For a stay going to the Raymond James Stadium this location is fantastic - clean hotel good staff - I’ve stayed at a number of holiday inn hotels for work and this one is among the best. Would stay again if in Tampa

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Bed was clean and comfy and the ac was perfect. The walk in shower was great and somebody actually thought about it during construction and put the shower valve handle at the other end from the nozzle, no getting a cold blast when you turn it on. Never needed the in room coffee maker as the fresh coffee machine in the lobby is accessible 24/7, thats a very nice touch. Only knock I have is the floors. I was on 3rd floor and whoever was above me on 4th decided to start pacing around at 3am this morning, I wouldn’t have expected new construction to be thud thud thud, lost hours of sleep.

Stayed here for the BTS concert and it was real close to the stadium, we were able to walk there. Would definitely stay here again very clean and staff was very nice. Loved it!

I love the Brexton selection and how they changed it up each day and the variety of options. I would love if they can offer hot grits. Next time the room itself was wonderful, clean and spacious, and I love that they placed being on the first floor since I had a little one and overall atmosphere was clean The cinnamon buns were pretty nasty. It tasted like they were just frozen and then heated up but other than that no complaints.

Check in was smooth and easy. Front desk was friendly and the cleaning staff were too. We enjoyed the breakfast and the room was spacious, clean, and well prepped with everything. Definitely is my new place to stay when I come visit.

The entire hotel was so clean and well maintained. My dad especially enjoyed the fact that the TV was smart and had Netflix and YouTube! The room were super clean and the bathroom was modern.

I was at the location for a concert, and I liked how close the hotel was to the venue. Also I was within walking distance from places to eat and a grocery shop. I didn't like the fact that I booked my hotel months before my stay, but the dates were incorrect, so thankfully, they allowed me to change to the correct date. The problem I had was that the cost of my room more than doubled in price, all because of the concert. I think that was price gouging and not a good look.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were super sweet and breakfast was yummy! If you are looking at this hotel because of the Raymond James stadium nearby—my friend and I walked after our concert and it took 15 minutes. Would definitely book this hotel again. 10/10!

We arrived very early for check in. We were greeted immediately. ALL the staff was great! We tried to do an Uber and he/she was a no show. So we went to the front desk and they had a shuttle available. No charge at that. So when we returned back to do the final check in, amazing. Fast, professional and she even asked what floor preference. The room, spacious, clean, extra towels in the bathroom. Next morning breakfast, great variety. Breads, sweet treats, eggs& pancakes. I would definitely recommend to stay. You might find something less expensive, BUT remember if it’s less is it as good? The have my business!! Thank you to everyone!❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I even loved that you could stream to their TVs from your devices. Breakfast was great too. We were visiting for an event at Raymond James and it was walkable to there. The only flag I'd have is that you're within view of 3 separate strip clubs so if that's not your thing this probably isn't the place for you. We felt safe the whole time it was just a little surprising.

Actually, very wonderful stay! Staff were incredibly friendly. The surrounding area has restaurants and is light enough to be able to be walked out in at night. It’s always a plus when airport pickup and breakfast is included. Rooms were very clean and looked newly renovated. Will be staying again next time we cruise out of Tampa!

The bedsheets was not washed. I had to get the sheets from the closet and sleep on the couch. I told the office about it and they said they would report it, but I didn’t even get a discount or anything not even half of my money back. I was very disappointed that no one even cared to make it right.

The stay was aweful. There were people having a party in the next room till 4 am. I called down to service to let them know, waited 20 minutes without a resolution. I was forced to knock and deal with drunk people because staff did not. The walls are thin, you can hear even steps from abject,worse stay ever

This is a great place to stay within walking distance of Raymond James stadium. You can walk to Chipotle and Starbucks without crossing the street. The employees and Management are very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t up early enough for Breakfast so I can’t say how it was but it smelled great.

Great hotel, really clean and spacious room and staff that were really polite and helpful. The only slight criticism was that breakfast didn’t have much choice and on two occasions had run out when we arrived for breakfast at 8.30am.

