Great property and will meet all your essential needs. I was very grateful for the kind and efficient service. My husband and I both loved how comfortable the beds were and as a woman in her 40s the AC was everything!! 😂❤️👌🙌 My only dissatisfaction was with the breakfast. It leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.

It’s rare that I write a review. When booking hotels in cities, you’re not familiar with, sometimes it could be a little nerve-racking. I was very pleasantly surprised when I pulled up and saw how pretty the grounds were and how clean the hotel was inside. It looks like a brand new hotel, although I don’t believe it is. Just an outstanding stay.

The checkout staff were great but their billing was all screwed up. I prepaid when I booked. When I got my bill at checkout it showed the room charge as about $20 less, plus my credit card hsd two pending charges. One pending charge was ok, but the other was unknown to me or the hotel staff.

It was close to airport It had garbage outside my room. The room had a dirty rag hanging over the shower curtain where the curtain didn't fit the shower so water ran over and soaked the floor. I didn6like i was charged for the room off what was supposed to be for insedentials and for parking when I had no car to park.

The shuttle driver was rude. The gym had bare minimum equipment. No hot tub, small pool. All of the snacks at the store were sold out. Bottled water was sold out. The breakfast was very cold and not tasty.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. The staff was horrible, my account was completely messed up and they charged my credit card after me paying Expedia, argued with me about me not having a reservation through Expedia even after me showing them my receipt. Overall horrible, I would never visit that property again.

The hotel was nice and clean. However the staff was not super friendly and we called down to the front desk the first morning asking for more towels and hand soap and no one ever came. We were put in a handicap room which was not a big deal but water got everywhere when we showered and it became very dangerous.

I had a late check in and it took a little longer than expected to get through that process however the rep at the front desk went above and beyond to help despite the late hour. The room was very nice, however, the bathroom showerhead was broken. Breakfast was okay I’m a big fan of a wafflemaker

This property has no food service and no bar service. They do not provide basic housekeeping on a daily basis, a fact which was not made known to guests in advance of their stay. The front desk staff was cordial and helpful. The $15,00 daily parking charge for self parking in their parking lot is just a money grab.

If you are looking for a hotel near the airport, this is the one. Very clean and comfy bed! Easy shuttle service. However no restaurant so you need to go off the property or use Uber Eats. Only 1km walk to the mall. Would stay again.

The facility has been updated since last stayed there. New mgt is an upgrade. The property is fine. The “free” breakfast is not good. I’d drop it but eliminate the charge to park. The rates are very high now (Fairfield was once affordable) and to add a charge for surface parking when you stay there is not good

My stay was ok. It was all just ok.

No everyone at the front desk was friendly. When a question or request was made it seemed like we were bothering them. Bathroom was dirty, The bottom of the shower doors was crusty and rusted and didn't seem clean and the area behind the toilet was dusty and dirty.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The pool was heated. The room was awesome! Lots of fresh clean towels, really nice shower and bath products, nice layout, clean and spotless!

The room was also far from soundproof. Being on the ground floor, we could hear people getting in and out of their cars, as well as conversations in the hallway, which made it difficult to rest. To make matters worse, there was a bright outdoor light directly outside our window, and the blackout shades did not block the light at all. The location was great, but unfortunately that was the only positive. Breakfast was included, but even that was disappointing — the milk I grabbed from the fridge for my cereal was frozen solid. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and felt careless in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I would not choose to stay here again.

Clean friendly staff We did an early check-in so that we could use the pool came almost 3 hours. One way went to go on the pool and the pool water was completely dirty and cloudy we could not go in. I google if it’s OK to go in cloudy pool water and I said it’s very dangerous pool not being maintained. The elevator broke and I have two bad knees and had to climb the steps. The breakfast buffet was not up to poor as it usually is in these hotels as I stay at this chain all the time I. There was very little to choose from. It’s very rare for me to complain but there were way too many issues with this stay bed was good pillows were awful lumpy could not sleep.

The front desk people were great! The furniture seemed a bit old and run down. Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was very marginal with quite rubbery omelets and a grumpy man in charge of replenishing food and cleaning.

