because your rude"? me, being rude,, I paid the 111 as it was 10 pm and did not want to drive next door, price would have been $110 there so we just paid it at the red roof. So The date of the stay on this review we did not use, because it was a mistake booking, but we did stay and paid with a cc direct the tuesday before this stay,, called red roof, called expedia, they will not help as it was non- refundable even though they would have had plenty of time to re-book the room, and we had used red roof for a stay , so if your booking expedia, double check your dates, do not make the same stupid one I did. but the red roof location is seedy, looks like alot of goverment paid rooms are there if you know what i mean. staff rude in am on checkout as well, never ever stay there again. I travel alot, and have been using red roof less and less as im finding they are not keeping up

Mold on the shower curtain and the floor was filthy. The bed was okay but there were stains on the sheets. The towels were small and cheap. I’d come back if needed but only as last resort.

When we were checking in customers were arguing with the manager.They were arguing that the housekeeping was insolent and barged in their room without knocking before 11am (they were in the process of dressing). The manager was very insolent and glib. We checked in and the room we were given didn't look like it had been cleaned from the previous occupants. The bathroom floor was very dirty, and the room looked very unkempt. We only had 1 set of towels for the 2 of us. The toilet and the sink in the room was clean. It didnt have a fridge and when i inquired about it, the manager said he'd send someone to give us one. We stayed there 2 days and never got one. Also, the TV wouldn't operate more often than not. When we checked out, the lady manager on duty was a vast improvement on the previous manager. I've stayed here before and it's like a 360° change...and not for the better. There was a party or something the first night, and the people were up very late or early morning (however you want to call it). They were loud and boisterous. They also charge $25 per night for something that's not advertised (I forgot what it was for). So, if you want inexpensive, this could be it. But, we didn't feel safe or secure. Your choice.

-Key didn’t work upon arrival -Maintenance spent 5 hours trying to fix the lock the following day before giving up and just walking away without telling me anything, leaving my door wide open with lock in shambles on the ground -Finally decided to transfer me to a different room -get into new room to find sticky floor, blood stains on pillowcases, what appeared to be feces on center of chair, cockroaches, urine and pubic hair on toilet seat, yellow stained towels -key would work 1 time when they first programmed, then would immediately not function- had to go to front office to get new key every single day for 6 days -employees were rude and dismissive when told about issues -sketchy and loud characters roaming the parking lot day and night -2nd room flooded in middle of night from unknown leak coming from inside the walls, covered my belongings in disgusting dirty motel floor water, had to change rooms at 1am while I was in the middle of sleeping -staff did not care/apologize for any of this

Floors were disgusting. Dirty my feet turned black, smelt like smoke and weed all outside. The channels are all out so no tv and we had to buy a universal remote so my husband could get the tv to hook to his game.

Drugs: I noticed two people outside one unit Hotel Staff: I told them after 5 min, I’m not staying and wanted refund. Person at desk, shrugged his shoulders. Doors didn’t lock, completly unsafe. Would recommend Expedia removing them from site.

We booked two king 1st floor non smoking rooms. We ended up with 1 1st floor smoking room and one second floor king non smoking in a completely separate building. The area was sketchy to begin with (didn't know that before hand) so having my kids stay in a separate building was not the plan. Absolutely no extras like a coffee maker in the room or a hair dryer. The only upside was the Wing House right next to the property and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino down the way for entertainment. Was it a comfortable room and bed to stay for a night? Adequate. Was it also likely I could have scored drugs or a hooker in the parking lot? Highly likely.

The guy on the front desk very profesional and dedicated. The property good for the price and the room very clean. We are staying for one night only. There is a Wing restaurant within the area as well a gas station.

This hotel is not like shown, parties, weed, homelessness, smoked in smoke free rooms, desk with no chair, the floor was sticky and stuff spilt all over walls and floors, poop smear in toilet seat, animal claw marks on doors and walls, front desk staff was so nice and amazing but homeless in trees, jacked up cars in parking lot and cars getting worked on, trash pile in parking lot, couldn’t sleep cause people partying. Wing house next door and fairgrounds walking distance. But you get what you pay for. We booked cheapest room in town and got it.

The staff was not bad at all but literally everything else was terrible. Woke up feeling sick, ac barely worked, just staying two days for a work trip and wasn’t able to sleep at all. Bummed to say the least.