The receptionist was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast food was average. Only observation was the door peep holes, way too high, when told staff upon departure was told it's code, I'm in construction they are too high. Other than that small issue excellent stay, will be back.

There was hair left on the pillow cases and in the shower. The pillows are uncomfortable, they’re too soft. Able to hear neighbors through the door. Hotel is in a noisy area, heard sirens all night. The staff was nice and the rooms are spacious

Set back from a busy road this HIE is quiet but still in amongst it all. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfy and the linens were fresh, clean and lovely. Starbucks is next door and there’s ample parking out front. Staff were always attentive and pleasant and made you feel hopeful for the day ahead. Well managed, well kept, well done HiE Tampa.

I often choose Holiday Inn Express when traveling for work because I know they are dependable. This was my first time at this location. I wish there had been a restaurant in the hotel, but everything else was just great.

My only complaint and it is minor is the lack of an exhaust vent in the bathroom. Considering that Tampa is a high humidity area this was very surprising. Breakfast was very good, the pool is not hated but still very enjoyable. It's closeness to the football and baseball stadiums is perfect.

Good new hotel but building material is very cheap. I can see this place have wear & tear really fast. No sound proofing anywhere in walls or floors. You can hear everything.

We had a great experience here. The hotel was super accommodating when we had an issue with travel. We were supposed to come in Friday night but due to a family emergency, we were unable to arrive until late Saturday afternoon. The hotel was extremely understanding, held our room for us, and we were able to check in with ease on Saturday afternoon.

This location is walk-able to Raymond James, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. There is ample parking - would recommend as an inexpensive place to stay for any game or concert at the stadium.

We had small insects everywhere in the room .... We went down and told them amd i showed them the video i yook of the insects and they changed our room . The new room had them as well but not as many as the first room .... Swimming pool out dated and not clean . The saving grace was the breakfast.

We went to Tampa for an anniversary get-away. The hotel was convenient to the ballpark, as we were able to walk to the stadium. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean.

Stayed for one night prior to heading on a Cruise. Super close to port and the Check In process was excellent and employee was friendly and helpful. We needed ice and the one on our floor was broken, so needed to go to another floor. Also we didn’t realize breakfast ended at 9:00 am during the week and we missed the hot breakfast. They did allow us to grab cereal and yogurt. Perhaps a verbal reminder at check in would prevent the issue we had experienced.

Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast could have been better, but it was free, so I really can't complain at all. Overall, excellent experience and would certainly stay here again.

Overall a decent hotel and I would book again. However, 2 things I noticed-first there was often no one at the front desk so if you needed to check in or something you had to wait a really long time. Second of all, they rented out parking spots in front of the hotel for a concert, which is fine. But when we came back from getting food, there was definitely some confusion over where hotel guests could park vs where the people renting a space could park. Other than that, it was a nice experience

Our room was nice, had a funny smell to it, could not regulate the ac, it was either too hot or damp cold, the toilet seat would not stay up without holding it up, ice machines were broken, 1 on the third floor for all floors to use. Staff…. Rude! Oh yeah, if you want to watch tv, that’s an additional charge

The staff was wonderful. There was a lot of noise during the day, it sounded like construction on the inside. There was also still toothpaste in the sink that had not been cleaned out from the previous guest. The water was not hot in the shower and it vibrated when it got about half way up. The staff in the hotel as well as the shuttle were very nice. I did not know that there was a 5.33 charge each day for immenifies. I am still unsure what the immenity charge was but was told it was any time I used the pool, which I hadn’t, the shuttle, which I wasn’t told ahead of time so I’m still unsure that all that was about but I paid the 10.33 change. Taxes were charged on top of that.

We were here for a 2 night stay on the weekend. Unfortunately the walls, floors, and ceilings are very thin! we heard every time one of our neighbors opened their door and the person above our room apparently needed to pace, with heavy feet, until 3-5am. It was difficult to fall asleep with the almost stomping overhead.

Our experience was wonderful, we will definitely return to this hotel, the service is excellent, clean, modern, the beds are very comfortable.and it is located in a very central area of ​​Tampa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in