I liked that it was close to the airport. The entire staff,from the front desk staff to the maintenance staff, was extremely helpful.

Room was large clean. Breakfast was kinda a disappointment. Waffle maker was nice but other hot offerings were flavorless. Staff was very nice. Did have a little hiccup with booking the shuttle. Reserved it when we arrived and the time was a little earlier than we wanted but it worked out okay as the next morning we checked with front desk and they had lost the paper with our reservation. Luckily the shuttle arrived 10 minutes later than reserved and we had taken the early time but it could have been a scramble to get to airport if things would have not worked out or we had chosen a later pickup. Driver was polite and all worked out so I would stay again and try shuttle service again.

We booked 2 rooms. Both bathrooms had hair on the floors, toilets and around the shower area. One room smelled strongly of body odor. The breakfast bar was very limited in offerings and was poorly stocked. The hotel is close to Raymond James and has many restaurants near by.

We enjoyed our visit. The breakfast offer was great and the staff was amazing.

The king suites were huge and the bathroom was really nice!! The building its self is in good condition and between other hotels across from newer condo buildings. Easy drive to Raymond James Stadium. Super close to a nice mall and lots of restaurants to chose from. There’s an uber/lyft sign by the front entrance which makes it easier to grab a ride if needed. I really liked that the hotel had that up front as a designated pick up/drop off spot. When we arrived to the room, the a/c was off and the room felt like it was damp, musty and the a/c thermostat read 77 degrees. Hotel was sold out due to a concert so we couldn’t get another room. We had to wait hours for it to drop to 70 where it was still musty in the air. The pillows are really soft to where your head sinks and the pillow ends up flat. I prefer a firm pillow. The sausage patties were grey and everything lacked flavor/seasoning. Unfortunately, it was just not good. It could have been an off day though.

Then breakfast was very mediocre. Eggs tasted plasticy and bread didn't look fresh as well. Coffee was non existent when we arrived and it took them a good 15-20 min.to get more, there was a line of people waiting for it by that time. Rooms were clean but much smaller than expected.

I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. Easy to schedule and nice staff to transport. Despite the property saying they remodeled recently, I would say some features are still older. But overall I felt safe and comfortable for a one night stay.

I love Fairfield hotels but not this one. I normal do not leave reviews but thought this one I should. Front doors were locked at 9:30PM and had to wait for front desk lady to allow me in. Airport shuttle offered but was told it would not be operator if till 4:45AM which not advertised on website. I was told by front desk that maybe I could reach out to someone I knew for a lift to airport. Shuttle service was the reason I booked at this location. AC is room was super loud if you turned it on, weather in Tampa AC is a requirement. I would not stay again.

Is a place just to stay overnight. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never showed up. The air conditioning in the room is loud and smells bad.

We stayed here for the proximity to Raymond James Stadium for a concert. We wanted a close hotel in walking distance. Although their website states it's 1.2 miles to the stadium, it definitely was more like 2.5 miles by foot. And in the 85 degree, it was horrible. As for the hotel itself, it presented as old and a bit used; i.e, chrome by pool rusted, bathroom in room same. Breakfast area should be expanded to allow for more than one toaster and one waffle maker for sure. Staff was very good. However, I wouldn't stay here again for a (three-day) concert.

The hotel was perfect for what I needed. We were in town for a concert , so we wanted a hotel we could walk to and from Raymond James Stadium. It had what I like and need in a quick overnight hotel; clean bathroom with plenty of counter space, comfy bed with nice pillows, yummy quick and easy breakfast, ice machine on floor, and walking distance to activities and dining. I stayed at the big AC Marriott last concert and the smaller Marriott this trip. I must say the smaller Marriott (Fairfield Inn) is cleaner, friendlier AND they offered complimentary breakfast! In summary, I will be back!

On arrival they gave me the wrong room with one bed. They switched it and gave me a room for handicapped with big plastic bath bench, a handheld shower with dirty brown water coming out of it and a bathroom sink/counter with a sticky white substance and dust all over it. Now I see an extra $10.75 charge on my card after what I paid to Expedia.
