Pillows smelled really bad, not sure why. breakfast was also bad but expected. AC would randomly turn on and make a loud noise and wake us up. But the worst part was the stinky pillows on the bed

We had a great stay! When we arrived we were greeted by Melissa. She was excellent. The room was clean and the breakfast was good, pleanty of options. We definitely had a great time staying. Definitely will be back.

if you like bed bugs, worms on your bathroom floor or random cockroaches-this is your spot. Unaccommodating manager is a bonus. Marriott should be aware and ashamed. Marriott lost a customer.

Solid, but I have been to better Residence Inn's in Florida. WiFi was fine, breakfast did not have as many options as some other Residence Inn's, and Staff was mostly friendly (other than the women wearing a head covering), but lacked the positive energy that exists at similar hotels in the Fort Lauderdale area. Gym TVs did not work, which was weird. Cleaning staff did a nice job. There is not a lot that is close to this hotel in terms of restaurants - you'll need to drive 15 minutes or so. Towels for pool are not readily accessible -- you have to ask for them.

Stay away from this place. Marriott should be ashamed of themselves for having their name on this building. I was given a room with virtually no water pressure. I notified the desk who claimed that it was because "the pipes are old"! If they are so old the hotel shouldn't be open I thought to myself. She apparently believed her own story because no one was sent to repair the problem. And it was a "story" because kitchen sink waterflow was fine. The next staff member was more understanding but no more successful. He apologized and offered me another room, which I accepted. So I packed my belongings and headed to the new room to find it had not been cleaned, the bed pillows were still rumpled. After many apologies i was told there was nothing else available and I would have to go back to the same room. So I did and lived out of my suitcase for a couple more days. I also couldn't leave the AC on because the vents directed cold air to my face while in bed. I finally couldn't take it any more and decided to check out early. Oye!

Property was in a nice, quiet area. But the property & room are outdated & needs to be cleaned better. Bathroom sink & tub is dingy. Smudges on doors. Bed was fine - clean & comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast was typical but the hot food items are mostly warmed up pre-packaged food. On check out, the front desk lady asked if everything was ok with my stay? I said I’m disappointed with the room. She didn’t ask why. Looks like they don’t plan to make things better anytime soon.

The facility was nice,but the room had very very loud Air conditioning & refridgerator.The bathroom was inside the bedroom so not available for the guest in the main room.

Large space, very clean and comfy. I’ve never had better hospitality from a staff! Super friendly and polite. Small food area, to grab a quick meal, snack, or large variety of snacks and drinks. Breakfast had every option on the bar.

The Room was very spacious and accommodating for my 2 dogs as well. We enjoyed our stay!

We travelled as a family of two school going kids. We had a good stay. Decent bed rooms, good kitchen and amenities. Nice front desk people. Good place to stay. It would be even better if they could make the laundry facilities as open-use for guests (instead of having it as a coin laundry). In general, happily recommending this place for future travellers.

Well once in the room for afternoon check in and put our stuff in left come back when she's in the room and the facility we noticed room bathroom both went cleansing specs of fecal matter and snots on door knob dried up and hard fecal matter by the toilet garbage can you can tell it was there for a while. The closet doors in both bedrooms had the dried up snots on it. Once called down stairs the cleaned but this made second guess our stay but everything sold out in area for a tournament. Also soffits hanging off around building and many multiple lost nest.

Room was amazing, home from home and very clean, and spacious.

There was no body wash or soap; 2 shampoo and someone's used washcloth left in shower.

Stayed one night in a comfy studio. Only thing we had issue with was empty body wash bottle in shower—not a big deal. I left a note for housekeeping upon checkout. Would stay here again for an event at nearby amphitheater or hard rock venue.

The staff were friendly.

The overall stay was okay. I experienced an issue when my air conditioning unit quit working overnight. I was awaken due to the warmth and sweat pouring off me. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance should be in around 9am. No other solution was offer, so I asked if I could get a fan. The attendant said that I could get a fan, if I wanted to come get it. Your A/C unit has stopped working in the middle of the night, and I have to get dressed, put on shoes, and come down to the front desk to pick up a fan…then carry it back to the room? I thought that was inconvenient and highly inconsiderate. Later that morning, I had to call back to the front desk (around 10 am) to ask if someone was coming to service the A/C.

No hot water and very low pressure in our bathroom sink. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Our stay was exactly what we expected from a Marriott property, clean, quiet, and good coffee! I didn’t necessarily love the hallway, carpet or wallpaper, ibut the lighting was nice.

The only complaints would be water pressure the tv. The rest, everything was hreat.

Everything was good with the stay and breakfast was great and front desk was also great hospitality but Monday there was a power shortage and I didn’t have electricity in my room for a day and I wasn’t able to study for my class and the ac was out as well so my room was hot for a night but overall clean and great service but wish they could reimbursed me for a day.

When we arrived, we were given a room that was not the same as the one we had paid for. The desk attendant indicated that she had had the issue before where the room booked through hotels.com or another third party didn’t match what was booked on the Marriot system, but made no effort to adjust the room or assist us. As you pass the front desk and make your way toward the rooms there is a damp, musky smell that increases as you get further into the building. We were on the top floor at the end of the hallway and it was pretty strong. Thankfully, you could not smell this odor in the room and it seemed to be isolated to the hallways. The room, itself, was spacious, but the bathroom was clearly missed in the last servicing, as there was a layer of dust and hairs in the shower. Overall, wouldn't stay again, but it was fine for the night.

the pictures on the website shows a basketball court and I drove with my family for 5 hrs from Miami to this location in Tampa just because of the basketball court. at the Time we arrived the front desk lady told us the basketball court is not existing amymore since two years ago. very dissapoimted

It's a quiet property. The hotel is clean, although small, and has everything you need, especially in the rooms, which are very well-equipped.