We reserved a handicap accessible (bathroom. King size suite called on Monday to confirm was told there was no such a reservation. I must go back to Expedia trying to correct this issue so I did. In the end, the hotel validated that I had a bathroom accessible room. I got to the hotel. There was no such room. I was told that I could refund my money or I could stay, but there was nothing else you would do for me. I had no choice but to stay. I contacted Expedia who also contacted the hotel & the hotel said that I was in the room I had booked, which was not true and then said that I could cancel through the third-party if I wanted too but there are no refunded policy would remain in effect. I never said I wanted to cancel the rooms. I just said I wanted the room I booked. They gave me a room next-door with a possibility of switching next morning at 8 AM, but even at 8 AM the room was not clean or available completely.. we continued with our plans and when we got back to the hotel at midnight, we were locked out of our room. We had to go to the front desk and proof who we are so that we can get back into the room. That is when we decided we would not stay at their hotel again and we would not give a favorable review.

Needs tons of repair. Key card system takes at least 10 tries before opening door. Dirty outside areas. Really no redeeming remarks.

Worst experience ever. Stained sheets, stained towels, stained comforters and multiple roach sightings. I left within an hour and got a refund for the remaining days. Avoid at ALL costs.

The mattresses were flat, the latch was non-existent. Security is clearly a concern. No wonder this was the only hotel not filled. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Go somewhere else Buyer beware.

Location is perfect for going to Busch Gardens. It's an easy 10 to15-minute drive. Our room was updated, clean, comfortable king bed and also had a small fridge and microwave. We stayed with our dog and there was ample grass area to walk her. We had an excellent meal at the Wing restaurant next door to the hotel. I know its hit or miss, but never heard any noise outside. We will stay here again next time we visit Busch Gardens.

Ok for the price

The room had an odor when you first open the door. The bathroom was filthy with a dead cockroach behind the door and a huge ant near the toilet. The towels were thin and useless and had grease stains on them. The a/c was from the old days and sounded like a jet engine so you could not hear the tv. The bed was comfortable and the tv was nice. The shower head was nice and the water seemed clean.

Nasty they have very bad ethics

The property smelled very bad! I got to my checkin at 10pm and when i arrived they had canceled my booking, without even letting me know. Stating that i got to check in before 6pm which i was never informed. The place is just very bad and very rude staff. I do not recomend at all.

I am fighting to get this reservation/booking canceled. We walked in the room after check in and immediately walked out and did not stay at this nasty hotel. I had to evacuate my home due to storm damage from Hurricane Milton and this was the only place available within 70 miles. My wife and I opted to sleep in our car rather than risk our health and safety at this location. This place needs a health inspection and should be condemned.

This is the worst hotel in Tampa!! Very dirty and unsafe!! We booked a couple nights due to losing our power from hurricane Milton, and after checking in, could not even stay!! The room was not clean. The bed had stains and hair all over the comforter and sheets. The floor was dirty and sticky to walk on. The lights did not work, no cable and didn't even have a lock on the door! We asked for a different room, and got the same result. Asked front desk for a refund and they said they do not do the refunds as we booked through a third party. We called hotels.com to get a refund and when they called the hotel, the manager told them they do not show a reservation for us and hung up on them. Red Roof then charged our card for the entire stay. Hotels.com was no help as they could not reach the hotel. We have contacted Red Roof Headquarters and got them involved. DO NOT STAY HERE! DIRTIEST HOTEL IN TAMPA!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Quick one-night stay. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Lobby is in desperate need of renovation and the lighted sign out front needs some love, too. The room was very good and the floors, shower, and furniture looked new. Some minor cleanliness concerns like finding long hairs on the sheets and one of the towels, but the rest was fine. WiFi worked great.

Excelent customer service

We didn’t even stay the first night. Went to our home with no electricity but at least is was clean. Drove back the next day and checked out. I expect to only be charged one night although it should be no charge. I will dispute the credit card charge if it is for 2 nights. Hotel staff credited us $180 instead of total cost of $360.

We book this hotel every time we go to a concert at Mid Florida Credit Union Amphitheatre. The guys at the counter and the cleaning staff are always friendly. I know what to expect as far as cleanliness so I take flip flops to wear and just try not to look in the bathtub or corners. A lot of the "extended stay" people are generally sitting around outside but they're usually friendly and keep to themselves. They'll even "watch your car" if you give them a few bucks...lol I rate it a 2.5 on my hotel scale. I've been to better and I've been to worse.

This crappy hotel cancelled my reservation because my debit card wasn’t on file with Expedia. I didn’t get there between 3pm and 6pm, so their system “automatically cancelled my reservation.” Expedia was even confused as to why they did this. They’re horrible. Had no rooms left, except for emergency ones that were 323 for the night according to the guy. Awful awful place.

Our was stay was good. The room were remodeled and clean with new furniture. I booked a single bed but they out,so the manager gave a double bed for the single bed price as well as waive my deposit fee. The only dislike was there was microwave or mini fridge in the rooms and the TV only got certain channels.