The staff was very nice, the room was very clean and well equipped. It was a perfect location to go to the Hard Rock and the venues in the area.

All around a fantastic stay

The hitel in general was a great place. Only things we can complain about is the hard bed and the air handler was located close to the bed and rather loud. As well the temperature in the room was very inconsistent. There were times when we woke up sweaty and other times we were cold. Im not sure why hotels buy hard beds. If someone was to complain that a bed was to soft im sure others who were reading a comment wouldn't care.

Was provided the wrong room. No adjustments were made since it was sold out. Hotel was basic and not walkable to anything.

From start to finish it was great. I was greeted in as walked in and I am adding this because I had a recent experience and was bad from the start at a different hotel, so please know that we appreciate being seen and acknowledged. The room was clean and as seen in pictures. I had room 330. The bed was super comfortable. Pots, pans and all dishwear was provided in the room. I was very comfortable staying here

Staff was very nice, this is the second time staying there and unfortunately this time we founds live roaches in the room at night,we were on the third floor, not sure how they get in there but was not pleasant. Front desk change us to a different room, we appreciate that. We are not sure about booking there again and run into the same roaches situation…

I stayed at this location because of a work meeting I had scheduled in the area. I could not have made a better choice. I love the location in actuality. It’s situated in a tree lined area lots of shade. The hotel is very clean. Very nice. The staff was excellent very efficient and very helpful.

The building is old. It often smells like weed in the hallway. Other time, it smells like sewage. In the room, the pots and dishes are old. The bed was nice. Bathroom was also old and some bugs were on the wall when we arrived. Overall, the staff are helpful.

I emailed a more detailed summary of this experience directly to the manager and a month later I have had still received no reply. I would not recommend, especially not for lone female travelers.

This was only 5 minutes from our son and was the perfect place to stay. It’s quite and safe and the room was large.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, with downtown Tampa just a short distance away. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness fell short of expectations. I found dead cockroaches near the bed and nightstand, and the shower was not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was damaged. The breakfast was basic and traditional, similar to what other hotels offer with their inclusive breakfast packages. Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 5 stars.

Love that it’s close to work

Right after checking in my son showed me there was a dirty toilet seat, something under the seat that was missed during cleaning looked like feces on the underside of the toilet seat. Luckily we always travel with a small pack of cleaning supplies. There also looked to be water damage of some sort in the room on the right side of the bed. Looked to be from a leak of some sort. Hopefully there wasn’t any mold, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed. My wife and I have ever stayed in with a Marriott and the pullout was not much better according to my kids. The second night was very hard to sleep, there were a bunch of kids running up and down the halls and above our room. The staff was very nice but even though I’m not one to complain. It seemed to be booked up and we just dealt with the issues while we were there. Hopefully there isn’t any mold from the water leak and we don’t get sick. I’ve uploaded pictures.

Nice stay for 3 days more food options for breakfast

We enjoyed our stay. It was 8 minutes from the wedding we were attending so that was very convenient. It was clean, ALL the staff was so friendly from the front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff. The breakfast available had a lot of options. I am very happy with my stay and would stay here again.

It is disgusting to by suite room and it only comes with a small queen bed the size of a full bed, they didn't tell you or display it in the app when purchasing it, i booked 3 nights but I only stayed 1 night and went somewhere else

The desk staff at both check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The burning firpit by the pool was cozy and it looks like their fitness center was nice. The issues we had- water pressure was the worst I have ever experienced (even when I traveled outside the country). The bed was too firm for our liking and the bathroom had some old water stain behind the door. The breakfast was very nicely appointed and the area to eat was also very spacious and loved ESPN playing in the morning.

The air conditioning in my room did not work. The air filters are not being cleaned, and the air vents were cap full of dust.

I paid my reservation through Expedia. Then was double billed. I proved that I was double billed, now the staff has no idea how this happened. Wow

Great proximity to the venue I was going to for a show

A huge safety concern are the windows. We were on the third floor with the toddler who was able to open the window. Thankfully, my husband and I were right there with him because we keep a very close eye on him being a boy, he likes to get into a lot of things. But he was able to open the window since it was left unlocked, there was no screen, and the window actually opened. God forbid him, or a smaller child fall out of the window. I really could not believe that there were no screens on the window, and that they opened in the first place. I've never been to a hotel that had working windows for this exact safety reason. Breakfast was not great at all. Hardly any healthy options, and the sausage was literally gray. The lady at breakfast who was supervising was kinda rude. There was mold in the hot water pitcher, the bed was comfortable, but the linens were very rough and scratchy

The staff member Victoria that checked me in was very rude to me in front of my children. She told me my card was declined, and she was having a very hard time explaining it to me. She seemed quite frustrated and it seems that the card was declined from Expedia and then she was trying to get me to pay again. It was just a whole total mess and I understand things happen but she treated me and Employee that came in very rudely. I will not return here.
